The babysitters.
We were under the same roof.
The summer had passed, but Hawkins was still settling back into some semblance of normalcy.
At least, thatâs what your parents told you as they sent you off to stay with your cousin Lucas and his family.
After everything that had happened, it was clear you were needed, even if you werenât sure what your role would be in all this.
Your first day in Hawkins was quiet, too quiet.
The kind of quiet that made you feel like something important was still lingering in the air. You hadnât been around Lucas, Mike, Max, Dustin, or the others much before, so you didnât know what to expect.
All you knew was that things had been... complicated. And now, you were supposed to help take care of the kids. Easier said than done.
The house you found yourself in was familiar, Lucasâ family home, but it felt different now, like the walls carried secrets you werenât privy to yet.
The laughter and chaos coming from the living room was a clear indication that life here, though quieter, was anything but normal. You hesitated at the doorway, unsure of how to join the group, and whether theyâd even care that youâd just moved into town.
The first thing you noticed was the noise. It wasnât loud, not exactly, but it was constant.
Mike and Dustin were arguing over some ridiculous game on the floor, while Lucas and Max were half-heartedly attempting to referee.
The energy was almost too much; too many moving parts, too many voices, but it wasnât unpleasant. Just... overwhelming.
Then, your eyes landed on him.
Steve Harrington, leaning casually against the doorframe, arms crossed over his chest. His presence seemed to fill the room, not with the usual âking of the schoolâ bravado youâd heard about, but with something warmer;
more grounded.
He was part of the chaos, but he was also a quiet anchor in the middle of it. His eyes flickered over to you as you stood there, unsure of how to make an entrance, but instead of the usual dismissive glance or curiosity, there was a softness in his gaze.
âHey,â he greeted you, his voice surprisingly calm amidst the rowdy chatter. He offered a small smile, the kind that didnât try too hard but was somehow inviting.
âYou must be the new guy.â
You nodded, not sure if that was the right thing to do.
âYeah, thatâd be me. Iâm... staying with Lucas for a while.â
Steveâs expression softened, his arms uncrossing as he straightened up.
âI figured as much. Everyoneâs talking about you.â There was no teasing or judgment in his tone, just a genuine acknowledgment.
You glanced at Lucas, who was still in the middle of breaking up another argument between Mike and Dustin, and then back to Steve.
âHow do you... handle all of this?â
You asked, half-laughing at the mess in front of you. The kids were all loud, taking sides, making plans for whatever trouble they were about to get into.
Steve looked over at them with a small shake of his head, like he was used to it by now. âItâs... a work in progress,â he said slowly, as if carefully choosing his words.
âYou get used to the noise. And the drama.â His smile grew slightly, and you could see how he effortlessly slid into his role as the unspoken leader of the group. âYouâve got your hands full now, though. This lot knows how to make a mess.â
âSeems like theyâre good at it,â you commented, your voice dry, feeling the weight of the situation.
You didnât know how you were supposed to fit in, how you were supposed to navigate being the new person here.
Steve gave you a knowing look. âDonât worry. We all get thrown into the deep end at some point. Youâll be fine.â
His tone was light, but there was something reassuring about it, as if he genuinely meant it.
You werenât sure what to say to that, so you just watched as he moved across the room, stepping into the chaos like it was second nature to him.
He bent down to break up a new fight between Max and Dustin, using his usual calm, but firm, voice to smooth things over. There was a practiced ease to his movements, like he had done this a hundred times before.
You stood there for a moment, observing him. He was different from what you expected, much more patient and steady.
Youâd heard the stories, Steve Harrington, the former high school king, the one who had been through his own share of messes, but somehow ended up here, looking out for the kids.
He was more than just the nickname.
It wasnât until you saw him glance back at you, that small, amused smile tugging at his lips, that you realized youâd been watching him a little too intently.
He raised an eyebrow, catching your gaze, and for a second, there was an unspoken understanding between you two, something fleeting but real.
âOkay, new guy,â he said, his voice a little more relaxed, like he was letting down some of his own walls.
âWant to team up? We can tag team this babysitting gig. Trust me, it works better when there are two of us.â
You didnât know what made you agree, but there was something about Steve, something that made it easy to fall into a rhythm with him, even if it was just a simple offer to help manage the chaos.
You nodded, stepping a little further into the room.
âSure,â you said, your voice quieter now, more certain. âI can give it a shot.â
For a moment, it didnât feel so overwhelming.
With Steve, there was a quiet reassurance that maybe, just maybe, this would be easier than you thought. Maybe it wouldnât be so bad, helping to take care of the kids and settling into Hawkins.
And maybe, just maybe, there was more to Steve than the stories youâd heard.
As the two of you began working together to keep the kids from escalating into more trouble, you couldnât help but notice the small gestures, the way Steve made sure you were comfortable and involved, offering quiet smiles and half-jokes when the kids got too rowdy.
It was nothing big, nothing overt, but in that moment, you realized something, this wasnât just babysitting.
This was the beginning of something new.
And even if it was just a small spark, you couldnât help but feel like it had the potential to grow into something more.
---
The moment you agreed to help, you immediately regretted it.
Max had suggested they all play a game of Dungeons & Dragons, but somehow it devolved into an all-out war of opinions, everyone trying to one-up each other with the most ridiculous rules.
Dustin and Mike were arguing over whose character was the most powerful, while Lucas tried to keep them in check, but his attention was split.
Max, naturally, refused to be part of it at all, folding her arms and glaring at the lot of them as if she were too cool for the entire situation.
And in the middle of it all, Steve was... well, Steve.
His usual nonchalant attitude made him seem like this was just another ordinary Saturday for him.
He leaned back against the couch, one hand lazily draped over the backrest, while the other played with a half-empty bag of chips.
You glanced at Steve, silently pleading for help. He caught your eye, his lips twitching in amusement, but he didnât offer any immediate assistance.
Instead, he was waiting for you to jump into the fray. You took a deep breath and stepped into the chaos, walking over to where Lucas and Mike were practically nose-to-nose, arguing over whether a roll of the dice was âtotally unfair.â
âHey!â you called out, a little louder than you intended. All heads turned toward you.
Steveâs gaze lingered on you for a moment, something almost like pride flickering behind his eyes as you took charge of the situation.
âOkay, seriously?â you said, raising an eyebrow.
âWeâre gonna be here all day if you keep fighting like this. Whatâs the point of a game if you donât even know the rules?â
Lucas shot you a grateful look.
âSee? I told them itâs about having fun, not trying to win every single time.â
âI donât always try to win,â Dustin protested, looking offended.
He glanced at Mike.
âBut Mikeâs character is completely OP. I mean, who even lets a wizard have that many spells?â
âYeah, well, you guys arenât playing right!â Mike shot back, completely missing the point.
Steve leaned in, clearly enjoying the drama. âBoys, boys,â he said, with a theatrical sigh.
âHow about we agree that everyone can have their turn to be the biggest nerd, but nobody gets to hog the spotlight? Deal?â
You could practically hear the collective groan of annoyance from the kids, but it did the trick, at least for the moment.
âOkay, okay, fine,â Dustin grumbled, sitting down with a huff.
âLetâs just get this over with.â
Just as things seemed to calm down, a high-pitched shriek cut through the air.
Max had decided she was done with the game and was now attempting to sneak into the kitchen to steal the last of the snacks.
âHey! Max! Get back here!â Steve shouted, moving with surprising speed as he jumped off the couch and chased after her.
You didnât hesitate to follow, knowing the chaos would only escalate if someone didnât stop it.
You found Steve cornering Max at the kitchen table, a small bag of pretzels clutched in her hands like she was about to make a getaway.
âWhat do you think youâre doing?â Steve asked, his voice amused but firm, his hands on his hips as if this were a routine.
Max rolled her eyes dramatically, holding the snacks out in front of her like they were a trophy.
âWhat does it look like Iâm doing? Getting a snack. You guys have been hogging everything.â
âI donât think Iâve seen anyone eating pretzels since last week, Max,â you said, crossing your arms.
âYou just want to be dramatic, huh?â
Max flashed you a smirk. âIf youâre gonna let Steve win, thatâs your problem.â
You raised your hands in mock surrender.
âIâm just here to keep the peace, not to pick sides.â
Steve leaned in closer, lowering his voice as if he were sharing a secret.
âIâll let you in on a little secret,â he said, his words only meant for you.
âShe gets really feisty when sheâs hungry.â
You raised an eyebrow, fighting back a smile. âNoted.â
Max huffed, crossing her arms, but Steve wasnât letting her off that easily. He took the bag from her hands with a dramatic flourish, giving her a look of mock disappointment.
âYou can have some, but you have to promise to play nice with the others. No more stealing snacks.â
Max rolled her eyes again but grudgingly nodded.
âFine, whatever.â
With the snack crisis temporarily averted, you and Steve returned to the living room, but not before you heard Dustin and Mike get into another heated discussion about which character was the best choice for their next round.
You exchanged a glance with Steve, who was clearly done with the constant back-and-forth.
âYou wanna call it quits for the day?â Steve asked, leaning toward you with a grin.
You sighed, rubbing your temples. âI think thatâs probably a good idea. Theyâre never going to agree on anything if we donât step in.â
Just as you were about to suggest a break, the sound of crashing plastic echoed from the corner of the room.
You and Steve turned just in time to see Lucas trip over his own shoelaces, sending a bowl of popcorn flying across the floor.
The kids burst into laughter, and even Steve couldn't hold back a chuckle.
You couldnât help but smile at the mess of it all, and for a moment, it felt like you were just another part of the family.
âYou know,â you said, shaking your head,
âI canât tell if Iâm actually helping or just making things worse.â
Steve shrugged, his grin widening.
âSometimes itâs about surviving the chaos, not solving it. Trust me, youâre doing fine.â
As the room settled into a familiar pattern of laughter and minor bickering, you realized that, despite the madness, it wasnât so bad.
Steve had a way of making the chaos feel manageable, and it felt like, maybe, just maybe, you could get used to this.
---
The sun had begun to dip below the horizon, casting a warm glow across the room.
The chaos of the afternoon had finally settled into a comfortable lull, and the kids had either scattered to their respective corners of the house or fallen into a quiet, tired stupor.
The game was over, the snacks were long gone, and the living room now felt almost eerily calm in comparison to the frenzy that had come before.
You leaned back against the couch, the soft hum of a television in the background barely audible.
Max was sprawled out in one of the armchairs, her headphones in, while Dustin and Mike were attempting some quiet video game battle in the corner.
Even Lucas had found a moment to relax, reading through a comic book by the window.
Steve, on the other hand, had found a quiet corner near the window, arms loosely crossed as he gazed outside at the fading light.
His usual energy had settled, his expression softer now than it had been all day.
You watched him for a moment, the way the light caught the edges of his hair, how his gaze seemed far away, lost in thought.
It was the first time today that he didnât seem like he was on high alert, ready to jump in and referee the next round of bickering. He looked... peaceful.
For a moment, you considered just letting him be.
But something about the quiet pulled you closer, a small voice telling you to take a chance, to say something.
âHey,â
you finally said, your voice barely above a whisper.
It felt strange to break the silence, but you did anyway. âYou doing okay?â
Steve shifted slightly, as though your voice had brought him out of his thoughts.
He turned his head slightly, catching your eye. A faint smile tugged at his lips as he uncrossed his arms and sat up a little straighter.
âIâm good,â he replied, his voice low and calm.
âJust... needed a second. Been a long day, huh?â
You nodded slowly, relaxing into the cushions as you considered his words.
âYeah, itâs definitely been... eventful. But, uh, itâs not so bad. Youâve handled it pretty well.â
Steve let out a small, almost embarrassed chuckle.
âI donât know about that. Half the time Iâm just winging it.â His gaze flickered toward the kids again, watching them interact with a small, fond smile on his face.
âBut, I guess it works out. Youâre not doing too bad yourself.â
You raised an eyebrow. âMe? I feel like Iâm just getting dragged along.â
âThatâs part of the fun, right?â Steve said with a shrug, still grinning a little. His tone was teasing, but there was a warmth there, too, a genuine appreciation.
âBut seriously, youâve got a good way with them. They listen to you, which is more than I can say for myself sometimes.â
You chuckled softly, shifting so you were sitting a little closer to him.
âI guess we make a good team, huh?â
Steve glanced at you again, his smile widening just a little. âYeah, I think we do.â
His voice was quieter this time, more thoughtful. âItâs kind of nice, yâknow, having someone to share all this with. Feels a little less crazy when itâs not just me trying to keep everything in check.â
You didnât say anything right away, letting the words sink in.
You had noticed, of course, how Steve had a way of keeping things under controlâof bringing a sense of calm to the madness.
But hearing him say it, hearing the vulnerability in his voice as he admitted he wasnât always sure he had it all together, made you feel... closer to him, in a way.
Like you werenât just playing along in his world, but that you were starting to share it.
âYou know,â you said quietly, looking out the window where the last remnants of the sunset painted the sky in shades of orange and pink, âI didnât think itâd be like this when I moved here. All the noise, all the... chaos.â
You laughed softly, shaking your head. âBut itâs kind of nice. In a weird way.â
Steve followed your gaze, his eyes narrowing slightly as he looked out at the fading light.
âYeah. Itâs nice. I think the chaos makes the quiet moments worth it.â He paused, the corner of his mouth twitching like he was holding back another smile.
âAnd... I think the quiet moments make the chaos feel a little less crazy, too.â
You smiled at his words, the weight of the afternoon finally lifting off your shoulders.
The world outside seemed a little calmer now, the house filled with the soft sounds of the kids in their own little worlds, and Steve sitting next to you, as relaxed as youâd ever seen him.
There was something comforting about this silence, the way everything felt in sync for once.
You didnât feel the need to fill the air with conversation or distractions. Instead, you could just enjoy the moment for what it was, a brief, quiet pause in the midst of the whirlwind that had been your day.
Steveâs gaze lingered on you for a moment, and you met his eyes, a soft, unspoken understanding passing between you.
Maybe it was the way the evening light softened everything, or the way his presence just felt right, but in that quiet moment, you couldnât deny it: being here with him felt... good.
âIâm glad youâre here,â Steve said, the words simple but meaningful, his voice steady and warm.
You nodded, a quiet smile curving on your lips. âMe too.â
---
The days after the babysitting adventure had settled into something like routine.
The kids were still as chaotic as ever, but with each passing day, you found yourself easing into the role.
There were moments of laughter, moments of frustration, and, more often than not, you found yourself alongside Steve, trying to juggle the madness.
It wasnât so much the kids that had started to feel comfortable, it was being around Steve.
Somewhere between handling arguments over video games, calming Max down after sheâd stormed off in a huff, and Steve always having just the right words to make everyone laugh or take a break, youâd started to notice something.
The way Steve looked at you wasnât quite like it had been at first. It was subtle at first,an extra beat of silence when your eyes met, the small, easy smiles that didnât feel forced, like they used to.
There was an ease in his presence now, a comfortable kind of quiet that you found yourself craving when the noise of the group became too overwhelming.
Today was no different. The kids were in the backyard, playing basketball, and youâd volunteered to stay inside with Steve, mostly because the sun was just a little too hot, and you both had been the designated âguardians of peace.â
You were sitting at the kitchen table, sipping on a drink, while Steve was lazily washing dishes, his sleeves rolled up to his elbows.
The rhythmic sound of water running, the occasional clink of plates, and the quiet murmurs between you two were almost soothing.
âSo,â Steve said, his voice breaking the silence, âhowâs school been? You surviving senior year?â
You glanced up from your drink, considering the question. âItâs been alright,â you replied, a small shrug following your words.
âI mean, itâs school. Itâs nothing I canât handle. But itâs... different, you know? Moving here after everything that happened... itâs kind of thrown me off. I feel like Iâm still adjusting.â
Steve chuckled, wiping his hands dry on the dish towel.
