My friend is playing KOTOR for the first time and has now come to four conclusions so far...

1. Carth and Mission being a dad-daughter duo was a missed oppotunity.

2. Jolee is not very jolly and therefore his name is false advertising 🙄

3. They would like to adopt a Gizka as a playable pet and teach it to fight and eat people.

4. Malak is in no way qualified to run a sith empire. He took the Zapp Brannigan approach and failed upwards to the point of being in charge and having no clue what the eff to do now. He should at LEAST be going through basic training.. because the course "How to run an empire 101" must exist somewhere

Part 1 of the new arc!!!

lots to say about this update! leo deserves a Calvin and Hobbes moment cause I said so. He's back o being a downright menace in this update - but with new goals in mind!!

New Mission: Fix Everything.

It took forever to sketch, possibly because of introducing a new character but also a general lack of motivation to actually sketch it...

TMNT:HME and other projects have been occupying my mind lately, but now that Kid Leo au is no longer in the tournament and I'm able to work on the main comic some more, I should be able to finish this arc up pretty quickly!!

This first part is pretty long due to the way the comic is cut up - less panels and it would have been too short, so I went with an extra long update as a treat!! Updates will be a bit different for this arc, I'm going to try and post as I draw them/every few days rather than every day cause I don't want to get too burnt out on it (esp before starting the last few arcs cause they're BIG)

Thank you to everyone who voted for the Kid Leo au in the T3 polls btw!! I already made a post about it, but I was genuinely surprised we go as far as we did!!!!

GP: "Everyone behind you is slower than you."

GP: "So just take care up the hill and through T3 and T4."

GP: "Alonso has pitted for-" (Max almost bins it into the wall and amazingly saves it but is stressed now.)

Max: "We need to box."

GP: "Understood Max."

Max: "We need inters. Inters."

GP: "Understood Max. We are pitting for inters. Pitting for inters. Don't stress, Fernando has pitted for dry tires. Bring it into the pits."

GP and Max 😍🥰😭 GP's calming voice and precision and the trust and respect they have in/for each other never fails to amaze me. GP telling Max that he needs to tell him if he can still drive on slicks in these conditions and reacting as calmly as he did when Max got on the radio panicky saying "inters, we need need inters." is such a testiment to their relationship. Also listening to the other drivers and their engineers radio conversations and then comparing it to GP and Max, shows how good these two work together. They are the best driver/engineer pairing on the grid by miles. The other drivers are literally telling their engineers that they need to pit for inters and the engineers are like "really? You think so? It isnt raining in the pit. So are you really sure about this?" Dude, just trust your fucking driver. He has to drive, not you... Obviously, a lot of drivers pitted earlier than Max but they had already been telling their engineers to pit for inters a lap before... also, I got a lot more respect for Bottas. He called his engineer out for not listening to him so they gave in and listened to him. Bottas made up 4 places with that call...

No literally like their driver/engineer pairing is honestly the best on the grid. Like Gp got Max when he was 18 okay he literally has grown up with Max and he knows Max as good as Max knows himself. He knows what Max is going to say before Max can even get on the radio and say it. He knows that Max wants constant updates on lap times and tire shit and he just gives it. He has absolutely no issue in telling Max to focus on driving or telling Max to calm down on the radio when he has to. He can read Max like an open book.

And yk the best way to sum up their pairing is how Max said after race when he said “As soon as GP says it’s safe to drive, I mean, he would never put me in danger.” Like the trust Max has in Gp is so special cause he knows he doesn’t have to ask Gp to future questions he knows that what Gp is safe and true. And also if you listen back to old radios Gp is always the one hyping Max up or literally just having to say “Max” for Max to listen. Their relationship definitely is the best on the grid because of the level of trust they both have with each other.

Friend is playing KOTOR for the first time. They are up to Manaan and it is the last planet to visit in terms of Starforge maps. Here are their thoughts so far....PART V

PARTS HERE [1][2][3][4][5]

1. Fish are .... somewhat friends? The Selkath looks like catfish and as such, is not food.... or bait for bigger fish 🐟 . Also, you get to walk amongst the fishies! Sadly, no fishing.

2. You (Revan) are the most dramatic person to exist ever. At this point you are literally 'That Bitch'. You are responsible for everything going on and yet you know nothing about what is going on and do so with the grace of an idiot. No wonder Malak turned out the way he did, you were his mentor!! You know, because he is incompetent, annoying, melodramatic.

3. The Sith soldier uniform is soooo shiny ✨️ they sparkle. Also, could they potentially catch something on fire from being so shiny and reflective? Like Malak's face....or Mission's brother.... or Carth (still ignoring you for being 'evil').

