Irratino does the biggest sheepish grin. They have to go to the bank right now. When they get there, the person who called Irratino is dead.

IRRATINO: Oh, thank god! Ha ha! 

Logico glares at him.

IRRATINO: I mean yeah. Murder time.

Chalk, Mango, and Emerald are wandering, being some of the richest people alive. Wonder what they’re here for?

EMERALD: I can tell you what I’m here for. LOGICO: Murder? EMERALD: N- LOGICO: Then I’m not interested.

It seems Mango is occupied printing fake money (with mustaches on the presidents!). He is snickering to himself as he watches the bills fly.

LOGICO: Feeling mature, I see. MANGO: EW, Logico. Go do something else, like solve a MURDER. LOGICO: That’s what I AM DOING. IRRATINO: Do you know who I’m supposed to talk to about the money thing? CHALK: [‘I don’t know’-adjacent llama sound]

Everything in the bank is so shiny, because banks are made out of money! Emerald is distracted by every detail, and Logico catches him hanging upside-down from a chandelier.

He flies around in a frenzy, whacking Logico in the face. Gico decides to lie.

LOGICO: If you tell me the truth about what you saw, I’ll pretend I never saw you. EMERALD: You would do that… for me? All right… I saw a laptop under ownership of one that people tend to call… CHONKERS. CHALK: [scream] [nervous laugh] Hi!

Irratino gets a lightbulb idea!

IRRATINO: Logico! I just realized something obvious! LOGICO: Hooray. IRRATINO: We can hack into the security footage, and see who did it!  LOGICO: Can’t I solve it myself?

Chalk giggles and claps. I don’t think he’s interested in what’s in the vault. When shown the footage, he cries.

Logico sighs. The only one who retains a guilty conscience is… the mango!

So one of the people who'd landed up in prison as a result of those Farage Riots - remember those? So long ago now! - has died. This is sad for the family, obviously, and perhaps not entirely surprising given the litany of health issues the man was said to have, but still.

Naturally, this has drawn out the, ahem, best in certain segments (ISABEL OAKESHOTT, I'M LOOKING AT YOU!), with the man being lauded as the UK's first political prisoner which is...

There's something incredibly galling in seeing people say, with a straight face, that we've entered some iron-fisted new era of two-tier policing, given that it wilfully ignores the, you know, decades of practise we've had of locking up black, brown, and poor people for talking back or just generally looking at the police the wrong way.

Oh, and Irish people too, of course. Back in the day. I mean, odds are they're probably a terrorist, right?

Like, it's not subtle or a secret and to come swaggering in as if policing up to this point has been totally honest and fair and forthright and evenhanded is quite insulting, really.

And look, I'm not lock-stock behind the response to the Farage Riots. Anything they cook up to use against one group (who you may not like, maybe for legit reasons) they can and will use against anyone else if they feel like it. If you cause a fuss for the government the government rarely discriminates!

Unless you've got money, naturally, but if you've got money you generally don't cause public nuisances - why would you?

Anyway, I've lost the thread. Point is, anyone whinging about two-tier policing is a moron going out of their way to ignore our fine and noble history of using the police to bludgeon dissenting voices (typically black, almost universally working class) and only now rousing to fury because the people who landed in prison happened to be saying something they agreed with.

Fuck this person in particular, because I still have more to say that cannot be hidden away in a comment section. If you accuse me of being a J.K Rowling supporter when I’ve went as far as to burn the books I’ve had since childhood and drop life long friends over funding her bigotry by still visiting filming sights and buying merchandise I have a right to speak about it. Especially when they’re still watching the films on streaming sights and planning to watch the new series.

So here I am, addressing my need because it was so sweetly implied and not at all a condescending threat.

Despite popular belief fandoms like The Marauders have little to no connection with the main series other than the names of said characters. Taking part in The Marauders fandom brings J.K Rowling no profit, and considering the fact a majority of these characters have been used as outlets to express queer issues (and likely still will when people move onto the next big thing, forgetting about trans rights in the UK entirely) I see no issue in it.

By taking part in this fandom I am not screaming my support to a known bigot, I am simply connecting with other LGBTQ+ people and minorities who needed a template to express themselves through. The Marauders fandom is that template for me and for many.

I myself am a queer trans man, and I’ve been aware of my true self since I was 13. You cannot even imply I do not support my trans sisters, brothers, and siblings when ones in the past have given their lives for us to live now. Do not paint me to be some bigoted prick with your little question.

I’m in the UK. I’m in the country she actively harmed with her blood money. Do you think it makes me happy, to know I can’t go outside without being unsafe because transphobes take this new law as a reason to act against us with violence? No. I fucking don’t.

I’ve been hate-crimed before. I’ve almost been jumped for being myself, so don’t you or anyone else dare treat me and others like an inferior trans person for being in a fandom that has hated the author before this news even came out.

And I am so sorry, for taking comforts where I can; knowing my life has just gotten unchangeably harder because of a court bribe. I will paint characters she has no care for as LGBTQ+ people, because I fucking can, because it’s natural for me to react to this news with all the spite I can muster.

