Top left mini comic: when extremely exhausted and stressed from a long battle. He sustains an injury during battle from an energy cannon but feels none of it. Turns out energy blasts all this time not having too much of an effect on him was because the heratige.

The group doodle: (the four of them hang out often) not much lore behind this except after transforming really often within short amount of time, he gets extra glowy. His skin is trying it's best to contain him. Rook is fully aware of what's happening while Ester and Rayona are amazed and concerned (when is anyone not when it comes to the watch bearer)

Bottom left: how he wouldve looked in full anodite form pre explosion in "the new dawn" finale.

Left full body: him after omniverse's finale. The image of his arm being all starry after reverting stuck with me and boom there's one of my most important headcannons(lmk if y'all wanna hear me blab about that one)

Mini thing below the fullbody is the pose he pulled trying to shield himself from the anihlarg explosion.

GWEN 10 AU------

Right full body:more turquoise color when calmer or not brimming with energy. The large star shape on the chest indicates a young anodite hybrid who awakened rather aggressively. Blasting their very form to smitherines abruptly.

Right top corner: color potential palettes. High energy. Being a full anodite in this au he toys around with the normal limits of his humanoid anodite form. This freaks out ppl.

Him and Julie before he lost his skin during the highbreed finale in alien force.

- Verdona is magenta and has a hints of teal. She's the least humanoid in appearence. She's got spikey bits of mana protecting her around her shoulders and occasionally anywhere else she seems nice at that moment.

- Sunny is indigo and is little more humanoid sporting curved horns since she thinks they're cute and can add dangly jewelry.she has a wrap like skirt that blends into her not really there legs. She has floating solid shapes of mana circling around her neck.

- Gwen the most humanoid teal one. She has double layer of horns that appear like cat ears. She's the only one to have inherited the dual color from verdona. She can be spotted with a lion like tail at times.

- Ben the green one with short horns. He's somewhat humanoid like Gwen but leans more into things he thinks are cool. He plays with his form alot. Has a jellyfish like poncho and coils. Sometimes has ribbon like arms instead.

Verdona(and her sister for sunny)passed down mermaid/aquatic like traits(Gwen's ripples like water/Sunnys mermaid like legs/ Ben's jellyfish traits and all three having webbed hands.) plus a heart like facial markings,Though it's reversed on Sunny.

Anodites in the fandom's perspective

So, it's been about over ten years since Ben 10: Alien Force aired, especially the season one episode, "What Are Little Girls Made of?", where it introduced the anodite concept for better or for worse. Anodites are free-spirited energy beings that possess a wide arrange of powerful abilities, including mana manipulation, flight, teleportation, astral projection, aura sensing, healing, and slight reality warping. Throughout UAF, they are perceived as bare humanoid figures with a purple color and light pink, aural hair, and so far, there were only female anodites shown, more specifically Verdona, Gwen Tennyson, and Sunny.

From what I can understand, many fans don't like this concept because not only does it take away everything about how Gwen learned to develop magical abilities on her own, but it also takes away the magic aspect of the series. Another thing that I understand is that UAF was heavily sci-fi and heavily alien-involved, which means that any concept that isn't entirely alien-based was either ignored or retconned into a new alien-based concept. Take, for example, the Dragon seen in the episode "Be-Knighted", where he was revealed to be an alien map maker and navigator, and that he was captured and imprisoned by the Forever Knights over 1,000 years ago. Basically, during the course of UAF, everything had to revolve around aliens, but I suppose that it had to, considering that the two series has the word "alien" in it.

Personally, I would revisit anodites as ancient, highly evolved, magical energy beings of human origin and/or various other species, and their homeworld, Anodyne, would be a terrestrial planet in the Legerdomain instead of a regular terrestrial planet. A long time ago, I found this deviation of a revised concept of an ancient anodite society, as well as another deviation of a malevolent anodite rebellion, with Verdona in the center.