4. There needs to be a Law and Order: Jedi Edition show. Half the cases would be because of you and your companions.... looking at you HK-47. And your lawyer is a either a Wookie, a Jawa or a Selkath, or Mission with a fake mustache pretending to be older.

5. Seriously though, Revan being on trial for breaking and entering into a sith base and not the whole being a 'Sith Warlord' thing is hilarious.

6. Screw the underwater segment! It was a Lovecraftian horror. (Also I played the baby shark song during segment. My friend almost threw the controller at me. Totally worth it!)

7. Bastila, I swear you probably turning evil is just hilarious 😂. It's like being threatened by a baby Gizka with resolved mommy issues...so knockoff Darth Vader 2.0?

8. But also, if Revan's memories came back early and they went back to being a sith lord, what was the actual plan?

Have a jedi padawn, (although gifted, who had to have an entire team (*and a tone of luck that Malak sucks and is a traitor) help her take down Revan in the first place and barely succeded at that) take them down again in a solo fight?

The council basically said "Ah yes, let's let our prodigal student guck around and find out with an amnesic Sith lord. Nothing could go wrong there."

People Suck Man + Delays

I was planning on filming the interview and I emailed probably about 50 people. Not a single positive response. At least this got me to buy a small light kit.

I was also planning on listening to a Jekyll & Hyde audio book while on a plane and work on that section of the doc. My volume was at 100% and it was too quiet. So that's been delayed.

Finally got to do Audio Related Things

I can't really do that stuff at school because there is constant noise. So since I've been home, I was able to do this stuff. I didn't get through it all so I'll try to do Double if I don't have noisy neighbors this year.

Poster Update

I held a poll over a month ago to decide between 4 drafts for the poster/key art/thumbnail. Option 3 won so here's the sketch of John. I haven't been actively working on this and mainly have been working on this when I want to draw. If you have any critiques, feel free to share.

Illustrations and Assets

So, Adobe fucked up Photoshop a few months ago and recently Illustrator. So I've had to downgrade to Photoshop 25.4 which was released in January so I can use it for more then 1 minute. Then Illustrator was just really fucking laggy. Other from that, I'm about half way done with vector graphics. I still have to go through a bunch of pictures and get rid of the backgrounds.

I also decided to try to make some 3D graphics so I've finally decided to learn Blender. Me and a friend are also probably going to work together to make a prop since he has a 3D printer. I also bought Paintstorm Studio which is more of a digital painting software then drawing, but I've found that it's really good for design. I just wish I bought it during 2020 when it was $10.

I've also been working on adding image credits to the research doc. There are a bunch of images that I don't know who made them. I have a list on the beginning of the doc if you want to help with that.

Since I'm expanding on the DID section, I would like to make a request.

Since I've seen some systems floating around here, can you fact check me? I really DO NOT want to get important information wrong. I don't think I've gotten much wrong if at all, but I just wanna be 100% sure.

A love letter to all my readers,

It’s been a wonderful decade of writing and posting, even though I’ve never completely finished a story haha. Fanfiction was a place to practice writing and give back to a community that I consumed so much of and really loved.

Thank you for welcoming me into the fold and enjoying my word vomit and laughing and crying with me over these silly little characters. I appreciate you all more than you know.

This is my goodbye to fanfiction and fandom, maybe forever, maybe not.

Over the next few days, I’ll post updates to all my pending works so that you can see where I’d left off and where I was going with them.

I know that Adaline was a favorite for many, but I just don’t feel the inspiration for it anymore. Haven’t for a while, honestly. Shots Fired, T3-V, and Cinema as well. They’ll be updated with what I have and my outlines.

Of Crushes and Dollies will be revised in the near future, because reading it makes me cringe.

If anyone would like to adopt them, please let me know.

I have one more story, a goodbye to fandom as a whole, that I’ve been sitting on for two years now. It’s almost finished, and I hope you love it as much as I do.

Hello loves. Just brief update - woke up this morning with my cheekbone down to my neck swollen on my right side- went to ER, it's just an infection that spread. I'm hooked up with two antibiotics, a steroid, and T3's and a doctor's note saying don't work for 3 days. Unfortunately, that's not just my in person jobs but commissions and new writing too. The queue is really shrinking so I'm going to pause it since I really am not in a physical (my glasses hurt too much against the cheekbone to wear so I can't even watch tv or write on the laptopt) or mental place to write or do much more than sit, sleep sitting, and cry 😅