âYeah, I get that. Hawkins has a way of making things feel a little weird, right? Everythingâs either too normal or too weird, never just... normal.â
You laughed softly, nodding in agreement.
âExactly. Itâs like one minute, Iâm trying to figure out how to survive high school, and the next, Iâm wondering if Iâll have to deal with some weird, otherworldly creature again.â
Steve smirked, tossing the towel aside and leaning against the counter. âIâm pretty sure thatâs part of the charm of this place. You never really know whatâs gonna happen next. Makes life interesting, I guess.â
The way he said it made you chuckle, and for a moment, it felt like you were just... talking.
Not about anything important, not anything heavy, but just sharing a moment of lightness, of understanding. It wasnât often that you felt that way with someone, especially after moving to a new place.
But with Steve, it was easy.
âYou know,â you said after a beat, âI didnât really expect you to be this... chill.â
Steve raised an eyebrow, clearly amused.
âChill? What, you thought Iâd be some angry jock or something?â
You shrugged, trying to hide your smile. âI donât know. Itâs justâwell, youâre different than what I thought youâd be.â
Steve laughed, shaking his head. âYeah, I get that a lot. People usually think Iâm all about the hair, the car, the âcool guyâ persona.â He scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. âGuess I got that reputation, huh?â
You couldnât help but smile, amused by his self-deprecating humor. âI mean, yeah, but thereâs more to you than that.â
You paused, looking down at your drink as you thought for a moment. âItâs just... youâre not what I expected. But in a good way.â
Steveâs expression softened at your words, and for a moment, you both just stood there in the quiet of the kitchen, the noise of the kids in the backyard still distant.
There was something comforting about the silence between you two, something that felt like it was slowly pulling you both closer.
Steve shifted on his feet, his gaze never leaving you as he leaned in slightly, as though choosing his words carefully.
âWell... Iâm glad to hear that. Honestly, I didnât really know what to expect from you either when you moved here.â
You looked up at him, curiosity flickering in your eyes. âOh yeah? What did you think Iâd be like?â
He chuckled softly, his expression light.
âI donât know, honestly. I thought youâd be like one of those people who just comes in, says âhi,â and disappears. You know, all distant and stuff. But youâre... not like that at all.â
You smiled, a small, genuine smile that came naturally. âIâm not that bad, am I?â
Steveâs grin was playful, but there was something more behind it. âNah. Not bad at all.â
It was funny, how easy it felt to talk to him.
The way the conversation flowed from one moment to the next, no forced pauses, no awkwardness. It felt natural, like the both of you had always been able to share this space.
The kids outside were getting louder, the ball bouncing off the ground, a few of them laughing at some sort of inside joke, but it didnât matter.
It felt like you and Steve were in your own little bubble, and for once, the rest of the world didnât need to intrude.
âIâm glad Iâm here,â Steve said softly, almost as an afterthought, as he turned back to the sink, his fingers absently running over the rim of a glass.
âI mean, youâve made things... easier.â
You watched him for a moment, the words hanging in the air between you two.
He hadnât said anything too deep, but there was a sincerity in his voice that made your heart skip a beat
You were getting used to this, getting used to him being around, getting used to the quiet moments, to how easy it felt to just be in each otherâs company.
âIâm glad youâre here too,â you said, the words coming out quieter than you meant them to.
For a moment, Steve didnât respond, but the smile he gave you was enough. It was soft, almost shy, but there was something in it that told you he felt the same way.
---
It had been a long week, the kind of week that blended together, filled with the usual mix of chaos, laughter, and quiet moments with Steve.
Every time you thought the day would settle into something predictable, there was always a curveball, whether it was Dustinâs never-ending energy, Maxâs occasional storms, or the endless basketball games in the driveway.
But, despite the noise, the moments spent with Steve felt different. Lately, youâd found yourself looking forward to them more than you cared to admit.
It was late on a Friday evening, and the kids had all scattered off to their rooms, giving you and Steve the rare chance for some time to yourselves.
The house was quiet, save for the soft hum of the refrigerator and the distant sounds of the night outside.
You were sitting on the couch, a book in your lap, your thoughts wandering far from the pages in front of you. You could hear Steve in the kitchen, putting away some leftovers from dinner, humming to himself absentmindedly.
The usual chatter and playful teasing had quieted down, and you realized, for the first time in a long while, that you werenât focused on keeping things light anymore.
You werenât just babysitting the kids or keeping the peace.
You were... drawn to Steve.
And it wasnât just about the way heâd smile when he caught your eye, or how heâd laugh when you cracked a joke. It was the way he made you feel. Safe. Understood.
Like you were both in this together. Like this moment, this piece of life, was something worth holding onto.
Without thinking, you closed the book and set it aside, standing up and walking toward the kitchen, your steps slow but deliberate.
Steve was humming louder now, moving around the kitchen, but when you leaned against the doorframe, he paused and glanced over at you, raising an eyebrow.
âWhatâs up?â he asked, wiping his hands on a towel.
You hesitated for a second, not entirely sure what you were about to say, but knowing that it was time to say something.
Something that had been building up in you for weeks now. Something you couldnât ignore any longer.
âI donât know,â you said, the words coming out a little quieter than you meant them to.
âI guess... Iâve been thinking.â
Steve tilted his head slightly, clearly interested, but he didnât push. He just stood there, waiting for you to continue, his expression soft and open.
âAbout... us, I guess,â you continued, your heart beating a little faster now.
âAbout how things have been. How... Iâve been feeling. And, I justââ
You stopped yourself, taking a breath. You didnât know how to explain it, didnât know how to put into words what had been bubbling up inside you.
But Steve, in his usual way, seemed to sense what you were getting at. His expression softened, and he took a step closer to you, his voice gentle.
âYou mean how it feels like weâve been getting closer?â he asked, his tone teasing but sincere.
You nodded, looking up at him.
âYeah. I didnât think it would happen this way, but... yeah. I guess Iâve been feeling it too.â
Steve leaned against the counter, letting out a small breath as he looked down at his hands.
For a moment, you thought he might change the subject, but instead, his voice softened, more vulnerable than youâd ever heard it.
âYou know,â he began, âIâm not always this put-together. Like, I joke around and act like Iâve got it all figured out, but... I donât. Not even close.â
The honesty in his voice surprised you, and you stepped closer, silently encouraging him to continue.
He glanced at you, his eyes searching yours for a moment before looking away again.
âAfter everything that happened with... the Upside Down, losing people, and just... everything,â he said, his voice faltering slightly,
âit messed me up. I tried to be the guy who could take care of everyone, who could keep it together for the kids, but sometimes... it feels like Iâm barely holding on.â
You felt your chest tighten at his words.
It wasnât often that Steve let his guard down like this, and hearing the cracks in his usual confident exterior made you realize just how much he carried on his shoulders.
âI donât know why Iâm telling you this,â Steve continued, shaking his head with a small, self-conscious laugh.
âMaybe because youâve been there too. You get it, in a way that not a lot of people do.â
You reached out instinctively, placing a hand on his arm.
The gesture was simple, but it seemed to ground him. He looked up at you, his eyes meeting yours, and for a moment, the vulnerability in his expression was almost overwhelming.
âYou donât have to do it alone, Steve,â you said softly. âYou donât have to be the guy who always has it figured out. Weâve all been through a lot, and itâs okay to lean on someone else sometimes.â
Steve let out a small breath, a hint of a smile tugging at his lips.
âYeah. I think Iâm starting to figure that out. Especially with you.â
The words hung in the air between you, and the realization of what heâd just said made your heart skip a beat.
He hadnât said it directly, but the meaning was clear. You werenât just someone he was confiding in. You were someone he trusted, someone he wanted to keep close.
âIâm glad Iâm here,â Steve said softly, his voice barely above a whisper. âAnd Iâm glad youâre here too.â
Your hand lingered on his arm for a moment longer before you stepped back, the weight of the moment settling between you. There was something undeniable in the air now, something unspoken but understood.
The connection between you two wasnât just friendshipâit was something more, something neither of you could ignore any longer.
Steve stared at your lips and cracked a smile.
---
It had been a few weeks since that quiet night in the kitchen when everything changed.
You and Steve hadnât spoken directly about what happened, but the air between you was different now.
The small moments lingered longer, the playful touches and glances felt heavier, and the teasing banter was layered with something unspoken. Something real.
The kids, of course, hadnât noticed anything, too caught up in their own world of campaigns, arcade games, and adolescent drama.
But you noticed. Steve noticed. And, slowly but surely, the dynamic between you two shifted into something neither of you could name just yet.
The first time it hit you was at the arcade.
It had been Maxâs idea to gather everyone, and somehow, you and Steve had been roped into chaperoning.
The kids scattered the moment you arrived, racing to their favorite machines and leaving you two by the snack counter.
Steve leaned casually against the counter, sipping a Coke, his hair as perfect as ever.
You couldnât help but smirk at how effortlessly he pulled off the whole "cool guy" look.
âYou know,â you said, nudging him playfully,
âyouâve got a serious reputation to uphold. Babysitter extraordinaire, hero of Hawkins⊠how do you handle all the pressure?â
He laughed, a genuine, warm sound that made your chest tighten.
âItâs tough, but someoneâs gotta do it,â he quipped, taking another sip. Then he glanced at you, his expression softening. âI mean, it helps having backup now.â
The way he said it, so casually but with a weight that told you he meant it, made your stomach flip.
You looked away, pretending to focus on the kids in the distance, but the warmth creeping up your neck betrayed you.
âBackup, huh?â you replied, your voice teasing but quieter now.
âGuess that makes me your sidekick.â
Steve nudged you back, his shoulder brushing yours in a way that felt deliberate.
âNah, more like my boyfriend.â
The word hung in the air between you, and for a moment, it felt like the entire arcade had gone silent.
You glanced at him, and the small, knowing smile on his face made your heart race.
âBoyfriend, huh?â you murmured, trying to sound nonchalant but failing miserably.
He shrugged, his smile widening. âYeah. You know⊠someone I can count on. Someone I can... trust.â
The intensity of his gaze made your breath catch, and you felt like you were teetering on the edge of something big.
But before you could respond, Dustinâs voice cut through the moment, shouting for both of you to âhurry up and come see this!â
Steve chuckled, the spell between you broken but not forgotten.
âGuess duty calls,â he said, giving you a quick wink before heading toward the kids.
You followed, your chest still buzzing from the exchange.
---
The second time it happened was during a late-night drive. The kids were all asleep in the back of Steveâs car after a long day at the pool, and the quiet hum of the engine filled the silence.
You were sitting in the passenger seat, your head resting against the window as the streetlights flickered past.
Steve glanced over at you, his hands steady on the wheel.
âYou okay?â he asked, his voice low.
You turned to him, smiling softly. âYeah. Just⊠tired, I guess.â
He nodded, his eyes flicking back to the road. âItâs been a long day.â
There was a pause, and then he added, almost hesitantly, âYou know, Iâve been thinking⊠I like this.â
âLike what?â you asked, genuinely curious.
âThis,â
He said, gesturing vaguely. âThe quiet. The⊠normal. After everything weâve been through, itâs nice, yâknow? Just driving around with you. Feels... right.â
Your heart skipped a beat at his words, and you couldnât help but smile. âYeah,â you murmured. âIt does.â
The rest of the drive was quiet, but the air between you was charged, every glance and shared silence saying more than words ever could.
---
The third time it happened was at the Wheelerâs basement, during another one of the kidsâ chaotic campaigns.
The two of you sat on the couch, watching the kids argue over strategy, your shoulders pressed together.
Steve leaned in close, pretending to whisper about the game but letting his breath tickle your ear, sending a shiver down your spine.
âThink theyâll ever figure it out?â he teased, his voice low and warm.
âDoubt it,â you replied, trying to ignore the way your pulse quickened at his proximity.
He pulled back slightly, his eyes meeting yours, and for a moment, the world around you seemed to fade.
You could feel the tension building, the unspoken feelings between you growing harder to ignore.
Before either of you could say anything, Lucas shouted in triumph, breaking the moment.
Steve groaned dramatically, leaning back against the couch, but his hand brushed against yours as he did. Neither of you moved it.
It was moments like these, small, fleeting, but deeply significant, that defined the slow burn of your relationship.
Every shared look, every playful touch, every quiet conversation brought you closer, inch by inch, until the line between friendship and something more was barely there at all. And though neither of you had said the words yet, you both knew they were coming. It was just a matter of time.
---
The night was still, the stars scattered across the sky like someone had spilled glitter over velvet.
You and Steve were sitting on the roof of your house, a favorite spot youâd both discovered during one of the kidsâ sleepovers.
The chaos of the day had finally settled, leaving behind a peaceful quiet that youâd grown to cherish in moments like these.
Steve sat beside you, legs stretched out, his hands resting on his knees as he gazed up at the stars.
He looked calm, content, but there was something in his posture, his fingers tapping absently against his leg, the way he kept glancing at you from the corner of his eye, that told you he had something on his mind.
âYou ever think about whatâs next?â he asked suddenly, his voice soft but clear in the stillness.
You turned to him, caught off guard by the question. âNext?â
âYeah, like... after all of this. The kids, Hawkins, everything.â
He gestured vaguely to the sky, his lips quirking in a small, self-conscious smile.
âI donât know. Sometimes it feels like this town is all Iâve got, yâknow? Like Iâll always be Steve Harrington, babysitter extraordinaire.â
You chuckled softly, nudging him with your shoulder.
âYouâre a little more than that, you know.â
He smiled at the nudge, but the vulnerability in his eyes didnât waver.
âI donât know. I guess I just... I want more. Something real. Something that makes me feel like... I belong.â
His words hung in the air, heavy with meaning.
You felt your heart ache at the openness in his voice, the quiet longing he rarely let anyone see.
âYou do belong, Steve,â you said after a moment, your voice gentle but firm. âTo the kids, to this place... to me.â
The last part came out before you could stop it, but you didnât regret it.
It was the truth, and it was time to stop dancing around it.
Steve turned to you, his eyes searching yours, and you could see the moment your words sank in.
His lips parted slightly, like he was about to say something, but instead, he just stared at you, his expression unreadable.
âI mean it,â you continued, your voice quieter now.
âYouâre not just... some guy who keeps the kids out of trouble. Youâre more than that, Steve. Youâre... everything. To them, sure, but to me, too. And I donât want you to think youâre not enough, because you are. You always have been.â
Steve blinked, his breath hitching slightly as your words settled over him.
Then, slowly, a small, almost disbelieving smile began to tug at the corners of his lips.
âDo you have any idea how long Iâve wanted to hear something like that?â he asked, his voice soft, almost like he was afraid to break the moment.
You smiled back, your chest tight with emotion.
âMaybe as long as Iâve wanted to say it.â
There was a beat of silence, the kind of silence that felt full instead of empty, as if the world itself was holding its breath.
Then, Steve reached out, his hand brushing against yours before lacing his fingers through yours.
âI donât think Iâve ever felt this way before,â he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper.
âLike... like I finally found someone who sees me. Not just the guy who drives the kids around, or the guy who screws things up half the time. Just... me.â
You felt your heart swell at his words, and without thinking, you leaned closer, your free hand resting lightly on his arm.
âI see you, Steve,â you said softly, your eyes locked on his. âIâve always seen you. And Iââ
The words caught in your throat, but you didnât need to finish them. The look in his eyes told you he already knew.
He leaned in, his forehead resting gently against yours, and for a moment, the world felt perfectly still.
âI think Iâm falling for you,â
he murmured, his voice trembling slightly but filled with sincerity.
You closed your eyes, your heart pounding in your chest.
