listen, aaravos is SOOO attentive. he probably has your cycle memorized better than YOU. he's always prepared for when you're on your period, and will approach you about it a few days before it starts

aaravos is amazing when your on your period as he never undermines you, and while he doesn't relate to your experience he definitely sympathizes with you and supports you any way he can

his powers come in handy a lot, and whenever your having bad cramps he can very easily heat up his hands or cool them down and become your own personal heating/cooling pad. he also gives wonderful massages and can also attempt spells/potions that may work as painkillers for you

Thinking about Soren in S 1-3. (Current character obsession, obvsly been studying the wiki too.)

Quick Rayllum headcanon for you

Every time they travel and have to sleep in an inn or anywhere that isn't either Katolis Castle or their separate home, instead of having the usual couple thing of "who always has what side of the bed," Callum always takes the side of the bed closest to the door of the inn or wherever they're staying. And that's another way he protects her, making it so if anyone dangerous or if anything bad were to happen, he'd be shielding her from it first and foremost. This also doubles as helping Rayla feel safer and more comfortable in different and unusual environments, having him always being her first defense helps calm her anxieties and makes her sleep easier

maybe it's my very aromantic ass making corvus as aro but I think he would be the type of person who would never have entered a real relationship until he found someone he truly loves and feels comfortable with, romantically or in a QP way

he probably tried at some point, but just decided to give up and let life take him. I think he would have two sides, one that wouldn't feel pressured to find someone, and another that would hit him at night, one that he wanted to feel the sensation of being loved and loving someone

he takes it as just moving on, but when he actually falls for someone (sor- ahEM) it feels like all the years he spent without feelings hit him like a train and he's like "what the fuc-"

Kazi: Technically, I don't "use" they/them pronouns because I rarely talk about myself in the third person, so it's more accurate to say, I use I/me as my pronouns and other people use they/them pronouns for me. I used to use he/him because there is linguistic precedent for "he" as a non-gendered pronoun, but then I worried that it would be confusing, so I switched to they/them, which, by the way, has been in use as a singular pronoun for over four centuries! I briefly used "ze" but then I realized that "ze" and "she" look similar for people who rely on lipreading, because the difference between Z and S is really just a difference in voiced versus unvoiced oral sibilants, and if I'm serious about working as an interpreter, I want to make sure my pronouns are clear to the people I'm working with.
