fruit review #54: sapodilla
sapodilla are probably the most popular sapote, they are very juicy and grainy, like an extra ripe pear! the flavor is sort of pear-like, but its main flavor is overwhelmingly brown sugar. Brown sugar is a flavor i find it a bit too sweet and also hot (idk why? to me it’s a ‘warm’ flavor and i prefer ‘cool’ flavored fruits and veggies) but i still really like sapodillas! I think their size (about hand size or smaller) is perfect, i wouldn’t want to eat more than one in a sitting, but one is a perfect couple of bites.

im moving in june and will be both jobless and schooless for the first time in my life so i mayyyyyy try out opening commissions again and seeing how fulltime freelance treats me :)
