rsd plus most likely ocd combo is crazy. ive sent about a quarter of the things i could have because its so scary. if i get one detail wrong they will literally hate me so i have to check 15 times until i give up and dont send it. a positive is that ive avoided a lot of embarrassment. but a negative is if i do end up fucking up and sending something weird which happens a lot i will go kill myself instantly.

#one downside to homestuck flavor immortality is that i would perma-die if i killed myself #but one upside is that i would perma-die if i killed myself so idk.

I do wonder what would have happened if Alina was a willing soldier and complied with his great plans but just wasn't interested in him (aka my lesbian Genyalina). What would he do/feel?

He did want smoochies, but he's also emotionally starved. I don't think sex was such a great chunk of his longing. As long as Alina doesn't mind keeping him company, I don't see much trouble.

We shouldn't forget we don't know Aleksander's canonical orientation. Hell, plenty of people interpret him as demi or even ace. Sure, he uses sex as a tool of manipulation, but that doesn't say anything about his feelings regarding it.

And if you throw in Alina's cooperation, I'd say he'd be over the moon in the most platonic way. Hell, he might even introduce her to his sister one day.

One of my Sims had a work rival and nothing ever happened to fix the situation, she flat out refused to come to my Sim’s house so they could talk it out and she didn’t have a home of her own to travel to.

So I just waited for her to eventually die of old age.

I do think that being immortal would become annoying after a while but I don’t think it’s inevitable that they’d stop making friends or falling in love because they’d just lose them eventually. I mean yeah you lose everyone eventually. That doesn’t mean you should isolate yourself and become miserable. I mean think about pets. Think about people in school or at a former job you never see again. Was your time wasted with those people or animals just because it ended? No, obviously not.

To me the biggest downside to being immortal is the very high probability that you’ll get stuck in a well at some point.
