The set up for my Sabbats is always so much longer than the ritual itself lol

Still, I see it as a part of it, so it’s fine.

It also didn’t feel like a “do magic/divination” kinda night either which is why it felt so short.

Either way I’m glad I did it, though I did get a little push of encouragement (wasn’t feeling in the spirit and time blindness was a factor). So thank you @n0tthec0ffeemachine for that! I do feel better and a bit more connected with myself.

It’s surprising was grounding and light meditation can do lol.

Now Danny would openly admit, if only to himself, that he had a type when it came to relationships. If they were strong, if they were a threat to him, then chances were he would develop some sort of crush. It was how he had dated Sam and Valerie (And Johnny & Kitty) when he was a bit younger, and hell, Sam had technically succeeded in killing him, even if partly. 

Attraction towards smart people who could kill him was honestly par for the course for a Fenton or Nightingale anyway. 

And he’d also admit he enjoyed a bit of time travel, learning about times and culture long before his time, to the point that he could blend in in ancient times just as easily as the time he had been born in. That it was natural to mutter in a language lost to time. 

So color him surprise when another man perks up in the bar he had paused to get a drink in, vibrant green eyes gleaming in interest and responds in turn. And not just in the language, but able to keep up when he talks about things that once existed but haven’t been rediscovered yet. 

And one thing led to the other, and there might have been some assassins and some shenanigans that end with them both laughing together in an inn and then more and- Okay he has a type alright, and he’s ticking each box! How is that fair?

After watching some monkey documentaries and primatology reports; I have discovered that a common theme among orphaned and/or socially isolated macaques is oral fixation - as they lack a mother, they subconciously seek out oral stimulation via thumb-sucking or chewing on twigs to simulate nursing. These repetitive behaviors follow them into adulthood, even when they've grown into healthy wild monkeys. Some even continue the behavior when they have their own infants, mimicking their baby's behavior via twig-chewing.

Existential crises, whether it’s a relationship you thought would be forever, a career you thought was it, an environment you thought you’d live in forever, a diet you’ve had for years, former self-concepts that lose their significance, long term friendships ending, betrayal, accepting near death experiences & meditative/psychedelic induced ego deaths etc etc.

Some of these may be small or major events but you’ll have to get used to letting parts of yourself die, so that you can make space for something new to be reborn.

This ego death you’ve accepted and initiated will allow a brand new elevated chapter of your life to occur.

It’s painful, difficult, even devastating when going through these changes but just know there is light at the end of the tunnel.

And at the end is a beautiful transformation.

A complete Glow Up. A renewal of your Spirit.

Peace, Clarity & Expanded Awareness.

So simply put.

Embrace the metaphysical death of aspects of your Ego in order to be reborn into a more powerful integrated version of yourself.

Accepting this inevitable process of Death & Rebirth is where your boundless power lies. 🖤🖤

A bit unrelated - but Kubo's sheer and utter stupidity knows no bounds as he has the Sōkyoku Hill rebuilt in Chapter 685 - the breaking of , which was symbolic of Ichigo defying the law , changing the Soul Society ; leaving his impact I just realized that the Sōkyoku Hill was rebuilt even larger than before Like , imagine the Soul Society's taxes - if they have any that is ; money , resources , time and effort , etc. , all being wasted and spent on something like that And I mean , who the fuck would they even be looking to execute on such a grand stage ?

Só, i watched The Monkey King: Reborn recently, and i lived the movie! Wukong's design is very cool and i wanted to draw him

Most of the movie he looks very serious and grumpy, but there are little bits where he just seems so curious about his surroundings, and idk the way his expression softens sparked my creativity

I only made one drawing because for some reason my hand decided to be a bitch and not draw the way i want, so i'll try again tomorrow. But i will l be making more drawings of the monkey!

hello bello !! i was just wondering, since i've seen you mention them a few times, what does "kvei" mean?

Kvei is shorthand for Kveikur, who is a character of mine from my own personal stories! They're the base for the Y/N for Days Gone By and Cold Front. She's a bit different vs that actual Y/N so it's not impossible to project yourself onto, but admittedly the further I get into the story, the more I wonder how much I can get away with Y/N being so vague lmfao. We shall see, I guess!!

Wish I had more to show at this moment because I do REALLY, REALLY love Kvei as a character because of DGB, but I actually only started to develop her because of DGB so she...has no art or reference atm. I know exactly what she looks like though so it'll be fixed soon for art reasons.