âI think I already have.â
The confession hung between you, weightless and freeing all at once.
Steve pulled back just enough to look at you, his expression soft but filled with something deeper, something you couldnât quite put into words.
Then, with a tenderness that made your breath catch, he leaned in and pressed his lips to yours.
The kiss was soft, unhurried, and filled with all the emotions that had been building between you for weeks. It wasnât just a kiss, it was a promise. A promise that this was real, that whatever came next, youâd face it together.
When you finally pulled back, Steve smiled at you, his cheeks flushed but his eyes shining with a happiness youâd never seen before.
âSo,â he said, his voice teasing but warm, âdoes this mean youâre my boyfriend for real now?â
You laughed, shaking your head as you squeezed his hand. âYeah, Harrington. I guess it does.â
And as you sat there on the roof, your hand in his, the stars shining above, you knew that this was just the beginning. The beginning of something real. Something that finally felt like home.
Thank you, Hawkins.

LMAO i lied im answering all these at once. woohoo!
(warning for VERY unreliable narration in certain questions)
1. Does your OC have parents or family in the AU? If not, what is their current living situation?
âThatâs kind of personal, isnât it? Well, good thing you asked me, the most normal person here. Kidding, kidding.â
Yuhua lives with his parents right now. His sister, an alumnus of the school, is away at university. They are a perfectly happy family. There is nothing wrong. Nothing.Â
(Yuhua lives with an emotionally manipulative mother and conservative father, and returns to a dysfunctional household that is filled with silence, phone calls, or arguments every day. Of course, he would never admit any of this to anyone but his friends, and even then nothing more than a slight hint or complaint that tells nothing of the bigger picture. Yuhua himself is not in the best mental state as a result, due to placing pressure on himself to perform well so his parents donât get on his case, and he maintains a thin thread of control on his demeanor.)
2. What are their thoughts on Quartz?
âShe looks kind of lonely⊠I feel bad. No wonder sheâs so into⊠Oops! Thatâs not my thing to tell. But I do think she could benefit from some friends.â
The quote is probably self-explanatory of what he thinks (assuming he hasnât caught her doing anything suspicious, and has only ever seen her pretend to fawn over Azul). He recognizes that sheâs always alone, but heâs also like. Worldâs worst introvert trying to masquerade as worldâs worst extrovert, so⊠he hasnât (yet) taken any steps to make the first move and interact with her. It probably doesnât help that it looks like neither of them bother with more than small talk with others.
3. What is their thoughts and relationship with Azul? How did they meet Azul?
âThat guy? âŠDoesnât it seem like heâs suddenly got a lot of admirers nowadays? I mean, I can see the appealâhardworking, intelligent⊠But I donât think I could ever date anyone on the student council. Guess those guys can shoot their shots if they want.â
If you couldnât tell from the quote, he⊠thinks middlingly of Azul, and has like 0 romantic interest in him at all lol. Of course, Yuhua respects anyone with good grades and good conduct, of which Azul meets all the criteria, but thatâs it. I wouldnât say he ever met Azul so much as heâs heard of him (what with being in the same year and Azul being on the student council), and seen him around.Â
4. What are their relationships with other characters/OCs?
About Floyd:
â...That guy. Thereâs no point in associating myself with him.â
(if this is okay) Theyâve been in the same class for two years in a row now, purely by chance. Yuhua knows him as the careless, genius lackey of Azul. His disorderly and sometimes disrespectful conduct only grates Yuhua when thereâs something that needs to be done, but otherwise Yuhua would be content to let him live his life and let their paths never cross. Even that one time he went into the gym after club activities to practice his lines and saw Floyd practicing his basketball skills non-stopâEven when Floyd puts in the work to pass a test almost effortlessly, then decides the next one isnât worth the nonexistent effortâEven when Floyd is free to do whatever he wants, his actions and comments constantly broadening Yuhuaâs restricted worldviewâEven⊠whenâŠ
âŠeven when Yuhuaâs nursing something of a hopeless, helpless crush on him. And thatâs it. Itâs no fairytale love, itâs no novel-worthy romance. Itâll never take flightâYuhua will take this secret with him to the grave because of that. He knows heâs not enough to catch and keep Floydâs attention; at most heâs just a classmate who Floyd thinks itâs funny to talk to and annoy sometimes because he tries to look like a goody-two-shoes in a less angry way than Riddle.
âItâs not a crush, because I wonât get that crushing disappointment when he finds out and is disgusted by my very existence.â
About Vizzie ( @twistedwonderlandshenanigans ):
â...Sheâs got a good heart.â
Theyâre⊠friends. Acquaintances. Something. Does he really know how to define it? Now that Vizzie doesnât care as much about her grades and Yuhuaâs just went on to prioritize himself, or something, what was probably a friendship has⊠not stayed a friendship. He goes on with his reputation-building act, while she does her own thing. Yeah. YeahâHeâs fine with it. Itâs what they both want, and heâs not going to interfere with her choices. Itâs fine. Right? (He doesnât want to think about it.)
It definitely doesnât bother him that now that sheâs âfallen offâ and protected herself with a poor reputation, she seems⊠more free. It ABSOLUTELY does not bother him that sheâs such easy âfriendsâ with Floyd. It doesnât bother him that unlike with Floyd, everything about Vizzieâs day-to-day existence and circumstances proves that something is inherently wrong with Yuhua himself. It doesnât bother him that her everything proves that everything about him, from personality to looks to grades, is inferior and unlikeable. It doesnât bother him that, because sheâs so closed-off now, the unspoken truth is that he wasnât enough for something like an actual friendship. It. Doesnât. Bother. Him.Â
About Riddle:
â...Oh, that guy.â
Sure, he can respect someone like Riddle. Someone whoâs at the top of their class, is on the student councilâYeah, sure, whatever. Itâs because of people like him that Yuhua doesnât try too hard, anyway. It just isnât fun. Itâs not worth his time, to be constantly outclassed. And his attitude, tooâpart of the reason Yuhua would never run for student council. If he was aware of Riddleâs situation, heâd be more sympathetic, but as things are he just canât quite stand Riddleâs attitude.Â
Let overachievers have their fun, is Yuhuaâs opinion. Heâs fine to be a middling fish in a small pond while people like Riddle try to be big fish. Theyâre fellow second-years, but that doesnât mean they have to care about each other. They probably donât interact much on a meaningful level because of Riddleâs duties and Yuhuaâs opinions, and if they doâitâs Yuhua being polite and saying all the things Riddle wants to hear.
(if youâre willing to establish OC dynamics, let me know and I can add Yuhuaâs thoughts here! I just donât like to add/conceptualize dynamics with canon characters because Iâm scared of stepping on toes abkjsdkfgjskfd)
5. What grade/year is your OC?
âIâm part of the worst year, in case youâre wondering. Hehe. Just kidding.â
Aging him up by just one year for this AUâ Heâs 17, a second-year.Â
6. What is your OCs goal for the school year or in life?
âGoals? Eh⊠Passing this year with the best grades I can get.â
He doesnât have any true goals, and it makes him anxious. His main objective is just⊠passing the school year, staying on good terms with everyone⊠Thatâs it. Itâs all very short-term, school-related. He doesnât have enough faith in himself to actually achieve a long-term life goal.
âAs for life? Ask me again in, like⊠a year.âÂ
7. Your OC is being framed for murder of another student by Quartz, how does your OC react to that? Does your OC know it's Quartz?
â...What? This is ridiculous. Do you just accept any kind of evidence nowadays? âŠNo. Donât answer that. Sorry. But I know Iâm innocent.â
Yuhua is counting on others to vouch for him, both for an alibi and for his character; itâs situations like these that are the reason why heâs so intent on networking and maintaining good relationships with everyone. Knowing that his future and record are on the line, heâs absolutely going to plead his case however he can, trying to argue about the evidence, et ceteraâŠ
âIsnât there anyone else who could have been responsible? In factâŠâ
If heâs ever caught Quartz doing something suspicious, heâs definitely throwing her under the bus now. If people grill him for not reporting it right away, wellâŠ
âI was justâscared at the time, you know? I didnât know what she was going to do to me if I tattled⊠Iâm really sorry, but what matters is that Iâm the one telling the truth now.â
This might be one of the rare situations where people see him genuinely lose the easygoing act.
8. Your OC notices Quartz carrying a weapon in her skirt pocket. That's strange since the female school uniforms don't have skirt pockets. Does your OC report this?
âHuh? Pockets? What pockets? I didnât see anything.â
Heâll turn a blind eye, unless thereâs a situation wherein he can actually benefit from reporting her.Â
âIn any case⊠Itâs not my business right now. Let people do what people want as long as it doesnât affect me, yeah?â
9. Where is your OC usually with or at during school? Classes? With Azul? Skipping class? Where do they eat lunch?
âCome on, donât ask me questions like that. Iâm only ever where I should be.â
Yuhua always goes to class, and always shows up on time. He has people he canât disappoint, even himself. When heâs not in class, heâs (usually) in the drama club room; before classes start for the day, at lunch, and so on. Â
10. How are your OC's grades?
âPassable.â
He gets pretty good grades. I wouldnât say heâs necessarily competitive, nor at the very top of his class, but he tries to stay above âaverage.â Heâs got a natural edge to memorizing and regurgitating information, so getting good grades isnât hard for him, but⊠you know. If he tried a little harderâŠ
(No Yan Sim AU) Questions for OCs! + Quartz and other characters' lore
You don't have to do these if you don't want to! You can write and answer how ever you want (3rd person or as the OC)
These answers are just examples and they also give lore to other TWST characters in the AU
1. Does your OC have parents or family in the AU? If not, what is their current living situation?
Riddle currently lives with his mother. Because of her influence, he is the strictest in the student council (which consists of the dormleaders.)
2. What are their thoughts on Quartz?
[You can yap about it here since I already used Quartz as an example in the fourth question]
3. What is their thoughts and relationship with Azul? How did they meet Azul?
Jade is Azul's right hand man. He assists Azul with a lot of student council work and is mostly by his side with Floyd. They are friends from their middle school days and up to their highschool days (although the three of them won't admit it).
Jade found Azul's hardwork and scheming nature very exciting so he and his brother always stayed by Azul's side to see what fun events would happen.
4. What are their relationships with other characters/OCs?
[They are speaking about Quartz as example]
Floyd: "Who again?"
Floyd doesn't really acknowledge Quartz since she's so quick out of his sights. Genuinely believes there isn't a person named that but is suspicious.
Jade: "Oh, that shy girl? She's a little funny."
Definitely suspicious of Quartz but they don't interact much so he has no other information about her. He probably needs to be more skillful when studying her.
Riddle: "Quartz?.. Uh.. I-I don't recall who that is."
Quartz rarely interacts with Riddle.
Ace: "Ah? You mean that girl who's always so weird? I've seen her watch Azul. Pffftt! Do you think she likes him?"
He notices her sometimes because he thinks her appearance is a little flashy.
Idia: "I-Isn't she one of Azul's admirers?... She's the shy type right? She's a little strange though.. Sometimes she takes photos of me! W-Wait.. Maybe she's into me instead?! EEEKK!! H-HOW SCARY!!"
Completely misunderstands Quartz's actions but he's quick to know how weird her actions are. He stays away from her if Azul isn't present.
5. What grade/year is your OC?
Azul, Jade, and Floyd are all 2nd years (17).
Leona has been held back so he is still 20.
6. What is your OCs goal for the school year or in life?
Quartz wishes to kill Azul đ
7. Your OC is being framed for murder of another student by Quartz, how does your OC react to that? Does your OC know it's Quartz?
Floyd is jumping her.
8. Your OC notices Quartz carrying a weapon in her skirt pocket. That's strange since the female school uniforms don't have skirt pockets. Does your OC report this?
Riddle is absolutely reporting that! He's calling the cops and everything đ«Ąđ«Ąđ«Ą
9. Where is your OC usually with or at during school? Classes? With Azul? Skipping class? Where do they eat lunch?
Quartz is always in class but she'll come right before the bell rings since she was.. busy. She doesn't have a particular place she goes to all the time. She's never in one spot.
Quartz's lunch spot varies because she's always spying but her usual spot is in the courtyard.
Riddle is assigned being a hall monitor so he usually watches the halls when he is able to. He usually eats lunch with Trey and Cater.
Leona is always found napping under trees and skipping his classes. Ruggie manages to find him and give him his lunch from the cafeteria.
Rook is watching you.
10. How are your OC's grades?
Deuce tries, ok. (Awful)

comprehensive list of things CriMi fans need to accept:
both JJ and Reid were valid in their reactions in season 7: JJ didn't have a choice, as much as she saw her friends hurting if she had told just one of them that Emily was alive Emily's life would have been in serious danger; likewise, Spencer had a right to be hurt by it, and as a recovering addict it's fair that he might have thought of relapsing. both points of view were fair, JJ's comment on Reid's profiling skills was probably made so that Spencer would talk to her
people getting hung up on Rossi's comment of what he had done to the black kid when he was a child in the 60's (or around then) are incapable of accepting that people can change, and that the world isn't black and white. wether it truly happened or not, it happened during a time period where racism was, in fact, the norm, and where Rossi might not have had an easy time either (Italians weren't exactly liked by Americans at first, that's a fact). it was poor person versus poor person, an unlucky and uncomfortable situation. the fact he was wrong in his actions doesn't mean he wasn't able to grow and become better, people change
JJ's character ended up being used to shoulder everyone else, she was demonished in lieu of elevating others
Derek's "Devil's advocate" persona was unnerving, he was never right in his assumptions. sometimes he was an horrible friend, referencing to when Penelope wanted to visit the guy that almost killed her and Reid in the season 9 finale. get a grip my dude, emotions are conflicting
as much of a light in the darkness Penelope is, she was objectively too much sometimes. her being unable to keep secrets is not quirky or cute, it's embarassing. y'all defend her because she is a fictional character, if you had someone like her around you probably wouldn't be able to stand her
Hotch leaving the way he did did not make sense. he didn't leave when his wife was murdered while their son was in the house, bfr
Jason was NOT a good mentor. he brutally ignored Spencer's addiction (technically it was his problem, as Reid was his protegé), called Hotch on his birthday even tho he had the weekend off, and probably knew Hotch and Haley were having issues. he was kind of a dick tbh
Haley had her rights. she married a lawyer, not a fed. they had a child. she was worried and wanted her son to have a father, and Hotch to know his son
fans baby Spencer way too much. he's a grown ass man, the fact he's "hot" doesn't mean he can't make mistakes. "uwu autistic" he's an adult
the CriMi writers jump from one money bag to the other; when Hotch left Spencer became the sole focus of everything, now that Spencer isn't in the show anymore they're queerbaiting with Jemily, and their quirky one liners for Voit are just cringe
they're trying to paint Voit as the new Foyet, only problem is that Foyet was actually terrifying, and had a sarcastic and cynical sense of humor. Voit tries, and fails
Evolution is NOT good. the team went from incredibly smart to a bunch of idiots, Voit did not need to appear for season 17, let alone 18. Bailey's "master plan" to dismember the BAU is empty, he tells them "don't", they do, and nothing happens to them. he's there as a place holder because the writers needed a way to reach the 45 minute episode mark
the "family dynamic" in Evolution does not exist. they left Rossi to his own devices for a whole year, where's the family in that?
Luke Alvez is a good character, argue with the wall
"BAU gate" existed for years, the Unit Chiefs knew, yet Hotch didn't say anything, or Penelope (master hacker) wasn't able to close it and track the creator? yeah, no, that plotline sucks
Will DOES NOT deserve the hate he gets. he's a great husband, great father, Jemily shippers are hating on him because it gets in the way of their fantasy ship
back to Derek, when he was angry he said hurtful stuff indeed, unfortunately tho some people do react that way, it's very realistic (also considering that due to what happened when he was child, he tends to be distrustful). he's very well written, and people ignore that at his core he is a teddy bear. he's complex, and it is interesting to see the two worlds collide lmao
every BAU member is human, they all have good and bad qualities, humans are not monodimensional
maybe I left something out, lmk your thoughts (asks are open if you wish to stay anonymous)

Which one of the Randa siblings is older?