So again, fuck you and stop policing people on an online space. You want to make a real impact? Protest, sign petitions, spread the word to family and friends. Now dear clear idiot. I shall explain how 2-step verification works and how it didn't work in this case. AhEm

1. 2-Step Verification is as it sounds, in which after attempting to log on to a platform, the platform holders will either send a text message (through phone number) , email/gmail/AOL (if your old), notification or another form of communication to ensure the person login in is actually, ya know, you.

2. 2-Step Verification became a thing on TikTok, official and refined, on February 2025 (very late tbh)

3. Your young people don't know that back in my day TikTok didn't exist. OMG HOW COULD THIS BEEE??? Because it was called Musicly before it rebranded to tiktok

And since Musicly was primarily a kids/teens/young adults app, who tf is hacking a child's account?? Ya know?

So up until before that point Musicly also didn't have 2-Step Verification. Which is important because that means this security measures didn't transfer over because they didn't exist

4. Listen Leandra is by no means old. But I will rest a hand on your shoulders when I say, Gmail was created in 2004

And if you were a kid/teen around that time, you were young enough to get a Gmail with your actual name, like full legal, government, on yo birth certificate name

Why this important? Because if your primary Gmail/email/AOL, if your full legal name or part legal name, then people have a higher chance of just guess your email or, putting down "forgot password", then linking it to their email address, getting the rights to change the password and then bam.

The only way this cannot happen is if you manual lock your Gmail to only known devices (but fr that takes to long ngl and plus you won't be able to work on something if you can't access the device that has the rights to your email and additionally if you lose that device then it's game over, try again, pack it tf up)

So if she made her Tiktok account via any of the emails, then it's done, sorted, etc...

4.1. Now let's say she made it with her phone number like Tubbo suggested.

You could gain access further:

Having the email/gmail/AOL be linked with your phone number as a contact/emergency contact (idk in what case Google would hit you up but they can ig)

Phising. Look it up. It's spelt with a PH but pronounced fishing. And it's much more common then you think

The most popular phone plan providers in the UK are EE and Vodafone, inwhich if you get a new SIM card in a new phone, you can call them to change the new SIM phone number back to your older on as I'd be more convenient. The thing is, literally anyone could call. Like anyone, all you really need is the either the email/gmail/AOL, or the make and model of the phone, to answer some relatively personal questions (which you can lowkey guess ngl), or live in the same area or they just say screw it and change the number. It's often very useful but THE MOST ANNOYING THING when someone tries to access your account, and depending on WHEN and WHERE you get the card they don't even send you a confirmation text because they assumed your the one calling.

But anyways, you'd only need to realistically find out the first few numbers of her phone number, if you went with this method, trial and error'd it till you got on that's active and you can at minimum text, then just straight up try to login in or call them.

This is a great time to mentioned that Snapchat is lowkey, unintentionally screwing people over with this, because you can check if someone has a Snapchat by their contact or trying to sign in with that phone number cause it'll say the numbers is already in use.

BUT ANYWAYS, it takes about 2-6 weeks to gain access to someone's phone number or Gmail/AOL/Email if they're born pre-2000s to early 2000s

My point being, you could just guesstimate her really name by putting it through bots, checking old posts, being in personal contact with them or like reallllyyyyy putting the effort into guessing

And this is why people are often told to regularly update or change both passwords, email/gmail /AOL password and even update their names to avoid this.

5. Leandra made her social media around 2023, for her official Lovejoy shenanigans, idk what they do tbh

My visit to the hospital yesterday:

When i thought about it, i had only seen it myself on local newspaper/online newspaper. People who watch BBC & Sky for example, they would not have been informed one bit about masks

So at the hospital, unintentionally it happens when in a waiting area with 10 chairs to 30 people, but hearing all questions & comments, either between themselves or to healthcare staff

Later, someone arrives with their elderly mother in a wheelchair, they had to walk through the hospital to get a lift & walk down a corridor. So anyway, the lady gets to the reception and says "come on mam, we need to put our masks on now" i looked at my feet as i really despaired at the reality

The coughing, hacking, bubble sniffing. You could see the lack of hygiene. I felt dirty & washed everything when i got back, flushing my nose with water and im praying i will not have caught anything

Also, PT is meant to teach you how to care for yourself and after that's settled, unless the issue requires medical intervention or develops further, you don't have to keep going.

PT for my fucked-up shoulder and nerve pain in the leg was two appointments that taught me what exercise to keep to, and that was it. My shoulder is sorted out and my leg is much better thanks to staying on schedule and implementing therapists' advice into my daily.

The exercises I was given for shoulder I couldn't lift for months? Stretch a rubber tape a bit between my hands every day some two dozen times. And lean against a wall a few times a day.

Exercises for the leg pain waking me up at night? Get up from the chair a bit differently from now on and, for godssake, use your weak leg to stand on more often.

No nuclear science here. Didn't even have to buy training shoes!

