Robin has grown incredibly paranoid after the death of their mother. At the time of disposing of the body, they didn't know what Takers were, and due to the stress of the situation, they actually never thought about how she died.

Dewbat told them what Takers were and how they functioned. Ever since then, they've been suspicious of everyone older in Brindleclan.

They used to have a good relationship with their dad, Milkweedstar, but it has started to deteriorate over the last few moons.

Sadly, they've been getting close to Storm, even considering him a close friend. Robin truly has no idea that Storm is a Taker.

Robinfleck often goes to the Rift and stares into the darkness of it, Dewbat has caught them doing it enough times that he will come by to check every night to make sure Robin is okay.

They genuinely do not know how to kill the Takers, but they have started to... experiment with it. Not that it helps, because they don't know who's a Taker and who's not.

On a lighter note, they've recently developed a crush on a new cat in the clan! A former loner named KD (she/her). KD likes them back, but they have yet to learn that.

i never know how to phrase it but something about the way beatles biographers and people in general view paul's reflexive placating persona and determination to smooth things over as manipulative or duplicitous and john's reflexive barbed persona and habit of lashing out as brave and subversive despite both being equally defensive mechanisms to shield themselves from the world that resulted in them saying things that weren't true says more about how we culturally view kindness or friendliness as inherently untrustworthy or flimsy and anger and carelessness as more believable as someone's true nature than it says about either of them in actuality

look at this frame! don't their poses look similar, even though they're in totally different places?? well, there's a simple reason for it! we can see raph in the driver seat, his left hand on the wheel, while the other one's searching for someting, it's symbolising his active role as leader, while leo stands alongside him, his left hand on a handhold while he gestures with the other, showing him being less active and more of a passive presence, but he's ready on his feet, it's symbolising his potential as raph's co-leader but also him not yet being ready, still gripping the safety rails instead of the driving wheel-

i hate to say it, like i love watcher, but my thoughts on them leaving youtube is this is too much too soon, like the bulk of their fans are probs younger/unable to afford another subscription fee, plus youtube has always been where they've been?? it's just so stark to go from this being the site you put your content on for years and then to go full cold turkey, no more posting on youtube ever

and i'll be honest, they don't have enough content to warrant a separate site/subscription all together. dropout is able to pull it off because they have the full rotation of shows and cast as well (dnd, game changer, etc), whereas for watcher, they only have a few couple really successful shows and those are primarily only focused on ryan and shane.

and tbh, i don't think they have a big enough audience to launch it either, like their marketing team could do better on advertising their shows! like, i haven't been keeping up with their recent shows cause either i don't see it on my youtube algorithm at all or i have to go out of my way to go see it.

and i don't know this just feels like a kick to the face to their fans, like even dropout has shorts on youtube and keeps up all their content on youtube like some episodes and the entirety of season one of fantasy high, and now i'm seeing in the comments, that their international fans outside of the usa won't even able to subscribe cause of how payment works which is :///, so yeah, watcher, it's been nice knowing ya, but i don't know how this move will turn out for you, i'm sorry to say
