I had a whole narrative going on with my last cosplay pic, so I thought I'd get back to basics with this next one. It's me as 🐱Catwoman🐱 relaxing on the floor. I've seen a lot of poses like this in fashion magazines, but it was my cat🐈 (Spike) who really inspired me. He totally looks this way when he's lounging on my sofa after a bit of mischief 😈 (stealing food, clawing at a rug, etc). Hopefully I look like I've just got the cream or in Catwoman terms, like I've just pulled off a clever heist, and a lil flirty as well 😘, because that's what I was going for. It wasn't actually that comfortable leaning against corrugated metal, but it was worth it, because I think it's a good shot. The only thing I don't like is my new claws are hidden behind my head, but you can't have everything. Next up is another Rei Miyamoto shot (possibly my fave as her), so stay tuned. Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me 🥳🎉 That's right, I'm celebrating another year in this cradle of life we call the Earth. Actually, it's almost midnight⏰, so by the time I finish this post, it'll probably all be over, but I'm gonna talk about it anyway. I had a great day hanging with friends👭, drinking🍾, munching cake🎂, etc, but come evening, I got to thinking how time flies. In another 2 years I'm going to be 30, which is super scary. It seems like only yesterday I was a freshman in high school🎒. All in all my life now is way better than it was then, but a part of me would still like to go back. It was sooo nice not having to worry about grown up stuff. Anyway, enough about that... this is supposed to be a cosplay post, so I should say something about the pic📷. As you can see, it's me as Typhoid Mary again. This time I was imagining I was mid fight🥊, ready to land a kick on someone. I'm not tough at all IRL, but I think I'm managing to look it here. What I didn't realize was that I had a ladder in my tights. That's never a good thing, though I guess it works for the character. As I've said before, I do 💜 this costume and hope y'all do too. Keep watching this space for more 👀

Anyone who follows me on here might have seen my post about Chris Gregorich's TANK GIRL VS. A BOY AND HIS DOG drawing, which was loosely based on one of my cosplay pics. It's a fabulous piece of work🎨 (which you can find at https://www.deviantart.com/doriancray/art/Tank-Girl-vs-Boy-And-His-Dog-1118882029) and it got me to thinking I haven't posted any Tank Girl stuff for literally ages 🤔 There's no time like the present, so here's something new 📷 It's me rocking my rocket launcher like in the drawing 🪖 Sadly there was no tank on hand to pose with, but you can't have everything. I've talked about the rest of the costume before, so I'll be brief about it now. Let's just say it's not a look from the movie or a comic... it's just a mismatch of ideas which I built into a Tank Girly whole. See my older posts if you're curious how the gun or helmet was made. Hope y'all are having a great week. It's got nice and sunny here 🌞 and I'm enjoying it immensely I must say.