Chiropractor won't give you that. They need you to keep getting back. Even ones that have good intentions and really believe they're helping you - they either don't have the knowledge to help you manage your issues or no incentive to teach you that - it's not their job to help you manage long-term.

There is a lot of information online to help yourself if you're willing to look for it and do the minimum amount of work required - in UK on the NHS website you can find simple and effective exercises for many common kinds of pain, absolutely free and very simple. If you need an instruction to start with, look for a yoga course - very often just stretching correctly will do the trick. If you want a relaxing experience of someone kneading you like a dough - get a deep-tissue massage.

If your chiropractor says they have PT diploma - please assume they've re-branded for the money. If they wanted to "help people", they'd have been a physical therapist. If they don't have a PT diploma, then they're a hack.

It astounds me that you can post something deeply personal and traumatic about almost dying at the hands of a chiropractor and sustaining lifelong damage that negatively impacts your daily life to a debilitating degree, and people will still send irate messages like, “well I can’t afford a doctor so what am I supposed to do? Just not let chiropractors crack my neck?!”

And it’s like worstie, whether you can afford a doctor or not won’t fucking matter if the chiropractor fucks up your entire life because if what happened to me happens to you, you’re fucked and if you want to live you’ll end up paying much much more than what seeing a physical therapist would have cost you in the first place.

My PT is mostly covered by insurance these days. But without it the bill is $300.

The damage the chiropractor has cost me? Well it was 6 grand for the first emergency MRI which my insurance didn’t cover, several grand in doctors appointments to be told I’m fucked for the rest of my life and basically just thousands of dollars a month in rehab that I honestly can’t afford to keep me from killing myself from the pain while plunging myself and my husband into further insurmountable medical debt because he refuses to let me go.

So you tell me. Do you want to eat the cost of that initial physical therapy appointment now so you can learn to properly manage your neck pain without letting someone crack it? Or do you want to wait and end up like me. Because I guarantee you, it’s a waiting game. Chiros only have to fuck up once.

I want to add further information:

A random tumblr user is not qualified to "vet" fundraisers. If you do not personally know them, even if they are a popular blog or "well-known" they are equally capable of being a scammer, not knowing how to properly vet a fundraiser, being scammed themselves, etc. Even if you do personally know them, they can very easily be scammed.

Anyone that you do not follow or know, who randomly sends you a message asking for donations to a fundraiser is a scammer/bot. 100%, without doubt. This is a well known scam bot behavior on tumblr, and it has been here for ages. The old version of it would be "my sick cat". They just changed the message sent.

"I couldn't find the image after reverse searching it" is not in any way meaningful for vetting scams. There are a million ways to get unique photos/videos of children in bad circumstances, including paying very small amounts for them, or as explained by the link above, human trafficking.

People's accounts can and do also get hacked/stolen/etc and then used to link to fake scams. It's terrifyingly common.

Yes, it is gross as fuck for scammers to exploit horrific situations, it is also incredibly common. Fires, mass shootings, wars, etc. It happens for all of them.

GOFUNDME ONLY ALLOWS WITHDRAWALS FROM CERTAIN COUNTRIES, IF A PERSON DOES NOT HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT IN ONE OF THOSE COUNTRIES, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET FUNDS. ANYONE WHO IS ORGANIZING A FUNDRAISER OUTSIDE OF THOSE COUNTRIES IS EITHER A SCAMMER OR WILL HAVE TO REFUND DONATIONS.

You'll notice that Egypt, Gaza, Israel, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, etc are all not on this list. The majority of gofundmes I've seen, largely from people claiming to be one of those locations, are either scams or will be forcibly refunded since according to their own story they are not in a place where they could withdraw the money being sent.

I see a whole bunch of people arguing that they would rather risk giving to a scammer than ignore someone's gofundme. I also see people saying things like "I can't believe some sick people are profiteering off genocide" and like, me neither, but I feel like you guys really don't understand who actually runs these kinds of scams and what they are.

Scams of noticeable scale-- like scam asks being sent from hundreds of accounts to every user on Tumblr!-- are typically related to organised crime in poor countries, not Susan from Milwaukee who wants a new coat and has no scruples. People get trafficked by gangs to scam farms in Asia and Africa where they're worked to the bone and tortured trying to get idiots in wealthy countries to part with their money. Genocide profiteering is pretty much the least evil thing these people do.

When you donate to a scammer, you fund these organisations and give them a reason to exist. It's possible some of the fundraisers are legit. I honestly find it unlikely given I'm not seeing any from any other countries where urgent fundraisers would seem to have great reason to exist but which haven't captured the same level of attention on Tumblr-- the number of Sudanese, Congolese, Ukrainian, Burmese or Uyghur fundraisers in my DMs is a fat 0. In any case, there are safer ways to help.

If you want to help (which is great!) you don't have to take the risk of paying for human trafficking. Donate to legitimate charities which have the resources to safely and effectively ensure the money and help is getting to the right people. Funding human trafficking rings in Myanmar is not a good risk to be taking while trying to help.
