i have so much to say about exercise culture. diet and skinny-fetishizing culture has established "exercise" as its own thing you have to go out of your way to do. its not!!!! walking around the store for half an hour? thats exercise. dancing excitedly to a song? thats exercise. carrying in a big load of groceries? thats exercise. DO NOT let the diet industry sell you something you already have. you can be incredibly healthy without ever touching a dumbbell or subscribing to a gym membership. DO WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD!!!!
