Snapping your fingers, a bar appears in your otherwise empty room. While pouring yourself a drink, you can feel Bills eye-roll from across the room.

With a tip of his hat, his more human form appears, and sits down at the bar stool next to you. “Better?”

You took another sip of your wine before getting up from the bar and walking over to your throne. The bar disappears behind you, leaving cipher ass-flat on the ground.

With that responsibility, I think a business partner would do you good. And all you’d have to do is bail me out, that’s practically no downside for you at all, buddy.”

Your patience had been wearing thin, and without further consideration you let out a larger grown from your chair, “Cipher, you’re a liability. I don’t want you. I’m honestly struggling to find enjoyment in sharing a drink with you, despite our history.”

A flick of your hand lifts him off his feet and brings him over to you, “Thought you had a no floating policy, eh?” There’s no fear in his voice, but there is in his eye. He’s losing.

“I’m gonna make this clear to you. You’re gonna take your disgusting human form, and you’re gonna march your happy ass back to theraprism, and you’re gonna stay there. Want my advice? Stop being so damn pathetic.”

A portal opens to take him back and he struggles in your invisible grasp, “No, wait! Please, I’ll do anything, just wait!”

A human form was already a disadvantage, one he’d accepted in order to strike a deal, but a disadvantage still. And he hadn’t had any contact in a long time, aside from various psychiatrists telling him what’s ’wrong with him.’

So, you being someone he has history with could have contributed to his annoyingly human problem. Maybe it was the excitement, your attention or the lack there of, but something terrible happened at that moment.

“Jesus, Bill. You really have hit rock bottom,” You murmur to yourself as you pull his floating body closer to you, your fingers dance around the bulge without touching it.

any sort of relationship with Bill is going to be incredibly,,,, chaotic, to say the least, but there's a special emphasis on that factor when it comes to a romantic relationship

he's a god of literal chaos, he's uncontrollable, and while he is more emotional than he'd care to admit, he's still more detached than your average typical human. getting into a real relationship with him is a pretty difficult feat in and of itself, especially if you're a human/not on the same level in terms of power as him.

he can be a bit bratty in the sense that he has a verrryyy high view of himself and doesn't really understand how his actions affect others because he views all attention as good attention, so instead of flirting with you he's most likely just doing everything he can to piss you off. if you aren't immediately suddenly and completely enamored witn him, he's doing everything in his power to make it so that you either love him, or fear him. if you do have a strong reaction to him upon meeting him, whether it be positive or negative, he'll definitely play into that. i think the only thing that'd truly level out the playing field in a relationship with him would be not only seeing through his manipulation, but having the ability to "fight back" as well. i'd say its pretty easy to see what makes him tick if you know him well enough, and so i think that having a relationship in which you truly try to know him would be valued by Bill more than even he realizes.

Bill would definitely try to push you away the second he realizes how valuable you're becoming. he hates weaknesses and caring about someone too deeply is most definitely weak in his eyes, so i think he'd be very adamant on lashing out and pushing you away, not only to punish himself but also to test you, in a way? a part of him definitely still wants you and i think he'd want to see if you're willing to come back for him, if that makes sense. either way, he's not exactly the healthiest or most emotionally vulnerable, but i'm going to continue on as though by some feat of grandeur you actually manage to convince him that you're not only worthy of his time, but also that you aren't going to abandon him.

once he's certain of not only his feelings but yours as well, it would be like he did a complete 180. no longer would Bill be trying to push you away, instead, i think he'd become incredibly clingy. he suddenly wants you by his side at all times, is touchy and even more annoying than usual, gets insanely jealous, etc. he's just generally a bit possessive, i think he's more than aware that most people only really stay around him because of either fear or wanting to gain something from him, so it's not like he has many wholesome and reliable relationships to base his feelings off of. this would just result in him basically obsessing over you, which can feel very flattering, but also very draining. plus, like i said before, Bill is very self centered and not very aware (nor caring) about how you'd be feeling in response to this abrupt switch, so he'd probably come off verrrrryyy overzealous and dismissive (holy self sabotage).

despite all of this, Bill would not be the one to actually confess his feelings first and i will die on this hill. sure, he's dismissive of most people's feelings, but that doesn't mean he isn't fairly perceptive of them. i think that more than anything, deep down, he's verrrryy afraid of your rejection, so he'll definitely incite you to confess and massage the situation to his advantage but won't be the one to outright tell you first. however, his interest in you would be pretty obvious and i think that alone would embolden you to at least shoot your shot.

