The Story of Pearl Girl (ep. 33 + ep. 34)

At this point, I'm just enjoying whatever is happening on screen XD There's a sweetness to these last episodes, yet there's also bitterness because Yan Zijing's health is getting worse. No magical cure in the nearest vicinity so far, and Su Muzhe still has no idea her boo is so sick.

Otherwise, they're getting closer in the best way possible - like partners in crime revenge and in business, and could easily get much closer than that, but alas. I'm still hoping for a plot twist that will make it a happy ending, no matter how ridiculous, I'd take it, no questions asked.

Su Muzhe is resembling Yan Zijing more and more both in terms of running business and making bad people suffer and pay for their wrong-doings. She's such a bad girl, I love that side of her :3

Meanwhile, Yan Zijing and Zhang Jinran happily cooking together, discussing YZJ's shady plots and tactics. Behold the baby face of a man who poisons your main witness on the case so he doesn't get snatched from under your nose by some bad officials. Yan Zijing has every right to be smug))) 2ML needs to appreciate his lawlessness more - it's literally saving lives XD

And this is the face of a man who feels he's about to be bent over, but still has no idea about the scale of it. And a cunning face of a woman who will screw him badly, no foreplay whatsoever >:D That's Yan Zijing's school right there. Kang Ju just quietly enjoying the show in the back :D

A few romantic moments in-between plotting and scheming. YZJ actually wants to enjoy some time with her, but why does this feel like the last quality time they'll ever have? Like he wants to give her a few good memories before, you know, poison happens. They're still deliciously cute and complex together. Just a very wholesome couple. And once again, such beautiful shots.

The face of a woman who can see right through her boo, and the face of a man who loves her to bits because of that. And probably a few thousand reasons more, but he'll never tell her about that. He's so smitten though :3

Neat how both Cody and Obi-Wan are absolute bruisers when push comes to shove. Something about being composed and professional while also having a talent for inflicting blunt force trauma. Rocking up to the Star War with nothing but your fists and winning (most of the time)

Trolling aside, i think there is some great importance as to why Gege chose this specific manner of panelling for the Yuji-Sukuna confrontation in JJK 264. We can't help but think that Gege's trying to show us some sort of a parallel between Gojo and Sukuna in this situation.

In JJK, there's this interesting notion of one's decision to go "North" or "South" as explained by Nanami during Gojo's death Flashback:

And we all know, that chapter of Gojo's death is titled as "Go South", which highly implies that Gojo chose to stay as who he was, as opposed to starting as something completely anew.

Now the interesting point in the Yuuji-Sukuna confrontation is that apparently...

....the destination for the supposed train within Yuuji's domain...is "North".

Which means that Yuuji's taking Sukuna towards the North.......

They're heading towards the North.....do you guys understand what that means?? For BOTH of them??? Q C Q

Sitting near but far, legs spilled off the edge of the bed, Potter turned to look at him. There were two wide windows on either side of the bed, drapes drawn back. The lights in Draco’s bedroom were off but it didn’t matter, the flat being in the city. Draco learned it was called light pollution- It meant you couldn’t see the stars. It meant it was much harder not to see what was right in front of you.

Potter looked beautiful. It should have ended months ago, preferably before it started.

Garage Sale

Well, when the Fentons decided to have a garage sale Danny didn't expect many to be interested. His parents were looking for a way to get money quickly to build more stuff, and he jokingly suggested they could sell some inventions, they took it seriously (Jazz made sure to remove all the lethal inventions, she tried with the ones that might be risky but then they wouldn't sell anything).

Danny knew his parents were strange yes, but he wasn't sure that justified millionaires in his backyard. Millionaires, he'd like to clarify, had never set foot in Amity Park before. He raised an eyebrow at the sight of Bruce Wayne and his sons checking out the appliances. None of them seemed to be interested in the "ghosts" but they hadn't backed down from taking some things either.

So yes, Danny was suspicious. Of course he had made sure the inventions in the sale were safe (although unlike Jazz, he simply decided to make them safe, a few modifications here and there), but the fact that they looked genuinely interested made him uneasy.

Were the Waynes interested in hunting ghosts?

He decided to try something, he crossed eyes with one of them and let his green eyes show before looking away, the boy looked alarmed. He approached him and asked, but Danny feigned ignorance, commenting that all the inventions were green and maybe he had been confused by the reflection (to be fair, most of his parents' inventions were green because of the ecto).

For his part, Bruce had received an alert from Justice League Dark, it seemed they had detected a strange energy, similar to magic, so the bats set out to investigate. They didn't expect to find a garage sale in a house in the middle of nowhere (Amity Park wasn't even marked on the fucking map). Nor did they expect advanced technology or mad scientists.

Bruce decided to pretend he had stumbled into town as "Brucie Wayne" and buy a few things. He shuddered to see that many inventions worked with Lazarus water. Jason, who had strangely agreed to come along, was also upset about the son of the scientists.

Bruce questioned whether he had found a family of villains in the making.
