#no fear to one fear'd myself HJLKDSHJKSD#i use arrowkey scripts so much i forgot its not part of the original software#tbh if scripts are supported that will create a lot of great workarounds to some of the features that are now gone#pitchsnapping and such. also i like timing randomizing scripts for group songs#but the new options with the retake panel might be a decent replacement#but those shortcut scripts..... those are the real necessities hjfkdshjkfds will they survive....#im not expecting it. but it would be nice to have script support back!

Learning about mixing because of vocal synth covers is so funny I'll be like trying to look up instrumental-vocal clashing solutions and the fruityloop tutorialmen will be like "well if it clashes just make a better instrumental" and I'm like my friend I am trying to insert a baritone robot into a pre-mastered offvocal from a song created for Hatsune Miku gender factor alllllll the way down from the year 2010. It's the only instrumental I got boss.
#an interesting side effect of there being far less popular deep voiced synthesizers#a lot of frequencies that sound muddy with my beloved altos to basses sounded find with a really really REALLY high miku LOL#just wasnt an issue in the original song. now im going through deeper voiced utaite covers of the same song to see what the hell they did#sidechain compression is only getting me so far.....i must learn more....i must train and fight.....#so i can make this funny cartoon guy with a sligjtly deep voice sing a tune

speaking of asterian sorry to post this wip again but i plugged in asterian and my mortal form faded away into dust but i was at peace so i embraced the cosmos like an old friend as the universe and i became one and the same
#vocal synth wip#i definitely wont finish this before sv2 comes out so i might switch to that for the final#of course there are. a few notes. im still not sure of. if theyre correct#especially 'will i hear someone' and the 'am i alone' harmonies. and dont ask me about the ending vocalizations i cut off i'll pass away#also i think i need to redo some of the timing. so this cover will be released in approximately 2-4 fiscal quarters

ffffffuuuuuck eclipsed sounds added some previews to the starry court sv2 ver upgrade pages and asterian's gentle mode almost made me pass away. it was always a preddy good soft mode but now its like INTIMATE
#if no one else got me i know ES got me.....#i think gentle combined his closed mode + messing with tension and breathiness (and maybe mouth opening param too LOL)#(thats something kinda funny. some voicebanks already have a mouth opening and closing vocal mode like asterian and such)#(im curious how the mouth opening parameter will sound with em)#i think that'll get us to some really nice moody whispery sounds. even further than we have already!#i need to use his closed param more. i use his open for emphasis and i use warm and passionate like its my job#(those last two are particularly good for a lot of pop songs i like LOL)#i also gotta use his rough that thing is CRAZY. but i keep putting him in soft songs#because i like a lot of soft songs hgkjdshkfds i need to find a harder song for him so he can really go for it#NOW...... some of that autopitch is crazy. im sure the new controls will help with that but wowza#i thought it was just dreamtonics issue in their previews but it might be all across the editor#that pitch is outta CONTROL especially on low long notes....... but astewian sounds nice anyway :)