And speaking of whom, I feel like revisiting Verdona into two different characters based on her traits; more on that in another post. I ought to do the same for Sunny as well. I feel like she deserves more potential. I would also like to involve the anodite concept with Charmcaster. Maybe she would seek out the anodites and coerce them to either make her powerful or she'll harness all of their energy to power herself instead; she'll most likely do the latter. And although people would like to see Gwen ultimately transform into an anodite and go wild, I feel like not making Gwen into an anodite, largely for the sake of her growing into a powerful sorceress on her own. But if she were to go anodite, maybe she would have been artificially transformed into an anodite.

Me, bored while driving 7 hours and coming up with fun facts about Carl Tennyson:

1.) He was born on February 20, 1978 making him 17 when Ben was born, and 47 in 2025.

2.) Him and Sandra plan on opening a dispensary when they retire. Yes, that kind of dispensary.

3.) He's 10.5 years younger than his brother, Frank.

4.) He has an extensive juvenile criminal record, primarily due to drugs, truancy, and trespassing; but he knew he had to grow up fast once he learned Sandra was pregnant.

5.) Him and Sandra have been best friends since second grade, but they started dating in eighth grade.

6.) Max sent him to a CEDU school for freshman and sophomore year of high school, where he experienced a lot of abuse; this is the main reason why he hates Max.

7.) He is younger than Sandra by exactly 7 months. This means that her birthday is July 20, 1977.

8.) He held off on going to college to raise Ben while Sandra went to college and med school.

9.) When he did go to college, he also worked for Mr. Baumann; he earned a BS in civil engineering in 2005 and an MS in 2013.

10.) Max tried to give him the house as a gift, but he paid Max anyway because he didn't want to be indebted to his father.

11.) Max physically and verbally abused him throughout his childhood, but both of them, and Frank, tried to justify it. Verdona wasn't really in the picture, obviously.

12.) Sandra was told that she couldn't have children after surviving childhood cancer, which is why he didn't use condoms.

13.) Carl and Sandra got married in Iceland in March 1996.

14.) Carl and Sandra are Norse pagans. Obviously not the super cringe, racist kind that doesn't understand the religion at all.

15.) Carl has been a vegan since he was 13 years old because Max made him eat too many bugs.

16.) Carl, Sandra, and Ben went to Woodstock 99 and were extremely disappointed.

17.) Him and Sandra have had two major fights throughout their marriage: 1.) Carl smoking cigarettes and 2.) Whether NSYNC or the Backstreet Boys are better.

18.) I would adopt him if I could because he deserved better.

Ok, ok, imagine this:

We all know the Gwen 10 universe rigth?

I always saw this universe as a swap AU, Like, Gwen got the onmitrix and Ben is an anodyte

But a lot of times I see that this universe is just that everything is the same but Gwen and Ben change roles (which dont get me wrong, the idea is still cool)

So, in order to satisfy my fantasy of a swap AU, here comes some ideas for it:

–Gwen and Ben change roles, Gwen has the omnitrix and Ben is an anodyte/ uses magic

– Their grandma Verdona would be the one taking them to the trip (and yes, this also means that Max is an anodyte)

–Charmcaster would be the one taking the role of Kevin (she is going to get the teenage dirtbag treatment)

–Kevin would take the role of Rook, being Gwen's partnert (idk how to write it)

-Rook would take the role of Charmcaster (im cooking his lore frfr)

–And other characters roles would change too (im too lazy to write it tbh)

This turn out very messy but oh well, im going to try and expand on this idea, the power went off and im dying (send help)

Does Jim and the others ever meet Ben and Gwen's Grandma, Verdona?

They absolutely do. Verdona heard Gwen mention about visiting Arcadia so she checks it out. It takes one second of being there before dear old Grandma decides this place is interesting.

Jim and his friends heard about Verdona so they instantly knew things were most likely gonna get nutty. All I can say is that Anodite grandma has a penchant for mischief. Like starting a city wide prank war between everyone as an example.

Whenever Verdona visits, someone is bound to get a pie to the face at best and find their entire house covered in wrapping paper at worst.
