The next chapter of we said hello and your eyes look like coming home is kicking my ass rn BUTTTTTT Feyre's slow realization that there is no force in the world that will stop Rhys from flirting with her has been fun to write.

"I need air. Come to the roof with me?" Rhys said. "Only if we winnow," I said. I didn't want to so much as look at a staircase for a while. He took my hand without another word, and we were up there in seconds. I'd needed to see the sky, too, and hadn't realized it until I took a deep breath of salt-tinged night air. The townhouse dining room wasn't exactly small, but it was windowless. Rhys sat without dropping my hand. I glanced at the other chair, the bond tightening in my chest at the thought of sitting next to him with several inches between us. Ridiculous as it was, a wild, irrational part of me railed at anything less than touching in as many places as possible, consequences or current company be damned. Even with my shields up, Rhys knew what I was thinking. His eyes might have been dull with fatigue, but his lips twisted into a smirk as he spread his legs in invitation. "What kind of mate would I be if I didn't offer you the most comfortable seat in the house?" he purred. Under the Mountain, I'd thought the flirting was nothing more than a desperate attempt to claw back a sense of normalcy, a strategy to keep us both from breaking. Perhaps that wasn't exactly false, but I was beginning to suspect that Rhys really was just that shameless about it all the time. "Comfortable because it's soft?" I said drily, even as I let him tug my hand and pull me into his lap. For once, I wasn't doing it because I was pretending to be a plaything, merely sitting on him because we both wanted to be close. He wrapped both arms around me, leaning forward so his chest rested against my back. "Soft for you? Never," he whispered, breath warm on my ear.

I will tell you our story after October 7 in light of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip

I used to live a stable life in Gaza City, from home to work. Our life was full of happiness in our home in the city of Tamm. Our life turned into a nightmare in the war that changed our lives and we became without a home, living inside a tent on the street. There were no necessities of life such as water, electricity, clothing and food.

In light of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, we went through very difficult circumstances and we were displaced several times. During the displacement operations, I lost everything, I lost my home, and I lost my law office, which was my only job and source of income, which was destroyed by the Israeli bombing, which was non-stop. And my wife, who lost stability due to the cessation of her university studies while she was in the third year, and who, at the present time, had to stop studying and help me work for our life’s requirements and live a safe, happy life.

During the marriage process, my wife and I lost a stable life. We were exposed to several skin diseases due to the pollution of the place in which we live, and our psychological state became bad due to their deprivation of a happy, stable life and a life full of happiness.

I need donations for a safe exit from the Gaza Strip to safety for me and my family.

Is it the fact he disappears into thin air, returning a long time later with emptiness in his eyes? There’s something about Madeleine that Custard III wants—needs—to understand. When one of the brightest lights of hope flickers, what does it mean for everyone who looks to it? And more importantly, what can be done to help him?

Perhaps it’s time the adolescent cookie sought those answers out. Perhaps he was never meant to follow him.