ok ive done all this yapping time for the actual relationship part LMFAO

as crazy as he is, i do think being in a relationship with Bill could be very entertaining, because he's nothing if not fun. he's absolutely the type to pull you out of your comfort zone, and make you experience the world in ways you never have before. he can be obsessive, but that can also lead to him being incredibly affectionate, as he enjoys spoiling you. he finds deep interest in the things you enjoy, and would want to know everything (and i mean everything) about you.

being with him is incredibly exhilarating. because he's so intense, and knows you so deeply, it's very easy for him to sweep you off your feet. he loves teasing you and surprising you, and loves your various reactions even more. he pranks you often, from things as harmless as stealing your items and hiding them to putting literal eyeballs in your bed. everything is a gamble with him, but that just makes it all the more fun in his eyes. Bill is definitely the type to come up behind you and scare you just for the thrill, and loves it when you practically jump out of your skin. he prides himself in being able to make you tick in ways no one else can, but even though he can be frustrating, he can also be surprisingly lovely too.

the types of dates Bill would enjoy are ,,,, varied, to say the least. i think he'd be a huge fan of anything adventurous or chaotic, such as thrill rides or a party, but i also see him as someone who would enjoy time alone with their partner. i think he'd like to alos have dates in which you both just stay in and relax together, usually accompanied by some sort of puzzle or game you could play. while he does have a wild side when it comes to outings, i think its pretty fairly mixed with more complex and thoughtful dates as well !

i think the only real requirement to be in any sort of relationship with him is some sort of intelligence. you don't have to be a full blown genius, but anyone intellectually stimulating for him intrigues him greatly. bonus points if you have weird or intense interests that you can discuss with him. Bill would be very fun to converse with when it comes to supernatural or experimental topics, and he loves probing your mind to see how you work through things. a lot of the early "small talk" stages of the relationship involve intense puzzles or thought provoking riddles, simply because he wants to gauge not only your thinking abilities but how you think. it can be very endearing, and over time his questions and conversations become more and more personalized to you. he'd absolutely remember your interests, your preferences, what makes the cogs of your mind begin to roll.

overall, like any sort of relationship with Bill, dating him takes time, effort, and energy. however, it ultimately proves to be fruitful as he will absolutely and truly love you with everything he has, and while he may not be perfect you know more than anyone else how hard he tries

If it’s not too much trouble, could I suggest a Sebastian Solace x Reader, where they buy his document, and after seeing his human photo, they just stare at him starry eyed and blurt out the first thought that comes to their head without thinking. the document was one that taunted you.

every time you entered sebastian's shop, you always noticed a document that rested on a table beside him. you had questioned him about it before, but the only information you were given was that it was worth one thousand data.

so, with that in mind, you set out to gather as much data as possible in hopes that during a run, you'd be able to buy it.

and that run ended up coming a lot sooner than you thought it would.

you currently stood in sebastian's shop with the needed amount of research in your grasp, and you held it out for sebastian to take. it was clear sebastian was satisfied with your efforts, for he smirked as he plucked the research out of your hand before placing it aside. he then gestured to the document.

"it's all yours..."

his words were low, and you wasted no time moving over to the table before picking up the folder. the document was one that seemed fairly secretive, and you narrowed your eyes at it as you backed up to stand somewhat in front of sebastian.

if you were being honest, you believed that the document was going to be blank. sebastian was usually pretty keen on keeping documents to himself unless he was told to show them to you, and the ones you were allowed to see had a lot of black lines and redacted texts. so, you didn't really expect much out of this document.

but if that was the case, then why did you buy it?

you were still asking yourself that, for it was possible you had just wasted a whole lot of research, but the curious part of you didn't care. you now held a folder that was seemingly worth a lot to sebastian, and that made you start to think that it was possible there was something inside.

"what's this document even about?" you questioned as you held it in your hand, and you eyed the word 'classified' that was stamped on top of the folder.

"it's about me."

nevermind, this was definitely a blank document.

sebastian wasn't the type to reveal information about himself, and you had learned that when you first started exploring the blacksite. your first few runs included you attempting to make conversation with him, to which you'd be met with short replies or him merely shrugging. he was discreet when it came to giving out information about himself, and you didn't believe that he would change that just for some data.

but then again, sebastian did seem to get annoyed whenever you barely purchased anything. maybe he was willing to reveal stuff about himself just to get some research.

you shifted the document in your hand as you slotted your thumb into the folder, and you pulled it open.

surprisingly, it wasn't empty—the exact opposite, actually. it was filled with information that made you believe he had written down his entire life story.

text coated the papers, and your eyes merely flickered over the tiny words before your attention paused on the title of his document.

