Picnic with Olivia :))

I guide her out of the car and through the soft grass, holding her hand tightly. The scent of fresh grass and blooming flowers fills the air, and the sound of rustling leaves is the only accompaniment to our footsteps.

"Okay, you can take it off now," I say softly, my voice trembling with anticipation.

She pulls the blindfold away, and I hold my breath, watching her face light up with surprise and delight. Before us lies a breathtaking meadow, an expanse of green with gentle hills and a symphony of colors from the wildflowers. Right in the middle is a plaid blanket spread out with an array of her favorite foods: fresh fruits, sandwiches, pastries, and a chilled bottle of sparkling lemonade.

"Do you like it?" I ask, biting my lip nervously.

"Like it? I love it!" she exclaims, wrapping her arms around me and pulling me close. "This is perfect, Olivia."

I laugh, the sound like music in the open air. "I wanted to do something special for you. We've both been so busy, and I thought we could use a little escape."

She leans in, pressing a soft kiss to my cheek. "You always know how to make me feel so loved."

Together, we settle on the blanket, diving into the feast I’ve prepared. Between bites of juicy strawberries and sweet macarons, we talk and laugh, sharing stories and dreams under the warm sun. Y/N looks radiant, her hair catching the light, and her eyes reflecting the happiness of the moment.

As the afternoon sun begins its descent, casting a warm glow over the meadow, I feel a wave of affection wash over me. She leans in to kiss me, gently at first, then with more passion. I respond eagerly, my hands coming up to cup her face, my touch tender and filled with love.

She pulls back just enough to whisper against my lips, "I love you, Olivia. Thank you for today. It's been magical."

My eyes shine with unshed tears, and I smile, pulling her close again. "I love you too, more than words can say. And there's nothing I'd rather do than spend my time making memories like this with you."

As the day turns to dusk, we lay together on the blanket, wrapped in each other's arms, watching the sky transition into a canvas of pinks and purples. The world seems to fade away, leaving just the two of us in our perfect little paradise, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the love that binds us together.

BUCKASSNWILD THEORIES FOR A BUCKASS WILD SHOW THATBIS BANG BRAVERN

Spoilers for show till episode 8, kinda.

I am ofc ignoring the obvious theory that Bravern and Smith are the same person. Everyone is saying it, so i wanna believe the anime is gonna go stupid and buckwild to be that predictable:

1. BRAVERN IS KNUTH AND SMITHS ACCIDENTAL BABY.

People with sense will ask, how? Yet no one wants to answer how robots create humanoid batteries??? I rest my case. This is probably the craziest and most darkly funny one and im basing it on her talking about "making love" so baby made AND how there was no bodies or parts found near the crater. So maybe they combined or smth.

2. LEWIS SMITH IS BRAVERNS DAD!

He loves tokusatsu so maybe he got teleported into weird space time and learned how to make giant robots. He imbues Bravern with his Isami love, and somehow finds a way to teleport him back to that time.

3. LEWIS SMITH IS BRAVERNS FATHER FIGURE!

Technically this is 2.5, but i wanted a 3 and couldn't think of one involving Lulu unless she was Braverns Dad actually, going back to theory 2. Anyway, Smith is teleported to random space somehow alive and finds a younger Bravern. He teaches him the ways of tokusatsu and Isami love to travel back in time somehow causing the time loop.

Ok done theorizing. And if Isami and Lewis don't make out by the finale at least once, i will actually have a mental breakdown.

have a random need and urge to expand on the difference (in loving terms) between being hugged and being held.

like, to be hugged is a mutual sort of 'I love you', a small or big gesture that implicates a need to be close or have some form of physical contact. it can have different levels of love, whether it's a thing you do with your friends or something that you do with a person you love deeply and romantically, it can mean a lot of things.

for some people, it's a simple gesture that can happen in everyday life, and you don't even think about it.

for others, it's a huge thing, something that you only do with people you really mean it with. it's something that eases you and makes you feel good, like kisses (which I might have to get into another time lol)

but being held is a very different thing, and I've been thinking about it quite a lot recently.

to be held can be a one sided thing, unlike hugs, which are normally two sided, and it's can come off as more than a need for physical contact, it's a need to be loved.

being held is, in my view, also a lot more romantic, or at the very least something you only do with someone you trust a hell of a lot. it's more of a 'letting someone else take care of you' sort of thing, where you've gone back to basic needs and you just need to know you're loved. to hold someone is to protect them or comfort them, less of a simple loving gesture, more of a I've got you.

don't get me wrong, it is one hundred percent something you'd do with someone you love, but if you hold someone it can be a way of showing you love them, less of just showing each other love. like, something that you use to comfort someone and reasurre them that they are loved, something that you might know about yourself, but maybe they're not so sure, which is a whole other page of shit to explain, but yeah.

just, interesting, I think. small gestures that can mean so much to some people, and nothing to others.
