Breakfast noms + OJ after 30 mins EZ spinning on the exercise bike ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŠ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ I feel best starting the day with 1 liter of water and some spinning on my bike. It gets the circulation going and wakes ya up! I highly suggest a bit of exercise 1st thing in the AM for anyone trying to get off of stimulants (like coffee, energy drinks, caffeinated tea), as itโ€™s a much healthier practice for the body and highly benefits the metabolism. Sweet Potato Tomato Soup! ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ… Today was an oddly cool day and I've been feeling kinda under the weather, so this soup made an amazing meal! I served it with steamed spinach, mushrooms, jasmine rice, and cucumber sticks for dippers ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿ‘…๐Ÿ‘…๐Ÿ‘…๐Ÿ‘… Recipe: 2 cooked sweet potatoes (steam then bake) 1 can (8 oz) no salt tomato paste 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp ginger 2-3 tbsp cane sugar 4 cups water Combine all ingredients in a blender (while sweet potatoes are still hot).