Cate is or was a teacher. So maybe thatâs like 25. It seems like her life is put more together if sheâs traveling to Japan to find out what her dad was hiding. Like sheâs doing it on her own dime and time. But her dad is out here funding two families so they probably have money.
But her actress Anna Sawai is 31
Where is, Kentaro Randa seems younger like 22 maybe??
He has a whole job, doing what idk? He has relationship problems but anyone at any age can have those. Soooooooooo
His actor Ren Watabe is 24
But I guess the show could go with height being an age indicator, Kentaro is taller than Cate.
#anna sawai#cate randa#Kentaro Randa#Ren Watabe#I also wanna know who the dad was cheating on#I think he was with Cateâs mom first because one I think sheâs oldest and two they live in a house.#usually the first family gets the better living situation#and the second family lives in an apartment#but Japan they just live in apartments like that soooo idk#I know there are houses in Japan#the situation is a guy with a secret family#usually they go all out with the first because they think this is#is I what I want#then they go away for business and then Bam#I just fell in love#I didnât know what was happening until it was to late#sort of thing#Iâve seen the scenario like three times#usually one a crime show because the other sibling#usually the second one finds out and goes crazy because of how good the first family has it#Monarch Legacy of Monsters#mlom#mlom cate#mlom kentaro

Family Dinners - dpxdc
"Holy shit, you're Bruce Wayne!" Danny gaped, jabbing a finger at the man sitting at the head of the table.
The bustling dining room goes silent as everyone turns to look at him.
"Danny, who did you think was going to be here?" Tim asks, disbelief plain in his voice and Danny feels his face flush red.
"Sorry, I, uh, I guess I just never put it together. Tim Drake-Wayne. Wayne Manor. It, uh, makes sense now." He laughs sheepishly and scrubs at his neck before slumping back down into his chair.
"Well," Tim says with an indulgent sigh, "at least I know you're not just friends with me for my connections."
"Yeah, I'm really sorry, I just never thought about it, I guess."
Danny sinks lower as everyone around him laughs. Come to dinner, he said, the food is the best, he said, ignore the family, he said. Danny really wishes he'd listened to Tim and just ignored themâalmost as much as he's regretting accepting the offer in the first placeâbut... he's having dinner with Batman.
Ancients, that's so weird!
The last time he saw Batman was in the future and, suffice it to say, it was not going well. There hadn't really been time for family dinners there.
Wait. Family dinners?
He peers around the table, openly gawking at everyone as it all clicks into place.
"Everything alright, Danny? Now realising who everyone else is?" Tim asks with a roll of his eyes.
"Uh... something like that..." Danny mumbles as everyone laughs again.
From further down the table, the smallest Wayne scoffs and clicks his tongue.
"I thought you said he was smart, Drake?"
"So, you all do it, too, then?" he asks, ignoring the jibe. Danny's only a little bit jealous as he thinks of how much easier they must have it, how much easier it'd be if his family had been on his side, too. "You all work together?"
"Nah," Dick says from across the table with a brilliant grin. "Tim's the only one that works with Bruce, we all have different jobs. I'm a police officer in Bludhaven."
"Disgusting." Danny blurts out without thinkingâbecause seriously, what kind of self-respecting vigilante would also be a police officer?âbefore clapping a hand over his mouth. "Sorry."
The whole table laughs again, the loudest being the blonde girl a few spaces down from Dick. Look, Danny wasn't really paying attention to names when they were all paraded in front of him. Dick only gets remembered because his name is a joke.
Come on, Danny, recover!
"That's, uh, not what I meant, though."
"Oh?" Dick asks, cocking his head slightly to the side. Is it Danny's imagination or does his smile tense slightly?
"Yeah, I mean like, you know, in costume. It must make it so much easier to have everyone together like this."
"Costume? What do you mean?"
Yeah, Danny's not imagining it, everyone tenses up at that. It's really only now that he's realising that this probably isn't how he should bring up that he knows about their... night time activities. In fact, he probably shouldn't be bringing it up at all.
"Uuhhh..." Danny looks wildly around the table as he continues making his stupid noise. Think, think, think! There must be a way out of this!
"Danny?" Tim asks, looking concerned.
"Oh, Ancients, this isn't how I wanted it to go at all," he mutters, slipping even further into his chair. He's almost on the floor now and he so, so wishes it could just swallow him up.
His real first meeting with Batman was meant to be cool! He had planned to be Phantom, maybe save them from a tight spot, prove his worth as a mysterious and powerful ally as thanks for the help Batman gave him in the future.
"Danny, what are you talking about?" Tim starts tugging on his sleeve in an attempt to pull him back up from his pit of despair.
Eventually, Danny relents and sits up straighter, hiding his face in his hands and whining all the while.
"I'm sorry, I just didn't expect him to be here and it threw me off so now I look stupid and it's so embarrassing!" he wails, flailing his arms wide. "Why wouldn't you warn me that Batman was your adopted dad, Tim? Couldn't you have let me know?"
"I'm sorry, what? Danny are you alright? There's no way Bruce can be Batman, look at him!"
"Yeah," the blonde girl laughs from the bottom of the table, "look at him! That's a wet noodle of a man! Batman can actually do things, B is incapable of pretty much everything."
"Thank you, Stephanie," Bruce sighs, massaging his forehead.
It's... Those are the first words Danny's heard Batman say since everything went down and it's enough to knock him out of his embarrassment.
It's really good to hear his voice again. Especially now, when it's strong and healthy and full of personalityâeven if that personality is little more than a tired father right nowâfar better than how it had been, at the end.
Danny sits up, back straight, and grins. He's got this. He remembers it perfectly. Some people count sheep to fall asleep, Danny repeats his mantra to be certain that he'll never forget it.
"Gamma alpha upsilon tau iota mu epsilon, 42, 63, 28, 1 colon 65 dash 9."
Once again, the whole table falls into silence.
"Holy shit..." breathes the other D name (Duke? Danny's pretty sure he's Signal) from opposite Stephanie. "Isn't that...?"
"The time travelling code." The littlest Wayne says stiffly. "We have met in the future?"
"That's not just the time travelling code, Dami." Dick says, looking between Danny and Bruce. "That's the family time travelling code."
Danny's grin freezes in place.
"I'm sorry, what?"
"1 colon 65 dash 9." Dick explains, still flicking between him and Bruce. "It means you've been adopted into the family and we should all treat you as such, no questions asked."
"Tell you what, I'm about to ask a question." Danny says, dumbstruck. "You just told me it was a code to identify time travellers, not anything about being adopted! What the hell, B?"
Bruce looks about as shellshocked as Danny feels.
"We must have been close," he says finally, after opening and closing his mouth like a fish out of water a few times.
"No! Not that close!" Danny reels back, taking a deep breath ready to refute it all, but... "Well, I mean, you found me when I first got stuck, and you helped me get better despite being... And then we fought together against the, uh, bad guy, before he, um, he... before you couldn't."
An uncomfortable beat passes while they all pick up on what Danny tried so hard not to say.
"So, you're not from the future, then, you travelled there and came back?" Tim asks, breaking the tension and leaning forward with a glint in his eye.
"Yeah, it was a whole end of the world thing, but don't worry about it," Danny says with a hand wave, "It's all kosher now, won't ever happen."
"What did happen?"
"Seriously, don't worry about it, we cool."
"How long in the future was it?"
"About ten years? You were pretty spry for an old man, B," Danny laughs, wishing they'd get off the topic of what happened and get back to the adoption bit.
Everyone shares degrees of a cautious smile as they relax out of the shock, and Dickâwhose grin is the biggestâsays, "No wonder you got the family code, you're already riffing on him like one of us. How long were you there for?"
"A week, before I managed to get back to my present and stop him then."
"A week? Jeez, B, that has to set some kind of record, seriously."
"Oh!" Danny says, sitting bolt upright and blinking in surprise before pointing at Dick and bouncing in his seat. "You're Nightwing!"
"What?"
"That's exactly what Nightwing said when Batman told me the code! Makes so much more sense now."
Dick laughs and claps his hands, delighted.
"You were not formally adopted?" The grumpy small oneâDami?âasks, his face pinched.
"I didn't even know I was informally adopted."
"And your parents? Are they alive or dead?"
"Damian, stopâ"
"They were dead in the future, but they're alive now." Danny says, looking down. He fiddles with the tablecloth, twisting the fabric around his fingers as he fights down the pang of sadness that he always feels when he thinks of them now. He forces a bright smile on his face and hopes it doesnât look too strained. "I just, uh, can't talk to them much, anymore."
"Damian," Dick warns, "1 colon 65 dash 9. Treat them as family, no questions asked."
"This is Damian treating him as family, the little turd has no manners." Tim scoffs, rolling his eyes, but he gently bumps shoulders with Danny to knock him out of his funk. Danny can't help but send him a watery smile.
"I have the most exemplary manners, Drake, unlike some people." Damian spits, crossing his arms with a pout. "I was merely ascertaining his status to see how he could possibly fit into the family."
"I know this is all a bit sudden, Danny," Bruce smiles, ignoring Damian and reaching out to lay a warm hand on his arm, "for all of us. But if I felt strongly enough to give you that code after spending a week with you in the future, then you are more than welcome in this family, if you so choose it. I think I can speak for all of us when I say we'd like to get to know you a bit more."
"I know a threat when I hear it, Bruce." Danny snorts. "But, yeah, I get it. I'm sorry this is all so weird, it really wasn't how I wanted to find you again, but... I'm glad I did."
"So are we, Danny." Dick says, with a warm smile. "And formally or not, 1 colon 65 dash 9 means you're family. Welcome to the fun house! No take backs or refunds, sorry. You're stuck with us."

ive mentioned this before but i really do love my key rat so much. i need to try to reverse engineer how this thing was constructed. i need to know how he was created
#i dont use him for keys. i use a spy family themed keycase LOL it has like. a print of a normal ass gun on it which is wild#but my key rat..... my oma gave him to me as a toy when i was a young kid and i used him as like#sometimes a villain who eats people. wraps his circle tongue and eats them to death#sometimes i used him as a nice guy whos weird but helps the main character toys#since ive had it forever hes at least 20 years old. i dont know where he came from. i think it mightve been homemade?#it doesnt have a tag. i dont think it was made by my oma tho. or maybe it was? she knows how to sew but she always preferred#puzzles and embroidery. most of the sewing i saw her do was like simple square things like a pillow case. i should ask her if she remembers#i love this thing. ive seen adjacent things to it (key holders that are a pouch you pull the keys into) and ive even seen ones shaped like#rodents but ive never seen one like this made of fabric. usually theyre leather nowadays#probably cause its more durable and easier to get a clean finish compared to like#this baglined..... situation? the seams are fully encased i dont know how they went about it#i need to learn more about sewing linings and stuff..... i need to figure out the key rat. i need to know his secrets

if i may be so bold as to put forth a personal opinion, 'scream' should NEVER EVER have had ANY SEQUELS EVER. listennn i LOVED 'scream'!!!!! i truly did!!!!!! but given that it's half satire half deconstruction of the slasher genre (as the genre had become) it should ALWAYS have been a standalone film imo. it was pitch perfect and they should have just!!! LET IT BE!!!! but nooooOOOOoooo they had to make moORE MONEY~~~
adsoasdafdjiai whatever at least they didn't bring sidney back just to kill her. that would have really boiled my piss i swear i would have. BEEN VERY CROSS >:V
anyway as it stands i am. completely dissatisfied with this film, cannot in good conscience recommend. rated 3/10 but only bc hayden panettierre was there to calm my rage AND the ppl who survived did not annoy me too much đđ
#and they add all these family connections like 'oh this is billy loomis's daughter' (HE DIED AT LIKE??? 17?????)#(WHEN DID HE HAVE THE TIME TO FIND ANOTHER GIRLFRIEND AND IMPREGNATE HER???? I DO NOT RECALL THIS???#AND DEWEY#HOW COULD U KILL OFF DEWEY??????#ALSO!!!!! UNDERMINING SIDNEY'S PUNCH!!!! despicable#AND THE GREATEST CRIME OF ALL:#GHOSTFACE USED A GUN TO KILL SOMEONE >:V#that is ILLEGAL and UNSPORTSMANLIKE!!! slasher killers MAY NOT USE GUNS!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!#everything about the situation becomes more and more ridiculous#it's not scary or clever#it's just annoying!!#AND THE SCENE!!! the one that's meant to be like randy's 'horror rules' scene!!!#THAT WAS TERRIBLE???? it was done so early in the film?? outdoors?? in broad daylight???#there was no buildup no atmosphere no mood setting#and she just!!! goes on about IP and tony stark and all??? LIKE??? am i DREAMING?????#I DONT??? Damian's future husband
Got inspired by this specific line in a Tumblr thread and my brain went to work
Phantom was a strange heroâa vigilante that often worked with Justice League Dark. Constantine was always so antsy around the man, while Phantom himself often muttered about taxes and blasted fragments whenever said trech coat man was in the vicinity.
The Bats were, of course, initially apprehensive of the death defying being that could rip a man skeleton out of their body, manipulate space itself to rip open portals to different dimensions, and vanish better than they did. They were wary, mildly hostile after realising that Phantom had now issue killing.
But then time passed and Phantom was proven to not be a serial killer but only used killing as a last resort. Though Batman wasn't too pleased, he wasâbegrudginglyâtolerant of that. Because, yes, Phantom was a nice guy, a very likeable person in general. He made sure that the environmental damage during battles were kept to a minimum, he chose civilians over the enemy whenever it came to hostage situations, he was tactile and kind, and he cared so much for the innocent that he was willing to lose his innocence to keep theirs.
Of course Batman was fond of the young man, especially when he found out that Jason of all people had some sort of crush on him. A very big and almost pathetic one that he and Alfred would watch while sipping tea.
Seriously, Jason was his son! Has he not learned anything from his Brucie persona? The poor thing was like a Victorian maiden and would be scandalised at the mere thought of showing an ankle.
It was embarrassing how he'd practically start blue screening the moment Phantom was in the vicinity. As a father, Bruce was gracious enough not to bully his poor son whenever it came to Phantom. His siblings, on the other hand, held no such qualms and mercilessly dug into Jason.
In all honesty, he pitied Jason after hearing that Phantom assumed that Jason just didn't like him.
He really had to talk to him.
"You fucking hypocrite."
And that was a failure because Bruce forgot that he was just as constipated as his son.
"I'm not taking advice from the man who couldn't even try to be softer in his secret crush!"
With that, Jason slammed the door and left.
Okay... Plan B?
But what the hell was plan B?
Right.
Dick Grayson.
Bruce: About your brother...
Bird child #1: OH MY GOD
Bird child #1: THANK FUCK YOU FINALLY MENTIONED IT
Bruce: it's become an issue
Bruce: Alfred has commented that it's pathetic now.
Bird child #1: Wait wait
Bird child #1: I'll add you to the group chat!
And this Bruce Wayne found himself in a GC named 'Phantom of the Watchtower'. Along with all the complaints expressed by both family and friends when it came to Jason's bullshit.
Ah well... At least he wasn't alone in the suffering.
(Jason did not need to know that there was a video of him grappling through Gotham, Phantom passing by and waving at him, and Jason proceeding to hit a wall mid flight.)
Dick knows that his little wing has had trouble in relationships for a long time. His resurrection changed him, changed how he perceived his relationships. Dick didn't have the heart to be mad about it.
