#two selfish people who made the selfish decision in the end

just read both of your posts about the outsiders scenario of ponyboy died instead of johnny, and now I'm curious â just theoretically, how do you see it going down if dallas was the one to die first? i know it's completely illogical and he's just not the type to die all of a sudden or be reckless in a "hero" way, but still. I'm really damn curious about how it would affect johnny, especially, as you have mentioned that losing someone in the gang would've taken a big toll on him.
Hi anon! I'm really having fun with this though experiment, thank you for the ask. If anyone else has any more feel free to send asks, and for anyone who's new to this meta heres part 1, part 2, and part 3.
Now, let's dive in. In what world does Dallas die before/instead of Johnny and how does it change the story's outcome? You're right in that Dallas isn't particularly illogical or 'heroic', but he IS incredibly loyal, reckless to a fault, and absolutely ruled by his emotions. He follows Pony and Johnny into the fire, and emerges with a burned arm. Now this action is heroic but also selfish, and reckless to the point of dangerous. Dallas easily could have been the one who broke his back and ended up dying in the hospital instead of Johnny. In fact, it was arguably his plan, as he and Johnny tossed Pony out first and Dally only followed behind immediately since Pony was literally on fire. I firmly think that when Dallas ran into the church he didn't have any plan other than to get the other two out no matter what, even if it meant sacrificing himself. Remember, Johnny is Dallas' living embodiment of hope, he cannot see anything happen to him, and like the rest of the gang Dallas is protective of Ponyboy- he also is gallant to an extent, Johnny wasn't wrong about that.
So Dally gets hit in the back with a burning beam and he gets rushed to the hospital and then he dies. Now, Dallas Winston doesn't do anything by halves and that includes dying. Since Johnny and Pony are with him in the hospital he dies a lot sooner than Johnny, maybe even before the rest of the gang gets there. Ponyboy's reunion with his brothers is made more emotional with Dallas gone, and Johnny- well, Johnny could go one of two ways.
In canon verse we see Johnny commit to staying gold- or at least not dying with hate- but this commitment only comes after he's accepted his death is imminent. While it's possible seeing Dally die would bring about the same realization as in canon- especially in a universe where Dally's death is less violent than it canonically was- one must remember that Dally was Johnny's hero. He looked up to him immensely, above anyone else, and had faith in Dallas that no one else did. I think seeing Dally's heroic act being the cause of his death might make Johnny think that maybe Dally had the right idea being cold and cruel and mean. Maybe he sees that and then goes to the rumble and enjoys the feeling of kicking the socs asses because he knows Dally would have loved it too. Maybe he sees Ponyboy, sick and weak, delirious after being kicked in the head, fighting through nightmares and horrified by Dally's death and a piece of him hardens. Maybe he sees Steve cry and Soda holding him up, watches Darry identify the body of someone else he cared about, sees Two-bit turn back to his bottle, and maybe he makes a decision. Maybe Johnny sees the east side and all that it does and thinks maybe Dally had the right of it, maybe it is better to be harsh and cruel, maybe it means he can take care of Pony and the rest of the gang better, maybe if he's colder everyone will stop treating him like a victim and maybe he can stop feeling like one.
I think the story could end with Dally's death and Johnny becoming exactly like him and it would change the themes but it wouldn't change the message too much if that makes sense? Like, it would still hammer home the ideas of cycles of violence and that people are people, and it's their choices that define them- but it would change the characters inexorably.
Thanks for the ask!

Yandere beast
This inspired by Beauty & the Beast.
ââââââââââââââââ
Yandere prince who has everything one could desire. He is royalty after all. There is nothing he cannot have and he is used to it being that way; the king and queen had spoilt him to no end.
Yandere prince who is mean and selfish. He treats everyone at the palace like dirt. He doesnât even seem to carry much respect for his own parents. No, theyâre used to give into his whims. The servants are all laughed at by him, he does not care when he sees the tears running down their faces at the cruel comments. His biggest talent may just be wickedness.
Yandere prince who does have one person he actually likes: you. You are the one exception. As the child of a servant, you too, were subjected to his bullying in the beginning. The people always had one of two reactions to him, either they stayed down and wept, or they started fuming. Both options were equally funny to the spoiled prince. However you surprised him, because you did neither. Whenever he was mean to you, you took it in silence before asking about his day. This bewildered him to no end. Why would you ask such things? It didnât make sense. The more he bullied you though, the more intrigued he became. You were always kind, no matter the person; even to him. It was after that he decided he loved that about you.
Yandere prince who opened the door to a stranger. It was a heavy storm that night. If anyone were to be caught in it they would surely not survive. The stranger asked for shelter, and as payment the prince would receive a single rose. This made him scoff. The audacity some had. He turned them away as fast as they had come. Unfortunately for him this was no ordinary human. The stranger revealed themselves to be a magician. They told him they saw no love in his heart and therefore he should be punished for his cruelty.
That night his life changed for ever; now he was a monster. He sprouted fur all over his body, his nose grew into a long snout and a tail with spikes protruded from his lower back.
Yandere beast who has lost all his beauty. He was nothing other than hideous. Such a creature should surely be hidden out of sight. Not only did he lose his appearance that night, he also lost his status. The king and queen were horrified at his new form. This turn of event was not what they prepared for. Disgusted with him they sent him to a dreary little castle on the country side where no one would ever lay eyes on him.
Filled with despair he wallowed in shame; for his appearance and his situation. The only thing that could break the curse was if he learned to love someone and earn their love in return. Clearly, his parents did not believe the curse could be lifted, which was the reason they sent him away. They couldnât have him at court anymore after all. Perhaps they were also glad to be rid of him once and for all.
Yandere beast who was all alone in his castle. He was left without servant or any gold. He was not used to a life without luxury. He thought heâd be alone forever and waste into nothingness, but he was surprised by you once more. You had come to the castle and chose to work there. When youâd told the king and queen of your decision they could not fathom why you would do such a thing when you were under no obligation to do it. You knew how horrible the prince was to all your colleagues, but you saw that underneath all that pride was an insecure young boy who wanted attention. It was not an excuse for his behaviour though. Still, your kindhearted nature made you want to help him.
Yandere beast who is elated with your presence. Now that he has company he is not as pessimistic. He always had a soft spot for you but now the fondness has turned into a full blown obsession. He loves you so much! When no one else was there for him and his life got turned into shamble, you stood by his side- willingly too! You werenât frightened by his hideous form, no, you held his hand and stroked his snout without a care in the world. You were clearly the one to break the curse!
Yandere beast who does everything to make you fall for him and love him just as much as he loves you. Are you hungry? Good, because his transformation made him a great hunter! Are you in the mood for deer or rabbits? This monstrous prince can offer you a lot more than any normal prince or commoner human. No one can protect you as well as he can; his strength and sharp senses is the one upside to the curse. When the two of you marry, heâll get back his title and whisk you away to a new castle. This one will be filled with the luxuries he bathed in before, and youâll be forced to swim in them too whether you want to or not.
Could you ever love this beast?

A/N: Ya'll thought I was gonna let the holiday pass without a little treat? I lost the drabble challenge, but well, can't fight my brain no matter how hard I try. Happy Thanksgiving, happy bank holiday, or however you celebrate, many love and blessings to the greatest group of people ever. Toss a coin to your blogger by leaving a comment, gif, or unhinged ask.
The rich smells of Thanksgiving food permeated the air and tickled your nostrils. You inhaled deeply as you flitted around the kitchen helping out the Aunties. No one messed with the Aunties on Thanksgiving.
You didnât know how they managed to stay organized among the chaos. Between one of their husbands who constantly entered the kitchen asking when the food would be done and the little kids running throughout the house, it was a miracle they werenât yelling and cursing up a storm.
âFix me my medicine, baby,â Auntie Gee told you.
âYes, maâam,â you said. You pivoted away from helping Auntie Aileen with the yams and went over to the small pantry, grabbing supplies. You made a quick and dirty margarita for Auntie Gee and placed it in a glass. You already started in on another one because in one, two, threeâŠ
âI want one!â Auntie Mimi called out. You smiled to yourself, knowing your Aunties a little too well. Maybe you spent too much time around them all. But you wouldnât have it any other way.Â
Your big family was a handful at times. But at the end of the day, it was nothing but good vibes and great conversation. The Aunties were currently going on about their favorite man, Denzel Washington.
âThat man been fine his whole goddamn life!â Auntie Hope called from the round kitchen table. She cleaned the greens, taking the stems off and putting them into a red bowl, to be soaked in the kitchen sink a little later. Right now, your mom was at the farmhouse sink peeling potatoes.Â
âLanguage, young lady!â Your grandmother, Grammy Alice, called out from the stove. She babysat the white sauce for the mac and cheese, carefully adding cheese and stirring to get the mixture right.Â
âSorry, momma,â Auntie Hope said. She grinned at you and winked.Â
You giggled and handed Auntie Mimi her drink. âThank you baby. You better get outta here before they snatch you to do something else,â she whispered.
And thatâs why she was lowkey your favorite Auntie. You hugged and thanked her and then quietly slipped out while the Aunties discussed Denzelâs career. They categorically denounced Training Day as his best role. He was just playing a nigga, thatâs all. They were stuck between John Q and Glory.
You left the spacious kitchen in a flash, disappearing around the corner and fell into the background as you soaked everything in. The well-decorated living room held most of the men yelling and screaming at the football game playing on the TV. They sat on the blue couch, lounge chairs, and picnic chairs all crowded around the large screen TV. You didnât know a lick about the game, but by the sound of it, their team was making stupid ass decisions.Â
Kids played Monopoly on the floor, a mix of little kids and the quieter teens who didnât want to play with the older, rowdier teens outside. You carefully picked your way through the living room, stopping to place a kiss on your Dadâs withered cheek. You patted his shoulder and he brought his hand up to pat yours.
âEverything alright?â He asked.
âYes, sir. Food coming along,â you said.
He groaned aloud with the Uncles and boyfriends, everyone throwing up their hands and calling the ref out of his name.
âThey need to get that blind muâfucka off the field!â Uncle Cornell said. He was the only one semi-dressed up in a pair of slacks and a button up shirt. You didnât know where Auntie Mimi found this character.Â
Your dad chuckled, returning his attention to you. âGood, good. Iâma just sit here until your mom says itâs time,â your dad said with a secret grin. He made the mistake of entering the kitchen early one year, reaching for a piece of the ham and receiving a swift spoon to the back of the hand from Grammy Alice. He still had a little scar from how hard she popped him.Â
âProbably for the best,â you said with a giggle.Â
You left the living room, trekking through the raucous house in search for a little bit of peace. As much as you loved how big your family was, you were decidedly the opposite sometimes. You didnât draw strength from being around so many people. You craved the quiet and silence that came with being by your lonesome. Probably a consequence of being an only child.
Perhaps that was one of the main things that drew you to your husband, Terry. He was the opposite to your family as well. Calm under pressure, quiet and unassuming despite his size; he really was perfect for you.Â
You found him on the wide back porch with your cousins, sitting around a table playing dominoes. The teens and older cousins chased each other around the yard playing some game they made up years ago. You never understood the rules and your ass was too tired to continue chasing them around.
Some of the girl cousins watched their younger, baby siblings as they talked about whatever it was kids were into these days. Full. Your life was full to bursting and you wouldnât have it any other way.
You approached Terry and pecked his cheek. âHey baby,â Terry said, lowering his dominoes to the table. He turned to you and wrapped his arm around your waist from his seated position.Â
âJust checking on you, is all,â you said. âYou need anything?âÂ
Terry used his free hand to lift his half empty beer bottle. âNaw, I should be good for a minute. You need anything?âÂ
âShe needs to leave the table so I can get back to whoopinâ yo ass, Marine boy!â Your cousin, Emery, yelled as he slammed down a domino. âGo on and put that thirty-five down for your boy!â He snickered as the game keeper, Darell, laughed and marked down Emeryâs points.Â
Terry chuckled and shook his head. He peeked over at the scorecard on the notebook by Darellâs elbow. âMaybe you need to go back to math class. Iâm still winning,â Terry said.Â
A chorus of ooohâs and damnâs and âYou gonâ let him talk to you like that, playboy?â rung around the wooden table. Emery waved them all off, a small smile on his face.Â
âAlright, alright. Game ainât over. Why donât you go on? You killing the mood, girl,â Emery said.Â
âIâm killing the mood? Just like a hatinâ nigga to focus on somebody else while he losing,â you said.
âDamn!â Cousin Craig yelled out, his long skinny face cracking into a harsh, wheezing laugh that only triggered everybody else to start laughing.Â
You kissed Terry on the cheek once more, admiring the clean beard on his face. He looked good enough to eat himself. He wore a simple powder blue sweater with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of jeans that really showcased his sexy ass. Just looking at him caused your stomach to do little belly flips.
Terry squeezed your side and smirked up at you as if he saw the direction of your nasty thoughts. He winked at you and you bid your farewell to the men and their little game.Â
The majority of the day passed too quickly as you went from group to group, checking in on everyone. The domino game ended and the cousins joined the Uncles in the living room to check on the remainder of the game.
âGirl, donât you ever sit down?â Your cousin, Robyn, asked. She was in your age group, relaxing with the other girl cousins who laid across multiple blankets, sipping their drinks of choice, and chilling out.Â
You chuckled. âGirl no. Between your momma and mine, I keep getting called to do something. And I feel like if I sit down, Iâma pass out,â you said, shaking your head.Â
Robyn and Ronda were twins of Auntie Aileenâs and they both shivered at the mention of their mother. âPlease, donât summon her,â Ronda said, shaking her head. âThat lady trynna get me set up with her co-worker.â She stuck out her tongue and gagged.
âNot toxic enough for you?â Auntie Hopeâs daughter, Stacie, asked.
âHell no! That girl likesâŠtheater,â Ronda said, making the word sound dirty. You laughed with your cousins, shaking your head at her. Ronda had the worst luck with women. Last year, one threatened to throw herself into traffic if Ronda didnât come outside to talk to her.Â
You and your cousins merely stared at her through the screen door and dared her to do it. You didnât really mean it, but the girl was dramatic as hell and too full of herself to actually go through with it.Â
âDare I go check in on the Aunties?â You asked.
There was a resounding, âNo!â, that seemed to echo even while outside. You laughed with your cousins. You were feeling restless, though. Anxious. You needed something but you couldnât quite put your finger on it.Â
Maybe it was just the holiday. You took after your mother in the sense that you had a strong need to make sure everybody was okay. Everybody had all their toes and fingers accounted for, no bruises, no yelling, or fighting. If everybody else was okay, then all was right in the world with you.Â
But sometimesâŠyou got a little impish. Like you wanted to cause trouble just to see what would happen. You wanted to disrupt the delicate balance of the house and festivities and do something wicked.Â
An idea immediately came to mind and you didnât think twice about it. You said goodbye to your cousins, stepping back into the house to check on your dad. Lately, he had been feeling more winded than usual. More tired. You urged him to go to the doctor, but the relationship between men and hospitals needed to be studied. He avoided it like it was a nail in a coffin.Â
Terry sat next to your dad, yelling at the TV with him. He brought his beer to his lush lips and took a deep pull. Your core instantly heated looking at your man. There was precious little he did that didnât absolutely turn you on.Â
He caught you staring and winked at you. You grinned and took out your phone, snapping a quick picture of him. He tilted his head, giving you a look. You stuck your tongue out at him and then checked the score. You found a free recliner opposite your dad and sat down, finally taking the load off.
While everyone was distracted, you quickly sent Terry a text. He checked his smart watch and then glanced at you, furrowing his eyebrows in an unspoken question. You smiled sweetly at him while he dug out his phone and checked your message.
đŹ You sent a photo.
âCan Big Daddy come play?â
Terry immediately placed his phone down on his thigh, turning wide eyes towards you. You rocked in the recliner, grinning at him. You had sent a thirst trap to him, one you snapped in the bathroom earlier in the day. You had meant to show him at a later time, maybe while he was at work and needed a pick me up.Â
He scooted forward on the couch, leaning his elbows on his knees. He rubbed his beard and tried to suppress a grin, subtly shaking his head at you.Â
You continued to rock, feeling pleased as punch. You tried to see if he was getting hard but he was bent too much forward. The men groaned at the latest refâs call and you turned to the TV to see the teams setting up for another play.Â
You glanced back at Terry who kept his eyes trained on you. When you caught his eye, he narrowed them slightly and then jerked his head towards the stairs. You grinned and got up first, heading up to the second floor that remained off limits to everybody. Less rooms to clean up afterwards.Â
The great thing about having a big family was that it was easy to disappear with no one the wiser. You headed upstairs to your childhood bedroom, closing the door behind you. The room was just as you left it in your early twenties when you finally moved out. There was still stuffed animals and an overflowing bookshelf in the corner, a wide dresser stretched underneath your TV, and âgrown-upâ art on the walls. You sometimes missed the B2K and B5 posters had tacked to your wall for years.Â
Anticipation churned in your stomach as you waited for Terryâs quiet footfalls to follow behind you on the shaggy, brown carpet. A moment later, there was a soft knock and then Terry entered, looking behind the door for you. You ushered him in and then closed and locked the door, wrapping your hands around his neck.
He had to bend down slightly so that it wasnât incredibly awkward for you and he groaned. âYou trynna get me killed?â He demanded, stepping back to look you in the face.
You giggled and clasped your hands behind your back. âWhatever do you mean?â You asked.Â
Terry smirked and advanced on you, causing you to bite your lip and retreat. He crossed the distance in one second, his long legs carrying him forward. He cupped your neck in both of his warm, strong hands and you moaned, eyes sinking lower now that you were back in his capable hands.Â
âYou think you slick sendinâ that picture while I was right next to your dad?â He asked.
You giggled again. Ugh, you couldnât help it. He made you feel so feminine and girly whenever he went all big and strong on you. You were working on being more bold, opening your mouth and asking for what you wanted. But sometimes, you got so twisted up with nerves your mouth didnât work.Â
âDid you like it?â You asked.Â
Terry squeezed your neck and you sighed at the pressure. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. âYou know I liked it,â he said, glancing down at the front of his pants. You followed his gaze and noticed his dick pressed against the fabric of his jeans. You reached out to rub his bulge.Â
He lifted an eyebrow at you. âWhatâs gotten into you?â He asked.
âI canât just want my man?â You asked. You continued to rub him, watching as his own eyes drooped. His naturally dark eyelashes nearly fanned his high cheekbones.Â
âYou know, there is one fantasy I always wanted to act out,â you said, forcing yourself to say the words. Even after years of marriage, Terry made you feel like a school girl with a crush. Guess you could never really shake that bit of shyness from growing up in a loud household and seeking only peace.Â
âIs that right,â he murmured.Â
âMhmm. I never really got to have boys in my room growing up,â you said. You blinked up at him with a smile hovering over your lips. Terry lightly squeezed your neck, stepping closer, as you continued to rub him through his jeans. His breathing increased, soft pitfalls loud in your ear because he was so close to you.Â
âAm I the first boy in your room?â He asked.Â
âMaybe. But donât get a big head about it,â you said.Â
âWouldnât dream of it,â he said. His thumbs rubbed across your pulse points on both sides of your neck, turning you stupid in less than a second. You lost your train of thought as the rough slide of his fingers sent electric zings down to the tips of your toes. Your panties grew damp as you sighed.Â
You kept waiting for the honeymoon phase to be over, but after a while, you just accepted that you two were just that intense for each other. Growing up, you saw your grandparents, parents, and extended family all find the love of their lives, each carving out a special relationship with their significant others.Â
But it was Auntie Aileenâs marriage that you admired. Sometimes she and her husband seemed to communicate with just a look. Like they were the only two people in the world and everything else was background noise. You wanted and craved that. And by some miracle, you found that with Mr. Terry Richmond.Â
âAnd, thereâs a few things that I always wanted to do with a boy in my room if I ever got the chance,â you said. Your hands slipped to his jeans, unbuttoning them and then sliding the zipper down.Â
âMm, I think I like where this is going. You know, I had a similar fantasy,â he said. He smirked as you lowered his jeans enough to get to his boxer briefs. His dick was hot to the touch through the fabric, balls heavy, and you slipped your hand beneath the waistband to get to your prize.Â
âIs that so?â You asked, palming his dick. He hissed and then released the sigh in a shudder. You grinned, feeling like the most powerful person ever. Just you gripping him caused a reaction. It was heady and intoxicating and you would never get sick of it.Â
âMhm. See, I always wanted to fuck my wife in her childhood home. Like it was a badge of honor or somethinâ,â he said, his voice getting deeper and rougher.Â
You shivered. Your panties were practically soaked now. Your pussy throbbed at the thought of you both having similar fantasies. You stepped back from his hands around your neck and then dropped down your knees.Â
Terryâs eyebrows lifted as you grinned at him. You pressed your nose into his crotch and nuzzled. Terry sighed, petting your head as you tugged his briefs down to expose the long, thick length of him.Â
The tip of his dick swelled, pre-cum already beading. You swiped your tongue out and licked it causing Terry to jerk his hips forward. âAs much as I love this, we better hurry before one of the Aunties come looking for you,â he said.
You pouted. He was right. A bunch of girls to choose from to handle anything around the house and somehow it always fell to you.Â
You sighed and kissed his dick, making it jump. âDonât worry, buddy, Iâll make it up to you later,â you said.
Terry laughed and pleasure zinged through you. You loved pleasing your man. Whether it was making him laugh, checking in on him, or pleasing him during sex, you loved it when you could just make him feel good.Â
Terry helped guide his dick into your mouth and you looked up at him while you worked in tandem. He pushed in and you sunk onto his dick, wrapping your lips around him. His hairs tickled your face but you kept your mind focused on making him cum as quickly as possible.Â
Little did he know, you were in a competition with yourself to make him bust faster and faster. Maybe it was simply the competitive spirit in you. But you swore youâve come from just a look from him. Turnabout was only fair play.Â
Light from your window illuminated Terry through the slats of the blinds. He tipped his head back, mouth falling open as you worked him over with your tongue and hands. You gripped his base, squeezing how he liked while you took the rest in your mouth.
âFuuck, this mouth of yours,â he moaned. Your pussy throbbed harder, growing wet from the sounds of his moans, the look of pleasure on his face. His eyes were closed, hands around the back of your head to push your mouth further down.Â
You took him in and bobbed your head, really getting into pleasing him. You shifted on your knees and squeezed his dick harder. You moaned around his length, getting lost in the feeling of him throbbing in your mouth. His dick poked your cheek and you teased the tip with your tongue.
âJust like that,â he coached so you did it again. You teased the tip while you sucked him off, loud gawking echoing in your ears.Â
Saliva slipped from your mouth and drooped down your chin, letting him slip easier in and out. You increased your ministrations, bobbing in a frenzy, watching for any signs of his discomfort.Â
You saw none of that. Instead, his face was twisted in a sexy mix of pleasure and pain. Soft moans escaped his mouth as you kept going, kept trying to take him deeper, kept trying to swallow him whole.Â
âFuckinâ perfect. So fuckinâ perfect with my dick in your mouth,â he cooed.Â
You moaned, growing unbearably wet at his words. Your jaw started to ache but you ignored it in favor of wanting to get him off. Wanting him to bust in your mouth. You widened your jaw and he sunk in a little deeper.
He groaned and looked down at you. âIâm finna bust,â he whispered.
You grinned around his dick and kept up what you were doing until he gripped your head and spilled down your throat. His moans were their own aphrodisiac, filling you with pride that you got your man off so quickly. You swallowed his cum, something you were still getting used to, and then continued to suck.Â
Terry huffed, hips jerking forward, as he couldnât decide between laughing and moaning. He had to gently push at your head to make you stop and he eased his dick out. âYou must think youâre cute,â he said.
You pinched your thumb and forefinger together. âA little,â you said.Â
Terry chuckled, grabbing your hands and helping you stand. He kissed you, gripping your face to his to make you stay. You sighed with a moan, wrapping your arms around him. You made out for a good, long while, soaking up each otherâs desperate kisses.Â
âMy turn,â he whispered against your lips.Â
You only had a brief moment to catch the devious, nearly evil look in his eye as he lifted your plain gray T-shirt over your head. He didnât take it off, instead he just wanted the collar over your head to expose your black, lacy bra.Â
He groaned, getting a live view of the sexy picture you sent him earlier. He thumbed your nipples through the bra, making them bead up. He backed you towards your closet door, then dropped his head to suck on your nipples around your bra.
You moaned, gripping the back of his neck. âOh fuck,â you moaned.
âShhh. We ainât trynna get caught âcause of your nasty ass,â he said.
âMy nasty ass?â You asked with a giggle.Â
âYour nasty, sexy, delicious ass, yes,â Terry said in between licking and kissing your titties. He used his index finger in between the cups to lower it, exposing your nipples to his gaze. He tucked the cups of your bra beneath your titties and went back to sucking on them.Â
Each suckle sent a wave of heat through your body and if you werenât careful, youâd turn into a raging inferno right there in your childhood bedroom. Your moans only increased, getting louder the more he worked that glorious, hot tongue on you.Â
You wished you had enough time to get your pussy licked on. But you were already pushing the envelope at the moment with so many people just downstairs. Risk of discovery only turned you on more, your pussy clenching around nothing.Â
Terry slipped his hand down your leggings and past your underwear, finding you soaked. He paused with your nipple in his mouth. âYou got this wet from sucking me off?â He asked with his mouth full.Â
You nodded. âSure did,â you said.
Terry closed his eyes briefly and sighed. âGood to know,â he murmured.Â
You didnât have time to ask him about that because he went back to sucking on your titties while he plunged two fingers into your pussy. You cried out, and he gave you a warning look, before working those long, thick fingers in and out of you.
âI-I didnât suck you off to get something back,â you whispered. As much as you would like to turn this into a full on session, you were also cognizant of the time. Surely, someone would come looking soon, right? You werenât exactly subtle heading upstairs.Â
âThink Iâma leave my favorite girl like this?â He asked. He emphasized his point by plunging his fingers faster, the squelching of your pussy smacked in the room.Â
âOh, baby. Oh, Terry, please, Iâm gonnaâŠunnf,â you moaned as quietly as you were able.Â
âThatâs okay, baby, you cum on these fingers. You cum all over this fingers fâme,â he murmured, still treating your titties like his favorite meal. He kissed, suckled, and nibbled until you turned into a puddle in his arms.
You were only held up by your hands around his neck and his arms around you. You shook violently, trapping his fingers between your thighs as you rode out your orgasm. Terry still managed to wiggle his fingers inside, rubbing against a sweet, sweet spot that made stars burst behind your eyelids.Â
Your nails dug into his soft sweater and you shivered on your way down from it. Terry kissed and rubbed his beard against your nipples. Was the man trying to kill you?Â
He leaned back and smiled at you. âI love the look you give me after you cum,â he said.
You giggled. âWhat look is that, sir?â You asked.
âLike a well-satiated woman. Thatâs always my goal,â he said.
You smiled and tilted your hand. âYou better be careful talking to me like that. I might think you wanna marry me,â you said.
Terry chuckled. âOh, I wanna do more than marry you,â he said. He grinned and then gripped the waistband of your leggings and panties. He slid the pants down your legs, his hand traveling behind to rub against your thighs.Â
You stared at each other, smiles hovering on your faces, as he got them down to your calves. You stepped out of them and Terry wasted no time picking you up. You yelped as he spread you wide open, hooking your thighs around his waist.
Holding his hand under your ass, he used his other one to guide his dick into your slick heat. Your eyes widened at the glorious, burning stretch as you sank down onto him. Your toes curled as he sank in deeper and deeper, your essence making the trip easy.Â
Terry maneuvered his arms under your knees, so that he could easily lift you up and down on his dick. You gripped onto him for dear life, turning wide, panicked eyes to him. You didnât think heâd drop you, no, your husband was too strong and capable for that. You just felt like you were about to rip apart at the seams and he was the only thing keeping you together.Â
âYou did say you wanted Big Daddy to come and play, right?â He whispered, pressing his lips to yours. The kiss was slow, smooth, and so damn hot you clenched around his dick. He groaned and lifted you off his dick just to sink back in.Â
âDonât be using my words against me,â you said.
âOh word?â He asked with a grin. All the niceties flew out of the window. He started slamming you up and down on his dick, that stretching burn making your eyes roll to the back of your head.Â
âOh, fuck,â you moaned, bringing your face closer to his. You wrapped your arms tighter around his neck and held on while he fucked you, stuffed you, and filled you so completely you felt him all over. He was in your heart, your mind, and your soul, writing his name in the threads of your being.Â
âThereâs my good girl. Iâm so fuckinâ proud of you,â he said.
You whined against his face, peppering him with sloppy kisses. âI love you,â you said.
âI love you, too. I like when you get bold. Let me know you want this dick,â he said. He rubbed his beard against your cheek and you moaned.
âI want it. Please, I want it,â you whispered.Â
Knocking drew your attention to your door. You turned wide eyes to Terry who stopped moving. He glanced towards the door.Â
âBaby, you in there?â Your mom called out. Your heart beat in double time, fear turning your insides icy.
âWhat should I do?â You whispered. Okay, you lied, getting caught would suck ass right now. There was no way to explain this to your mom. You just didnât talk about these things with her. As far as she was concerned, you were married but still a virgin.
âIf you donât answer, she gonna send a search party,â he whispered back.
âYeah, mom?â You called out.Â
âWhat are you doing in there? Foodâs getting ready to be done so I need your help organizing the line,â she said.
âYes, mommy, I-I wasnât feeling well so I came to lay down,â you called out.Â
âDo you need some medicine? You want me to grab Terry?â She asked.Â
Terry grinned and started moving you up and down on his dick again. Your jaw dropped, tummy fluctuating between arousal and fear. The normal butterflies in your stomach were having a field day.Â
You slapped at his shoulder to get him to stop. Or quit fucking around. He couldnât think this was a great idea, making you take his dick like this while talking to your mom. He grinned innocently, moving his lips down back to your nipples to suck.
You closed your eyes, not knowing where to focus your attention. âUh-no! Iâm okay! Iâll be out soon, promise!â Oh, fuck, he hit a good spot inside you and you clutched him to you.
âAlright, better come on. Your Uncle Remy âbout to work my damn nerves,â your mother sniffed as she presumably went on down the hallway.Â
You gasped and tapped Terryâs shoulder again. Terry answered you with a chuckle and then ended on a moan.Â
âFuck, youâre so wet,â he moaned like it was a glorious revelation. His deep voice skated along your nerve endings, making your tummy flip with desire.Â
âTerry, please!â You moaned.
âBig Daddy ainât finished yet,â he said and nuzzled your neck. He placed kisses there while he pumped his arms, moving you up and down on his dick. Your toes curled once more, fast approaching that train to nirvana.Â
âOh, please, Big Daddy, I canât take it,â you cried.Â
âSure you can. Cum on this dick so I can fill you up. Let me feel it,â he said into your neck. His groans joined yours, hips jerking into you like he was close as well. âSoak this dick, baby.â
You dropped your head to his shoulder and let the orgasm roll over you like a subway train. You twitched and jerked on him, keening whines and cries filling your room as you lost sound in your right eye.Â
Or maybe this was that nirvana you were dreaming of. Maybe you slipped into another plane of existence where your souls danced and entwined for eternity. Either way, Terryâs groans brought you back to this side of existence while he stuffed you full of his cum.
The hot, thick spurts throbbed with his dick, sliding against your inner walls. You cried, feeling overwhelmed and thoroughly fucked out. You both panted and huffed as you came down, gathering your senses post-nut.Â
You smiled dopily at your man and he flashed you a beautiful, wide grin. âThereâs that look I love so much,â he said.
âYou are dangerous,â you said.
He chuckled. âSaying Iâm dangerous while your pussy feel this good squeezing my dick. Just say you donât wanna let go,â he said.
You squeezed his dick and he laughed, lowering you carefully to the floor. Once he slipped out, his cum came rushing out of you and you closed your eyes to enjoy the sensation. Terry suddenly pushed his cum right back in.
âTerry!â You screamed.Â
He chuckled. âI canât help it. I like watching my cum slide out of you,â he said. He planted a kiss on your forehead and you smiled at him while you crossed the room to your dresser. Sometimes, you came to spend the night with your parents to help keep an eye on your dad while your mom got a break.
You grabbed an extra pair of panties and a towel from off of your bed. You cleaned yourself up as best as you were able and then slipped your leggings back on. Thank goodness that a bathroom was directly across from your room. You wouldnât have to trek far to get fully cleaned up.Â
Terry stuffed that dangerous monster back into his jeans. You stood, transfixed, watching him slide the denim over his dick and zip up his pants with a little hop.Â
âHappy Thanksgiving, Big Daddy,â you said, admiring your man.
âHappy Thanksgiving, baby,â he said, pulling you into a hug and one final kiss before leaving your room in a cloud of marital bliss.
The end.
I love you all and I'm so thankful for you. The Secret Terry Richmond Files

how you get the girl
jason todd x reader
fanart by @twalxx (found on pinterest)
pairing - jason todd x reader
warnings - smut! starts angsty, fluff and smut later :))
a/n - this is my first smut, but i had like all of my friends proof read so im super excited to share this with yall! songfic based on how you get the girl by taylor swift (and a bit of i wish you would)
Things had ended with Jason, but it hadn't had the desired effect.
It was just too painful when you were together, the not knowing. Not knowing if he was safe every night. Not knowing if you were safe. You were scared constantly, just never knowing. All you wanted was for him to be safe.
â
You realized you couldn't do it anymore when he went no contact for two days.
You had thought he was dead. You were pacing your townhouse nonstop, music following suit. Trying to drown out the silence and your thoughts. You plopped onto the couch, picturing every other time this had happened in your mind. The pain you felt every night, that worsened every time another hour went by. So you made your decision.
When he finally came home that night, ready to run into your arms, you closed them. and you fought. The front door opened and shut and all the built-up anger from two years of sleepless nights and not letting yourself be selfish flooded out of you.
âWhat the hell, Jason? Are you okay? I thought you were dead, you asshole!â
The tone in your voice shocked him, you could see it in his eyes. âWhat?â
Your tears were threatening to spill from your already red eyes, but you didn't let that stop you. You pressed the back of your hand to your cheek. âI'm sorry, it's just-, I can't do this! Every week, I have to grapple with the fact that you could be dead! And what if you were? You can't come back every time you die, you know that!â
âWhat- what do you want me to do? There are always going to be people getting hurt, you know that.â
âExactly. And I will never come first. Youâre just too fucking good a person, Jason. you never let yourself be selfish! I wanted you to put us first.â You look at him; âJust go.â
âIs this for real?â And now tears were welling up in his eyes. âThis was all so fast.â
âThis was the opposite of fast. I just tried not to see it. Because I love you so, so, much Jason, that's why I can't do this. Just- send one of your siblings to get your stuff tomorrow.â
He pauses. âOkay, Doll, if this is what you want, I will go.â
âDon't call me that, you're gonna make this too hard,â You hear yourself let out an embarrassing snort through your snot and tears.
âThen can I kiss you goodbye, instead?â
Already sobbing, you nod.
â
And now you can't get him out of your head. It's been six months, and he wonât get out. Every time you see lights through your window coming from the street, you think maybe. Maybe he came home to you.
And you just hope that when he's out every night, saving more damsels, he thinks about your home in the center of the city.
Every night you prayed that he would come back. And say that he wants you, no matter what. Even if it was you who broke his heart, because you also broke your own. You wished for it like it was the only thing that kept you going, because it was.
But you never really believed your wish would come true. You had already burnt that bridge. And in doing so, burned away your past. Your friendships with the Waynes, every late night spent tending wounds.
2 A.M. another late night, doing anything you could to get your mind off of him. Especially tonight. The twenty-seventh of April. For the past two years, on this day, Jason had been in your bed. You held him, and told him he was safe. Safe from what happened to him on this day, years before you were able to take care of him. Your bed was empty, and it killed you to know he was probably in his own, having the nightmares you worked so hard to keep him safe from.
2 A.M. A rough and fast knock against your front door cuts through the sound of the pouring rain, and you find yourself looking through the peephole of your townhouse. Eye level with you is Jason Todd, curly hair soaked. You could see his breath in the cold, and how little his unzipped leather jacket was doing to keep him warm. You pull the door open.
âAre you insane?â
âI know, I just- I need you. Sweetheart, I need you back. God, it's been a long six months. I know, I fucked you up, I fucked us up, and that is reason enough for you to slam the door in my face, but..â he trailed off and made eye contact with you; âI will make it up to you. I just need you tonight. You know what tonight is, I know that you didn't forget,â He was pleading, eyebrows furrowed and tears welling in his eyes. âI can't get through tonight without you,â
And before you can process it, you're leaning in and your lips are on his again, and it feels like home. They're soft against you and feel the same as they did the last time you touched six months ago, if just more desperate. He wraps his arms around your back, embracing you tightly. You pull away for a quick second just to say: âCome in, stay the night. I missed you too. We can talk this through in the morning.â
He enters the home that had missed him so much, and you close the door behind him as fast as you can. He dives back for your lips, like a man who had been lost in the desert finally getting water. It was passionate, and for a moment made you forget that you had waited for so long. It just felt like before, and for the meantime would put a band-aid over the months of pain. You kissed him through the hallway, pushing him back to your room, and somewhere along the way, he lost his jacket. When you got to the bedroom, you shoved him against the door, biting his lips and letting yourself absolutely lose control on his mouth. When you pulled away, you could see that it was swollen and redder than when you had started.
You slowly moved down his neck, starting with a hickey on his jaw in a spot that you knew was his favorite place. He breathed out your name, giving you motivation to move down and kiss his adams apple. âJesus, doll,â
You spread out, leaving marks all over his neck. The closer you got to his collarbone, the more vocal he was, letting out a dozen sickly-sweet nicknames for you. You start to make another bruise on his neck, but he squeaks out a âstop,â
You pull back. âIs something wrong?â for a moment fear creeps into your mind, and you remember. You haven't seen him in months, what if this is too much? This is the anniversary of his death, for god's sake-
âCan we move to the bed?â
Oh.
âYeah, if you're ready-â you cut yourself off when Jay removes his shirt as youre speaking, revealing a tapestry of scars. A breath catches in your throat. Shit, you had almost forgotten how good he looks shirtless. Almost. âYeah, okay,â You follow suit, pulling your shirt over your head and fumbling at your bra hooks.
You both stumble down the hallway, when you sit on the bed, back against the headboard. Jason looks at you like you're his last meal, and sits in between your legs, hands already reaching for your breasts.
Almost immediately, his fingers are tugging at your nipples and his lips are suckling at them. you squeal each time he bites at your nipples and he's moving back and forth between each like he can't choose his favorite, and humming nicknames for you every time he stops to breathe. After a couple minutes of sweet bliss, you put your hand in his still damp curls and push him off of you.
âJay, I think you need some attention too.â you put his hand on his chest and push him down so he's lying on his back. You struggled with yanking his jeans down his legs as they were still wet with rainwater, but you managed. He starts: -wait, I didn't even get to- When you get down his boxers, his erection springing free, and he gasps, cutting himself off at the sensation of the cold air hitting him.
You settle in between his legs, wrapping a hand around him. Your thumb finds his tip and spreads his precum over his length, lubricating it for your hand to move. This elicits a reaction from him. âJesus sweetheart, you never stop,â
You're confused. âStop what?â you ask, pressing a kiss to his tip. He grunts.
âMaking my heart pound out oâ my fucking chest, Doll,â He puts a hand on your cheek. âNever - fuck - stop.â you tighten your grip on his cock halfway through this phrase.
This makes you smile profusely, and to mask the grin, you open your mouth and fill it with the familiar feeling of Jason's member. He nearly howls in response, a string of profanities falling out of his mouth.
You look up at him with eyes you know he loves, and you hollow out your cheeks to - just for a second - suck harder. After this, you run your tongue along his base and pull off of him with a pop.
âWait no- why- why did you stop? Baby, why did you stop?â Jason starts to whine, a sound you would never forget in your life, and you giggle.
âRelax,â you smile as you move to sit on top of him. You pull your shorts off, taking the panties with them. âI just want to ride you,â
âYou're ready? Doll, I didn't even touch you, are you sure it won't hurt- ohmygod!â
You had started to lower yourself onto Jason's cock as he spoke, enjoying the way he was extra vocal when he didn't expect it. You leaned down to kiss him, and it was softer this time. Sweeter, romantic. Loving, not just lustful. And you can feel it, the affection for you that he had never lost. You pull away, your breathing fast and heavy, to say:
âI still love you,â
âI love you too,â
And just like that, it feels normal again. No time has passed and you got through another year together, trying to make what had once been the worst night in his life liveable. You laugh as you continue to lower yourself onto him, but the sound is garbled through a moan.
âWhat?â he asks, voice gruff from the pleasure.
âNothing, it just did hurt a little, you were right.â Your eyes are sparkling, and your smile is somehow more beautiful than he remembered.
Jason smiled at you from his place on the bed, starstruck by you, and reached his arm between your legs to rub at your clit. You let out a whine that made you feel pathetic, but Jay reached behind your back to hold your chest against him, letting your bodies line up in an embrace that you were unsure if he knew was reassuring, or was just doing it to be closer to you. Either way, you were glad for the contact, and the feeling of his arm pressed between yours and his chest.
Jason's grin glinted in the warm lighting of your bedroom. You're reminded of a chip in one of his front teeth that you find all too endearing before he speaks. âCan you move, baby?â He punctuates this with pressing a circle against your clit. He smiles wider when you arch your back, pressing your tits harder onto him. You take a moment to regain words, but respond after a moment.
âYeah,â you responded breathily, returning his smile. You lift your hips up and slowly lower yourself back down. Jason groans loudly, something that resembles your name falling from his mouth. Something snaps inside of you at the noise you had missed so much, and the next time you pull up, you slam yourself down on him.
âHoly fucking shit! Sweetheart, don't you need to take it sl- oh my god, oh my god, you're so perfect,â you continue this pattern, speeding up when he rubs your clit in that perfect way he would never forget.
You continue, sick slapping sounds filling the room. The muscles in your thighs and lower back are sore, and you start to slow down, sitting up so you're no longer lying on him. â âM sorry Jaybird, I just - haven't done this in a while.â You look at your lover apologetically, but he doesn't speak a word back. All Jason does is grab your waist, looking into your eyes for a nod before he takes control.
He pumps up into you, hips lifting off the mattress and pushing deeper into you. You let out a pleasured scream, putting your hands on Jason's pecs, rolling a nipple in between your fingers absentmindedly. His thrusting speeds up when you start doing this. âJason- Jesus Christ, so good.â
âYeah? I know baby, I know it feels good,â another of his moans interrupts his sentence, but he continues- âYou make me feel good too. So good.â
Somehow his thrusts get more rushed, pushing deeper into you. You let out a pitiful scream when he presses against your cervix, pain mixing into pleasure at the feeling of him bruising you. Jason hears you, and you can feel his cock twitch inside of you. You can tell he's close. âBaby, I'm gonna- where do you want it?â He whines, and your walls tighten at the sight of his eyes pleading with yours.
âInside.â
âBaby, are you sure-â
âPlease, Jason. Pill,â You start to beg, even though he hadn't asked for you to. âI need it. Need you. Missed you so much. Please!â
During your last word, you feel him release into you. Jason's hips sputter as he lets out another slightly pained moan. He lets his cock sit inside you for a moment, before he pulls himself out, his still hard cock sitting against his stomach. âBaby, get off. Let me make you cum. Let me clean you off.â
You blush at his words, as if you haven't fucked him a million times, nodding as you move off and onto the mattress. Jason repositions so you can rest your head on a pillow, pulling another to rest under your ass and lift you up.
Once you've settled as quickly as possible, Jason puts his face right against your pussy, admiring the way his cum mixes with your juices, spilling out of you. He starts with licking a stripe up your slit, and the image of his cum on his own tongue will never leave your brain, and causes your walls to tighten before he even puts a finger inside. He swallows, and goes back to licking into your hole, one hand absentmindedly rolling your clit in between his fingers as the other one squeezes your thigh. He moves them down from your clit to press into your hole, mouth instead focusing on your clit.
âFuck, Jason!â He looks up at you, puppy dog eyes somehow turning you on more than you already were. He holds eye contact with you as he presses a third finger into you, curving to press against your sweet spot. You tangle a hand into his damp curls, pressing him onto your cunt.
Your walls tighten around his fingers, and he puts all of his effort into sucking and lapping at your clit. He hums on the bud, sending vibrations through your core. When you approach the edge, he starts licking at it instead, flicking the muscle back and forth. He talks into your pussy, praises for you being drowned in the flesh.
He lifts his head up for a gasping breath, still moving his fingers inside of you and quickly muttering: âCum for me,â before diving back in. You listened, one last touch of your clit sending you over the edge. As you cum, Jason laps up the liquid that had leaked out of you over the night, flattening his tongue against your skin as he collects the last he can without a towel.
You shudder as he sits up, leaning forward to press a kiss onto your stomach before getting up from the bed. A moment of panic comes over you before-
âAre your washclothes still in the same place?â He asks softly. You nod at him, feeling too fucked out to speak, and watch him leave your bedroom.
After 30 seconds, he returns with a damp washcloth, and settles back in between your legs to wipe off your legs, pressing kisses on your inner thighs. As he moves up to your overstimulated cunt, he reaches for your hand. When the cloth passes over your sensitive spots, you squeeze his hand. After a few minutes of tender silence, he returns to your side, head on the pillow next to you.
âHey.â He smiles.
âHi,â you giggle back. After a brief pause, you continue: âI'm sorry. I was inconsiderate. When we broke up. I know what you do is important, and people need you-â
You're cut off by a kiss. âNo. I needed to communicate more. And either way, it doesn't matter.â You quirk an eyebrow at him, âThis is a fresh start,â he takes a breath in. âBut really, I love you so much.â
You giggle, which seems to confuse him. Through your laugh, you attempt to speak- âWould you say- most ardently?â He rolls his eyes at the reference to his favorite book, but still leans in to press a peck to your lips.
âI love you most ardently,â he smiles at you.
âGood.â

common misconceptions about the signs
aries : they are selfish. uncompromising. and always angry.
i think what bothers people is that aries prioritizes themselves instead of others. it's the first sign of the zodiac, so it is associated with the self. aries indeed values itself highly. but i believe it has the potential to be as selfless and giving as libra, its counterpart. libra is all about an equal exchange, and the realization that the self and the other have to coexist. what libra is, aries seeks to understand and integrate. aries' path involves realizing that without other people on their side, they aren't really that important. once they have made this realization, they do everything in their power to fight for the people they love. but the sign knows that it should never come at the expense of their own being, who is the person they are actually gonna end up with, in the end. it's not that they are always angry, it's just that they are not afraid of expressing uncomfortable thoughts or emotions, even if that means rubbing people the wrong way.
taurus : they are greedy and lazy. they hate change.
taurus isn't necessarily greedy. taurus most of all wants to feel secure in order to savor life. it's an hedonist. it's ruled by venus after all. this sign seeks to satisfy its senses by indulging in all kinds of pleasures. for taurus, you have to possess enough ressources in order to do that without having to worry about lacking. it's a sign that is also linked to one's sense of self-worth. taurus has a high self-esteem, which is why they give themselves the things that they deem themselves worthy of. they are far from lazy, they are actually very hard-working. it's a fixed sign, which means that once they are working towards something, they don't stop until they have reached their target. it might just take them some time to actually get up and start. it's hard for them to allow change and to welcome new situations because they worry that they will lose the security they have fought so badly to get.
gemini : they are two-faced, detached and volatile.
geminis aren't two-faced, they just have what we call a multifaceted personality. they also have a high capacity to change and evolve. it's a mutable sign, which means that gemini's ego is malleable and influenced by its environment. it is is very adaptable. geminis use their perceptiveness to know which role to play according to the person in front of them or the environment that they're in. they absorb information and traits they have observed and and use them when they come in handy. that doesn't mean that they are two-faced. that means they are creative and intelligent. they are not cold, they take decisions listening to their logic instead of their emotions. they aren't volatile, the person that that they were when you met them simply isn't the person that they are today.
cancer : they are weak and manipulative.
cancers are sensitive, that is true. but i think the reason people see them as too sensitive is because they are open about it. since cancer is ruled by the moon â which literally represents our emotions â its emotions are stronger and sometimes overpower it; it is therefore less likely to repress its emotions than other people. society encourages us to show no emotion because we might be taken advantage of. but to cancers, this sensitivity is a richness and they intend to express it. the reason they are said to be manipulative is because they can sometimes ignore people's emotions as they are so blinded by their own. as a water sign, cancers' emotions were probably ignored in the past. most of the time, they don't have the necessary tools to express themselves without being dismissing other people's feelings and hurting them in the process. they are not weak. they have, like everyone, needs that have to be met to be happy. the only difference is that they are not willing to accept less than they deserve.
leo : they are narcissistic. that they enjoy causing drama.
it wouldn't be fair to say that leos aren't a bit self-centered. they are. but they are ruled by the sun after all. like the sun, they think that the universe revolves around them. which is true to a certain extent, don't you think? everyone is a little bit self-centered, but not everyone owns it. leos do though. they know that we only get one chance at this thing called life, and they plan to celebrate themselves in this life that they were graciously given. this sign is far from being selfish, it might actually be the most generous sign there is. like the sun, leo wants to share the joy, light and richness that it possesses. i understand the dramatic stereotype though. leo is always involved in some kind of drama. this sign is very proud. it demands respect, and when it feels disrespected, it immediately gets into fight-mode. the fire element makes them very intense. their reactions are big and explosive. sometimes, leo complicates situations because the way it feels about them is just so strong. for that reason the wildfire spreads, and with it, its consequences.
virgo : they are eternally unsatisfied. they are too rational.
satisfying a virgo is difficult, i'll give you that. but the standards they set for others are as high as the standards they set for themselves. virgos see everything; the good and the bad. they might be demanding, but they are also able to be appreciative and give credit where it is due. the thing that isn't often said about them is that they are very idealistic. opposite to pisces, this sign strives for perfection. it wants to create heaven on earth. virgos always see how things can be improved and therefore give themselves and others the means necessary to realize their vision. virgos pretend to be rational but they are in fact quite sensitive and spiritual. the only reason they are pretending to be unfeeling is because people depend on them to be strong and to find solutions to their problems. virgos actually brood other past mistakes very often. but they will never admit it, as they hate talking about their feelings and attracting unnecessary attention to themselves. they are not boring, they just have their priorities straight. we should follow their example.
libra : they are superficial. fake. they are only interested in their image.
i think the reason libra is said to be superficial is due to its desire to embellish reality. you have to remember that it is ruled by venus, the goddess of love and beauty. libra wants to refine the elements that constitute reality, even if that means ignoring the depths which aren't always agreeable to look at. it can be hard to get beneath the surface with them because the air element makes them uncomfortable with heavy subjects. but there is nothing wrong with wanting to focus on the bright side of life. their idealism can become a problem when things in their life need to be improved and they choose to ignore them. libras are probably considered fake because they are kind to the people they encounter. i think now more than ever, people are suspicious of others' intentions. libra's generosity around their energy or ressources makes people wonder whether it's actually genuine or if there is an hidden agenda behind it. if libra is so focused on its image, it's because it has a high self-esteem and wants to elevate itself. what is not often said about this sign is that it is very ambitious. it's cardinal, so it wants to reach the top. but only because it wants to indulge in the luxuries that life has to offer with the people that matter to them.
scorpio : they are power hungry. they are mean or aloof.
scorpios aren't necessarily power hungry. most of the time, they don't even want to be in positions of power. they just possess the qualities necessary in order lead. so we make them leaders, and they accept this role. it's a fixed sign, a modality that comes with a laser-like focus and an ability to take control of situations without losing one's cool. scorpios can complete difficult tasks perfectly by removing all distractions. when they are in positions of power, they do everything they can to keep it because power comes with its advantages. they become mean and domineering when they feel that their position is threatened, but it's just a role that they play. they aren't really bad, they are just pretending to be. like taurus, its equal, scorpio is afraid of losing their security. it's also scared of losing control. scorpios usually had no self-agency growing up and major decisions were taken for them instead of with them. now they feel like they have be in control of people and situations in order to prevent harm. they are naturally suspicious of others and keep them at arms' length. the people who manage to see beyond their facade and love them anyway end up becoming their allies. once that is done, they become the most loving & generous people you'll ever meet.
sagittarius : they are unserious and impractical. they cannot commit.
sagittarius likes to have fun. but that doesn't mean that it cannot work hard. jupiter, the biggest planet in the solar system â rules this sign. like the planet, sagittarius wants to grow continually. you cannot put this sign inside a box. and the reason for that is because being in a box prevents their destined expansion. you will always find this sign travelling, going out and learning new things because it has a need to be stimulated and challenged. it is said to be impractical because it's extending its energy to so many places. but from what i've seen, sagittariuses are more than able to be successful both at work and in the private sphere. it's a mutable sign, which means that it's able to juggle many things at once. they are are not scared of commitment, they just don't want to be in a dynamic that doesn't allow them to be free to wander, and that doesn't encourage them to enlarge their minds and spirits.
capricorn : they are materialistic. they are workaholics. or boring.
capricorns like money, that is true. but who doesn't? with the earth element that rules it, it mostly wants money for the feeling of stability and peace it provides. capricorn is a realist. it knows that the quickest and easiest way to make money is to get up and work. but money isn't the most important thing to a capricorn. what matters most for it them family. they exist on the same polarity as cancer, remember? the reason capricorns spend so much time outside tiring themselves out is because they want to bring something tangible and durable home. which can be paradoxical, as they end up losing the precious time they could spend on their loved ones on their work instead. but to a capricorn, using oneself is a way to show love. if people call them boring it's because capricorns choose to use the rest of their time to rest and to be with their people. like scorpios, they are suspicious of strangers. they know that once they love someone, they don't hold back. for saturn, the celestial body that rules the sign, time is of utmost importance; capricorn doesn't intend to waste it on ephemeral people.
aquarius : they are detached. they are commitment-phobes.
aquarius isn't void of emotions. it is after all, human. like everyone, they do feel. aquarius just chooses to give more importance to its mind rather than its heart when it comes to making decisions. it's an air sign that is associated with groups or with humanity at large. aquariuses often fall into leadership roles because they are social creatures who know how to work with others toward a common goal. to them, leadership has to be objective and unbiased, and it has to profit every parts involved. but in the private sphere, they are far from detached. this sign belongs to the fixed modality, which makes them very loyal and loving. besides, the sun, which is all about one's sense of self, is in detriment in aquarius. their ego is weaker than in other signs and that they are bound to make room for strong attachments in their lives. like any fixed sign, they are difficult to approach because they take relationships very seriously. but once you get past their defenses â and if they deem you worthy of it â you earn their love forever.
pisces : they are unreliable. passive. they lack ambition.
pisces are far from unreliable. they are actually some of the most selfless and helpful person there are. they were actually brought up to make themselves useful to others. people always ask them for things, and pisces usually gladly accepts. unless of course they are dealing with problems of their own, or because they are simply too tired to give any more of their energy. they are called selfish from the moment they say no because people have started taking their help for granted. pisces aren't passive or unambitious, but they do lack trust and confidence in their abilities. it's the sign that rules dreams, and theirs are big. they have many talents because they spend their lifetime trying out different practices which allow them to express their complicated emotions. once they realize that their talents can bring them success, they become highly disciplined and determined. nothing can stop a pisces that understands that their gifts can serve both themselves and others.

And it didn't.
Summary: with the scars left by civil conflict, of broken relationships and shattered bridges the years passed, and she was finally caught up with the consequences of what she did.
Cw: NO CAITVI, angst for Caitlyn, post arcane 2 and my soft imaginings, Vi x Reader.
â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â
Caitlyn had lost herself and neither time, nor regret could bring back the people she lost what was important to; I saw the one she pushed away so many times because of that stupid instinct to see her down for being from Zaun who contaminated and infected her, Jayce who even though I told her everything was resolved I still saw that resentment in her eyes and did not blame, her father still loved her and was there for her but in his eyes at times there was a disappointment so palpable that it hurt to see her because she had destroyed what her mother worked so hard for costing lives in Zaun. She knew that her owner and suffering was not justification, it would never be, just as she knew that she had made many decisions that were wrong and even today, at 35 years old, they still haunt her, stalking her in every free moment to think, in every corner of her psyche and heart, it is a curse that would never leave her and she accepted it, she let the remorse bite her skin, scratch her bones fragmenting them until it reached the organs underneath and stay there forever. Not that all Zaunites' looks at her were better or let her forget what she had done in the past, they all looked at her with a well-hidden and civilized rancor, which, in contrast to what happened years ago showed that Zaunites were not animals.
"It's in your blood, it will always be in your blood!"
These are words that still to this day follow her relentlessly, spoken to a woman who stood by her side unflinchingly, daring to wear the uniform of the very beings who murdered her parents, who oppressed her for years and who were part of Zaun's continuing misfortune. Vi wore the uniform and became an enforcer for her, and a with it at that moment, after a shared kiss hurt her and it was not the blow that hurt the most, but hearing Vi cry at the bottom of the well and left her without looking back, at that moment she never regretted it and thought she deserved it for not letting Vi go, she herself pushed her away. Now, as Sheriff with Piltover restored and Zaun in better condition after joining forces to drive away Noxus and his threat, she is surprisingly alone. She had managed to catch Jinx and served her sentence, helped restore Piltover as part of that sentence but even with everything Jinx was never left alone but was supported by all of Zaun and, to her own selfish pain; For Vi, Vi was in the process of Jinx's improvement and her mental treatment, when she was imprisoned and released by herself, she watched as Vi received her and although there was an uncomfortable air Vi saw her with a filial love and bright, shy accompanied by Ekko, Sevika, Isha and another person who did not hesitate to embrace Jinx. Even Jinx even with all the crimes on her list, she had so many people surrounding her and she on the other end just and Sheriff was alone, she knew it was her own fault.
There was a sea of guilt that was always at her feet, threatening on her worst days with a huge swell, monstrous waves that threatened to swallow her whole and sometimes she wished they would but, it would be selfish not to bear the consequences of her actions.
The council had been renewed for the sake of progress since they all had such archaic and cruel ideas by the next leaders of those same houses who were young, people who saw beyond prejudices and painted a difference, a before and an after. A renewed council, like Piltover, with Jayce and Mel at the head, but there were two representatives of Zaun who never showed up leaving two chairs together empty in their name. They had all changed, Piltover finally after seeing how hundreds of Zaunites risked themselves to drive Noxus away without caring about coming back alive showed them how much damage they inflicted on their twin city.
Damage she contributed to, added to, and how it tainted her mother's contribution so that the Zaunites could breathe.
She hated herself but dared not ask for forgiveness, because she did not deserve it and she knew it.
She lives each day mechanically in the Enforcers base office, and with documentation up to her neck, in a cold and monotonous rhythm until that day came, a day where Loris was coming to visit her as she had not agreed to stay in the Enforcers corps with the others but rather, was sentinel in Zaun an organization created by two people in Zaun along with other creations that Zaun did not have before.
"Wow, you're still dating the paperwork Sheriff?" questions Loris, walking into the office with a lazy smile looking at the paperwork by the pile.
"Let's just say they're nice dates" replies Caitlyn, inviting him to sit down, it's the little visits and sincere interactions he has that let him see that he kept too good people away from his surroundings because even Seb kept her at a distance, Maddie walked away from her after he had used her to forget Vi; spoiler he never could, Vi as soon as the conflict ended and the trials came she didn't return to Piltover, so Loris was the only one who still maintained some pleasant air between the two "Something going on? You usually come over on Fridays when I go out for a drink together."
Caitlyn looks at her former partner and notices it, a nervous uneasiness almost shy about how she keeps herself hidden and how Loris tries to keep the air light, jovial and pleasant. Loris was a very short time active part of the Enforcerd but damn but he was a good element and the Sentinels would take a good element. She watches silently as her former partner takes a seat, but it never goes unnoticed the conflicted eyes of the man in front of her and she honestly can't blame him as Loris is one of Vi's best friends and continuing to talk to her feels like some sort of betrayal, or so Caitlyn assumes.
"Well, I'm not wasting your time with my humble visit Sheriff" she concedes, lightening the mood and tension, pulling out a simple envelope sealed with wax and a unique flower that only grows in Zaun "Consider coming, she asked me to deliver it to you."
Caitlyn with that, spends the rest of the day dreading opening the letter leaving it on her office bookshelf as if it has the toxic and poisonous in it, so at the end of her day with the evening light streaming in through the glass she plucks up her courage. She sits up from her chair and takes the letter, it is made of a soft and in plain sight recycled paper but it has a fresh floral scent, with some fear creeping up her joints she opens it using the letter opener seeing how the black wax falls on her desk next to the small single flower of Zaun that she takes and keeps it, inside the envelope is a paper folded in three and when she opens it something stirs in her gut with such force that she feels her organs pushed into her bones and the physical exterior of her body, she restrains herself and swallows the bile to start reading, though she knows that doomed her because she suspects it is.
â Violet and [R] â
Just reading that line generated an immense, monumental dismay in him, had he stopped loving Vi? She didn't want to know the answer because it would hurt, because when she pushed Vi away, making her feel guilty for everything, guilty for not being able to stop loving her sister in spite of everything, what was she thinking back then? Making her choose implicitly only served to further establish the imbalance and mistrust in whatever it was they had, and lo and behold the consequences years of loneliness and minimal, if any interactions with Vi that were for matters merely concerning both cities. At the very thought, the very image of it tightens her chest.
Vi was getting married and he was inviting her to his wedding, with a +1.
She dropped into her chair, tossing the pretty invitation on the desk before scrunching up her face, stressed, hurt, regretful and with an amalgam of feelings of self-pity and cruelty towards herself for the past, for the hatred her being since she was a child had harbored towards Zaunitas which only incubated until it exploded that fateful day where she took it out on Vi, took it out on a woman who knew how to read her better than she did herself and prevented her from doing something she would regret more. He knew he could not give, if he would fail as Vi said but his pain did not allow him to see, understand, or comprehend. His hands tremble running it over his face in an attempt to get rid of that mutilating feeling in his chest, and he feels the pain climb up his bones, Vi was going to marry someone and by name it's a woman; [R]. A short, concrete text, a wedding which will be held in the newly opened temple of Janna, signed below in sweet, flowing calligraphy in Violet's name, next to another straighter, linear calligraphy signing with [R]. They sure did that cute thing of writing each other's name would Vi love her? Would that unknown woman love Vi? How long had they been in a relationship? Did they love each other? Why was Vi inviting her?
She doesn't want to go.

previous chapter †next chapter
Before you knew it, you had arrived back at your hotel, Sumire sleeping on your arms. With a sigh, you got up from the bus seat and made your way to the entrance. As you carried him to the room, you couldn't help but smile at how peaceful he looked.
As you walked to your room, constantly feeling your phone vibrate with messages and missed calls, a wave of guilt washed over you. You had just stormed out of your sister's wedding party in a fit of anger and now you couldn't help but feel selfish and regretful. You knew that your actions had caused a scene and potentially ruined her special day. The weight of your decision and its consequences weighed heavily on your conscience.
Was she really pregnant by Satoru? Do you mean absolutely nothing to him? Although you had shared an intimate night the night you went to the bar, you felt stupid for believing his lies. These thoughts were swirling around in your head, the reality of the situation sinking in. You couldn't believe that he would do this to you, especially after everything you had been through together. The trust you had in him was shattered, and you couldn't help but feel foolish for falling for his smooth words and false promises. It was a painful reminder that sometimes, people are not who they seem to be.
Maybe you should've taken that trip with Sumire, just the two of you, to clear your mind. But now, it was too late. You were committed to this path, no matter how unsure you felt. As you walked, the sound of your heels clicking on the concrete floor was a constant reminder of the life you were leaving behind. And with each step, you couldn't help but curse under your breath, knowing that your new pair of Jimmy Choo heels were now ruined.
You felt the tiredness of caring him hit you mid way to the elevator. You sighed with relief as the elevator doors opened, grateful for the brief moment of rest.
As you stepped inside, you couldn't help but wonder how much longer you could keep up this routine. But then you looked down at Sumire in your arms, and you knew you would do anything for him. You straightened your back and held him a little tighter, determined to make it through the rest of the day with a smile on your face.
"Well, someone looks happy." Turning to your side, you barely noticed the tall man with pink hair staring at you. Curling your smile into an awkward one, you turned back to continue trying to shove Sumire up, as he was slipping from your hold. Although the man's comment had caught you off guard, you didn't want to engage in a conversation with a stranger while holding your child. Plus, his pink hair and unusual choice of words made you a bit uncomfortable. You focused on sumire and decided to ignore him, hoping he would take the hint and leave you alone.
"Yeah, well I'm happy to be with my son is all," you chuckled awkwardly. Despite the pink-haired man being oddly attractive, you weren't really looking for a conversation because unfortunately for you, Sumire was starting to wake up. "Do you need help carrying him? It looks like you're struggling," the man said, curling his lips into a genuine smile.
As you handed over your toddler, a wave of anxiety washed over you. You knew that letting a stranger hold your child was not a wise decision, but you were desperate for a break from carrying him. With a mixture of hesitation and aggression, you reluctantly agreed. The man's reaction was unexpected - he froze in place as your little white haired boy happily grabbed onto his neck and curled up. You couldn't help but laugh at the sight. "Well since you're carrying my kid, I should probably introduce myself. My name is Y/N."
"My name is Sukuna." The pink haired man said, he silently checked you out. Looking at your heels to your dress he definitely knew you had some type of cash on you. All you were wearing was designer brands. "Nice to meet you." you said clutching your purse. You wondered if the man was here on a business trip because of the way he was dressed. He was wearing a suite which suited his body figure well.
You couldn't help but notice he looked a little like one of sumire's friends from school. However, his intense gaze and calculating demeanor made you feel uneasy. It was almost as if he was sizing you up, and you couldn't shake off the feeling that he had ulterior motives for wanting to meet you. You started to second-guess your decision to meet him, wondering if it was safe to trust him.
"Wait a minute... I know you." He said chuckling.
Realizing that you had never met this man before, you glanced back at the elevator sign, wondering if he had mistaken you for someone else. However, as you looked back at him, his chuckle turned into a sly smile and you couldn't help but feel suspicious. Who was this man and why did he seem to recognize you? You couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off."why is this elevator so damn slow" you thought.
"You do?" You laughed awkwardly, trying to hide the fear in your voice. All you could do was pray that he wasn't some serial killer.
"Mmm yeah I do. You're Satoru Gojos wife right?" tilting his head a little. You sighed, he was definitely one of Satorus business partners.
The man continued to look at you curiously, his pink hair falling into his dark eyes. You couldn't help but feel a little self-conscious under his gaze. "Yes, I am. And who might you be?" you replied, trying to maintain a polite tone despite your growing irritation. It seemed like Satoru's business partners were always popping up at the most inconvenient times.
"Well im just associated with your husband because we both work for the same industry." nodding your head you couldn't help but feel relieved when the elevator doors finally opened on your floor.
"I can take him from here." reaching for Sumire the man just backed up a bit.
"Where's your room? I can take him there," he said. You sighed in defeat as you stepped out of the elevator. Walking down the hallway towards your hotel room, you couldn't help but feel frustrated with Sukuna's constant presence. You knew he was only trying to help, but having him follow you everywhere was starting to become suffocating.
You could also tell that he was most definitely checking you out as you walked towards your room. Where was satoru when you needed him.
"So how long have you been married for?" Sighing, you shook your head, feeling the weight of your failing marriage. Finally getting to your room, you opened your purse to try and find the keys, hoping to escape the tension and disappointment that had been plaguing your relationship.
"Just a few years," you replied, finally grabbing your keys and unlocking the door. You turned around to face the pink haired man, smiling with gratitude. "Thank you so much for your help. Please come in and put him in the bed."
He gently put sumire down on the bed, straightening him self he cracked his knuckles before walking back out. You followed him planning on thanking him before he left. As you followed him, you couldn't help but feel grateful for his help and wanted to thank him before he left. However, you also couldn't help but notice the slight tension in his knuckles as he walked, perhaps a sign of the physical strain he had endured while carrying Sumire to the bed. You made a mental note to check on him later and offer your gratitude for his assistance.
As Sukuna stood by your side, you silently closed the door behind you, leaving only the two of you outside in the hallway. Turning to Sukuna, you couldn't help but smile and say, "Thank you for carrying my son all this way."
"I'm just happy to help," Sukuna replied with a smile, "Your son is a great kid." You nodded, grateful for Sukuna's assistance in carrying your sleeping child out of the elevator.
Sukuna couldn't help but lean closer, and as he did, you caught a whiff of his strong, expensive cologne. Your heart raced, wondering if he was hitting on you. But as you glanced to the side, you noticed someone standing by you.
"Leave her alone," Toji stood in front of you, pushing Sukuna away. Sukuna groaned in disappointment, "Toji, nice to see you too." The tension between the two of them was palpable, and you couldn't help but feel grateful for Toji's intervention.
"What are you doing here?" you said in a low voice, toji stared at sukuna. Not paying attention to you as he was trying to get sukuna to leave. "Come on man, I can't talk to her?" Toji rolled his eyes, clearly annoyed by Sukuna's presence. You couldn't help but feel caught in the middle of their argument.
With a sigh, Sukuna made his way out of the hallway, leaving you and Toji alone. Surprisingly, the tension that had filled the air seemed to dissipate, replaced by a sense of calm and understanding between the two of you. It was as if Sukuna's departure lifted a weight off your shoulders, allowing you to fully relax in Toji's presence. The atmosphere had changed into something more peaceful, and you couldn't help but feel grateful for this moment of tranquility.
"You followed me?" Confused you stared at him
"Yes, I did. I was worried about you," Toji replied with a concerned expression. "I saw you walk out alone and I couldn't just let you go without making sure you were okay." He squeezed your arm gently, his eyes full of worry. "Are you alright?"
Nodding your head you couldnt help but see that Toji's chest was going up n down fast. He had sweat beats forming on his forehead most likely meaning he sprinted here. "Did you run all the way here?"
Nodding your head, you couldn't help but notice that Toji's chest was rising and falling rapidly. Sweat beads were forming on his forehead, most likely meaning he had sprinted here. "Did you run all the way here?" you asked, concerned for his well-being. Toji smiled and nodded, "Yeah, I wanted to make sure I got here in time to see you." You couldn't help but feel touched by his dedication and effort.
Toji was just staring, taking in your facial features. He couldn't help but admire your features, from the curve of your lips to the sparkle in your eyes. Every detail seemed to captivate him, leaving him in awe of your beauty. But as he gazed at you, he couldn't help but wonder, what was your secret? How could someone be so effortlessly and naturally stunning?
He leaned in, gently cupping your cheek in his hand. His intense gaze held yours, making you feel weak in the knees. You could feel your cheeks heat up and your body tense as his hand caressed your skin. The electricity between you was palpable, and you couldn't deny the flutter of excitement in your stomach. Maybe it was time for you to move on and find someone who actually cares about you. Someone who would treat you with love, respect, and kindness. You deserve to be with someone who values you and makes you feel appreciated.
You put your hand behind his head and pulled him closer, your lips inching towards each other. Maybe Toji was that someone, the one who could treat you with love and kindness, unlike the others who had only caused you pain and heartache. As you leaned in for a kiss, you couldn't help but hope that this could be the start of something real and beautiful. The fear of getting hurt once more overwhelmed you, causing you to hesitate and pull away from his soft lips. Memories of past heartbreaks and betrayals flooded your mind, making it difficult to fully embrace the present moment. You couldn't help but question his intentions and whether or not you were making the right decision by allowing him to kiss you.
"What's wrong?" he asked, his face inches from yours. You could see the hunger in his eyes as he gazed at you.
Feeling a rush of desire, you leaned in closer to him, allowing your lips to brush against his. "Nothing," you whispered, before closing the gap between you and giving into the intense chemistry between the two of you. His lips were soft and warm against yours, and you found yourself getting lost in the moment. You knew this was wrong, but you couldn't resist the temptation any longer.
As his hand moved from your cheek to your waist, you couldn't help but feel a flutter in your stomach. His touch was gentle yet possessive, and you couldn't resist the urge to lean into him. He hesitated for a moment, but then his hand slipped under your shirt, sending shivers down your spine as his fingers traced along your bare skin. The butterflies in your stomach only intensified, and you couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation for what was to come.
You could feel the coolness of his fingers against your skin and you flinched, but at the same time, you couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. Toji's gentle touch allowed your mouth to open just slightly, and Toji took that as an invitation, eagerly pushing his tongue into your mouth. The pleasure was intoxicating and you found yourself moaning in response, losing yourself in the moment.
You knew this was wrong, making out in the hall of your hotel. Anyone could come in at the moment and see you making out with Toji. But for some reason, it sparked excitement in you - the thrill of getting caught reminded you of your teenage years when you would sneak around with him at parties. It was a reminder of the carefree and rebellious nature of youth, and you couldn't help but indulge in the moment. However, you also knew that this behavior was irresponsible and could have consequences, but the temptation was too strong to resist.
"Mm, Toji..." Feeling his hand slide up, you felt a rush of excitement as he reached your breasts. Stopping for a brief moment to ask for your consent, he said, "Can I?" You didn't even have to tell him, you just grabbed him and pulled him into another passionate kiss. Taking that as a yes, he began to gently fondle and caress your breasts, sending shivers of pleasure throughout your body.
It had been a while since someone had made out with you, but it was clear that Toji needed you. Despite being with Satoru most of your life, you had never experienced a makeout session this passionate before. Satoru's kisses were always rough, but Toji's were on another level. They were gentle, yet somehow still intense and rough at the same time. It was as if he couldn't get enough of you.
"We should stop," you said, looking away from him to see if anyone had passed by the hall. "Yeah, we should," but before you could say anything, he squeezed your breast, causing you to look at him. He laughed in a playful manner before kissing you one last time.
You rolled your eyes at him before looking at him with confusion. "Where's Megumi?" you asked. "He's at your sister's house," he replied. "I came here as fast as I could, so I asked if she could watch him."
"Are you serious? you left your soon with a bunch of strangers." you shook your head in disapproval.
"Let's go get him, I need to talk to my sister either way," you hesitently said. Turning around to get your keys out of your purse, you opened your hotel room, with Toji following behind you.
You couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt as you watched your son sleeping peacefully. You knew you had to wake him up, but seeing him so content made you hesitate. You couldn't bear to disturb his peaceful slumber, but you also knew you had to stick to the schedule. You gently shook him awake, hoping he wouldn't be too grumpy about it.
"Come on, baby, wake up." You said in a soft tone, gently trying to rouse your child from their slumber.
Sumire awoke from a deep sleep, confused and disoriented as he found himself in a hotel room. He couldn't remember how he got there, but he was suddenly filled with joy when he saw you, his mother, standing by his bedside. "Mommy!" he exclaimed excitedly, relieved to see a familiar face.
Toji stood next to you as you gently picked up your son. "Hey, let me take him for you." You silently thanked him before handing Sumire to him. Without hesitation, Sumire wrapped his tiny hands around Toji's neck and buried his face in the warmth of his embrace. You couldn't help but smile at the sweet bond forming between him and your and son.
As you walked out, you made sure to carefully lock the door behind you before heading to the elevator. Once you reached the lobby, you made your way out to the parking lot, grateful for the car your sister had rented for you. You promised yourself to thank her again when you saw her.
"Can you drive? I want to sit with Sumire," you asked. Toji simply nodded and got into the car. You carefully picked up your son and positioned him comfortably on top of you, holding him tight. You quickly checked your phone to see if you got any messages from when you left.
3 messages from "Sister" 2 messages from "My love âĄ" 5 messages from "Toji Zen'in"
Confused as to why you still had Satoru as "My love" you clicked on his contact. Quickly changing it back to "ex-husband." Curious on what he texted you clicked on his message.
Y/N please call me when you see this. Please tell me if you got safe with sumire if you can.
You scoffed seeing his message. You were filled with anger and resentment upon receiving his message. 'How dare he try to act like a caring father now? He should have thought about the consequences of his actions when he decided to cheat and get another girl pregnant.' It was too late for him to try and make amends now.
You hated him so much. You couldn't believe how different Sumire was from his father. His kind and gentle nature was a stark contrast to the man you despised so much. It was almost hard to believe they were related.
"So we get megumi, I talk to my sister and we leave, Okay?" You said.
"That sounds good," Toji said, placing a hand on your thigh before carelessly rubbing it. You realized he was driving with one hand and for some reason it made him look immensely attractive. His confident and nonchalant demeanor while driving added to his charm and you couldn't help but feel drawn to him. The way his hand rested on your thigh sent shivers down your spine, making you want him even more.
Toji had a way of making you feel youthful, despite the small age difference between the two of you. Although he was only two years older, being around him made you feel more energized and alive. He had a contagious energy that could make anyone feel young and carefree.
"Toji?" Seeing him turn to look at you, you took in his features. His sharp jawline, dark hair, and piercing dark green eyes took your breath away. You couldn't help but feel a flutter in your stomach every time you looked at him. It was no wonder he was the most popular guy in school.
Everyone wanted Toji, even your sister had a major crush on him. She was a freshman when he was a senior. Little did she know you were lucky enough to make out with him the day before he graduated.
"Do you still remember how Highschool was?" With a squeeze on your thigh he began to think.
"Hmm, high school was quite boring actually," he said with a sigh. "Well, except for the fact that I could see you during passing periods," he added with a sly wink in your direction.
"You're dumb." You said, playfully rolling your eyes at him.
"I'm being completely honest with you. I had strong feelings for you, but I was told that you were in a serious relationship with Satoru, so I didn't want to interfere or make things complicated."
You smiled knowing Toji always thought of you in a romantic way, but you also couldn't help but wonder what life would have been like if you had married him instead of Satoru. Would things have been easier or more fulfilling? Would you have avoided the heartbreak and struggles you faced with Satoru?
"We're here," he said, parking the car outside the house. As the music and chatter from outside filled the car, you felt hesitant and unsure if you should actually go in.
"Here, I'll carry Sumire." He said, gently picking up your son and holding him in his arms. You were still getting out of the car, and Toji extended his hand to help you. You gratefully accepted it, feeling a sense of warmth and connection as your fingers interlocked. Together you walked inside the house.
Upon opening the door, you were greeted by Jiyuu, who appeared to have been crying. "Couldn't my day get any better." She said before shoulder checking you and walking out the door. You were in disbelief, she really just said that in front of you. Scoffing you continued to walk towards the patio.
Satoru was frustrated, Jiyuu had ran out and he had to go after her. He began walking to where she had left before stopping in his tracks and seeing you. Toji was holding his son, his baby. He looked at Toji in disgust before his eyes followed to you, seeing that you were holding hands with Toji he chuckled.
Satoru couldn't believe it. After all the trouble Jiyuu had caused, she had just run off and left him to deal with the consequences. And now, to make matters worse, he saw that you were here with Toji, holding hands with him. Satoru couldn't help but feel disgusted and betrayed by both of you. He had always hated Toji, but now it seemed that you were with him. He stood there, unsure of what to do or say next.
All he could do was just walk past you, pretend like he didnt care that you were with another man. He had priorities now, and that was to catch his pregnant lover who had just ran out.
"What a scum." you said
As you walked outside, you noticed a group of people gathered and chatting. Your eyes zeroed in on your sister's fiance, who seemed to be the center of attention. You quickly made your way over.
"Y/N, I'm glad you're safe," he said, placing a reassuring hand on your shoulder.
"Where's Marie?" you asked, scanning the room for any sign of her. However, she was nowhere in sight. You wondered where she could have gone off to and if everything was okay.
"She's in her room, all the bridesmaids are in there," he said, gesturing towards the door before turning to greet Toji and your son.
Looking at Toji, he had just smiled at you and reassured you that it was okay to leave. "It's fine, go ahead. I'll take care of Megumi." His kind gesture put you at ease and you were grateful for his understanding.
You walked to your sister's room, knocking on the door before you were greeted by Utahime. She looked at you with a shocked expression, practically jumping on you. "Y/N! I'm so glad you're okay!" she exclaimed.
Walking inside, you saw all of your friends gathered in the room, with your sister on the bed crying. You immediately felt guilty, knowing that your actions had caused this emotional outburst. Without hesitation, you walked over to her and embraced her in a hug, apologizing for the scene you had made.
"I'm so sorry Marie, I didn't mean to storm off like that," you apologized to your sister, feeling guilty for your outburst. You knew that your sister deserved an explanation for your behavior and you were ready to give her one.
She reached out and took your hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "You've been through a lot, but you're here now and that's all that matters," she reassured you with a warm smile. "And I completely understand if you don't want to be a part of my wedding anymore. I love you and everything you have done for me, but I want you to be happy and comfortable with your role in the wedding." You quickly cut her off, reassuring her that her feelings and opinions are important to you.
"Absolutely not, I'm staying for this wedding. Are you kidding me? I wouldn't miss it for anything," you said, hugging her again. You had been looking forward to this special occasion for months, and there was no way you were going to miss it. The thought of not being there to celebrate with your baby sister and witness her happiness was out of the question.
She smiled at you, happy that you were going to be in her wedding. "And as for Jiyuu i want her there too." you said, you're sister looked at you confused.
"Are you sure?" she asked again, concern evident in her voice. "I can take her off if you want," she reassured you, gently squeezing your hand. You could tell she genuinely cared about your well-being and wanted to make sure you were comfortable with the situation.
"No, it's fine, I have to go." you reassured your sister before getting up from the bed and giving her one last hug. "I'll be safe, don't worry. And I'll definitely text you." Your sister smiled and nodded before letting you leave the room. As you walked outside, you saw that Toji was getting along well with your sister's fiancé.
You walked towards him and gently took Megumi from his grasp, feeling grateful for his innocent and loving nature. "Hello, my sweet baby," you cooed in a soft, high-pitched voice. His eyes lit up with excitement and he wrapped his tiny hands around your neck, his pure and genuine love bringing a smile to your face.
"Well we should get going, thank you for everything." You thanked him before grabbing Toji's hand and walking towards the entrance.
Toji was walking with Sumire holding his tiny hand while you carried Megumi. You always wanted another kid. Just so Sumire wouldn't be alone. But having another child was basically impossible since his father was no longer in the picture.
However, as the wedding drew closer, you couldn't help but feel a sense of dread and sadness. Going home also meant finalizing your divorce and leaving behind the life you once knew. The impending changes and uncertainty made it difficult to truly enjoy the vacation.

I think the most tragic part of Eurylochusâ part in Epic is that his one act of true selfishness (or two acts) are what condemns him not only in the eyes of Odysseus but also most of the audience. Warning: spoilers for all sagas of Epic: The Musical below the cut, up through Thunder Saga.
Heâs introduced in the musical in Full Speed Ahead by mentioning wanting to find food to feed the rest of the men of the crew. In the same song, he grows defensive immediately after suspecting a lurking threat, suggesting that they take an offensive approach. He just wants to find what they can (to eat) on the island and keep going so they can all return to their families.
In Polyphemus, his only line in the entire song is him giving credit to Odysseus and Polites for finding the cave and takes note that there are enough sheep to feed everyone.
I have no doubt that heâs fighting along with everyone else in Survive.
But he shows his concern for the others in Remember Them. He is the one who snaps Odysseus out of the brief dissociation he experiences following the slaughter of a handful of his men. He also asks Odysseus what they should do with their âfallen friends.â Of course, we know that if people werenât buried correctly, they were doomed to an eternity of unrest.
Heâs worried about the souls of those men that they lost and is (most likely) not happy about having leave them behind and neglecting such an important ritual.
When Polyphemus awakens after being stabbed in the eye and it becomes apparent that there are more cyclopses in the cave, Eurylochus gets even more concerned and antsy, even pleading with Odysseus for them to just run before things get worse and they lose even more men.
In Storm, Eurylochusâ lines are all about expressing concern for their fleet (although a little pessimistic) and their well-being.
Luck Runs Out is personally one of my favorites and one of the most obvious signs that almost everything Eurylochus does is for the sake of their crew. The entire song is about him looking out for everyone else including Odysseus. âYou could be caught off guard and lose your life. Or piss off this guard and infuse us with strife.â
Itâs also important to note that the chorus has Eurylochus and the crew singing in unison. Eurylochus expresses his doubts but not because he wants power or to just get under Odysseusâ skin, but because he genuinely cares about everyone on board and just wants to make sure theyâre making the right decisions.
And honestly, as a second-in-command, he should get some say or consultation and perhaps this song is him starting to realize that he is not being heard.
âI just donât want to see another life end. Youâre like the brother I could never do without.â
âAnd suddenly you doubt that I could figure this out?â
This right here is where it becomes apparent to me how dedicated Eurylochus is to Odysseus and the crew. And I can only imagine how he feels after pouring his heart out to only be met Odysseusâ indignant response. Eurylochus wasnât trying to challenge Odysseusâ authority, but his response is defensive regardless.
Eurylochus switches from referring to him as brother back to referring to him as Captain, maybe sensing that sort of division, maybe sensing that he overstepped in some way. But still, he reiterates his concerns once more before Odysseus pulls him aside.
When Odysseus tells him that he needs to always be devout and comply with whatever he says and tells him to do or else theyâll all die, Eurylochus ultimately agrees. The beginning of that reluctance shows.
He doesnât really have many noticeable lines in Keep Your Friends Close, but I do want to give you some food for thought that my partner and I @cat-gwyn-gunn discussed. Do you think that Eurylochus would have opened the bag of winds if Odysseus entrusted him with it to guard and made it absolutely clear what is inside and what will happen if he does?
How would you feel if you were your captainâs supposed second-in-command who had led the fight with you and stood by your side for 12 years suddenly came back from a god with a mysterious bag and guards it while staying awake for 9 entire days? Does that not show a severe lack of trust in your crew and would that not make you suspicious? Do you think maybe Eurylochus was sort of egged on by the crew who also thought it was treasure to check?
Itâs hard to really put yourself into their shoes because we know how things end and we know that the storm is actually trapped in the bag, but they donât.
Then, Poseidon comes in Ruthlessness. And Eurylochus sees all those men die. They went from 600 men to just 43 men. While of course he feels guilty for his decision to open the bag, heâs also hearing confirmation that Odysseus is the reason that Poseidon is after them. He probably remembers begging his Captain to just run and escape, and instead Odysseus proceeds to dox himself and all of that leads to that moment.
But still⊠that guilt does do something. Because after opening the wind bag, we donât really hear any sort of defiance from Eurylochus for a long time.
In Puppeteer, we get an even further look at this growing divide between the two brothers (in-law). Eurylochus wants so desperately to let Odysseus know what he did, his tone is remorseful, heâs practically pleading for Odysseus to acknowledge him and reassure him. He is incredibly shaken after what happened with Poseidon.
Only for Odysseus to completely wave him off and send him on a mission. Perhaps itâs because Odysseus needs some time to process what happened and strategize or maybe he thinks Eurylochus is going to talk about it and heâs not ready to hear any of it. Or maybe even heâs jumping to being defensive, thinking Eurylochus is defying him again.
Eurylochus, who promised Odysseus that heâd be devout and compliant, and whose one failure to do so attributed to the loss of hundreds of their men, agrees to do what Odysseus says with little fight. However, his fears and concerns are left unaddressed and unacknowledged and he has not received any sort of reassurance.
While he is recounting his (and the crewâs) encounter with Circe, it shows that he is cautious in his decision to not join their men inside with her. Which pays off, since he gets to run back and let Odysseus know what happened.
When Odysseus says that he has to save them and Eurylochus says that they donât, it almost sounds dismissive, like those men deserved what happened and theyâre no longer their problem. This is a cold take and thereâs no defending his callousness with leaving the men behind- I wonât defend it.
However, I will point out that with the next line he points out that theyâve already lost so much and gained almost nothing and once more he suggests that they run if only to preserve what little crew they have left. And again shows concern for Odysseus (or at the very least concern for him as their Captain who can get them home) saying that he doesnât need to play Circeâs game and asking him if he will leave if she proves too hard to kill.
Notice that he says Odysseus doesnât have to play her game instead of outright telling him not to. Heâs trying so hard to be compliant because he just saw what happens when he isnât.
He might also be wanting to avoid being responsible for even more bloodshed and loss even if slightly.
Eurylochus doesnât really have any more parts to play during the rest of the Circe saga and throughout the entirety of the Underworld saga. Heâs essentially not only just doing what Odysseus tells him to do but heâs also holding onto all this awful guilt and shame for what he did.Â
Underworld is almost entirely Odysseusâ point-of-view. We really just see into his world for this saga. He tells his men that no matter what they find, keep going, yet he falls victim to the voices he hears and the guilt that arises and eventually peaks. We have no idea really what anyone else is thinking. For all we know, Eurylochus is drowning in his own visions. He has all this time to think and reflect.
In Monster, Odysseus comes to the conclusion that he will become the monster, he will do whatever it takes to get home to Penelope and Telemachus. I donât think itâs a stretch to believe that Eurylochus also comes to the conclusion that he will do whatever it takes to make sure that the crew is taken care of and preserved. This is the beginning of when that line that truly divides them starts to be drawn.Â
Different Beast is when it starts to become clearer to the crew and Eurylochus that a change has occurred. They start the song by singing along with Odysseus, using âweâ and âusâ. Odysseus is driving them all to be monsters. His actions are being reflected on the crew as a whole as their Captain.
Odysseus tells the siren that his actions almost cost his life, no longer reflecting on the crewâs toll as a whole, and that he must see his wife. This is when the crew starts to sing that âheâ is the monster. And they end by calling his name- confirming that they are now aware that the monster is Odysseus. Really the only times someoneâs name is called is when theyâre an opponent like Polyphemus or Poseidon. So foreshadowing!
Scylla is where things take a turn for the worse- itâs where that line is nearly fully drawn between Odysseus and Eurylochus. But it doesnât start off that way. Scylla begins to sing that âdeep down you hide a reason for shame.â Immediately after, Eurylochus admits to being the one to open the wind bag and he apologizes profusely and pleads to be forgiven.Â
Odysseus doesnât respond but Scylla does in a way. She continues to goad Odysseus into believing that his actions are merited. Itâs what he must do to survive to see his wife and son again. He has always known this deep down- he said it in Just A Man - deep down he would trade the world to see his son and wife.
The next time Odysseus speaks, he tells Eurylochus to light up six torches. Now, I imagine that this is a moment of great relief for Eurylochus. Even after the awful betrayal, Odysseus still trusts him. Going back briefly to Circe when she says âmaybe showing one act of kindness leads to kinder souls down the roadâ maybe this (Odysseus showing trust in Eurylochus) was the act of kindness and Eurylochus picks men he trusts and likes to hold the torches as a way to pass on that kindness.Â
Then, all hell breaks loose.Â
He watches as all of these men are snatched up one by one by Scyllaâs six heads. He comes to the realization that Odysseus knew that was going to happen, that he made him actively participate in the murder of six of their men. That he didnât communicate anything about what he was about to put his crew through.Â
Eurylochus knows what he must do.Â
In Mutiny, He goes right out and demands Odysseus to tell him that he didnât not know that would happen which is a far cry from âplease donât tell me youâre about to do what I think youâll do.â Itâs a direct challenge. He spits out the word âCaptainâ almost mockingly. He continues to prod at Odysseus, telling him to use his wits (when in Luck Runs Out, he said that people die on it). He brings up that every other time they faced someone Odysseus came up with a plan to save his men, but this one time he runs (when before it was Eurylochus who urged him to run with both Circe and Polyphemus).Â
He has pretty much lost trust in Odysseus, but still is trying to give him the opportunity to say something, to explain. However, when Odysseus says he canât Eurylochus says heâs forced his hand. He doesnât really want to fight Odysseus, let alone kill him.Â
Once again, Eurylochus is the voice of the crew. They know now that Odysseus is willing to do absolutely anything to see Penelope again. They attack him. They voice their doubts in him and echo the sentiment that Eurylochus does which is that Odysseus must be stopped.Â
When he awakens, and theyâre on the island, Eurylochus is the first man he sees and Eurylochus no longer sounds angry. He uses âweâ and âusâ telling Odysseus that hunger is so heavy in the crew. Voicing their concerns again. Looking out for them again.Â
He holds no malice for Odysseus. Heâs resigned; he has lost complete hope in returning home. All he wants is to share one last meal with his brother and friend and the crew.Â
He switches to just using âIâ stating that he is suffering, he is hungry, he is tired. This is one of the first times (if not the first) where he lets it known what his own desires and complaints are. Every other time itâs been on behalf of the crew. Heâs being selfish. He knows this, but heâs so overwhelmed and hopeless that heâs willing to make this impulsive decision.Â
Odysseus continues to respond to Eurylochusâ pain with only thoughts of himself. He says that he needs to get home, he pleads with just him. But then the crew comes in and echoes Eurylochusâ sentiments. Odysseus addresses the crew this time, switching to âweâ can get home. He knows that heâs fighting a losing battle, that the crew is essentially listening to Eurylochus now, that they donât trust him.Â
And with Eurylochusâ action he declares that heâs just a man. Heâs selfish. Heâs hungry. Heâs tired. Heâs suffering. He makes mistakes. He canât always just push through. Heâs flawed.
And when Eurylochus hears the panic in Odysseusâ voice (which panic is not something he has shown before: heâs dissociated/been in shock, been angry, and desolate but never panicked) he realizes what heâs done. He immediately reverts back to seeking Odysseusâ guidance as his Captain. He calls for him by his title.
Heâs relinquishing control, but itâs too late at this point.
Thunder Bringer closes out their portrayals of betrayal and brother's final stand arc with Zeus rubbing it in Odysseusâ face that his crewâs hunger is his responsibility. That as their King and Captain, he failed them so badly that they resorted to damning themselves to alleviate that hunger. Heâs the one who drove them to mutiny.Â
Zeus tells him to choose and the crew already knows what heâs going to pick. They realize now that the monster was with them all along, that Odysseus has come full circle to being the true monster. After they sing their piece and Zeus fills Odysseusâ ears with Penelopeâs song, thereâs a deafening silence as the decision is being made.Â
Eurylochus breaks that silence, calling out one more time. He calls for his Captain but in his voice heâs calling out to his friend. Heâs scared. He knows theyâre going to die. Itâs almost like theyâre children. Heâs making that final reach for reassurance that he already knows he wonât receive. There is nothing but resignation in his voice.Â
When Odysseus confirms his choice, saying that he has to see his wife again, all Eurylochus has to say is âbut weâll die.â Again, heâs scared. He was willing to die over the cow, but that was an impulsive decision. It is very different when imminent death is staring you right in the face and especially when itâs at the hand of someone who you thought you knew and cared for.Â
I imagine that as the rest of the crew rushes forward to strike Odysseus down, Eurylochus stays behind and just looks him straight in the eye. He knew all along who Odysseus would choose and he has accepted it.Â
It comes full circle. Eurylochus came in as the voice of the crew and he died as the voice of the crew.

The Eye of the Hurricane [1] - A Night Out
A.N: Here we go my loves, the first chapter! â€ïž I hope you'll like it, and please don't forget to tell me what you think, thank you! â€ïž
Summary: A night out with an old friend can lead to surprises.
Warnings: Violence, death, guns, crime, blood, explicit language. This is an AU, friendly reminder that I don't condone any of the actions depicted on this story and please read with care.
Sometimes you wondered what it would be like to have a normal life.
Granted that was never in the cards but you liked to pretend from time to time. You knew it was selfish and incredibly dangerous as everyone kept reminding you, yet you didnât care. After all, it was one of the very few luxuries you couldnât afford and you were nothing if not determined.
Besides, considering since you were expected not to be a part of the family business, you figured you could enjoy the benefits for the time being.
So far, there was no sign of any bodyguards your father always made sure to put on your tail which meant he was blissfully unaware of where you were or what you were doing. If it were any other time, you would have been surprised by that alone but surprises seemed to be the theme of the week. To be completely honest, you had your doubts when your ex from college had contacted you to say he was moving to the city and wanted to catch up with you. Even though he was one of the very few ex-boyfriends you had broken up with on good terms, he still had an inkling about your family and most of the time, people were too intimidated by that to catch up with you.
With good reason.
But tonight was going to be different. Setting up a casual dinner and drinks night outside your fatherâs territory was a great first step for in your opinion, for a couple of hours you could pretend you were a normal girl who was having a normal night out with a normal guy.
You even drove your own car to the bar, something you hadnât done in a long time.
âSo yeah, letâs just say that it wasnât the wisest decision.â
You let out a laugh, tilting your head.
âI donât know Ethan,â you said. âTaking a girl to a horror themed corn maze? You get an A for effort.â
âIn my defense, it was like two weeks after you broke up with me so I wasnât thinking straight,â he said. âBesides, she said she liked horror movies.â
You hummed. âAnd how did that go?â
âTerribly,â he pointed out with a grin. âWe got lost, and then I had this bright idea of finding the guide myself and we went in different directions, and she got out and I ended up getting even more lost.â
You pressed your palm on your mouth to hide your laugh.
âThen she sent the guide to find me,â he said and you cleared your throat, trying to keep a serious expression.
âYou do realize you are the type of person who wouldnât last an hour in a horror movie, right?â
âPeople who are trying to survive in horror movies have too much ambition if you ask me,â he said and sipped his drink. âHow about you? Any terrible dates since our uhâŠfairytale romance?â
âWe dated for like three months during sophomore year Ethan,â you said with a laugh and he nodded with a grin.
âThey were good three months though.â
âOh please,â you said. âIâm not even sure I could call that dating, I basically had to beg you to spend time with me.â
âWe spent a lot of timeââ
âIn daylight,â you corrected yourself. âYou had no problem finding time for me at night.â
He scrunched up his face, then nodded his head.
âYeah,â he admitted. âYeah IâmâŠIâm sorry about that. I was an ass.â
âWater under the bridge,â you said, waving a hand dismissively. âCollege is the perfect time for relationship mistakes, and to be honest I was kind of an idiot.â
âOh come on Y/N,â he said with a chuckle. âI was the idiot. You were perfect, you still are.â
You scoffed.
âNot even close, trust me,â you said and raised your hand at the bartender, motioning for another drink. The bar wasnât crowded by any means, only another couple by another booth and three men playing pool. A silence fell upon you and Ethan shifted his weight.
âSo uhâcan I ask you something?â
Your heart skipped a nervous beat but you made sure it didnât show on your face. âSure.â
âWas itâŠâ he paused and took a deep breath. âWas it true?â
The waitress brought you your drink and you thanked her, then turned to Ethan again. âHm?â
âYou know, back in college there were all these rumors,â he stammered. âAbout your family and you never really saidâ whether they were true or not.â
Ah. Back to that, of course.
You had practiced this calmness way too many times for it to falter even for a moment, and you sipped your drink.
âI totally forgot,â you said. âRemind me what those rumors were?â
âPeople used to say your fatherâhe and his business partners, I mean,â he said with a nervous laugh. âMy friends used to say the city was divided between them.â
âSounds quite medieval,â you pointed out, leaning back as a couple of men walked in, chattering. Ethan thought for a moment, then scoffed a laugh.
âRight,â he said. âI donât know why IâŠdonât mind me. It does sound unreal, I meanâwhat are the chances that a couple of families rule the entire city, right?â
âI donât know, I hear it was a thing in the 18th century,â you stated, catching the gaze of the man who had just walked up to the bar and ordered a drink. You eyed him up and down and by the time your gaze fell on the shape of the gun tucked underneath his jacket, you had already straightened your back, your whole body going tense.
âJesus you shouldâve heard the things they said. To be honest with you, I actually believed that whole underworld thing for some time,â Ethan said as the man said something to his friends while your eyes darted around the room, your heartbeat getting faster as you reached for the knife beside your plate.
Great.
This was not your ideal night out alright.
âNow to think about it, itâs notââ
He didnât get to finish his sentence when you threw the knife at one of the men and kicked the chair under Ethan, making him lose his balance before you flipped the table so that you could use it as a cover for you both as soon as the shooting started. The bullets wheezed past you, the couple by the other booth screaming while you pushed Ethanâs head down.
âWhat the hell is going on?!â he asked as you looked over the table for a second and turned to him, your heart beating in your ears, adrenaline rushing through you so fast that it made your head spin.
âI can explain later, do you have a gun with you?â
âWhat?!â
âI donât think I should be repeating myself right now Ethan!â you hissed as shots echoed through the bar and he shook his head.
âNo of course not!â
âThe one time I ditch the bodyguards,â you grumbled âThis is unbelievableâŠâ
âMiss Y/N!â the manâs voice rang over the bar and you gritted your teeth. âThe infamous princess. Such a surprise meeting you here, where are your daddyâs men?â
âOn their way here Iâm guessing but before they get here, I just have one question,â you called out. âAre you guys fucking idiots?â
He tsk tsked.
âThat daddy of yours spoiled you too much,â he said. âHas anyone told you that?â
âYeah, multiple men,â you retorted. âDidnât end well for them Iâll tell you that.â
âIâd say it looks like itâll end well for me.â
âI wouldnât be so sure buddy,â you said. âIâll be surprised if you last the night.â
Several gunshots came from the corners of the bar, and you took cover again but before you could say anything else, you felt someone grab you and pull you upright. You grabbed the gun from him and fired it right at his knee, making him let out a scream of anguish and fall to the floor. The door of the kitchen was kicked open right before more guns were fired in the chaos which made it clear that it wasnât Steveâs men who were trying to shoot you considering it was his territory, this was his one of many bars and these new people, whoever they were, were shooting at his men as well. It made absolutely zero sense that someone would attack you like this, especially sinceâ
âEveryone stop or the next bullet goes through his head!â
You turned to point the pistol at the owner of the voice but as soon as you did, your heart dropped to your stomach. The man âprobably the leaderâ holding the gun at Ethanâs head smirked and motioned at you.
âDrop the gun sweetheart.â
âY/N, donât!â Ethan said, trying to get out of his grip but the man fired the gun through his shoulder, making him yell out in pain and you gritted your teeth. The headlights of a car flashed outside, capturing your attention for a moment before you lowered the gun, someone hastily grabbing it from you. The leader pushed Ethan to one of his friends and stepped closer to you, now aiming the gun at your face but you were way too good at keeping your fear under control in situations like these to flinch at it.
Youâd had a lifetime of practice after all.
âSo what do you say we take a little trip outside huh?â he asked and you arched a brow.
âWhat do you say you go fuck yourself?â
He cocked the gun and you rolled your eyes.
âOh no, a gun,â you deadpanned, checking your fingernails. âAm I supposed to be scared now?â
âThis is not your daddyâs territory, girl.â
You scoffed a laugh and lifted your glances from your nails. âDoesnât matter, you idiot. The truce has been going on for years now, and anyone who breaks it will pay for that mistake with their lives. What is this, your first day on the job?â
âNo one taught you not to smart mouth the man holding the gun?â
âNo one taught you not to sign your own death sentence?â you asked back and he gave you a dry chuckle, taking a step towards you, still holding the gun.
âKeep talking like that,â he said. âMaybe Iâll take my time with you before handing you over to the boss.â
You opened your mouth to retort but before you could say anything, a deafening shot echoed through the room and blood splattered all over your face and your dress. The leaderâs lifeless body dropped to the floor and you wiped at your face with a grimace before you turned to glare at your savior who looked almost amused at your annoyed expression.
âBucky,â you gritted out and he winked at you, that arrogant grin you knew so well pulling at his lips.
âHi Charm.â

I'm going to get some flack for this butâdespite enjoying Fairly Odd Parents: A New Wish quite a lot, I find Timmy Turner was the more compelling protagonist.
Don't get me wrong, Hazel is a fantastic and lovable addition to the show, but I find a lot of her shenanigans aren't as fun or snappy as Timmy's.
I don't really see the reason why Hazel of all people needs fairies. Her brother is off at college but he visits and still clearly loves and cares about her. Her parents get busy from time to time but they're there when it matters and they also love her very much. Her mother is probably the busiest of the two, but she still makes time for her daughter.
The catalyst of the pilot is Hazel running away to see her brother because she wasn't handling the move right away, but very quickly after all this she is able to make friends and maintain an upbeat attitude.
I don't think Hazel needs to be soul crushingly miserable for the show to work, but maybe a spare line here or there about how Fairly World/Da Rules went through a MASSIVE overhaul after a certain, infamous, pink-hatted god-child shook things up could've been nice (Jorgen mentioning that the world has improved since Timmy was a kid, so the qualifications for misery have been loosened?).
It might be the childhood nostalgia talking, but I liked Timmy as a character. He was a ten year old boy who made wacky and wild decisions, whose character only got ruined from the show running too long. If Timmy had gotten the FOP:NW treatment, I think we could've had so much potential for character growth and continuity. (I've made the executive decision not to count seasons 9 and 10 as canon because everything up to that point felt OG!FOP to me).
I see posts saying that Timmy's problems were external while Hazel's are internal, but despite her supposed internal struggles, Hazel is very emotionally mature. Again, I don't think she needs to be MISERABLE and EXTREMELY insecure, but her life pre-fairies doesn't seem that different than her supposed life without. Even without Cosmo and Wanda, I'm sure she would've been able to befriend her classmates, eventually get through to Dev, and find happiness in her life.
I guess my fondness of Timmy is that his fairies were his family. Cosmo and Wanda were like his adopted parents. Poof/Peri was his brother. He had no one else. And I guess I wish I could've gotten a quality ending for him. I need closure! I wanna know how he's doing in FOP:NW. I want to see that he's happy and thriving (and maybe a reunion between him and his family).
Timmy, for all his childishness, selfishness, and pettiness, was a good kid at heart. He was ten years old for crying out loud! Ten year olds tend to be immature lil' kids. I excuse some of his wilder wishes. All he really wanted was acceptance and love and he cared for his Fairy God Parents so, so much. Cosmo and Wanda have a HALL OF TIMMY in their house, for crying out loud!
Hazel is a good protagonist and I'm glad she's in the show, but Timmy holds a special place in my heart. In my heart of hearts, the HALL OF TIMMY still exists somewhere in C+W's house/appartment and he will forever be their son.

Selfish - Lando Norris x Reader (ft.Oscar Piastri)
Masterlist
part 2
warnings: mentions of alcohol, s*xual references, contains cheating
summary: Lando canât be with you. He had told you so countless times. But somehow seeing you with his very own teammate makes him regret his decisions. A twisted game starts, the only question is; whoâs gonna end up winning?
âWho?â Lando chocked on his food, almost spilling the drink in his hand as he sat at dinner table with his friends, letting the evening slowly ring out at his absolute favorite restaurant in Monte Carlo. It had been a long although fun day of all sorts of activities as you had all gone out on his yacht. Coming back you were all a bit sunburnt and tired, not wanting to cook you went out for dinner. Figuring you may head to a couple of bars later as you all enjoyed your time together as well as the first really warm days in Monaco.
âMister Piastri.â Max chuckled, wiggling his eyebrows in such a goofy way you swore you could feel the ick forming in your bones. So he quickly earned a punch from you straight into his upper arm as you chewed on your food silently. Your hair still slightly wet from having gotten ready in the matter of minutes at Landos place. Wearing almost no makeup as your freckles had started to come through.
âYouâre dating Oscar?â Lando basically yelled as he put his drink down, causing a loud thud catching the attention of the tables next to you. You akwardly smiled at the elderly people who sent your friends a disapproving glare. It was always loud when the four of you were together. Max was your brother and that would basically end in bickering ninety percent of dinners. Ria wasnât that quiet either. And Lando, well, he was Lando. The life of the party. His smile would be contagious and his laughter could lighten every situation. There wasnât ever a dull moment around him.
âShh!â you shushed Lando as you kicked Maxs leg under the table. Ria next to you chuckled, scrolling through her phone. Max squealed in pain, allthough you knew he was being overly dramatic once again âShut it Max!â
âWhat? Itâs true?â Lando now continued looking clearly disturbed. Unbelievable. You stared at the Brit before rolling your eyes in an unfaced manner. Lando shouldnât care right? He had made it pretty clear he didnât. So you hoped heâd not cause a scene now. Allthough you were pretty sure he wouldnât in front of Max. That had been his ground rule right? Max couldnât know.
âWeâre not dating.â you responded never the less, staring at the young Mclaren driver whoâs curly hair was sitting ever so perfectly today. Max couldnât help but let out a chuckle as you side eyed him. He could really be so goddamn annoying, he made your blood boil. But thatâs a normal thing for siblings to do.
âOh, sorry. You guys are just hooking-â Max continued, nibbling on his chicken wing.
âThatâs even worse!â Landos interrupted his friend, wiping his hands on a napkin. His appetite had just left him. His plate still half full. Hi voice was as high pitched as you ever thought it could get. Now your brother sent his friend a questioning look as Ria next to you crossed her arms, very aware of Landos never ending bullsh*t when it came to you.
âHowâs that worse?âMax now asked, awkwardly chuckling. He knew Lando was your best friend as well. But of course he didnt get why heâd be so upset about this. He thought he was just being protective. Ria now raised her brows looking at you, you looked defeated as Lando almost seemed disgusted. His face scrunched up as he stared you down.
âYeah, why do you care?â Ria now added fuel to the fire. It was sassy and Lando knew why. He knew Ria knew about everything. She was your best friend. She had already confronted him before but he mostly told her to mind her own business. This was between the two of you. It always would stay this way. Plus it ended months ago.
âI-IâŠâ Lando stuttered holding up his hands as if to prove he was innocent. He looked at you and then at Max âLook I dont care I just didnât think Oscar was her type.â
You bit your tounge. Weak shot Norris. You knew Lando still thought you were not over him. Which youâd never admit to, had some truth to it. But Oscar was nice. He was a decent guy, he treated you with respect and you two had fun. It was the perfect distraction, only Max had to ruin it again. Ruin it by making Lando aware of it. You knew how Lando could be when it camr to you dating other guys. You hadnât purposely gone for the teammate. I just happened. A glance at the paddock. A social media follow and just like that the Aussie slid into your dmâs
âWhy not?â Ria now scrunched her nose, sounding honestly confused at Landos absolute nonsense. Who was he to say, who your type was?
âWell, he-â Lando now started as he stared straight at Ria. He had no real answer on how he knew. He couldnât say because he himself was your type. Not in front of Max. âHeâs younger than her. Which I didnât know she was into-â
âOh trust me.â Ria now smirked as you buried your face in your hands not wanting to know what was coming next âJudging from the sounds coming from her room at night she is totally in-â
âEww!â Lando and Max now yelled out at the same time. You were bright red now but couldnât help but giggle, your hand covering your mouth as you looked at Ria. She winked at you. God, you loved her sometimes. She could make anyone uncomfortable. Especially someone who was messing with you. Ria loved Lando as a friend, yet she hated how he had treated you. It wad equally possible. Luckily Max chenged the subject rather quickly after that. Not interested in hearing about his sisters s*x life.
You ignored Landos stares on you for the rest of the dinner and thanked god when it finally ended. The minutes seemingly not passing at all. Lando payed, inviting you all before the group left the restaurant. Stepping out onto the streets of Monaco at night. It was Friday, the weekend just starting so the place had been packed. You guys had to wait for Landos car to arrive, so Ria and Max used the chance to go to the restroom leaving just Lando and you to wait outside.
The Brit played with his yellow team quadrant cap as he watched you type on your phone. The sound of your nails tapping against the screen triggering him beyond measures. He normally wasnât this petty. He knew he had no right to say anything. But he was annoyed you had to go for his teammate out of all guys. It seemed like you were doing it to get back at
âWho are you texting?â he blurted out, immediately hearing how weird it sounded. So much on letting your impulsiveness win. But that smile on your face, he couldnât help it. He had to know if it was him. He wanted to know everything. Had you kissed Oscar? Had you slept with him? It made Lando sick to think about it.
âYou talking to me?â
âWho else?â Lando sassed back. God he hated your attitude. He loved and hated it at the same time.
âNone of your business.â you stated, sending him a fake smile before continuing to text whoever was on your phone. Lando rolled his eyes pacing back and forth. It had to be Oscar. He awkwardly stood there for a while, figuring he better should not say anything else. But adding fuel to the fire was his thing.
âYou know itâs not my business if youâre hoeing around. But it is when you choose to f*ck my teammate.â
âExcuse me-â you looked up. You couldnât believe Landoâs choice of words. Once again. You open your mouth wanting to say something but to Landoâs luck Max came out running before hejumped onto his back the next second. Holding onto Lando like a monkey.
Your mouth still hubg open as you watched Lando put on a fake smile. He spent the next minutes fooling around with Max before his car arrived. Ria came back as the guys stepped into the car, tipping the guy who had brought it. She put her hand on your shoulder, immediately sensing something was up âYou okay?â
âHeâs such a d*ck!â
You remember how Lando would always pick on you when you were kids. It lasted till you were teens. He had made it his duty to make fun of you with Max at any chance. But he also was always first in line to protect you. Even more then Max. Every boy Max hated, Lando hated more. Every night you went out he made sure to drop you off and pick you up. He was always there. That all changed. Changed over something so stupid. He had to go and do it. Make you feel special for a second. Making you wait all these years, hoping heâd finally come around. Finally stand up and tell Max he was with you.
Lando had been your first everything. Your first kiss. Your first time. Your first heartbreak. Max didnât know. Heâd never forgive him. Or so Lando always thought. Not after lying for so many years. Always telling Max he didnât know.
He didnât know where you spent the night; you were laying in his arms hours prior.
He didnât know where that hickey came from; it had been him the night before.
He didnât know why you were crying and locking yourself in your bedroom; he had told you he was dating someone else.
You almost couldnt believe the thing went on for so long. It was stupid of you to wait for Lando. You always waited. Lando didnât know this; you hadnât gotten with any other guy ever. You had pretended so. To make him jealous as heâd get with all these girls when he was traveling. Or so you assumed. It was a year ago you and Lando officaly ended it. Or he did.
He had always told you; it couldnât be more than sex. His long hugs and midnight chats were what fooled you. The way heâd caress your hair, whisper into you ear when he thought you were sleeping. But you should have just believed him; It didnt mean anything to him. It never had.
âAhhh! Your breaking my heart!â you yelled over the loud music. Earning nothing but a chuckle from Ria as you threw your arm around Oscars neck. The Aussie ,who was holding your waist to ensure you wouldnât fall or trip over, smirked as he shook his head at your clumsiness. He thought it was endearing though. You were a cute kind of drunk. Much more affectionate than when you werenât though.
âCâmon Y/n? I told you I dont dance!â he defended himself. He had told you as you had called him two hours ago basically begging him to come to this night club. He had just gotten his first own place in Monte Carlo and didnât really go out much yet. Especially not to dance. But after you had done the most to convince him on the phone the Aussie somehow agreed to come.
Only when he did, he found you hanging over the bar already totally wasted with Ria just laughing her ass off. But Oscar didnât judge. He loved to see you have fun, so he refused the drinks himself so heâd be able to get you home safely.
âYouâre so-âyou grabbed the young guys face, pinching his cheeks and pecking his lips as he just chuckled âYouâre cute.â
âAm I?â you asked, eyes wide open.
âPiastri.â Oscar looked away from you seeing his very own teammate and your brother approach him. His heart stopped for a second. He hadnât told Lando he was seeing you. He had avoided it, knowing the Brit could get weirdly protective over you. So Oscar didnât know how to react as he just looked at you before muttering through gritted teeth âYou didnât tell me they were here-â
âWho?â you slurred, placing your head against his shoulder. Your hand going into his hair, his oddly soft hair. Oscar knew the position you two were in already looked bad enough. He didnât tell Lando he was seeing one of his best friends and he had avoided Max at all costs. So this wasnât exactly the ideal way to come clean about it.
âWhat are you doing here?â Lando asked, not even greeting the Aussie. But he couldnât, you were all over Oscar. Lando hated the sight of it. He had thought about it all week since finding out. Now seeing it. The image was gonna be forever engraved in his mind.
âShe called me.â Oscar stated, his mouth dry as Ria punched Maxs shoulder. Because Max was giving Oscar an unnapproving look, which caused the young guy to look terrified.
âSheâs drunk.â Lando stated pointing at you, as Oscar still was doing the most to help you stand straight. He hated the way he held you. Wanting to rip his dirty fingers off you. He felt like he had been robbed. Robbed even though he knew you werent his. You hadnât been for so long. The younger Mclaren driver scrunched his eyebrows together, he had no idea why Lando was being so rude to him. He had thought Max had been harsh when they first met. But Lando. Lando was on another level.
âI know. I was just gonna get her home.â the australian guy stated but was interrupted by Lando walking up to him, grabbing your arm as he forcefully pulled you towards him. Oscar looked dumbfolded as Lando raised his eyebrows, you just laying your head on whatever shoulder it now was. Feeling your head spin. Maybe you had drunk a little too much.
âYou always pick up drunk girls at the club?â Lando spat out. It was a low blow. Even Max found it a little over the top, he tried to stop Lando but was held back by Ria telling him to stay back. Not wanting your brother to make things worse for you.
âWhat the hell mate?â Oscar chuckled, trying to overplay the uncomfortableness as people around them were catching on the dispute. Probably thinking Oscar was some d*ck, trying to pick up drunk women. The young guy looked at Lando and then back at Max as if to try to tell him that was bullshit. Oscar didnât realy care for Lanfos approval. You werenât his sister. So he didnât understand why Lando was being such a douche.
âLet it go. Sheâs not going home with you.â
Lando woke up to loud banging on his bedroom door. He tossed and turned before letting out a frustrated groan. Looking at his phone next to him, god it was early. With a sigh he got up and stumbled to the door, opening it to whoever was causing the unpleasant disturbance so early in the morning.
âWhat?â Lando yelled before even seeing who it is. A finger is immediately placed on his naked chest as he looks down at your small frame. He has to prevent himself from laughing, your hair was sticking out into every direction as your smudged makeup made you resemble what he only could describe as a racoon. Or maybe a panda?
âYou!â your voice was deep, signaling Lando that you were mad. He raised his brows as his lips twitched nervously âMe?â
âThis is not funny!â you now yelled, pushing Lando into the room and closing the door behind you. You didnât want Max and the whole house to hear what you were about to say. A part of living with all your friends you hated.
Lando stood there with only his underwear on as he awaited for you to go off on him with crossed arms.
âYou are such a piece of sh*t!â
âI am?â he chuckled, shaking his head as he placed his hand over his heart. Faking being offended. It was quite obvious to you, that Lando did not take this serious at all and it made you even more mad. It was like it was all a game to him.
âSo tell me.â he licked his lips looking at you with a disgustingly sly grin âWhy am I a piece of shit?â
âI woke up to Oscars texts telling me exactly how you literally bullied him out of the club last night!â you yelled, hearing how childish it sounded. But Lando was immature, it was no secret. He could act like a literal teenager if he wanted to and it made you hair stand up.
âNo, No.â Lando now stated, shaking his head hearing what he was accused of. He knew it was true, but heâd never admit to âI only didnât let him take you home. You were absoluetly sh*tfaced!â
âWhy do you care if I go home with him?â you yelled, wanting to rip his head off. Lando clenched his jaw, shaking his head. He knew you both knew why he cared. He hated the thought of you with someone else. He had no right to. So he could never admit it but it was the truth.
âI-IâŠâ he tried to come up with some logical explanation. But all Lando ever knew was excuses when it came to you. âI donât want him or any guy to take advantage of drunk girls.â
âOh, how mighty big of you.â you hissed shaking your head. You knew it was bullshit. Lando wasnât like some feminist king going around to protect girls. You turned around, done with his lies as you walked towards the door but before leaving the room you made sure to look back âJust so you know, if anyoneâs allowed to take me home while drunk. It isnât you! Its my boyfriend.â
Boyfriend. That word rang through Landos ears all day long. He couldnât wrap his head around it. Surely Oscar wasnât your boyfriend yet. He had not told him so last night. He would have surely used it against him? Lando thought about it. It even kept him awake at night. Tossing and turning at the thought of you laying in Oscars arms. You werenât home. He knew you were probably with him. Within seconds he pulled out his phone. He cursed himself for having to get up early for work the next day before he picked your contact name as he started typing.
Is Oscar really your boyfriend?
No too blunt.
Are you actually serious about Oscar?
No too passive aggressive.
Can we talk please?
Delivered 00:12 AM
âBe careful!â you yelled out at Oscar as you looked back at the young guy hopelessly struggling on his bike. Riding bikes along the promenade was new to him. Luckily you were an expert, and the guy dressed in his orange Mclaren shirt just had to follow and hope not to embarass himself too badly. Allthough he knew youâd never let him feel that way.
âWatch out!â Oscar screamed at some pedestrians, who were busy taking pictures as they all cursed at him. A guy even holding up a middle finger towards him. You never laughed so hard as you could hear Oscar tell him off in a typical Oscar way, very politely and respectful he had told the guy it was rude. There were so many people here for the Gran Prix this weekend. Some even snapping pictures as they recognized the young rookie.
âThat was fun.â you jumped off your bike as soon as you arrived in front of the already busy paddock. It was only free practice day but the place was still packed with lots of visitors and press. Oscar tried to lock up his newly purchased bike, clearly struggling as he panted for air âYeah was fun.â
You giggle looking at the young guy who you were convinced wouldnt get the lock on that bike on his own âCâmon Piastri.â
He stood up as he looked at your smile, clearly defeated. He held the key towards you and just as you were about to take it Oscar grabbed your chin going in for a kiss. You smiled at the gesture as you wrapped your arms around his neck, deepening the kiss not caring if anyone saw. Just as Oscars hand made itâs way down your back and stopped right above your hips a loud noise went off.
You and Oscar jumped apart, at the loud sound of the car horn. Looking to where it was coming from. Your eyes locked with the guy sitting behind the tinted windows. Lando was sitting in his Mclaren holding his hands up as if to claim innocence and pretend he hadnât just done that on purpose. He mouthed a short âSorryâ before getting out his car putting on his sunglasses.
âMorning Oscar.â Lando strolled past you chewing on his gum, not even acknowledging your presence. You looked after the guy in the white shirt as you rolled your eyes. He could be so goddamn cocky. Oscar only seemed confused. He even laughed it off, figuring Lando had really not intended to do that. You grabbed the Aussies hand as you stomped towards the entrance of the paddock. Oscar just following you, confused on why you were so tense all of the sudden.
âY/n.â he stated, stopping in his tracks as you tried to pull him further. You sighed looking back defeated, shrugging your shoulders. Oscar mustered you. That frown. Something clearly was bothering you and it had to do with Lando. He couldnât pinpoint what it was though. He was scared that by asking, heâd overstep boundaries. You werenât offical yet. Despite all the rumors.
âWhat just happened?â he knew it. He sensed it. It had been like your world had just turned around. You had looked at Lando so briefly yet it said so much. So much Oscar didnât understand. Maybe hedidnât even phantom it as it happened so quick. Cause if he had. If he had looked really hard, heâd see a girl who was clearly still hung up on someone else.
âNothing.â you brushed it off, your lips pressed together.
Oscar knew you were lying. Only he didnât have the guts to tell you.
âAlright.â he nodded, was he mad? You knew you were acting like a bitch. Oscar didnât derserve this. He deserved someone less complicated. Someone who didnât lie and hurt people. To your suprise Oscar reached out his hand to you. You hesitated before you took it. You both continuing to make your way inside the paddock. Oscar placed a kiss on your temple just before cameras spotted you âYou know you can tell me anything right?â
Anything. You were watching the practice from inside the garage as you felt his presence next to you. He just stood there with crossed arms, his mouth moving. Luckily you couldnât understand at least not before taking off your headset that one of the staff members had given you.
âWhat?â you sighed looking at Lando who had just gotten out his car early, due to a mechanical issue completely unsatisfied with his performance and the performance of the car. Things could literally only get better. On and off track.
âI said: what are you doing here?â the Mclaren driver repeated, looking rather unwell with his hair sticking to the sweat dripping down his forehead. The bags under his eyes telling you exactly what you knew already.
âWatching?â you sassed back, eyes on the screen as you kept your voice low to not catch the attention of anyone. Oscar was still out there to your luck, so there stood no chance of him witnessing what was about to go down.
âSince when do you come to watch free practice?â he hissed, shaking his head as you completely ignored eye contact. It drove Lando mad. Especially since you wore that. His favorite white dress. He had gotten it for you; you were now wearing it for another guy.
âSince I was invited.â you now look at him, hoping the harsh tone in your voice would just shut him up once and for all. But Lando just rolled his eyes, getting closer to you before grabbing your arm and pulling you all the way back to his drivers room. You didnât do anything, knowing it was time you settled this. Also your legs became pudding just before. You might act all tough but Lando made you incredibly nervous. He looked different this weekend. Grown up.
âYou have one hell of an audacity to show up here for a guy who you are clearly not into, in a dress that I payed for.â
You swallowed. 1:0. You couldnât let that sit.
âOh, yeah Oscar picked it out this morning.â you put on a fake smile, basically feeling Landos pulse as you two stood so close. You couldnât help it. A glance down at his lips. Was he trying to grow a beard? F*ck. âHe also told me how heâs looking foward to taking it off me tonight.â
Lando clenched his jaw. He wasnât stupid. He saw those wandering eyes. So he did the one thing that his impulsive mind wanted him to.
âShut up.â he muttered before smashing his lips onto yours. You were taken aback. But god. That feeling. Those butterflies. It had only ever been like that with him. You kissed back. You missed him. It had been a whole year. You hadnât forgotten though. Your hands wrapping around Landos neck pulling him closer as his hands gripped your bare thighs, wandering under your dress. It was a short lived pleasure because as soon as his hand had reached your hips the door was ripped open.
âLan- What?â

it is so absolutely, irrevocably heartbreaking to me that john and paul no longer exist together, and that there is a chance, depending on your belief, that they never ever will again.
whether you believe they were platonic or romantic or whatever else, there is no denying they were two souls so made for eachother, so perfectly intertwined and matching like two pieces of a puzzle, more so than almost any other duo in our history. and because of the selfish decisions of another person, an outsider with delusions and a deranged nature, those two souls have been split up and taken from eachother and it just absolutely makes me so devastated to think about.
Itâs very difficult to look at john in all the beatles interviews, especially early ones, and all those clips from the 70s and all those songs with his voice, and recognize that he is gone.
He exists in memory and in spirit and in the stories and songs of Paul, the books and the art of Cynthia, the faint memories of Sean and what it was like to have his father in those early early years. Even in some of the photos Linda left behind. But in the end, that is a person who no longer exists in physical terms. That no longer breathes or has a thought or feels a certain way when they wake up in the morning. That lives a life. It was all taken. And because of that, such a perfect pair will possibly never, ever get to exist together again. Paul is stuck here with all of us, missing someone with no physical connection anymore. Dreaming about him, painting him, being forced to speak about him in almost every interview even though itâs got to hurt.
I just donât understand how you can see a pair of soulmates, of best friends, of two people that entranced with eachother, that beautifully connected, all of it from some kind of divine intervention, some kind of special moment in our stars that caused them to be put in the same place in the same era at the perfect moment as the other, and want to rip them away from eachother so cruelly.
all I can wish is that when the time eventually comes and paul passes, that they end up back together, somewhere peaceful like Paris with Elvis records and banana milkshakes and their Mary Julia star and endless fields of strawberries.

OF FLOWERS AND DEATH - aemond targaryen
Chapter 17: The Winds of War
âŸââșâ⧠dark elf!Aemond Targaryen x f!human!reader series. â§ââșâ⟠series masterlist. âŸââșâ⧠word count: 2.8k â§ââșâ⟠series warnings: 18+ depictions of violence/gore, eventual smut, warfare, sickness/disease, some moments of misogyny, and mentions of alcohol consumption. âŸââșâ⧠It is too easy for broken hearts to declare war.
Aemond had never felt more conflicted in his life.Â
There was scarce ever a time when there were multiple emotions that hit him at once. He was not used to feeling so much in such a short period, it had made him begin to act unlike himself. Though, that was not entirely a bad thing.
Only a few instances in the two millennia of his life had he ever felt so overwhelmed.
The first time was the death of his father. They were never close, but he could recall moments, during the brief periods of his fatherâs lucidity, when the two of them would sit silently together as they poured through history books. The old king's death did not come as a surprise, but it was crushing regardless.Â
The second time he had been overwhelmed was just shortly after his father's death. His mother quickly died. Elf marriages wound the bond between two souls so tightly that when one dies the other follows. He was more angry then. Aemond had been closer to her. The only bit he had of his fond childhood memories was connected to the scent of those azures that she loved so much.Â
There was not so much emotion when he beat Aegon in a duel and became king â that felt more natural to him.Â
The third time was when he lost his eye. The pain, wrath, betrayal, and heartbreak were too much for him. After it all, when his vision dimmed to one, it tore out the rest of his heart to kill Prince Lucerys for it. The deed had to be done, there was no other way, but Aemond still cursed himself until the ends of the earth for it. He had been like a brother, a chosen brother, but all failed.Â
The war had, like being crowned king, not overwhelmed him. At that point, his heart cared little.Â
The fourth and final time he experienced such a myriad of emotions at once was when he made the off-hand decision to welcome a human into his kingdom. A human who had so easily ripped down his very being to expose nothing but the scarred essence of his self. Aemond had resisted at first. It was true â he had cared little. Yet, that sentiment did not last long. It was like his brain punished him at every hour.Â
Everything was just her.Â
Her,
Her,
Her,Â
Was it his hubris that caused the gods to send such a siren? Or was it the cruelty he inflicted on the word? There could be no other explanation for her presence in his life. The gods sent her there to punish him. A thorn wedged in his side, but springed forth a rose that smelled as sweet as she treated the people around her.Â
That was what did it, what caused him to fall so effortlessly.
Her unflagging efforts to help.Â
Not for any selfish reason, nor any reward. The simple act of kindness gave her satisfaction. As if nothing else mattered in the world. She was determined and stubborn â a bit like himself. Though truly she felt like a foil, an opposite that brought out something better in Aemond.
He tried to reach inside himself and uncover what she had brought out of him, truly, but it was a struggle at first.Â
It had been so long since he had to treat someone that gently, it was foreign to him. All he had to do to relearn kindness was simply watch her. Watch as she tended to her patients so skilfully and passionately, watch as she bonded with Daeron over healing, watch as she spent time with Helaena and encouraged her passions, watch as she brought out a better side to Aegon; one a little more sober that before.Â
How could such a being simply be so good?
Humans had caused Aemond nothing but pain in his life. They took his eye, attempted to burn his lands down, and hurt his family beyond anything. Yet, this human â who had miraculously stumbled across his sister one day, hurt and in need â had been able to do what he never thought possible.Â
She had caused his heart to beat.Â
That was what it felt like. Each time he thought of her, frequently as of late, his heart would beat faster. It was like some kind of locator, the closer she was the faster those thumps came. It breathed new life into his body.Â
Aemond was not naive, at least, not anymore. He knew what this meant and why his body reacted the way it did. He loved her, simply and truly. Elves felt more intensely than humans, so it was easier for them to get so strung up in care. It was his kind's greatest strength and greatest downfall. Quick to love, quick to hate.Â
That was why it hurt so profoundly when she hurled such accusations at him; called him a liar and implied his good friend Cole had killed her father. It was harsher than any blow on the battlefield. He had welcomed her into his home, and let her have access to his library, all on the words of his sister and this was how she repaid him? He was angry but understood.Â
There had to have been a reason for her conclusion. She was not hysterical or had a penchant for making up lies. Something had come up or was discovered for her to act that way. She was still in mourning over Lyra so anything could have set her off.Â
Aemond had decided to leave so the both of them could cool off and get their thoughts in order. He would listen to her concerns and address them. However, when he went to her room to visit she was not there. That itself was not unusual, so it did not set off any unease in his mind. She was likely in the laboratory and working tirelessly in her pursuit of a cure. Her recent experiment with Daeron had been a damn close solution and Aemond felt nothing but pride swell in his chest when thinking back on it.
He approached the laboratory door but knew not to barge in. If she was focused, he could not bear to ruin that. He was already on thin ice with her trust. There was nothing in the realm that would make him break it further. He knocked on the engraved wood and waited.Â
There was no response.Â
Again, that was not unusual. However, when he knocked again with a little more force to make sure he was heard, Aemond was surprised by the slow creaking it made as it opened. The door was ajar, which was unusual. His fingers gripped the handle and he pushed it open. His gaze was lowered and noticed the strewn about papers at first. His brow furrowed as he scanned the area further untilâŠÂ
Gods noâŠÂ
Faster than Aemond knew he could move, he flung towards her body that lay bloody and limp on the stone floor. His heart sank with his body. He assessed her and quickly found an open wound on her side. Aemond had flung off his leather doublet and torn off a sizable chunk from his white shirt to try and cover the wound â as if it would make a difference. He was frantic, scrambling to staunch the wound as he kneeled.
Aemond lifted her limp body with his other arm having wrapped it around the back of her neck. Her head was limp and swivelled to the side, a sight that made him feel sick. His eye searched the room for any immediate threats but found none. He looked back down at her closed eyes. Aemond was too shaken to focus and see if she was breathing or if it had been a trick of the mind.Â
He muttered her name a few times like it was some sort of prayer; a plea to anything out there that could hear. Quickly, he released his hold on the wound and brushed her cheek, leaving a trail of blood. He went back to putting pressure on the wound, but truthfully it did not look good. Aemond was not shy of wounds. He had seen countless different ways the body could bleed out â this was one of them.Â
âBut I came to say sorryâŠâ Aemond whispered. Water gathered at the rim of his eyes. What surprised him the most was that he felt the same tingling sensation on the scarred lining of his other eye. He did not know it was possible, but here he was; nearly weeping over the body of a human.Â
Aemond noticed her arm was outstretched and went to move it closer to her body. Surprisingly, he saw something sticking out of her closed fists. He moved the arm that was holding her neck out from under after leaning her head on his thigh. Aemond opened her fist and took out the crumpled piece of parchment.Â
Mothers flower.Â
Lake water.Â
Every little thing.
The last one was underlined multiple times for emphasis. It was her writing, but he could not understand the reason for it. On the table, he saw a myriad of scattered ingredients and an overboiling cauldron. The smell emanating from it was burnt and he could tell she had been brewing something. He looked back down at the parchment and it all came to him.Â
His little rƫklon had done it.
She had found what very likely could be a cure, but something had taken her from him. He shouted for the guards or any possible person who could hear.
The feeling of hopelessness had morphed into rage. Someone had done this to her; someone who would surely pay the price.Â
Hurried footsteps sounded from the door Aemond had left open. In just a short moment, he watched Cole come in. His face morphed into shock at the sight. Aemond had never been more thankful that Cole had been in the area. He needed his friend.Â
The other door located on the opposite side of the room burst open. Daeron and Aegon had been in the sick hall but came immediately when they heard the noise. While Aegon had froze at the sight, Daeron sprung into action. He dashed to his brother and fell to his knees to assess the damage.Â
âWhat in the seven hells happened?â Daeron asked.
âI found her like this. Why aren't there any guards around?â Aemond directed his last question at Cole with a fire behind his voice.Â
âEarly morning is when the night shift switches, my king, there are little guards at this time,â Cole answered. Aemond shook his head before looking back at the woman in his arms. That was not a good enough answer.Â
âDaeron?â Aemond voiced. It was clear what he was asking. He needed to know if there was a chance to save her.Â
Daeron gave his brother a grim look, âI donât know.â Those words were like a dagger to Aemondâs heart. Aegon had gathered a bunch of supplies from around the room and dumped them by Daeron so he could start assessing the wound more.Â
âMy king,â Cole spoke out and Aemond turned to him, âI found these.â He had a scrap of fabric in one hand and a bloodied knife in the other. It was easy to see that the colours of the fabric were part of the emblem of the human kingdom.Â
âThey must have heard of our efforts to find a cure and snuck in to foil them. The council's suspicion of it being human-made could be correct. She happened to have the misfortune of being here.â Cole theorized. Both Daeron and Aemond were struck by it. Aegon, however, looked at Cole with underlying skepticism.Â
âConvenient that you found such an important piece of evidence that was not spotted by us when we came in,â Aegon spoke up while he took over the hold on her wound so Aemond could go see the items. Aegonâs words went unnoticed in Daeronâs attempt to focus on the problem in front of him.Â
âItâs laced with taint.â Aemond had taken the knife to inspect it and his voice sounded far away, as if caught in the trouble of wondering if what he said was true.Â
âThis is a direct attack on our kingdom, your grace. They have gone beyond a violation of the peace treaty.â Cole informed, âWe must respond.âÂ
Aemond did not acknowledge Coleâs words at first, instead choosing to speak to Daeron, âYou can heal her wound, right?âÂ
âI can try,â Daeron looked around the room for any kind of supplies that could help, âBut the taintâŠâ
âThen use the previous experiment to halt its spread,â Aemond argued. His anger increased as Daeron spoke. He felt that his brother was giving up on her, but that was not the truth. However, he was so overwhelmed he could not think clearly.Â
âThe last of the brew was used up on new patients. Even if I were to make more⊠it would take too long. Aemond, the wound is deep, the taint may have reached her heart already.â Daeronâs words were grim and he had been reluctant to voice them, as if speaking them would make it come true.Â
âYou will try regardless. Get every fucking healer to work on it.â Aemond commanded. He had never used his kingly voice with Daeron before. It was something Aemond did not wish to do, to command his family as such, but all of his care had gone with her.Â
âCole,â Aemond started, âSend for all of our legions to gather at the border. We ready for war. Send some to gather taint samples as well. They used it on her, so we shall use it on them.â Cole nodded at his king's words and made his way to leave the room.Â
As Cole reached the threshold, Aemond spoke again, âI want whoever did this brought directly to me.â Cole hesitated for a moment to really look at Aemond, but eventually nodded and left. With Cole gone, Aemond moved to his brother and presented the parchment that had been in her hand.Â
âShe was holding this. I assume it may be concerning a cure. Get some healers to work on it as well.â Aemond instructed. Daeron took the parchment and looked over it.Â
âI donât completely understand,â Daeron scrunched his brows at the vague messaging in her scrawl.Â
âElf azure and Lake Rosemagne water,â Aemond clarified. A light behind Daeronâs eyes sparked and it seemed as though he clued in to exactly what she had figured out.Â
Once seeing that she was in relatively good hands, Aemond made the prowl for the door to start the familiar habit of plotting war. When he reached the exit, he paused and turned around. His gaze hovered over her still body while his chest rose up and down almost erratically. Both of his brothers could see the emotion flicker over Aemondâs face. They understood her meaning to him and mourned what could have been.Â
Without any further words, Aemond stormed out of the room. Daeron got to work quickly and commanded Aegon to help him pick her up. Together, the two elves moved her body into the sick hall and to a private, curtained area. Daeron had yelled at some of the nearby healers, something which he had never done, and commanded them to start brewing both the slowing elixir and a few side brews of the newly modified recipe.
He hoped that the slowing elixir could be administered in time so if the modified version ended up not curing it, the very least would be that the taint would not further damage her body as it recovered from the stab wound.Â
However, Daeron would be lying to himself if he said there was a guarantee of healing the wound. It was so deep and human bodies were a lot weaker than elf ones. Aegon, on the other hand, was doing surprisingly well in hiding his fear. He shook just a little but followed his brother's directions to clean the wound.Â
Daeron leaned down to put his head against her chest. He was searching for a heartbeat, but could not find one. He then moved to hold her wrist. He waited a few moments. As if a miracle had happened, there was the faintest of thrumming. It came slow and was weak, but it was there nonetheless. Daeron let out a breath he had been holding and nodded to Aegon.Â
Aegon understood and tears welled in his eyes and he sighed with relief. Daeron then organized the supplies on a table beside him that was meant for stitching the wood. Despite his lengthy experience as a healer, he had never treated someone he was close with and had an incredible personal investment in their survival.Â
As he moved his shaking hands towards the wound, Aegonâs own hands covered them, âYouâve done this countless times, whatâs one more?âÂ
âI can do it.â Daeronâs words were more for his own sake than for Aegonâs; though both needed the reassurance.Â
Together, both the brothers provided comfort in their presence while they set about the task of saving a human from near death.
On the opposite side of the castle, the king prepared for war.
Chapter 18: Past, Present, and Future Preview
It was then that it struck you that where you were was a memory â not the present. You could not remember the present.Â
Why could you not remember the present?Â

"Actual leftism involves making pragmatic moves" you say?
"Even where there is no prospect of achieving their election the workers must put up their own candidates to preserve their independence, to gauge their own strength and to bring their revolutionary position and party standpoint to public attention. They must not be led astray by the empty phrases of the democrats, who will maintain that the workersâ candidates will split the democratic party and offer the forces of reaction the chance of victory."
-Marx, 1850.
Perhaps gain more than a vibes-based understanding of leftism before speaking on it. PA voter here, voting 3rd party.
Ah, we gotta theory bro here who thinks leftism starts and ends with Marx. Believe it or not, we've learned a few things in the last hundred and seventy five years. When we talk about making pragmatic decisions, we know that incrementalism is the only way progress has been made.
Here's the thing, you can't boycott an election. It's a two party system. EIther Harris or Trump is going to win, and Daddy Revolution ain't coming.
Time to put the book down and take some actions that will make an actual difference, and if Trump gets a second term, we don't be able to do that.
Your vote for a third party will only help put Trump in power, which will set us back another twenty years. There will be two seats up on the supreme court, which would cement the conservative majority. Trump has stated he want to use the US Military to round up his political opposition, and is using Nazi rhetoric about immigrant populations. Trans rights are under attack, and the only thing that's stopped it at the national level is the Republicans not holding the white house. Trump wants to pull aid from Ukraine, which would allow Russia to continue their genocide there.
In 2016 we were fighting for a higher minimum wage, and now we're fighting for basic rights that were destroyed by those four years of Trump.
And, like, the people in Gaza want us to elect Harris, as do other members of that community.
So if you really do claim to care about the things you say you do, you'll do the right thing and vote for Harris.
Because if you have the values you claim you do, I can't think of any reason other than selfish ego why you wouldn't.

đđđđ đđđđ đ đđđđđ. â !# :
đđđđđ: Dark fantasy, yandere, smut.
đđđđđđđ: Griffith X You (fem! reader)
đđđđđđđđ: You and Griffith were the best of friends since childhood trying to get by in the kingdom of Midland. After a lack of communication for years due to a fight that cost you two your friendship, you and Griffith are invited to the same ball, where you two lock eyes together. Such a scenario is harmless, right? What could possibly go wrong?
đđ: dubcon, mild sexual tension, implied stalking.
đŹđđđđđâđ đčđđđ: I must admit this was rushed. However, I have no regrets writing this.
âGriffithâŠ. I canât do this. I canât afford our friendship to transcend into something more. My parents donât approve of ourâŠrelationship. Itâs best if we just stop meeting each other, okay?â
Chandeliers filled the ceiling of the ballroom, illuminating bright enough to light up the whole venue. The windows were decorated with crimson red curtains and white roses, giving off that elegant feel one could ever ask for when stepping into the palace. The doors were made of gold, stainless steel, and intricate patterns that boasted the wealth Midlandâs kingdom had over the nations.
This feeling was a dream come true, you thought, as you danced with your partner of the night. You werenât beyond friends, but it was nice having someone to tag along when dancing to the rhythm of classical music that echoed through the halls.
You were beautifully adorned with a gown as black as ebony and a flower crown that gave emphasis to your crowning glory. There is indeed beauty in the smallest of things the moment you step foot into the ball, giving you a glimpse of what it feels to be in possession of the luxury you usually never had. Is this what it was like being a part of the elite and the royal family in Midland? Perhaps.
You swore to yourself that there was nothing that could get in the way of your amazing time at the ball. You had a handsome partner to dance with, appetizing food and drink you could turn to in moments of hunger and thirst, and your friends to accompany you as the time passed. Your parents trusted your friends enough to protect and be by your side in case things donât turn out rough âŠ.so far as to let you be invited with your friends to sleep at the guest rooms of the palace.
You were a close friend of Princess Charlotte, which granted you some privilege at least. She handed out invitations to you and your friends to join the feast as it was her birthday being the main focus of the celebration. But what bothered you is her friendship with someone you refused to speak ofâa man with long, wavy, and flowing white hair and a pair of icy blue eyes. A man whose dream was to build his own kingdom and have people work for his rule. A man who once claimed you as someone he wanted to keep for as long as time stretches itself into the void. A man who was once your childhood friend, but was somehow separated from you because of your family disapproving of the relationship.
It didnât take even a second. The moment you looked back, he was amongst the crowd, right behind you and your partner. Seeing him dancing with another woman felt almost strange to you, as he wasnât one to mingle with other girls other than just you. Anyhow, you chose to move on. Your parents always had a disdain for him, claiming he was a dangerous, selfish young man who took pleasure in taking lives within the battlefield. They say it wasnât a very smart decision to be friends with him, and the fact that he confessed his feelings for you enraged your family even further.
You dared not revisit the past, better yet, youâd rather not reminisce about your friendship with him. He was not good for you, end of story.
âGriffith, Iâve had it. Letâs just stop meeting here, okay? Our relationship serves ZERO benefits and I just canât stand the sight of you anymore!â
âThen weâll fix things one by one. What is it about me that you so despise, hm?â
âThe bloodshed, the destruction, the violence you constantly put yourself in! Why would I, a diplomatic person advocating for peace within Midland, care enough to associate myself with a monster who takes innocent lives like you!â
âYou know that I take lives for the money. It is a part of what I wanted, dear. A dream the both of us can indulge in, if you so desire. I cannot abandon my dream. I will never betray it. Causing bloodshed isnât just a hobby, itâs a part of my DREAM. And I shall NOT abandon it over your will.â
âGriffithâŠ..I-â
âI told you this a long time ago but you recall that I said it once, and I would say it over and over again. You belong to me. Not even your family would break the bond we two once shared, and not even their disapproval of our relationship would stop the lengths Iâd go just to have you in my grasp.â
Those were the last words that came into mind the moment your eyes darted to the man you so despised. He had a charming exterior, yes, but his ambitions were something you didnât want yourself to be associated with. After cutting ties with him for good, you saw him once again in this ball. What a shame. You tried keeping your eyes off him by looking away, but things were too late as his stare met yours. Griffith, the man himself, knew not to abandon his partner, but this time he felt the urge to do so.
He always recognized you, from your well-donned makeup to your stunning black gown and flower crown.
Griffith was left with no doubt that he was looking at his one and only childhood friend who abandoned him. His gaze wasnât that of an innocent look, his icy blue eyes staring at you in anger from head to toe. His eyes undressed and penetrated into your very being, it almost gave you goosebumps. Your eyes darted elsewhere as you looked back at your partner.
âIs there something wrong?â your partner asked.
âNo, nothing of the sort.â you responded. âItâs just thatâŠ.I feel as though I am being watched.â
âThatâs definitely not right, do you want to leave the ballroom this early? Iâll inform the guards of your willful departure.â
âNo, noâŠI-I can handle it.â you stuttered. âJust leave me be. I wonât let someone ruin my stay at this wondrous celebration.â
âHey there!â Princess Charlotte greeted you from afar. âAre you enjoying the ball so far?â
âAh! Yes, yes I am. HoweverâŠ.â
âOh, what seems to be the matter? You can tell me anything that bothers you!â
âI feel as if someone is watching meâŠ.â you said, your voice slightly shaky. âIt must be himâŠ.â
âYou meanâŠGriffith?â Princess Charlotte asked. âI donât know much about you two, but I do hear heâs up to somethingâŠ..â
âWhat is that âsomethingâ you speak of, Princess?â you asked.
âHeâs up to sleeping with someone for the night. Who knows who it is, heâs alwaysâŠ.sleeping around, that isâŠâ Princess Charlotte laughed. âAre you alright?â
âWell, for some weird reason, Iâm not surprised. Griffith has never been the type to stick around with one anyway. Heâs better off without me.â you scoffed.
âAwwwwâŠ.[Name], donât say that! Iâm sure this ball would pave an opportunity for you two to reconcile! And, you knowâŠ.have the two of you become friends again!â Princess Charlotte replied. âSo cheer up! Come on now, would you like a drink?â
âSure!â you agreed.
After a few drinks, you were dazed and confused with what surrounded you in the ballroom. Your partner and friends were half drunk, and you couldnât deny how you felt tipsy after seven shots of sweet champagne.
â[Name]!! Are you alright?â Princess Charlotte asked, concerningly.
âIâm alright, Princess. Thank you for asking. IâŠjust hadâŠa few drinks, perhapsâŠ? Can IâŠ.go to my bedroom now, please?â you stammered, slightly dizzy and lightheaded from the alcohol you consumed for the night.
âOh, sure thing! Guards! Kindly escort my dear friend to the guest rooms, please!â Princess Charlotte called out.
Princess Charlotte hosting a sleepover for some guests was something you didnât expect off your bucket list. When you were invited to her birthday celebration, you were more than excited to spend the night with your friends and the PrincessâŠ.what you did NOT expect was Griffith being invited as well.
You were escorted to the top floor of the palace. All walls in each guest room were soundproof to avoid unwanted noises from interrupting other guests who were fast asleep. You, on the other hand, had to leave the party early due to your slight drunkenness. While carrying you to bed, your belongings were also brought back to the room beside the bedpost. The guards left you on your own, leaving the door slightly open in case you needed assistance from the servants of the palace.
Hours passed, and you fell fast asleep after feeling quite tipsy at Princess Charlotteâs ballroom party. Things werenât occurring out of the ordinary, up until the door creaked open. Things werenât right. Someone entered the room.
You were startled by the door opening, only for it to be closed once again, the lock of the door being heard aloud. It was quite pitch black in the night, the only source of light being the lightning that struck every once in a while. You had no clue of who entered the room, but you were suddenly filled with fear once you came back to your senses. The intrusion was unexpected, and you made a guess on who entered your room in such an ungodly hour. You were right.
It was Griffith.
You were intimidated by the silhouette that appeared before you, but that didnât give you a reason to cower in fear. In fact, this gave you an opportunity to call for the guards despite being slightly drunk.
âAre you not going to play dumb with me this time, [Name]?â he asked, his anger being quite apparent with his words.
You saw this coming. You recognized that voiceâit was that of a commanderâs, like heâs always been. Chills ran down through your spine, not because you were afraid of him, but because you were frightened of what was about to happen next.
You felt a sense of urgency it almost hurts to not speak up.
âGriffith? What do you think youâre doing here?! Get out before I call the guards!â
âDo you really want to leave our relationship this badly? Hm?â Griffith asked. âHere I am, asking for one chance to fix the scars of our past, and after all weâve been through, this is how you repay me?â
âOur relationship was never beyond friendship, Griffith. If you think Iâd come back to you for the sake of partaking in your sick, twisted idea of a dreamâŠyou are gravely mistaken.â
âYou arenât useful to me just for the sake of my dream. I want you, [Name]. Iâve been watching you all along since we parted ways right in that village. And this time is where I arrive to claim whatâs rightfully mine.â Griffith announced, taking five steps closer to your bed as you stared at the door planning your escape route. In an attempt to put both hands on your shoulders, you pushed him away.
âI was never yours.â you replied, bravely. âI wasnât yours and Iâll never be yours. Please cut me some slack and leave at once, or Iâll have to call the guards on you.â
âThe walls are soundproof and the doors are locked. Looks like thereâs no room left for you to hide, hm? Just surrender your freedom to me. By surrendering to me, youâll find peace once we establish our own kingdom.â
âEver since you found the Band of The Hawk, Iâve already been looking for ways to avoid your company. You just arenât the one for me, Griffith. Iâm better off not knowing youâd engage in such savage battles, having people die and kick the bucket for the sake of achieving your dream.â
âIf I canât have your freedom, then I have no other choice but to force it away from you. I want you in my arms. And I will do anything to make you a part of my dream.â
âNo.â you stood up for yourself.
âAre you resisting meâŠ.this badly, [Name]?â Griffith asked, ready to pounce onto you. âNo. Youâre not resisting. Youâre not leaving. I wonât allow it.â
âI AM leaving.â In an attempt to stand up and reach for the door outside the guest room, Griffith grabbed you by the wrist with a push strong enough to knock you out towards the queen-sized bed. While you ended up sitting, he took a huge step forward, leaning lower to match your eye level, and forcefully stripped you off by unraveling the straps of your sleeveless black gown. Before you could even utter a word and speak, he pressed his lips right onto yours.
You tried your very best not to kiss him back and show an ounce of enthusiasm in your actions. While his tongue explored you with utmost fervor, you tried to protest with your arms pushing him away and your feet kicking off every obstacle past you. Griffithâs touch, however, was far stronger than you could ever imagine. Your eyes were wide open in shock, trying to escape with all your might though you were already covered in his scent.
Since it was your first kiss, you made an attempt to kiss back in a disorderly fashion so as to piss Griffith off and let him walk away due to your inexperience. But this didnât stop him. He kissed you in the most aggressive, yet practiced manner imaginable, so far as to render your tongue numb and submissive to his motions. His heavy breathing and humming didnât help alleviate the situation you both were in either, and you refused to admit that your own childhood friend turned you on.
Griffith wasnât being gentle around this time, you thoughtâhe had to be straightforward with his motives when dealing with a fragile little thing like you.
You waited like hell for this moment to stop. When Griffith pulled away, you panted hard and set your eyes upon the door.
âGoodâŠ..still not taken. Your body is truly miraculous not to feel the touch of another man worthy of your gaze.â Griffith hummed in satisfaction. Forcing your chin to look up at him, he murmured. âLook at me.â
You made a slight effort to look into those eyes you once despised. Griffithâs stare pierced into your very being, you felt as if you were being undressed straight from the way he eyed you from head to toe.
âYou will remember this moment from the time we part ways. I want you to dream of this.â
While you were sitting back, Griffith stood upright, taking off his top garment by garment. You thought to yourself that this was your chanceâyou stood up to walk briskly, only to be found out and pushed back to the bed once again.
âIf you think you can escape just because I had other matters to attend to, you are gravely mistaken.â Griffith said.
âWhatâŠ.do you mean by that?â you asked.
âYou should be grateful a friend has been willing to give you the attention you so desire. Had I not known you for years, you would have fallen into the arms of the wrong man.â
âPffft. Talk about being a control freak.â you scoffed. âLet me go.â
âI donât crave control. I just know what I want.â Griffith replied, undoing his pants to reveal his half-erect member before you.
âNow, suck.â
âHuh?â
âDonât play innocent with me now, dear.â
Griffith grabbed a fistful of your hair without warning, urging you to wrap your mouth around his cock much to your surprise and unwillingness.
âYou must comply unless you want to be tossed around to the peasants of the land. Do this. Do this for my dream.â
âMmmmhhh! Mmmmhhhh!!!â
Rendered unable to speak, your head was forced to bob up and down Griffithâs length as he moaned in satisfaction to your compliance. You tried to retreat, but his grip just strengthened itself as he forced himself down your throat. You tried your best not to let out a sputtering gag, his thrusts growing more animalistic as he was nearing his release.
You groaned in dissatisfaction as Griffith face-fucked you into oblivion while standing up, his frame bare and naked while you were halfway stripped off your gown. If it were not for the darkness that engulfed the palaceâs rooms, you would have mistaken the scene to be that of a brothelâs interior.
Without Griffithâs assistance, you wouldnât know what to do considering this was your first time pleasuring a man. He continued forcefully pushing your head inward and outward his cock with his powerful hand, so as to set the pace he wanted. He grunted as you let out a cough that signified your struggle against his member down your throat. But he didnât stop right there. He was close to cumming.
It didnât take long before Griffith pulled away, holding back his cum as he edged himself to save his release for later. Before you realized things, Griffith unzipped your gown, pushing it down and tossing the clothing elsewhere. He lifted you by putting one hand over your ass, and the other hand on your upper back.
Positioning you to lie down on the bed gave him an opportunity to lunge forward onto you, his face landing on your hard nipple. While he suckled on it gently, his two fingers traced its way to your clit, rubbing the nub fast in such a way that pleasured you. The sounds of his moaning, breathing, and humming did nothing more than to instill a feeling of guilt within you. You felt pleasure, yes, but your guilt for doing something sinful with the man you so despised made you want to hurl.
Griffith pulled away, still fingering you. âMmmmâŠ.all the more to love. You seem to be slowly complying with my ways, dear. I like it.â
âMmmmmhhhh~â
âGo on.â
After egging you on for a few minutes, Griffith edged you even more with his fingers exiting your entrance, earning a groan of frustration from you. Your eyes were closed and focused on his fingersâ rhythm, only to be interrupted by Griffithâs sudden departure from your clit.
âGriâŠ..ffithâŠ.â
âHm?â
âDo it againâŠ..pleaseâŠ.â
Griffith chuckled. âAnything for my princess. HmmmâŠ.I think you are ready to take me whole. But first, I will be needing this lovely cunt of yours to quench my thirst.â
âOoooooooohhhh~â
Without a single warning, he slid himself between your inner thighs, spreading them wider. Griffith made an effort to raise your legs to rest just above his shoulders, assuming that of a position where he was about to eat you out.
He wasnât joking. Griffith started to plant small kisses onto your clit, circling his tongue around as if he was French kissing it. His tongue explored every region of your small pearl, suctioning your most sensitive spot gently as to not accidentally hurt you. He used his two fingers to rub off the slick, prepping it before he finally re-inserted them right into your hole. You retaliated.
âAgh! It burns, help!â you protested.
âBear it.â Griffith said, slightly frowning. âThis will be crucial to prepping you way before you get to have me inside. Now, relax yourself, and do as I tell you.â
Griffith stopped talking at that very moment, seriously eyeing your pussy with great passion and dominion over your body. His face landed in between your labia, licking a strip off of your soaked cunt as he thrusted his fingers in and out of your wet entrance. You yelped, both out of burning pain and pleasure.
Then came Griffithâs proper response, he bobbed his head in a specific direction, eating you out like a crazed animal in heat. He spared no untouched region within your virginal depths, lathering his long tongue around your cuntâs sensitive brown/pink surface. Similar to sucking, he moaned while eating you out for his own selfish pleasure, which aroused you to a point of whispering each syllable of his name repeatedly, with a couple of âyesâ that left your mouth.
Noises of whimpers and sloppy gobbling sounds filled the guest room, and since everything was soundproof, yelling out for help considering the party was pointless considering the party long ended and everyone invited were already asleep in their designated guest rooms.
Griffith sped up his pace, unleashing his inner freak as he licked and kissed every spot of your pussyâs semi-interior like a hungry wolf.
âGriffithâŠ..Iâm gonnaâŠ.â
This was a sign that urged Griffith to pull away.
âHold it off.â Griffith commanded.
Your pussy throbbed HARDER as he stopped eating you out in the middle of your incoming orgasm. This moment was truly not the time, you thought, and what you waited for was Griffithâs final goalâto take you in missionary.
âIâm going to take you nice and deep, and youâre going to be a good girl for me, yes?â Griffith asked, letting out a smirk.
You shook your head with all your might, denying that Griffith has been the reason you were soaked up in all this mess. Tears ran down your face, smothering your mascara all over your cheeks even though such wouldnât be noticed by Griffith, since it was dark.
âDonât lie to me.â Griffith said, his face strictly maintaining eye contact with you. âYour body tells me otherwise.â He grabbed you by the thighs which closed voluntarily, spreading your legs wider to gain access to your entrance once more. Before even entering you, Griffith teases your clit by rubbing the tip of his cock over it, earning a moan from you in return.
Then comes the hard part. Griffith inserts the head into your entrance, stretching it in a way where it feels like burning to you. He ignores your pleas, focusing on getting his cock to be buried into you in no time.
âToo tight, God be damned.â Griffith groaned. âShhh, I got you. Shhhhh. You donât have to worry anymore. I know what Iâm doing.â
Griffith thrusted forward, ensuring that his length buried itself deep into your cunt. This earned a yelp from you, as you were not expecting his sudden intrusion into your guts.
âGriffithâŠ..WhyâŠ.are you doing this? I-â
âItâs because Iâm the only one who can make you feel like the most special woman who has ever walked Midlandâs ground. Apart from the hordes of men that want you, it is only I who promised to build my own kingdom for us to rule over the weak. You shall be my Queen, my Countessâand by achieving this dream, I would be able to fulfill my utmost duties as a citizen of MidlandâŠ..to weed out the poor and unfortunate from the ends of this world.â
âHuh? If thatâs it, then I donât want to-â
âShut it.â Griffith scoffed. âYouâll take whateverâs been given to you, my love. From our childhood to where we currently are, Iâve always wanted to make you a part of my dream. And no one, not even your family, can stop us from doing anything to achieve it.â
Griffith began to slowly rock his hips in and out of you, the sensation of pain merging with a feeling far more pleasurable. Sounds of fast clapping filled the room, making it smell of sex all over. While doing the do, Griffith placed both his hands on your breasts, fondling and playing around with them as they bounced according to his rough motions.
Griffith set a faster pace this time, his thrusts growing more animalistic and primal. Fucking you felt good to him despite the tightness that clenched around his cock.
âSuch a sweet, sweet girl dolled up just for me.â Griffith praised, his heavy breathing intensifying the scene. âI wonder how many men managed to take you in one night and if theyâd ever compare to my abilities at present.â
âAh! ItâŠ.doesnâtâŠmatterâŠ.!!!â you screamed. âNnnnggghhhâŠ..Griffith!!â
ââŠ.Well? What is it, my dear? Cat got your tongue?â Griffith laughed as he bucked his hips mercilessly onto your tight pussy. âMmmmmmâŠ.I canât wait to have this body all to myself, for the sake ofâŠ.my dreamâŠ..!!!!â
âGriffithâŠ..I canâtâŠ..I canât handleâŠ..!!!â
âAfter all, youâre in my control now. So itâs best to surrender before I try anything else.â Griffith whispered as he leaned closer to your ear.
Griffith ruthlessly pressed his body against yours and forcefully kissed you once again, his hips pounding into you like a rabid dog. You couldnât see him directly in the dark nor speak, since he took advantage of your open mouth to slide his tongue in and lap at every fluid your mouth had to offer. You could feel him getting close, and as much as you would like to protest your way out of this mess, Griffith sucked your tongue in the most disgustingly experienced way possible.
Not insideâŠ.
You thought. âMmmmmhhhhh, mmmmhhh!!!!â
Griffith deepened the kiss and didnât look back. He didnât care as to whether he kissed terribly at this point, for all he wanted was to take full ownership of you. His hips rocked faster and faster, his moment of release coming much closer.
Pulling away, Griffith made a conscious effort to tuck a strand of hair behind your ear, whispering inaudible sweet nothings into it like a lover in despair.
âMmmmmmâŠâŠAll theâŠ.more to loveâŠ..No one will ever come close to making you feel the same wayâŠâŠâ
âGriffithâŠ.Not insideâŠâŠIâm going toâah!â
âThen do it, love. Grind your way against me. Claw at me like your life depends on it. Show me how much you appreciate my efforts.â
After nutting in you raw, you moaned aloud while Griffith grabbed your hips forward to make sure every last drop of cum unloaded into you. His pacing slowed down as well as the sounds of cheeks slapping against skin.
âYou did well, my love. Now open your legs wide and show me who this pussy belongs to.â
You, of course, rode out your orgasm and came down from your high. After the feeling subsided, you closed your legs intentionally out of shame.
âI saidâŠ.open wide.â Griffith frowned as he used all his might to spread your legs once more.
Despite the sex being over, things didnât stop there. Griffith shoved three fingers up your pussy, twisting and turning them in order to elicit a moan from you despite achieving a full-on afterglow.
After a while, Griffith pulled away once more after testing the waters.
âYou did well, my love.â
Those were the last words you heard before your orgasms led you to fall asleep soundly and peacefully.
