How dare you cast him aside like worthless trash. He wonders if you notice his intense gaze from across the street as he watches you smile and flash those eyes that were only meant for him at another. And those friends of yours... Those two-faced snakes, hissing their little lies, trying to split you two apart.

Your friends finally convince you to host a college party at your place. You aren't much of a party person, But when they dragged your new boyfriend,, a happy-go-lucky Golden retriever type Who always loved seeing smile,s, You couldn't say no. Your friends, delighted to see you finally broke out of your shell, did not worry you with planning, prepping, snacks, and everything. They got everything handled. You smile. Lucky to have great friends. You've been through a lot; they've been with you through everything.

He planned this night meticulously. It had to go right. Even now, he was thinking of you as he dawned a black cloak and an iconic white mask with a few chains, small ones just for looks... You've always loved old horror films. He remembers how his face would always twist in jealousy as you talk on and on about people who you can't even see their faces and don't even know.

The Hunt begins. With a phone call.

"Hello?"

Your sweet voice he misses but it does not quell his anger

His voice sounds slightly different... Smooth yet husky, there's something about it that you can't quite put your finger on.

"Who you trying to call?"

"What number is this?"

"Well What number are you trying to reach?"

He could hear the smile in your voice His heart pounds,him wants to talk to you more He yearns for more of you.

"I don't know..."

He couldn't hide a smile as it slips into the phone.

"Do I~?"

You hang up your phone and place it on the counter before returning to where your friends are. He watched you through the window. You always were the forgetful type with everything, placing things down and forgetting them, and he was always there to bring them to you. As much as he nags and calls you worthless, it's adorable how much you need him... That's why he must do this. He turns on the cell phone jammer in his pocket. It's a good one, an expensive one. He got this from his wealthy roommate at his frat, so it better do its work.

He carefully places it in the bushes. The radius is wide enough to cover the entire house. He won't need it after tonight, and it's better if it's not in his hands, just in case.

The backyard blinds were closed, so it was easy to sneak around the back to cut the power. Then, with a spare key, he comes in from the door to the garage. All your friends were either asleep, drunk, or watching a movie with you. You're cuddled up to your new boyfriend when the power went out.

As you go to check the power, Levi purposely avoids you. He doesn't want you to see him yet. First, he wants to get rid of everyone that made you sway away from him. Simply stabbing and drawing blood wasn't enough. Especially to your fucking boy toy. The anger and jealousy consumed him As he wrapped his hands around his muscular neck and strangled him till he could no longer breathe.

He couldn't help but let out a little throated chuckle. I saw the fear in your eyes when you watched the situation unfold. He's never seen that look before... That look of panic and anxiety. Perhaps he understands why you like masks so much. He couldn't help from his words slipping. "Sorry about your boyfriend... All that struggling didn't help." He hissed the word boyfriend. The word alone made him sick. Knowing that he was talking about someone else other than him. You could have noticed him from his voice, but it seemed like you were so choked with fear. All you could do was scream and run.

When he sees something, he chases, and you are always like a magnet to him, brandishing a knife to get your blood pumping until you lock yourself in the bathroom. No matter... He could always return to you. He has other victims.

Your hands shake your entire body was shaking As you hear muffled screams from God knows where and you don't even want to think about where they're from. You must have the courage to try to at least find your phone to call the police...

The house was eeriely quiet and dark. The rain patterning against the windows and your heart thumping in your ears as every creek from your light steps sounded like thunder. But he was quieter It was almost as if he was supernatural stalking you in the shadows like an apex predator You're so engrossed and trying to get your phone to work You didn't notice the gloved hand slipping around your throat.

He laughed at your pitiful attempts the struggle before placing a knife right against your neck. It was cold and soaked with red as tears rolled down your face. That's when he finally took off his mask to kiss your tears away.

Your eyes widen at the sight "Levi..."

"Yes my love?"

His voice was sickly sweet and he used the pet name that he'd always give you when he was in a good mood which is rarely of ever. Everything he ever wanted was back in his arms. All you could do is cry.

"please don't kill me..."

His eyes widen before giving you a soft smile His fingers rushing against your cheek.

"Oh I'm not going to kill you..."

His smile a smile that you'll probably see in your nightmares from now and forever reaches into a pocket pulling out a purple collar.