Phantom's arrival was a breath of fresh air for them.
But he suspects that Jason's attraction began with the fact that Phantom had died young as well. Fourteen from what was said. He had died much younger than Jason and had came back a hero, willing to protect the innocent and do what was best for those around him. Sometimes Dick suspects that Jason not only wanted to be with Phantom, but also to be similar to him.
Now he's watching Jason fumble with his words again, immediately going quiet once he realized that nothing coherent was coming out of his mouth. The helmet most likely hid how red his face was.
"Are you alright?" Phantom asked, frowning up at Jason. "You don't feel too good. Is the corrupted ecto acting up again? Oh, I knew I should have sped up the process of removing it but then it'd be very painful if I did it at once. And Frostbite recommended that we went slowly so we could monitor the side effect... And, andâ"
"I'm okay." Red Hood immediately assured, his hand practically flying to Phantom's cheek then he shoved it down before he could even touch Phantom. "It's been a long day."
"Is the Joker out again?" Phantom's frown deepened.
Another thing Dick has learned about the dead and the undead! The fact that their murderer was still active unsettled then greatly and affected their entire mentality and behaviour.
"No. No. He hasn't tried escaping."
Phantom hummed, "I see. So what's bothering you."
"It's nothing." Jason grunted, sounding a little too much like Bruce for Dick's liking.
Okay, nope, he wasn't going to let this continue if his baby brother was going to continue making Phantom assumed he didn't like him. Nightwing to the rescue!
"Phantom! Hi!" Nightwing quite literally dropped into the alley, running his fingers through his hair and smoothly directing Jason away from whatever catastrophic misunderstanding he was walking into.
"Hello Nightwing! It's nice to see you again? How's Kori? Oooh! I wanted to invite her to a space date againâ" He rambled on and on, eyes practically starry. Wait, nevermind. His eyes really were starry.
(Meanwhile, Jason was cursing his older brother for taking the attention from but also very thankful that Phantom didn't have to witness his stupidity again.)
Tim had noticed that the Joker hasn't attempted to break out in a long... Long time.
It's not a bad thing, no. It was great, in all honesty. But of course, Tim was paranoid, almost batshir crazy (pun intended, in the words of his damn boyfriends). The surveillance feed on Arkham was updated a long time ago, watching it very closely until static overtook the screen.
"Replacement," Tim startled, blinking before he saw Jason peering at him with a questioning look. Practically interrogating him on the spot. "The hell is that?"
"I don't know." Tim clicked his tongue, "This hasn't happened after Babs and I updated those damn cameras. Fuck, give me a second..."
"Did the Joker get out?" Jason practically growled.
"No, no. I'm sure he didn't. He would have been causing trouble by now." Tim reassured, clicking his tongue again before the feed went back to normal. Joker's cell seemed perfectly fine, with the Joker fast asleep on his little cot. "See, just some static. Maybe Phantom passed by."
The mere mention of Phantom has Jason blue screening, instincts kicking in as his older brother shoved his helmet over his head again. Then the idiot gets on his bike and speeds out of the cave.
Coward.
Tim whipped his head around, quickly surveying the area.
The static wasn't random. Phantom always had to be in front of the camera to directly affect the feed. So thank fuck when he made friends with Phantom's teammateâPharaohâand figured out how to fix any distorted imagery.
He sees Phantom standing over the Joker's unconscious body, plunging his hand into the maniac's chest and pulled out a glowing green orb. A core, from what he remembered. Holy shit, was the Joker a ghost too?
But he saw how Phantom seemed to put restraints around it, literal chains before shoving it back inside.
Slowly, Phantom turned to the camera, his entire figure still distorted, but he could see that fanged grin that his brother seemed to swoon over.
(The Joker was still alive, very much, but no one could understand how he was stuck in an almost permanent coma. Tim wasn't going to give Jason even more reason to start giggling over Phantom, unless he wanted to ruin the entire Dead on Main operation.)
Damian did not quite understand the insanity that was multiple individuals (including those that were not of their brood) attempting to matchmake Todd with Phantom. He didn't understand what was so great about Phantom, in all honesty.
He was heroic, powerful, and quite intelligent. Many people held similar traits. Perhaps it was the fact that he was a deathly being that attracted Todd in the first place.
"Hello, Robin!" Phantom greeted one day, eyes shimmering like the stars in his cape. "Superboy said you had something to tell me?"
Damian shifted slightly, "Yes. Are you aware of the Lazarus Pits?"
"Ah... Yes, of course. My court and I have been trying to destroy all of them. The Lazarus is corrupted ectoplasm that has been mixed with filth of all kinds." Phantom hummed.
"Filth of all kinds... Disgusting." Damian frowned, nose scrunching up at the memory that he's bathed in those pits before. "But I digress. I would like to assist in the destruction of the pits. Father and the rest of the family has fretted over my grandfather's pits for many years and we have barely grazed the surface on what the Lazarus truly was."
"I see! I was planning on asking Batman to help out on that. But since you've already asked, would you like to come to the Realms? I'm sure you can interrogate some of the ghosts your grandfather has wronged." Phantom grinned, already offering Damian a hand. He was floating, while Damian stood in the roof and stared at the hand.
It reminded him of the kryptonians. But Phantom's hand was cold and he didn't yank Damian the same way Jon often did.
No, Phantom took Damian's hand and then proceeded to hook an arm around Damian's waist, pulling him of the roof and into the air. And then they were flying into a glowing green portal that reminded Damian of the pits.
The moment they were in the infinite realms, Damian felt the overwhelming pressure of the dead. He swallowed the bile that rose from his throat as Phantom set him down on solid ground. The entire place felt eerie and strange, of course it was. This was the afterlife.
"Right, I forgot." Phantom cursed, "You're not as liminal as my family. Give me a second, baby bat." He murmured, his hand glowing green before it's gently pushed into Damian's chest. A sudden wave of warmth overtook his entire body and Damian stared at the ghost.
"I'm giving you a bit of Ecto to reduce any discomfort here in the realms. It'll flush itself out in 24 hours so don't worry about becoming overly liminal." Phantom smiled softly, before he offered his hand to Damian again. "Let's go? I have to stop by my keep to check the records of Al Ghuls victims."
"Of course."
And instead of being carried like a cat, Phantom picked him up bridal style and flew past what seemed to be floating islands and towards a large red and purple castle.
Is this was Todd feels? Damian asked himself, oddly enjoying this experience.
The moment they landedâ
"Your majesty!" A floating eyeball yelled, rushing towards them. "You've brought an outsiderâ"
"Away with you." Phantom snapped, a crown and cape of stars suddenly appearing on him. "This is Robin. Ra's Al Ghul's grandchild."
"The Demon's head..."
"Yes, now shoo." Phantom snapped, before leading Damian away from the eyeball. "I'm sorry for my Observants. They're a conservative bunch."
"You are a king?"
"Mhm... Though I don't like to advertise it. The last king was a tyrant and I defeated him a little while after my death. I never intended to be king, in all honesty. But here I am." He gestured to the crown of fire and ice and the cape of stars. His grin was strained and quite troubled but he didn't mind leading Damian towards a large room filled with bigger files.
"Now, would you like to search yourself or do you want me to have someone else do it?"
Damian grimaced at the sight. "I'd prefer for someone else to suffer."
And that's how Damian found himself touring the realms, with Phantom happily bringing Damian to the arena where a ghost named Skulker awaited them. The man was a hunter, respectful towards Phantom yet troublesome as he challenged him. Phantom looked utterly annoyed, before he turned to Damian with sparkling eyes.
"What about you, Robin?"
And then Damian was fighting everyone and everything in the realms at the behest and amusement of Phantom. The ghost king provided him with different weapons each time an enemy switched.
It's only when they returned to the land of the living that he's informed that any weapon he's used is now his.
And he has a cat with him! The ghost of a small yet ferocious kitten that had his under Phantom's cape whilst Damian and other ghosts fought to glorious battle. Phantom kindly offered her to him, naming her Astra with the star shaped pupils in her eyes.
Damian is quite sure he has fallen in love.
Damian returns to the manor, utterly awestruck and infatuated. Thankfully (unfortunately), Todd is in attendance when Phantom carries him out of the portal, still held in a bridal carry with Damian actively clinging to Phantom like he had hung the stars (maybe he did).
"Sorry if we worried you! Robin wanted to help with our Lazarus problems since it's also your problem too." Phantom quickly explains once he saw Batman's troubled expression. "Don't worry about your gifts. I'll figure out a way to make you a dimensional bag."
Damian stared, "May I visit the realms again? If you would be amendable to it."
"Of course! You're my favorite, so why wouldn't I?"
Hah! Hear that? Take that, Todd!
Phantom vanishes into his portal seconds later, leaving Damian with the most beautiful and intricated sword in his hands. Blinking quietly, he whirled around and pointed the sword at Jason, who instinctively went into a battle stance.
"You may be my brother, Todd, but if you have not married Phantom once I am of age, I shall fight for his hand in marriage himself."
(Jason knows very well that Damian isn't joking and proceeds to practically plan the most novel-esque confession to date. Jane Austen might just be proud.)

hello! hope youâre okay after the ending, honestly I donât think any of us are.
I wanted to request a rafe x pogue reader where itâs that boat storm scene and instead of Sarah falling itâs reader and sheâs just drowning and Rafe jumps in after her. He doesnât know why he did it but he just has a soft spot for her and itâs just really angsty but also cute.
thanks! I love your account btw!
In The Sea
Summery: the anon
Words: 2.5k
Warnings: grammar mistakes
A\N: thank you to everyone who has been requesting it makes me very happy xxx
You stand at the edge of the deck, clutching the railing as the boat rocks, waves rolling against the hull. The salty breeze whips your hair around your face, and the peaceful ocean sounds made you think about the current situation.
You didn't expect Rafe to save you and your friends from being arrested, much less expect him to find a boat big and resistant enough to drive you all to Morocco Africa to find the blue crown. It was truly a surprise considering you and Rafe's history.
âSo what? Are we just on our way to Africa now?â Kiara asked the group as if she couldn't believe that Rafe Cameron was willingly helping them.
âQuick little weekend trip?â She added to her previous sentence.
âWhat about Rafe? We know what he did to the cross and now we want to go after the crown with him?â You and the rest of the pogue's lips go into a thin line at the memory.
âSarah, you're his family, how do deal with himâ John B said, finding no other options.
âI don't- I don't know, I think maybe y/n might have a chance of convincing him to behave but..â she shrugged and you felt the stares of your friends burn holes through you. Your past relationship with him was a secret to nobody.
âWe- we just have to talk to him, or at least tryâ You proposed earning a frown from JJ.
âTalk to Rafe? When has he ever just communicated with us?âÂ
âTalking to him is the only option we have, but you're definitely not talking with him,â John B said and as expected everyone nodded and hummed, agreeing. JJ was in no place to talk with Rafe.
âWhy not? What did I do?â He asked, getting almost frustrated.
âWe all know you and him are far from being civil, the last thing we need is you triggering him and causing troubleâ His girlfriend, Kiara, tried to explain the easiest way but he still got defensive. After a couple of bickering from JJ and John b You finally decide to go speak with him, who was driving the boat not too far away from the deck.
âHey,â You knock on the metal and rusted door before entering and walking up to him. His eyes catch yours and there's a tension between the two of you. But Rafe only tilts his head to acknowledge you.
You swallow, feeling the weight of his stare. "We just want to talk," you say, steadying your voice as the rest of your friends beside JJ follow behind you.
âAll right let's talkâ Rafe chuckles, and itâs low, almost a whisper.Â
Your mind goes almost blank as you take him in, you haven't been this close since you were forced in the same room by Sighs men last year. You had almost forgotten how much you missed him.
âYou guys be cool I'll be coolâ His voice snapped you out of your daydream, realizing you had missed a bit of the conversation.
âSo now you want peace?â Pope leaned back and scoffed, not believing a word that came out of his mouth.
âI just saved all your asses, how about a thank you?â He glanced at all of you one by one, but he only earned silence,
âListen I don't want any part of your little fairytale treasure hunt bullshit, I'm just looking for Groffâ Heâs breathing heavily, holding himself back from adding more snark,
âHey, Rafe!â Before anyone can react, JJâs fist flies through the air, cracking against Rafeâs jaw with a force that echoes.
Rafeâs head snaps back, his expression stunned for a split second before he crumples, hitting the hard metal floor. For a moment, everyone is frantic, staring at the lifeless form sprawled across the floor, his eyes closed, completely knocked out.
âholy shitâ
âJesus JJ what's your problemâ
âWhoo that felt goodâ Tired of JJ's crazy actions the girls walk away shaking their heads in disbelief until you are the only one staying behind.
JJ stands over him, breathing heavily, the adrenaline still pulsing through him as he looks down at Rafe. His fist is red, already bruising, but he doesnât seem to care.
âWhat is wrong with you?â You look at him, feeling a rush of shock mixed with panic. You fall to your knees next to Rafe and quickly look over his injuries, softly rubbing your thumb on his jaw. Â âIf he didn't do it I was going to do itâ Pope added only worsening the situation. You shook your head and furrowed your eyebrows at his sentence.
After the pogues agreed it was probably not a good idea to let Rafe free in case he woke up and decided to shoot you all with his âpeacemakerâ you tied him up in a small cabin. His head hung low, his wrists were bound to a stainless steel pole and his legs were uncomfortably folded beneath him. Your heart clenched at the sight of him but still decided to leave him there until he woke up.
You open the door to the cabin slowly with a tray of warmed-up canned spaghetti in hand, it wasn't the best but it was all the boat had.
âI brought you food..â You whispered before bending down to place the tray in front of him.
âgreatâ he sighed.
âI found aspirin in the medicine cabinet, I figured you'd have a headache, maybe even a concussionâÂ
âRight⊠are you gonna throw it in my mouth like a seal or somethingâ He scoffed again clearly angered,
âThey don't trust you Rafe⊠but if you do the right thing maybe they will open up a little bitâ
âI am doing the right thing! I helped youâ He tried pulling against the restraints but failed.Â
âI know okay? I know but unfortunately, I don't have a choice but to let you in here until we get there, I'm sorryâ you whispered and pushed the tray closer to him. âPlease eat,â You said and left closing the large door behind you.
For a moment you stayed behind the door listening closely. âY/N come back!â he grunts and kicks his feet on the ground. âFucking untie me please!!â he screamed and you jumped when you heard the tray you had just put down on the floor fly into the wall.
Pope leaning over the side, is the first to spot the flicker of movement beneath the water. "Guys! I see one!" exclaims, his voice a mixture of excitement and focus. He scrambles for the fishing rod, almost knocking over the tackle box in his rush.
John B is right beside him, laughing. âWe've got our dinner!" he laughs.
âGuys, this oneâs huge!â Kie giggles with the boys knowing we were all set for dinner time tonight.
You all spent the rest of the day cooking the fish you caught and preparing side dishes with some good music in the background.
Until it was time for Rafa's second meal.
You open the door carefully and his eyes catch yours, this time you don't speak, simply set the tray of seasoned salmon down in front of him.
Has you were about to close the door you hear him.
âWait, y/n. Can you please- can you give me the forkâ his tone is much softer than before so you can't deny him.Â
You get down and pick up the utensil his bound hands couldnât reach.
âThank youâ He murmured, and you barely heard him as you closed the door behind you once again.
The sky darkens ominously as thunder rumbles in the distance, low and threatening. Waves crash harder against the hull of the boat, tossing it with a force that leaves you gripping onto anything within reach. The storm monitor flashes red to show the storm coming ahead of you.
âThat's not good,â John B says.
âWe're gonna have to try to blast through it,â Pope says, not finding any better options.
âWhy can't we go south?â Kie asks genuinely.
