“Why did you hesitate? I know you’re more than capable of handling a few small fries, yet you just let them go?”

Nothing.The room fell silent, only the trickling of water from a nearby leakage could be heard. Jinhao remained mute, his fluffed hair acted as a shield against his piercing glare. Andre strengthened his grip, frustrated.

“Something’s bothering you, it’s obvious. Jinhao, you have to tell me what’s going on—“

“Andre.” His grip loosened as Jinhao spoke. His voice trembled, albeit slightly.

“Are we truly just? Or are we mere puppets strung along the stage, acting in the name of ‘justice’?”

The audacity to come into OUR HOUSE and speak over us after 3 days of being pampered on this app just for being western is vile and so fucking demoralising because we’ve been yelling about our condition for so long and you guys would rather not miss out on social media brainrot than to actually apply some nuance for once… you guys wanted to distance from the sinophobic propaganda take of China being unequivocally evil so bad that you’ve swung to the other end