'the saboteur.'

why was he called that?

as your gaze moved down to examine the photos below the title, the question died in your throat.

one photo was a rather frightening view of sebastian, for he was surrounded by red lights while you could make out his glowing eyes. it was clear he was livid whenever the photo was taken, but the thing about it was that it was sebastian. it was the sebastian you were used to seeing.

but as you looked at the photo beside it, you were met with an unfamiliar sight.

you were aware that sebastian used to be human, but you never assumed you would ever see a photo of what he looked like when he was human. though, this folder changed that.

a man blankly stared into the camera, and the light of the flash reflected off of his eyes. they were blue, but hints of green could be noted if you looked closely enough. a scar was present across his nose, and his black hair slightly rested on his shoulders.

he was wearing a blue jumpsuit, but the sleeves were rolled up to his elbows while he held a sign that read his name and number.

this was sebastian as a human?

your eyes slowly trailed up to meet sebastian's gape, and he crossed his arms as you cleared your throat.

"it's hot in here—are you hot? i mean, temperature-wise. not saying that you're not hot, of course, i just—" you stammered as your gaze kept switching from sebastian to the photo in the folder, and sebastian raised an eyebrow at you.

you fell silent as you quickly shut the folder, and you slotted it underneath your arm so you wouldn't lose it. "what i meant to say was thank you for the document. it was very interesting."

"which part about it was interesting?" he hummed while a smirk sprawled on his face, and it was evident you had been caught. which, you didn't really make any attempts to hide the fact that you were ogling at his photo, but it was still embarrassing to know that he was aware of what you had been staring at.

but were you really going to let him taunt you? he did it so often, and never once did you ever tease him back.

"your photo," you bluntly stated. a little bit of shock could be noticed in sebastian's eyes, but it was hastily covered by mockery. "are you that much of a creep that you have to gawk at my photo?"

"can you blame me? you look good..." you mumbled as you took the folder out from underneath your arm, and you opened it before turning it around to show sebastian. you pointed at the human photo of him before speaking. "that man right there is boyfriend material."

you watched as sebastian's face slightly flushed, and he forced a smile. "too bad i'm not that man anymore—"

"you didn't let me finish," you announced as you closed the folder. the document was tossed into the ground before you gestured to all of sebastian with your hand. "but this man is husband material."

that seemingly broke him.

his face glowed with a deep blush, and his eyes narrowed before he raised a hand to cover his mouth. he turned his head to the side in attempts to hide his expression, but it was already too late, for you had seen his reaction. and that only made you more determined to continue teasing him.

"stop..." his words were muffled due to his hand, and you smiled at him. "you look cute when you're flustered, seb."

a low breath left his lips, yet you could hear the slight shake present in it while he pointed at the vent. "either buy something or get out."

"can i buy a kiss from you?"

his head snapped to face you while his eyes were wide, and he appeared to be staring at you as if he believed you were joking. though, you assumed he took the hint that you weren't given that you only stared at him. you were awaiting an answer, and you weren't going to leave until he gave you one.

"two thousand data." sebastian pulled himself together as he firmly informed you about the cost, and he only announced that number because there was no way you had that much research on you. his document was one thousand data alone, and since you had bought it, he believed that you were practically broke right now.

but as you tugged your backpack off your shoulders, it was obvious he thought wrong.

you opened the bag as you showed him all the data you had, and you then zipped it shut before tossing it somewhat near him. it was clear you had more than enough data.

and while a part of him wanted to try and up the price, he didn't even know if that would work. how did you even manage to find so much research?

"well? can i kiss you?" you questioned, and sebastian eyed the bag before his gaze flickered to meet yours.

he couldn't say no, could he?

"fuck..." he muttered under his breath before he moved towards you, and due to his height, he leaned down so he'd be a bit closer to you. his face was right in front of yours, and he was so focused on that fact that he barely noticed you lifting your hands up.

his skin felt like it was on fire as you cupped his cheeks, and a trembling breath echoed from him before it was silenced by your lips.

your hands rested on his shoulders while sebastian was tense against you, but he slowly relaxed as he eased into the kiss. his lips started moving with yours while his hands placed themselves on your hips.

the kiss—unfortunately—didn't last long. you ended up pulling away from sebastian a little after he reciprocated your kiss, and you were met with the sight of him staring at you with lidded eyes.

with the way he was staring at you, it was as if he was pleading for more. his body practically melted into your touch while he appeared to be waiting for your next move, but you didn't necessarily have one. you didn't expect to get this far.

"are you going to keep looking at me like that, or are you going to kiss me?" you teased, and a quiet scoff erupted from sebastian. yet, it was clear he wasn't opposed to the idea as his grasp on your hips tightened. "shut up..."

at his words, you merely gave him a taunting smile.

"make me."
