𓇼 first, try at taking a deep breath - like, a Reeeeal big one. inhale for 5 seconds - hold for 7 seconds - and exhale for 5 seconds. try to pay close attention to how it feels as the air fills your lungs and your torso stretches.

take as many deep breathes as you like.

(if youre thinking "taking deep breathes has never helped me before, this is stupid, i dont wanna do that" - thats okay, i get where youre coming from, but i really encourage you to try.)

take time to mull over a statement if you find yourself stuck on it, or having trouble repeating it to yourself. let the words sit in your mind for as long as you like, then move on to the next one

three times kara told nia “you have me”. each time, a different part of kara’s identity.

first time, it was kara zor-el, because she wanted to assure nia that she’s not alone. that someone understood her. kara allowed nia to see her true, full self. she trusted her friend and wanted to make her feel less alone.

second time, it was her friend kara danvers who assured her she’d always be there for her when she needed someone to lean on. nia was grieving and having that support from a friend was really important.

third time, it was her crime-fighting partner supergirl. for the first time in her superhero career, dreamer was faced with a problem she couldn’t tackle on her own. it was important for her to know that she didn’t have to, that she’ll always have someone to stand with her against injustice.

i’m so grateful for their friendship on the show and it’s a shame they didn’t develop them even further. they truly brought out the best in each other.

He has actively committed to and made a career out of contributing to the growth of pseudo-science and anti-intellectualism and has actively promoted Nazi conspiracy theories. His most well known associates are climate change deniers, historical/archaeological disinformationists, and have links to various white supremacy and anti-semitic groups.

FYI: he's not and never was an archaeologist. He has a fucking sociology degree and is a writer with an agenda.