âThe current is gonna be against us we don't have a choiceâ John B agreed even after trying to find safer options, the boat's roar has Pope push the lever controlling the engine to the max.Â
The waves make the boat shift side to side making it difficult to stay up and steady.
Another massive wave crashes over the side, drenching them all, and you lose your footing, sliding across the deck until Kie grabs your arm, pulling you back.
âHold on to somethingâ Kie yells at you pope and Sarah and you all grip onto the nearest thing.
âHey!â a distant voice echoes through the walls.
âCut me loose! Y/N! Somebody!â Rafe screamed and banged his fists on the wall.
âGet me out of here!â Everyone listens but doesn't move a finger.
âWe have to let him outâ You scramble to your feet but jerk back when Cleo grabs your wrist.
âNo!â she says trying to stop you but you pulled back.
âHe's gonna drownâ You pull open rapidly the drawers trying to find something sharp, able to cut the thick ropes wrapped around Rafe's hands.
The storm is relentless, its fury tossing you around like a rag doll as you try to reach him. Â
You cling to the railing, struggling to stay upright as the boat lurches violently, nearly sending you sprawling across the floor. Your legs buckle under you. You come crashing through the door and walk onto the water-soaked floor knife in hand.
âCut me looseâ he begs.
Crouching in front of him you began frantically cutting the rope. Your muscles burn with how much pressure you're using.
âShit,â You say when a sudden jerk of the boat makes your face come inches apart from his, lips almost touching. You don't have time to think as you regain your balance and continue cutting the bounds.
âThere! Come onâ you yelled and quickly grasped his hands to pull him up from the floor.
You both run to shelter but the boat jerks side to side even more violently,
âSomething is wrong I have to go see!âÂ
âNo!â Rafe tried holding on to you but you were already rushing away onto the deck where waves came crashing, a massive wave rose out of the dark, towering over the boat like a shadow.
You barely had time to think before it crashed down, an icy, unforgiving wall of water that slammed into you with the force of a sledgehammer. The impact was too strong and you were thrown backward, landing hard on the deck. Pain explodes through your shoulder, the wind knocks from your lungs. Dazed and gasping, you try to get up, but the boat tips again, and before you can stand, another wave strikes.
This one is worse, merciless, catching you just as you struggle to rise. Your fingers graze the edge of the railing, but the slick metal slips through your grasp. In an instant, the world spins as you are thrown away from the boat, the cold, raging ocean swallowing you whole.
The water is a shock, freezing and chaotic, disorienting you as you plunge beneath the surface. You thrash, fighting to reach the surface, lungs burning, but the waves toss you back and forth, each effort to rise met with another rush of icy water.
Back on the boat, Rafe catches a glimpse of you disappearing over the side, and his heart stops. âY/N!â he screams, panic cutting through the storm. Without a second thought, he scrambles to the railing, nearly slipping himself as he peers out into the dark, searching for any sign of you.
âWhere is she!â Sarah came rushing to her brother
âShe fell overboardâ he yells already reaching for a rope with the floating boyee. Heâs soaked, exhausted, and barely steady, but thereâs no hesitation as he jumps in after you.
âRafe no!â She screams after her brother.
A wave slams into Rafe. âY/N!!â he yells in the water as he sees you trying to stay above the water far away.
With the last of your strength, You swim faster and harder towards Rafe and reach out when you're near, fingers brushing his arm, grasping it tight. Rafe holds you with everything he has.
âI got youâ But you don't hear him in the storm.
You both hold on to each other your arms around his neck and his around your waist as the boat floats away and the night turns into a void.
âHey, open your eyes, look at meâ You feel gentle hands grasping on your face as you finally sit up coughing out the water that filled your lungs.
âThat's itâ The hands rub your back in a comforting way.
The sand is hot beneath you, warming up your skin, and with exhaustion, you fall onto Rafe's chest.
âHey you okay?â panicked, he grabs onto your shoulder and pushes you a little bit to take a good look at your face.
âYou jumped after me,â you whispered.
âOf course I didâ You look up at him, heart pounding, feeling a rush of gratitude, fear, and something deeperâsomething thatâs been smouldering beneath the surface, unspoken, for far too long. Your eyes shine with tears, not sad and not happy either but grateful.Â
His hand reaches up, brushing a strand of wet hair from your face, his fingers lingering against your skin. His touch is warm, and grounding, and you feel your heart racing even faster under his gaze, intense and unreadable, like heâs seeing you for the first time.
Without another thought, you lean in, closing the space between the two of you as you press your lips to his, a spark igniting into a wildfire the moment you connect. Rafeâs surprise melts away instantly, and he kisses back, fierce and unrestrained, his hands finding your waist.
The kiss is charged, fueled by adrenaline, and a longing that neither of you can deny any longer. Your hands find his shoulders, clinging to him, grounding you in his warmth, his strength, the feel of his heartbeat thundering beneath your touch.Â
Rafeâs fingers trail up your back, sending shivers along your spine, and his lips move against yours with an urgency that speaks of everything left unspoken.
When you finally pull apart, breathless, Rafeâs forehead rests against yours, his eyes searching yours as he lets out a shaky laugh, almost in disbelief.
âYou saved my lifeâ you smile, brushing a thumb over his cheek, still feeling the warmth of his kiss lingering on your lips. âI love you, I've always loved youâ you whisper, and before you know it, you're kissing again, the ocean waves crashing nearby, the world forgotten as you lose yourselves in each other.
âI never stopped loving you,â he whispered.

àšà§ â directorâs note. woo happy spooky season my loves. welcome back to another tteokdoroki kinktober! im excited for you to see whats in store this year, hope you enjoy this fic to start off mwah! - m.list â kinktober m.list â taglist â§
you have thirty days to get married.
being from a small town, somewhere thatâs not even on the map â you never expected your family name to carry much meaning aside from the one you carved out for yourself. let alone expect your name to come from royalty.
if you thought discovering how to be a teenager at sixteen was hard, then try discovering how to be a princess at sixteen on for size. everything youâve ever done since finding out you were royalty has been for your family. youâve kept your head down, out of the spotlight aside for the occasional appearance and charitable events. youâve studied hard, double-majoring in international relations alongside political science and diplomacy.Â
youâve prepared yourself thoroughly enough to feel ready to take the mantle of queen â especially with your grandmother planning to step down. all of your accomplishments have been leading up to this very moment â itâs so close that you can practically feel the weight of the crown on your head.Â
except thereâs one itty, bitty, little problem.
you still have to get married in thirty days. otherwise, your family title will be poached from right beneath your nose.
satoru gojo (aka public enemy number one) is the nephew of a member of parliament who just so conveniently knows genovian law better than your grandmother does. since satoru came of age before you did, and heâs lived in genovia for longer than you have, and has some random distant relative in connection to the first king â the men of parliament have decided that he too is in line for the throne.Â
especially if you, the princess, do not marry before your coronation.Â
how ridiculous is that?Â
and not only is this satoru gojo an evil, conniving, crown-stealing bastard. but heâs charming, a silver tongue wrapped around each and every one of his words. charming, like a prince (blegh) heâs also stupidly attractive. with deep sapphire blue eyes that are gorgeous enough to make the crown jewellers weak in the knees and a smile so sweet it feels like a sugar rush whenever he looks at you. thereâs something so unique about the frostiness to his soft white hair, matching his unfairly long lashes â the ones you know girls back home would kill for.Â
it angers you to know that youâd been dancing with your rival at your welcome ball, pains you to know that youâll never forget his slender fingers splayed out against the small of your back to guide your every movement. if you had been back in college (and had a few litres of hard liquor in your system), perhaps gojo would have been the type of guy youâd have snuck into the dorms for a night of fun and an NDA in the morning â your secret signed away from the paparazziâs keen eyes.Â
alas, these are very different circumstances and thereâs a lot riding on you being sensible about the situation. yet, satoru proves himself to be a problem every chance that he gets â cornering you in closets with his breath hot against your ear, trapping you against the walls while the ghost of his touch feels like heaven against your skin⊠on the staircase too, insistent on reminding you of the passionate dance you once shared.
all while youâre set to marry the duke of another country so you can keep your fucking crown (pardon the language, your highness).
suguru geto would be the perfect king consort if you managed not to mess this up. he is warm, where satoru is a flip between disastrously hot and frustratingly cold. he balances you out, a mellowness to your clumsiness whilst understanding your need for a rushed proposal and wedding. raised a gentleman, suguru is mindful of you in every action he takes. he doesnât stare too long but smiles when you think heâs not looking and heâs a wonder with your grandmother â the parents, too. his family gem (a serpentine, making you feel much like a snake) sits heavy on your ring finger, dazzling under camera flashes at your engagement dinnerâŠ. and he recognises duty and honour above anything else too.Â
if satoru is your enemy, then guilt is your friend. no matter what either of the men in your life do, you find yourself comparing their every move. when youâre with suguru your mind is away chasing the fairies, imagining the touch of another man who sets your heart alight in a cool blaze â like gasoline trickling through your veins waiting for its candle match. when youâre with satoru, all you can think about is how wrong this is. how geto doesnât deserve this. but youâre an addict without a cure, and your drug is satoru gojo and you donât see yourself ever quitting him.
you're in desperate need of a wake up call and a nicotine patch, the cocky yet lecherous air about him almost acting like a smog in your healthy and capable lungs. sometimes through the fog, you wonder if satoru knows how much he weighs heavy on your mindâ though if he did, youâd never hear the end of it.Â
the current queen tells you not to worry about the white haired man thatâs slowly freezing over the four chambers of your heart. you tell yourself that suguru geto is the only man that you need, one that could help you rule and create a beautiful and better kingdom for many years to come. geto tells you that he loves you, that he canât wait to marry you in two or three weeks time and you respond with equal (yet, faux) excitement.
perhaps thatâs why you find yourself sneaking away from this respectful, loving man to be with the one trying to ruin your life?
why are you following satoru gojo deep into the royal gardens, where the rose bushes are the only witness to your sick and twisted sins?
your back hits the jagged pattern of tree bark before your brain can catch up â causing a little wet whimper to bubble up on your pinky-peach tainted lips. the flutter of pain just beneath your skin only lasts for a second before itâs replaced by the sensation of satoruâs fingers traversing up the dips and curves of your body. he soothes you where it hurts the most, rough fingertips leaving bruising marks made with affection along your thighs and small of your back while he swallows your sweet gasps â licking into the wet cavern of your mouth to taste you.Â
âyouâre not evenâŠâ his words spill into you, adding fuel to the spark of lust beginning to form a pit in your stomach. âyouâre not even attracted to him,â he spews, surging forward like a storm knocking on your door to press his greedy spit slicked lips to yours. his tongue, syrupy and wet, intertwined with your own, filling you up and giving you something to suck on.Â
before you can even think of kissing your rival back, he retreats and takes his swollen lips with him â latching onto your neck and weaponizing his teeth against it. you gasp, your angelâs song tipping out into the rose garden while your fingers tangle in silver-moon locks and let him work against you, claiming you just below the neckline of your dress where no one will be able to see.Â
except for maybe your fiancĂ© and only god knows how youâll be able to explain the marks to him tonight. âoh you know me, suguru. iâm way too clumsy for my own good.â youâll say, all while thinking about how the man after your crown blew your back out at your engagement party.Â
you know why satoruâs acting such a fool â taking risks that he wouldnât normally. the dress youâre wearing, the colour of his eyes, drives him fucking insane. you canât say that you didnât ask for this, like it wasnât on purpose.Â
âcanât fucking stand you,â gojo groans against your skin, nose pressed to your collarbone as he inhales the candied notes of your perfume. âbeen giving me those angel eyes all day. knowing that i canât take my fucking eyes off of you when you wear that colour, princess.âÂ
heâs insufferable, but here you find yourself at the mercy of his touch â offering up your body to satoru gojo like a sacrificial lamb as your back arches away from the tree and presses your chest into his eager strawberry tongue. it leaves a slimy track over your neck and dips between the cleavage of your dress while gojo makes his descent down to hell â tasting the shimmering crystals of salt on your skin.Â
satoru gojo belongs on his knees.Â
kneeling before you with the royal blue tule of your dress between his shaking hands. you can tell heâs trying not to rip it off of you. born to worship you. mirth weighs down his lashes and desire dances between the navy blue flecks in his sapphire eyes â he needs you so bad it might kill him. from this position he can practically smell how turned on you are, heâd recognise the mouth-watering aroma of your drooling cunt anywhere, slick gathering in the crotch of your barely there panties.Â
thereâs a depraved, royal treasure hidden between the string of fabric that runs between your juicy pussy lips â swollen and waiting to be devoured by your enemy. not that youâd ever admit that to him. âi think you should be referring to me as your queen.â you manage between ragged breaths, satoru eyeing the way your chest heaves from beneath the bust of your dress.Â
instead of responding, his head unceremoniously dips beneath your skirts and he drags a thigh over the width of his broad shoulders. âwatch your mouth,â the lord purrs salaciously as he licks up your inner thigh, the vibrations shooting straight to your swollen clit. âletâs remind you of whoâs really in charge.â the both of you feel it, the aching throb of your pussy against gojoâs lips as he wedges his face right between your thighs. you canât help but grind against him in wanton, desperate to be filled up with fingers, tongue whatever your sworn enemy has to offer up to the crown.Â
but your warmth and wetness does nothing to coax satoru into tongue fucking his way past your clenching, creaming entrance. rather, he draws his head back just a touch and rubs at your cunt like he loves you, dips his fingers just into your quivering hole and then â smack !
juices run down satoruâs arms as if heâs taken a bite into the fruit that tempted eve while he laughs in awe of just how fucking sloppy you are between your thighs. the spank to your puffy folds makes you jolt in surprise, causing you to scratch your back against the jagged tree bark.Â
âgojo!â you squeak in warning as your thighs close around his veiny hand.Â
he sticks his tongue into his cheek, smirking in amusement before prying your shaky legs apart. âthatâs not quite right, try again for me, princess...â gojo repeats the process, running between your slick folds and spanking you against them when you fail to respond. âyou know my name, baby. câmon itâs easy, iâll even say it with you. dâŠdâŠâÂ
you refuse to stoop so low, to let demeaning words escape from underneath your tongue but not having satoruâs mouth on you is like torture â just his breath against your cunt is akin to dangling a carrot in front of a starving horse. you know what that pleasure is like, you crave it and youâre not above begging no matter how royal you may be.Â
âf-fuck, daddy!â you whinge defiantly, screwing your eyes shut and letting your head fall back against the tree. satoru wastes no more time then, slotting his hot mouth against the entire length of your silken slit. the first thing he does is moan, the vibrations shooting twinges of ecstasy from your clit through the rest of your body and even reaching your head â making the world around you spin.Â
the tip of his tongue teases its way past your entrance, squirming around to brush up against pleasure spots your little fingers canât even reach. âthatâs right princess, knew you could do it. youâre not just some stuck up little girl.â the white haired lord praises, drawing back from your quivering hole â connected to you by a string of your glistening slick.Â
âshut up, just⊠put your mouth to good use.â you grunt, your hips canterint down onto gojoâs face to keep him quiet. your fingers take root in his silvery moon locks, dragging the man and his pink tongue onto your sex once more. gojo takes the hint, making your cute little clit his next victim as he rolls it between perfect rows of pearly whites and sends your eyes into the dark depths of your skull.Â
the sinful and salacious sensation provides a welcomed distraction from your responsibilities as the crown princess. if your grandmother could see you now, you know that all sheâd feel is disappointmentâ especially if she knew her granddaughter was fucking the biggest threat to the crown. and suguru, your poor fiancĂ© â he was probably stuck mingling with guests he didnât even know, looking for your eyes in the crowd like he always did.Â
shame should be burning through your veins, not the white hot trickle of desire that youâre filled with as satoru slurps your juices from between your fat pussy lips. the needy groans he lets out against you inch down your spine, drown you in stormy waves of lust and you find yourself addicted to the bob of gojoâs head from underneath your tule skirts. youâre just so wet, pouring the royal familyâs riches, liquid gold straight into the manâs greedy mouth as he drinks you in.
your nectar glazes his cheeks and chin in a devilish shine, brighter than the crown set to sit atop your head â his mouth barely parts from your ravaged and swollen romping as if heâs married to eating you out, tongue licking you up and down before your juices even have a chance to drip to the ground. you can only imagine what would happen if the press found out, your life would be over and so would satoruâs. but you donât care, because every second that gojo spends between your thighs dragging you to orgasm is worth it. every single time.Â
he grips at your ass, pulling you back onto his tongue as it flickers in and out of you. the whole ordeal is disgusting and delightful and you never want it to end. pleasure mounts high within you, evident in the shakiness of your gripes and grouses, lust laden in its tune.Â
âs-satoruâŠsatoru. iâm gonna⊠gâna fuckinâ cum!â a high pitch squeal tears in your throat like music to gojoâs ears â now working relentlessly to get you off just like you need. he doesnât care if heâs suffocating, at least heâll die a happy man between the thighs of a princess.Â
he chuckles against your sex. âsuch a dirty mouth for such a proper lady.â the lord says as if heâs a scolding you.
but you can barely hear him, for static rings in your ears as your body loses the war to your orgasm. your release bubbles up on his tongue like the fresh pop of champagne, while your brain fizzles and clears itself of all logical thought. guilt is replaced by bouts of lust, making you realise that this cycle of avoiding and fucking gojo will never end. youâre too addicted to him and heâs too obsessed with you, as long as things remain that way â sex with him will always be on the agenda.Â
you canât promise yourself, your grandmother or suguru that this will be the last time.Â
dopamine dances across gojoâs brain as he drinks in the tangy-honey flavour of your release, letting it splatter against his puffy lips as they encircle your clit to prolong your orgasm. you gush as if youâre a rushing erotic river, spilling into satoruâs earnest mouth while he licks you clean with wanton.
âlook at that⊠oh look at you. cumming for me already.âÂ
âf-fuck you.â
âfuck me?â he smirks, making your gut lurch with wanton. âfuck you. iâm the one thatâs working on it, princess.â satoru slowly rises to his feet, licking a nasty spit-slicked trail from your hole to the cleavage peeking out from underneath your dress. he doesnât even stand to his full height, his large frame towering over you as he yanks down the front of your dress to lick and suck and play with your breasts until you canât tell whatâs up or down anymore.
his perfect teeth graze a pert nipple which makes you gasp and cry, loosely looping your arms around satoruâs neck while his ravaging mouth works your sensitive breasts, even going as far to swipe his tongue over the spot where each one meets your ribcage. he doesnât leave any marks, youâre not his to keep. large and rough hands replace the warmth of his mouth on you to toy with your mounds of flesh â pinching and pulling as satoru kisses you senseless. you groan at the taste of your slick on his tongue and salt of your skin as well, tugging him closer so that thereâs no space between your heated bodies.Â
âdonât cry,â satoru comments softly against your swollen, cherry-bitten lips â cupping your face between his fingers. blinking slowly, you allow your frenzied brain the chance to catch up to reality and you donât realise the tears that wet your cheeks until he points them out. why are you even crying? âyouâre too pretty for that.â his compliments do nothing to clear the lustful, confused fog settling over your mind like a dark cloud so you follow your bodyâs instincts and reach for the metal clasp on his belt.Â
nimble fingers make their way down the front of gojoâs dress pants and he hisses at the quick pumps of his perfectly hard cock before youâre dragging up your skirts and guiding him towards your entrance. âbaby, waitââ
you push his pants down enough to let his erection spring free, pulsing with need and standing at full mast against the cotton blouse covering his tummy. âi need you.â you sniff, dropping your panties to your ankles. âplease.âÂ
the thing about sex with satoru is that it never feels like just sex. he tenderly hikes the meat of your thigh over his slender hips, lets his dribbly, sticky cockhead twitch forward and ease past the salaciously slick barriers of your empty hole, and presses your bodies so close together that you think you might forget how to breathe. satoru makes love to you each and every time â and itâs terrible.Â
like eating too much sugar or indulging in a bad smoking habit. youâre not supposed to be in love with him and the way he fucks up into you, chest to chest, pelvis to pelvis even with all of the fabric in the way. âdonât cry for him, f-fuck,â the both of you look down, your pupils dilating at the sight of your pussy swallowing his lengthy shaft whole â catching on the ridges of each blue vein spiralling around him. âcry for me, princess. iâm the one thatâs ruining you.âÂ
with his forehead pressed to yours, silver hair matted down by the line of perspiration against it â satoru braces a hand against the tree above your head and sets stream to his passionate thrusts, fluid like water under a bridge. itâs not fair, how wrong this is and how good it feels to have gojo lick over the parts of you he would bite down on if you were his. your pulse point, your neck, the spot just under your ear thatâs way too sensitive for your own good. it should be suguru fucking you like this, your fiancĂ©.Â
yet, thereâs no room for self-loathing and despair between the rough tree and satoru gojo above you. nothing aside for the thick curtain of lust that protects you from prying eyes in the rose garden, floral scents twisting with the raw, aphrodisiac-like smell of sex and sweat while he pounds away at your swollen pussy, grinding his cock wetly against the sweet spots dotted along your ribbed walls.Â
âi should put a baby in you,â he says suddenly, just barely audible over the wet pap, pap, pap of your sexes working together. embarrassment burns bright under the surface of your cheeks because youâre that wet and itâs that loud, the remainders of your previous orgasm making it easier for satoruâs cock to glide in and out of you. âleave you with a little gift. a present â reminder of our time together, yeah?â he knows that heâs not making any sense, leaving his confession behind sex and sultry words. he would never admit to how much he loves you, heâs already ruined you enough. heâs already taken more than enough from you too. âiâll get to the crown either fuckinâ way.âÂ
satoru talks with his dick and you fucking like it, squeezing the damn daylights out of him. he can barely pull back with you locked down on like that, his seedy tip snug between your ruined folds â clinging into him by viscous ropes of your last orgasm and freshly formed globs of his white hot precum. âyou like that, donât you princess?â he coos down to you condescendingly, picking up the pace of his hips as he rams into you mercilessly. the tree shakes from the force, sprinkling pretty and innocent petals over you both. âyou wanna make me a daddy? my queen? give me a little prince or princess.â
âfuck yes, satoru!â nodding your head with wanton, you press yourself into his neck and squeeze him close by the ass cheeks so the only place your lover can go is deeper. you want to be able to feel him in your guts, hot in your womb like an iron rod â anything to forget the trickle of betrayal filling you up like a glass of wine. âi want it, i want itâŠi wantââ
you cut yourself of with an abrasive sob, as you moan your agreements. i want you. you feel the words on the tip of your tongue, drowned out by the slippery sounds of sex and creaking tree trunk. youâve never wanted anyone as much as youâve wanted satoru gojo.
but heâs the wrong person, in the wrong place, at the wrong time.Â
âi know you do, i know,â you can feel gojo move to slobber over your chest, pacifying his whistle tone whimpers with your nipples bouncing in his mouth. he looks up at you with vacant cerulean eyes that shimmer like the skies above, the crude mix of your arousals slinging at the point at which your bodies join. âtell me how much you love daddyâs cock, princess.âÂ
he goads because he craves your attention. satoru can feel you slipping from between his fingers, the guilt that rolls off of you in waves as he languidly rams into your cunt. heâs asking a lot of someone whoâs too stimulated, too fucked out to speak â your tongue barely staying in your mouth.Â
âsatoâ!â
âcâmon⊠answer me, fuck, there we go.â
thatâs when he hikes you up in his arms, lifting you a little to feverishly thrust up into you â dragging you closer to another high. your nails dig deep into his taut ass, nudging his dick against your g-spot. suguru would never be this rough with you, would never want to fuck you so good that the pleasure hurts.
shaking your head, your eyes glisten but the denial doesnât stop small streams of arousal from squirting out and webbing against gojoâs soft pubes. âi-i canât! i donâtââ satoru bites down on your nipple, hard, cutting through your train of blurry thought. âi loveâŠh-him!âÂ
you love your fiancĂ©, but you both know thatâs a lie.
âyeah, sure you do. thatâs why your pussyâs hugginâ my cock so tight. you donât wanna let me go, baby.â even while heâs a mess for you, your rival still finds it in him to be such an egotistical prick. you canât even tell him that heâs wrong, because you never ever want to be without satoru, without this immensely overwhelming feeling of ecstasy fluttering through your entire body. itâs all too much, heâs too much, stretching you wide and filling you with the love (and cum) you should be getting from suguru.Â
thunder cracks above your head, lightning flashes through the trees as if the higher power up above is bearing witness â growing distraught at your sins. itâs not long before the heavens open up on you both and your sweaty, sex slicked bodies are doused in rain. but it doesnât stop you, doesnât stop satoru from dragging down your bottom lip to lovingly spit into your mouth.Â
he kisses you as if itâs not enough, rocking his hips into you so he can bully your insides and mark them with his pre. âbet heâs lookinâ for you right now, hm? his precious wife to beâŠdrenched in my cum ân drenched in the rain.â satoru heaves, letting the patter of the rain drown out the sound of his tightening balls slapping against your ass. âbet he wishes he could fuck you like i do.âÂ
you canât tell if itâs the tears of guilt and longing or the rain that blurs your vision. âh-he doesnât get to!â you cry like a dirty porn-star, hardly becoming of a soon to be queen. âo-only you!âÂ
âonly me, hm? iâm flattered.â he seems elated, hiding his flushed face and happy smile in the junction between your neck and shoulder. his wet hair tickles your skin. âtoo bad he doesnât know his princess comes used and abused between her pretty legs, huh?â
the rain is cold against your skin, seeping through your clothes, ruining your makeup â but the way satoru licks up your hot streaky tears and the droplets of water against your skin as if to sooth you⊠the way he does it fills you with warmth.Â
your limbs become heavy from your water-logged clothes and exhaustion, your whole body slumped against satoruâs strength but you still manage to rake your nails down his back as if you canât be any closer. gojo doesnât let your hips run from his either. his mind races, stuck on the idea of asking you to run away with him because he canât just let you go back to geto. not again.Â
he canât let you marry someone youâre not in love with.Â
it would be selfish of him to ask you to stay, even when you wrap your legs around him and have him plug up your tiny little hole with sticky white. he sees it in your eyes how much you care for him, even through the rain. heâs ruining you, from the inside out, knocking the crown from your head and he hates it.
âdaddy loves this pussy,â he wishes for the moment to last forever, but youâre already so close â crying from every hole, suffocating his throbbing cock. neither of you can hold back. âhe loves you. i love you.â
the confession nearly tears your world in two â but itâs all you need to hear before everything comes crashing down on you. âi-i love you!â you tell him, wailing the words loud and proud as you release on him for a second time, gushing obscene amounts against gojoâs tummy smooshed up on your clit. âsatoâ! satoru! cum with me, cum inside me!â scratching down his back and screwing your eyes shut, you tilt your head up to capture his lips in a passionate kiss.Â
the taste of salt on your cupidâs bow throws gojo over the edge too â his cockhead pours viscous white directly into your womb. âfuuuck, youâre so good princessâŠâ and even though you know you should tell him to pull out, you donât want him too. you want his baby, want his cum, want him always. even if thatâs greedy of you.âfuckinâ take itâŠtake all of me. all of that cumâs for you.â he slurs, beyond brainless.
lewd clapping noises echo between your bodies like the thunder up above as satoru fucks you through the rest of your highs, nose nudging your cheeks tenderly to soothe your tears. moaning, and crying against one anotherâs swollen lip. when his slow grinds come to a stop and your breathing recovers, the white haired lord gently sets you back in the ground â tenderly helping you to fix your drenched clothes back into place.Â
your thighs are completely bruised and his back is completely torn up. the last marks youâll ever leave with each other.
âso aboutââ
âwe⊠we canât do this anymore, satoru.â you say almost immediately, shaky as if youâre in the verge of panic.Â
for the first time since you started doing this, sneaking off with one another, gojo notices the glint on your ring finger. and you feel the very same weight of that ring.Â
he shrugs you off, pulling up his pants and smirking. âthatâs what you said last timeâ
âno satoru, i mean it now. we canât.â itâs like youâve come to your senses, realised the gravity of it all and whatâs at stake. thirty days to get married, thirty days to become queen. âiâm going to become queen, your queen, in a matter of weeks and to do that i need to be married to him. i canât mess this up. we have to stop.â
âbut you donât even want him,â he growls like a petulant child, roaring above the rain that cascades down on you both. âyou want me. i want you. who gives a fuck about anything else?â
âduty gives a fuck! i have to marry him!â
throwing his hands up in defeat, satoru steps towards you, loud and intimidating, and you step back towards the tree. âyou canât even say his fucking name.âÂ
âhis name is suguru geto and i will marry him because you forced me to.â you spit, going toe to toe with him â chest heaving but tight from your heart break. âif you and your stupid higher ups had just stayed out my way. maybe there could have been a chance for us. but they didnât and here we are and duty freaking calls, gojo.âÂ
you storm off shortly after, be before he can see you cry again (for real this time). from his place hidden in the royal gardens, gojo watches sullenly as you approach your grandmother and fiancĂ© â the elder queen disappointed in your current state and suguru clearly worried that the rain might make you catch a cold.Â
the perfect alibi to cover up the fact that youâd just fucked satoru gojo.Â
but the entire time, you never look back.Â
you donât even look at gojo â and thatâs how he knows you meant it. you always look back, always look for him in the crowd.Â
the knowledge hits him like a strike of lightning. heâs royally fucked up â youâre marrying for the crown, all because of him. and thereâs no room for loving when youâve got the weight of the nation on your shoulders.

No because girl you NEEDDDDDD to elaborate on this -> Soulmate AU. Poly!141 x neurodivergent!reader <- I will die happily
Elaboratinggggggggđ€đ«
-
You didnât think that youâd get this far in life, many reasons spring to mind but the main one is youâre a little different than most people. You canât cope with certain things and struggle with change. You remember growing up your family would brush off your âissuesâ and say to just deal with it. How little they understood you.
Moving out was the best decision you ever made, the only change you have ever been happy about. It was necessary and would make your life so much easier on a level only you could understand. You could set up your space the way you like it, the way you need it. And with just you, no one would mess with your stuff just to see you loose it as it was âfunnyâ or move things to suit them better.
This way, you could live in peace.
Task force 141 had just finished a successful mission, camping out in one of the many secret safe houses as they waited for further instructions when they had sent Johnny to the shop for supplies. Thatâs where he saw you, in a Sainsburyâs supermarket of all places, headphones tight over your ears to block out the world while you tried to decide if the extra two, ninety-nine was worth it or not for the soothing lavender face mask you wanted.
Johnny was quick to subtly snap a picture of you and even go as far as to follow you home before bolting it back to the guys to tell them heâd finally found you. Their last soulmate.
As soon as Johnny showed them the image of you, that was it for them. They had to have you. A burning need coursing through their veins, pumping around their bodies. Nothing would ever be enough until they had you in their arms.
But as said and as they observed themselves, you donât cope with change.
So they had to situate themselves into your life slowly, one by one.
Johnny and Simon moved in next door to you, and lived there for seven months slowly getting to know you and obviously spying on you. They gradually began to understand you and your cute quirks. They know that you eat the same thing for dinner every night, you use the same plate or bowl and wash it straight after use to make sure it is ready for next time.
You have one set of cutlery, one glass and one mug. Two pillows though you only sleep on one and use the other to hug to sleep. And to top it all off you have one recliner chair and one massive beanbag chair that makes you feel like youâre being hugged tight each time you sit on it. It gives you the deep pressure therapy you desperately need at times.
The guys found your habits strange at first but the more time they spent with you, the more they began to understand you. Understand your need for order, for repetition. And they had experienced first hand what happens when change was forced into your safe space.
Johnny had the bright idea to gift you a set of cutlery a few weeks ago so when he and Simon came round for dinner as they did every Thursday for the past four months, they didnât have to bring cutlery and plates from their own place, it would already be there.
Simon said it was a bad idea but he couldnât say no to Johnny, not with how happy he looked while he picked out some pretty baby blue plates and silver cutlery with little mushrooms painted at the end. He boasted to Simon about how much youâd love them while they stood in the queue to pay.
He was wrong.
After dinner was cooked you plated up the food no problem thinking the pretty plates were from their house. Then you opened the kitchen drawer only to hear the clutter and smash of cutlery rubbing together. The sound made a ringing pierce your ears, your hands reaching up to cover them. It was like nails on a chalkboard to you. The sound you heard making you panic beyond measure, your breathing out of control as you slid to your knees.
Johnnyâs smile dropped and he sprung into action using the deep pressure therapy you had told him about with your beanbag chair. Simon was quick to removed the extra plates and cutlery from where Johnny had put them and take them back to their place before returning ready to help. He knew heâd need to call John and let him know you had had an episode, but helping you came first.
So you liked constant repetition. If it made you happy, that was absolutely fine with them.
Kyle got himself hired as a barista at your favourite cafe, he learned your usual and practiced at home to make sure every morning when you stopped by on the way to work to drink your coffee and sit with your laptop for twenty minutes, youâd have the perfect drink. He made absolutely sure that it tasted the same every single time. No change.
After a couple of months of smiles and waves here and there he finally got you to open up. Baby steps. A little at a time and now Kyle was taking his twenty minute break at your table while you typed up something for work. You always worked so hard. But he managed to get a few sentences out of you each time and it made his heart sing.
And last but not least, John became your new boss after your last one mysteriously got caught for money laundering. Mr Price was an amazing boss, he didnât ask for much and was always giving you big opportunities that youâd only ever dreamed of. You had been promoted twice since he became the CEO.
You were now executive editor under him as the chief editor at one of the best publishers in the country. Pirons Classics, number two in the UK and number four in the World. To say the guys were proud that you worked there in the first place was an understatement. Their smart girl.
He called you sweet nicknames and brought you lunch everyday. The same thing, a pesto and cheese sandwich and a snack of your choosing from the vending machines. You donât remember when it started but you were always too shy to say anything so it became a regular thing.
If you were to sit and think real hard about the situation you would realise how changes had been introduced into your life ever since the four of them appeared. But they were subtle changes and you genuinely couldnât remember a time when these changes werenât normal. On top of that, these four men were the only people besides yourself, that you felt comfortable, relaxed and content around.
So for the first time you donât sit and think, for the first time you just let it happen and you donât notice the difference.
Johnny and Simon were more involved with you than the other two. They were the closest to you currently with the status of your best friends which Johnny most certainly bragged to the other two about. You had known them for almost a year now and they didnât exactly hide their romantic relationship but didnât exactly flaunt it either.
You had found it kinda hot when you saw them kiss and even though it was unusual for you, you luckily managed to keep your mouth shut about it.
You had no idea they had noticed.

âAstrology observationsâ
Masterlist
Not a real astrologer just my observations:)
â Aquarius moon femmes tend to be more masculine/tomboyish whether it be their personality or fashion sense they prefer loose fitting clothes. They have this nonchalantness/offstandish energy about them, they also are very sensitive and receptive to energies around them esp after one on one interactions but surprisingly do very well w online interactionsđthey could feel like their personality shines brighter online than irl
â 12th ruler in 7th natal partners could have animosity towards you esp if you prefer men they tend to have secret intentions/lives
â Sagittarius in your natal chart is where you tell the best stories, and gemini can show where others ask for advice/tell their best stories to you(and lowkey try to impress you)
âïž in 1st -you ARE the story, thereâs never a dull moment ,so many memories are made w you, many stories where you had to be reminded that your that GIRL/GUYâš (esp by your guides)
âïž in 8th- they articulate their trauma very well, the ones that talk openly about their abuse, lots of near-death stories, surgery stories that they almost didnât make it out of, thieving stories
âïž in 11th- the type to bring their friends into every situation/story, most likely to do the best story time vids online, their stories can be eye opening for the collective, people love when they predict the future, stories about the future/goals of humanity, evolution stories, stories about you gaining independence(just like 1st)
âïž in 12th- they love to hear about your dreams and conspiracies, they love when you talk about your insecurities and spill your own secrets, your paranormal experiences and things about past lives
âïž in 2nd- they love to tell you how hard they work for their assets, âYou know I havenât told anyone this but I feel like I can trust you.â They donât mind telling you about their illegal activities, people have a tendency to think you took something from them, they come to you for advice on how to approach situations
âïž in 5th- the type to have kids come up to them and all their parents business (4th house also), the best childhood memory stories, people try to impress you w their sex stories , they come to you for advice on sex and love matters also, asking for your opinion w fashion & aesthetics, you make them want to try new thingsđ„”
â Taurus in the 3rd/4th find it hard to leave their family/home
Cancer risings (4°16°28°) their face and body fluctuate through life but their faces tend to get rounder/fuller as they age
â Sending love out to Venus in Pisces/12th house natals yâall are what fairytales are made ofđ„ș just being in your presence is healing even tho they feel sometimes their deepness and devotion isnât reciprocated at times idk who needed to hear this but your loving energy transcends the physical barriers you could do a lot of energy work on the other side w/o even realizing it esp while sleepingđ§Ą
â I feel bad for Chloe because w that Gemini mars baby everybody always gonna think you doing too muchđ unti you donât do enough & theyâll still be mad
Finding out Lil uzi has a Gemini mars sent međ it reminds of them vids of their security guard trying to keep up w them while they jump all over the placeđșđœ
â Sag moon children mom was in her hoe phase when u were conceived. Partying/traveling/drinking/learning was prominent for her at the time
Venus in natal can show you why others envy you
â in 2nd- they envy how consistently you upkeep yourself, they see how much money you put into yourself to look good, they hate how materially abundant you are, how easily you make money from your talents/assets, they envy your sugar daddy/baby energy
â in 4th- they envy how abundant your family/ancestry is, they envy your mom/your motherly skills, how easily you make a house feel like home, how rich your inner world is, your decoration sense, how easily youâll be remembered after passing/leaving home, how easily you make money from home
â in 8th- they envy how easily others trust you esp w their money & possessions, how beautifully you shed your skin in transformations, sugarbaby placement, how magnetic you are, how easily people become obsessed w you, your way of love making/showing love/spoiling others or vise versa
â in 12th- a lot of people donât even realize that they envy you/ subconsciously send you evil eye, you provoke their hidden desires(this place def has lots of people in their circle wishing on their downfall) they envy how content you are with yourself /and how youâve healed yourself , your music taste
I feel like prominent Pisces placements tend to lose their teeth more often than Capricorns, could also have dreams of teeth falling out/rotting
â Prominent Virgo in natal stay cleaning up other peopleâs đ©đ like literally tho at some point in your life youâve had to be some type of caretaker ie. animals, elderly, babies. But đ© is more prominent/consistent in your life
But if ur a pet owner or caretaker in general you know that a lot of times the only way they can communicate whatâs going on w their body Is through their bowel movements so itâs a blessing and a curse cuz itâs not like your obsessed with đ© (unlessđ) but you kinda have to beđ
Aphrodite in Gemini/3rd house natals have contagiously attractive laughs/smiles, delicate hand and arm movements, and beautiful hands and lips
â Every time I have prominent 8th synastry esp moon/mars we always have đ©ž sex eventually đ§đœââïž they be feigning so bad for you that they canât wait a few more days they need it now! But they always end up saying you put a spell on them like no bro u willingly put a spell on YOURSELFđ
â 7th house mercury could attract or prefer younger/pettie people or they are seen as such, also prone to have partners w prominent anxiety
â Eros/mars in Aries/cancer/scorpio in composite charts shows lots of crying during sex but for different reasons
Aries cries because ur f*cking/sucking them so good all they can do is take it like a champ and cry happy tears đ„Č
Cancer cries because you truly touched their soulđ„ș they never thought sex could be this satisfying and comforting at the same time (healing sex like Pisces)
With scorpio itâs kinda a mixture of both w sprinkles of trauma bondingâš
â Venus in 8th synastry- adoring eachothers beauty marks esp the house person @ Venus , the house person usually adores the Venusâs insecurities/stuff about themselves that they never picked up on which gives the Venus person a new prospective of their beauty
â Mercury synastry can tell you how you were first introduced/heard of each other
âż in 8th- meeting while/before going through a transformational/traumatic period in your life, you could have problems w people owing you money or vise versa, catalyst for spiritual & sexual growth, meeting before/after having a major surgery
âż in 9th- meeting through college/highschool,being introduced to/by a different ethnicity friend, meeting while traveling esp abroad, catalyst in spiritual journey, meeting through religious community
âż in 4th- I have this w my mom while her âż is in my 1st so you could also share this w your parents, w cancer and Aries basically representing the womb her PUMPUM told her about međobvi she had no other choice but to learn about me I was coming weather she liked it or notđ so w 1st house synastry I feel like they were kinda forced onto you theyâre pretty hard to missđ„Žwith 4th her aunts/women in her family told her she was gonna have another baby before she even knewđ€·đœââïž
â Jupiter in 1st synastry -even the most stubborn person would hear planet person out w this placement đ Jupiter boost house persons ego/outlook on life, planet person just makes everything look good & exciting in house person eyes
â Pluto in 11th natal- unfriending someone could really feel like a divorce lmao telling people your not friends anymore and they react so crazy like âNO I NEVER WOULDVE THOUGHTđđđâ then splittng up your assets (friends/aspirations)
â Gemini Venus-girl next door vibe people watch through your window esp w some Pluto energy on your Venus, the song âShe by Tyler the creatorâ was made about us frđ
â Taurus (2°14°26°)moons people think that they own you or that youâre some object they can use anytime they want whether it be your body or your possessions
Also having a Taurus moon could play out as feeling like you didnât get the support that you needed in ur childhood, the type to have moms that say âI put clothes on your back, food on your plate, and a pillow to lay your head and youâre telling me I didnât do enough for you??đ đ€â like sorry I needed emotional support and understanding as a child that you couldnât give međ„Č the mom could see the child as spoiled/ungrateful esp with harsh aspects on the moon, but they could also just feel like they have a right to your possessions esp if you live in the same house what is privacy?đ
â 6th house synastry is big on planning together, the type to count down the days till they get to see e/o đ„°
Now offering aura & synastry readings
Thatâs it for now, have a blessed day âš

Triple Identity Crisis
Danny had a problem. If it was a big one, he couldn't tell yet but he was partially sure Clockwork was at fault for this. Or at least he wanted to blame his ghostly godparent who most likely just wanted to cause some chaos for entertainment with the pretext of helping Danny. Which was a very likely reason for why Danny had a problem right now.
As it was the former Fenton now Fenton-Wayne boy was pacing his room in the Manor trying to think what is next step should be, because as it was his 'new' family âDid new still apply if he was living with them for a little more than a year now? â knew him under three different Identities now. And to top it all off they were not aware that the three identities were all pretty much connected as one.
For one. His family, knew him as Danny, the space obsessed kid, who became a meta because of his ectobiology science obsessed parents and his teenager recklessness. A kid that was actually a genius if you gave him enough time for school and could make you anything out of a ancients be damed toaster. That was the Danny they mainly knew. The Kid they took in, let in on the family business and then chose, to the happiness of Alfred and dismay of some of his 'new' siblings, normal life over vigilante life.
Then they knew Phantom. A dead ghost hero that was helping the Justice League and Young Justice to help them deal with the aftermath of the huge fallout caused by the GIW, Guys in White or rather Ghost Investigation Ward. And while Danny didn't know he had apparently worked with nearly his entire family and that time he knew it now. Which was awkward because he had pretty much pestered one of his elder brothers about his condition until Red Hood, aka Jason, let Phantom help him. Ancient, things might get awkward if that secret is lifted. He had done a lot of things Batman, Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, Orphan and Robin had scowled him for. Thankfully they only thought of him as a dead teen hero and didn't know what a Halfa was. So they didn't make the connection, and he had yet to meet Signal, aka Duke as Phantom.
Now came the third identity, which totally did not happen by his choice. After all officially he hadn't accepted the throne yet and would only get it once he was dead dead not half dead. To bad ancient texts don't care about formalities. So when trouble hit the fan really hard the Justice League Dark had the bright Idea of getting some other worldly help. Which in other words was summoning the Ghost King. Oh boy, was it fun to learn that way that Danny could get summoned against his will. Clockwork did not give him that warning when he told him about the future of his afterlife. But best of all? Oh he doesn't get summoned as Phantom which would have made things maybe a bit easier, oh no. Life wasn't easy. He got someone's in some as a super weird black-green mass of a formless eltrich body with sharp teeth, claws and glowing green eyes with no pupils or irises. Hell Danny even scared himself when he saw his own reflection in a window and he didn't have a single idea how to change his form.
Let it be known that Danny acted then on purpose like he didn't know a single person in that room he had been summoned in right out of his bed and that he wasn't staring at his adoptive father like he needed help who interpreted his stare as the ghost king sizing him up. And Danny knows this because Dick had a good laugh about that at the dinner table with the rest of his siblings.
Now a smart person would probably come clean to his family and explain to them the three identities they knew him under and how they are connected.
To bad Danny wasn't 'smart' when it came to things like that. No in his panic and newfound awkwardness of the situation of what he had done on separate occasions with his identity as Phantom AND Ghost King, he decided to keep acting like he didn't knew them personally like the truely does. Really how hard could that be? Besides he liked the way his family treated him now. He didn't want to get treated differently because he was half dead, or a Ghost King. He liked that his family was treating him as plain old Danny who had an obsession with space and was their quirkily little brother with powers.
So that gave him even more incentive to keep the act up. Even if it was hard at times, especially if he got summoned out of nowhere. It would be easier if he could get a hang of the duplication power. He even had played with the thought of getting one of his ghost rogues to help but his family was perceptive. Maybe not perceptive enough to realise that all three identities were one and the same person but they would notice if Danny acted just slightly different or if Phantom was more of then usually. But somehow he still managed to keep it up.
But it was the hard way that he learned, Danny was bad at doing the 'talking' and realized that maybe Jazz was right and he was going to slip up one day causing huge misunderstandings like right now.
He stared down at Batman and Nightwing in his Ghost King form. Red Hood had his guns pulled on him, Wonder Woman and Superman looked like they where going to try to pull back Batman any second now while Nightwing, maybe at first was going to try to calm down the bat but Danny was pretty sure the eldest bat kid was now fiercely glaring at him too. He was also pretty sure the only reason he didn't see Red Robin or Robin threaten him too was because their super friends were somehow holding them back. For their own or his safety he doesn't know at the moment.
Because apparently the Bats did not fear fighting otherworldly beings to protect one of their own.
"What did you just say about Danny Fentons death?!" Batman grunted out and Danny just knew his adoptive father was glaring at him. Ancients Danny cursed his brain to mouth filter right now. As he had the collective hero scene before him staring at his Ghost King form. Would this be a good or bad moment to come completely clean or maybe he should find some kind of philosophical bullshit of 'All things death belong to him'....
