My favorite thing about Annabeth is her wardrobe.

Cause like, Rick simplifies her clothes in a way a man would, and you can tell.

Cause in EVERY book, from The Lightning Thief to Chalice, she’s in the goddamn CHB shirt. With like some shorts or cargo pants. Nothing more, nothing less.

He’s made improvements over the years, giving her some other clothes. But he’ll always come back to old faithful.

Like, he most definitely did it on accident, but he made her so Adam Sandler and I love it

I do feel like these designs maybe portray the clearest arc out of all of them so far. I like that #some of it came from a bit of necessity which is really fun that mirrors the actual play format thats cool #(necessity being freshman year riz is pretty much a huge block of red flannel lmao. kinda stole figs canon color coding for a bit)#(and he's got the owlbear jacket from taping the games in sophomore year... so I cant give fig the big red blocking until #junior year lmao. coincidentally this forced me to be a bit more dynamic with her concept which is great)#her second pair of shoes very sonic tho. shoe issue

#a doodley #i have white with rainbow underside vans and retro rainbow and white converse that i love so much but #they hurt ! even when you put things on the back #i have permanent marks on that area (is it the achilles tendon??? but near the bottom) bc of how often shoes Hurt #even when i have multiple comfortable shoes (the plain converse) one is usually more comfortable (the white shoes)#and white goes with everything so....why wldnt i jst go with the easiest comfiest shoe to put on...why wld i want more shoes...ykwim...#or like i do wanna wear those awesome black platform boots but even if i had a fit for them they take so long to put on when the most i go #out usually isnt for very long...idk !#its not an active decision...i wld like to be fashionable... jst smthng i noticed
