At least you're not alone in your discomfort. Just from the look on his face, you can tell Thunderclash is desperately and painfully trying to keep his spike from pressurizing in front of everyone. You would like to see him pop a boner to Magnus' droning voice. The theories Rodimus would craft from that...

As opposed to your more oblivious coworkers, Megatron tries to focus all his attention on Magnus. His face is set in grim determination, but you know him better than that. You can see the clear discomfort and distress lying underneath. Totally worth having to sit through a meeting full of transfluid.