"Now you will always be mine! And no one will ever come between us~"

why “the Winchesters” feels like fanfiction

I don’t mean this in a negative way but it feels like fic and here’s why:

Mary, John, Carlos, Lata, and Ada (and others to an extent) are 100% found family and an actual ensemble. in Supernatural, family didn’t end in blood but the brothers were the Main Characters and they’d known Bobby since before the start of the show. in the Winchesters, everyone who is working together is doing it because they choose to, and while everyone but John has history together, they fall into a TV Show Ensemble Cast immediately and John’s newness persists only for exposition purposes

because they’re all choosing to work together, they’re all nice to each other, give each other the benefit of the doubt, and generally assume everyone has the same goals and wants to be there and is doing the work

even though it’s the 70s and they don’t have cell phones, they use CB radios, pay phones, and walkies to constantly keep each other updated. the capacity to communicate is almost never an impediment. even when Carlos is trapped in a shadow dimension and Lata is in the house, they can hear each other yelling! 

the main group doesn’t hide info from each other. sure, John and Mary briefly attempt to hide their relationship, and Lata has a Deep Dark Secret she hasn’t told anyone before she put on the bracelet. but when it comes to hunting, they are all info all the time. Ada even shares the risk to her soul! can you imagine someone volunteering that on SPN?! even John’s mom knows about the Akreda and doesn’t for a moment think it’s at all possible John is a murderer! I guess this one is more fanon-vibe than fic, lots of fics are based on people withholding crucial info, but the “SPN but with healthier communication” thing is such a fandom concept

So, me and my kid have just hit the Advance Team filler, specifically #128, the first of the episodes about the Whistle Hollow, and it gave us some really good looks at everyone's spirit phone, starting with Matsumoto's fantastically be-dazzled, magenta model. It looks a lot like a Motorola Razr or a Nokia 6133. I'm gonna assume she managed to get it in a premium color and then decorated it herself.

Next, we see Hitsugaya's, which is not quite the same model, because Matsumoto's has the square external display, and his doesn't. Are they different model years, or does he have some sort of fancy captain model?

I also think it's interesting that his display features an actual map (left), instead of this absolutely incomprehensible crap Rukia's phone gave her back during the Quincy Archer Hates You! Hollow Bait debacle (right).

Here's the real reason I made this post because what the Hell is that, Yumichika??? There were lots of slider phones available at the time, but you didn't usually hold them vertically like that. Is it a T-Mobile Sidekick? (I had a friend who had one of these and it was so extra)

As far as I can tell, Ikkaku does not have a phone, Yumichika handles the telephony in the relationship.

Renji is not in this filler episode for some reason, but we see his phone a few episodes later, in 136. It's pretty hard to see here, but there are some better shots of it back in the Bount Arc, and I think it's pretty clearly the same phone.

It looks pretty similar to Matsumoto's, but his has a light just below the external display that blinks and beeps to indicate Hollow activity. Also, it's lavender.

Rukia has already left for Soul Society at this point, but we got a good look at her phone in the Bount Arc, which appears to be the same one she had in the Agent of the Shinigami Arc, down to the Chappy charm on it.

It looks very similar to Renji's, including the blinky Hollow light. Hers seems to have a grid of dots below the light. I think Renji's may actually have that, too, but the animators were too busy lovingly drawing his tits and pretty braid to worry about air flow to his spirit phone battery. (I support your life choices, nameless Pierrot animator!)

Here's the interface to Rukia's phone, which is significantly different from Hitsugaya's.

Normally, I would accuse Hitsugaya of having some older or cheaper model of spirit phone, but his actually looks significantly nicer than everyone else's (except Yumichika). It definitely looks like Rukia and Renji have the same model (I keep going back and forth over whether or not they are the same color. Rukia's def reads as grey to me and Renji's looks more lavender to me but idk. Maybe it's a trick of the lighting). Matsumoto has a similar, but not identical model. I feel like my takeaway from this is that shinigami have to buy their own phones-- Matsumoto splurged a little on color, Yumichika splurged a lot on rizz, and Rukia and Renji appear to be at the mercy of Byakuya's family plan. I feel like Hitsugaya didn't even have a phone before this and bought one expressly for this mission, which is why his is nicer than it would otherwise be.

actually natori has some kind of tracking talisman on matoba at all times. that's how he knew where to abduct matoba from for Operation: Kitty Cat City. matoba fully knows about it; it's why he wasn't at all surprised to find a paper doll in natsume's hair after the mask youkai debacle (matoba internally as he watched it fly away: classic mother hen shuuichi-san momence 🥰). because this is matoba "boundaries? what are those? can you eat them?" seiji we're talking about, he's not bothered by this "violation" of his "privacy"; rather, he finds it fittingly clingy (it is, after all, only right that natori should be keeping tabs on him obsessively). sometimes the talisman gets confused and sticks to yesterday's outfit, so he always checks to make sure he has it on the way out the door (his pocket patdown is "keys, lighter, wallet, exorcism supplies, shuuichi-san's cute lil tracker he thinks i don't know about <3"). i wouldn't be surprised if he's figured out how to uno reverse it and now uses it to track natori's location as well. this may not technically be canon but it is probably all 100% true in an important way that transcends canon, we just never hear about it because it isn't relevant to natsume's journey ����
