It's great.#The gender swag and non-binary rep in this game is lovely.#I sketched this out when I was in Act 2 - and as of posting this I have not yet finished the game so *please* no spoilers.#It is rare for me to get into something spoiler free and I have been getting my shit rocked by this game in the best way.#Yes I *am* taking another detour to talk about a video game I love again. I will have some fun crossovers. Trust the process.#I will also do my best to pitch this game as spoiler free as possible. Because you *should* play this game:#ISAT is a very lovingly crafted RPG with very fun and emotional writing.#The characters are great and the mysteries you slowly uncover are intriguing!#The way the gameplay ties into the player's own emotional state is nearly always in sync with the protagonist. You *will* feel things.#And it is not afraid to let those things be hard emotions! Do mind the content warnings and know your limits though.#As someone who sucks at video games I also appreciate that it is so generous with your time and keeps things fun.#Not to mention it is honestly underpriced for the amount of content in it. Buy this game. I need to spread the brainworms.

#mmm ok lemme just start w the tags then ill ramble #welt yang #hsr #honkai star rail #hi3 #honkai impact 3rd #my art #ok anyways. i didnt have too many thoughts when i started it beyond “uni is killing me but i NEED to do my daily drawings”#some thoughts did go through my mind while drawing which determined the direction this went in #which is that this could be a badass heroic drawing but.. it isn't. this doesn't feel very happy does it?#it makes him look a bit lonely #but something about the pose and the red is ominous. like he's unreadable but theres something sad about it #the moon in the background has a bit of a double meaning - namely the actual moon and its purpose in hi3 #as the final destination of the honkai and the story but.. him as well #and as a halo. i love that the three major organizations in hi3 are basically religious groups #and AE basically worships joyce and his legacy (!) and welt tries to fill that. i mean the title sovereign alone means like. absolute ruler #an untouchable figure in terms of power and control over their people #so i really like to give him some sort of fucked up fake halo. he can imitate a saintly figure but it dehumanizes him in turn #he even talks about humanity like he's not a part of it #what's left is some kind of creature mimicking divinity but becoming isolated and inhuman in the process #(gesturing wildly) THINK ABOUT THE COSMIC HORROR POTENTIAL OF BEING A HERRSCHER. HE LITERALLY PERCEIVES REALITY DIFFERENTLY. CMON.

Read Right to Left (Manga Format)

I have returned to watching demon slayer after a year and it came up while I was having a serious late night talk with my big sister. I was talking about the relationship between Michikatsu/Kokushibo and Yoriichi and it turns out we both see each other in Yoriichi's shoes and ourselves in Michikatsu's place. Definitely surprising, but really relieving to know that we both worry too much and we are not so far apart in skill as we believe.

This is technically the first piece of fanart I've ever made for the characters in Demon Slayer, I have made OCs before but I never drew an actual character from the story. For context this is mostly just a fun "what if" scenario with them meeting in the afterlife. I like to think Yoriichi's love would reawaken Michikatsu's humanity.

I wanted Michi to land next to Yoriichi but when I tried the shooting star ide #it did not work 💀 anyways that little wisp reforms into Kokushibo's monstrous form‚ which Yoriichi shreds apart in seconds #for the people looking for my usual submas content‚ I actually had an idea to draw them debating which twin to cosplay a few months back #Ingo said Emmet should be Yoriiichi cause he's the younger one‚ Emmet said Ingo should be Yoriichi cause he's cooler (read: better liked)#This took about 5 hours elapsed time‚ I stopped halfway through the last panel for a 6 hour nap #Also the purple just denotes which sections is close to the demonic parts‚ kinda like lighting but not quite

Hello!

The purpose of this blog is to source Star Trek posts that have ended up on Facebook and other platforms, with or without credit. Since I am personally active in this fandom, I feel like my mutuals and other active fans/posters deserve to know when their posts have migrated off tumblr. I feel this is especially egregious when it happens without credit or when said screenshot finds its way back here. This fandom is a community, and it doesn't seem right to take from our community for personal gain without engaging or contributing anything here. To me, that behavior does not align with the spirit of Star Trek

There is one page in particular that regularly takes posts without credit, but I am open to sourcing other screenshots as well.

(me judging reposters who blatantly steal and finding the original post)
