The fact that there was only one eye of ender missing on the End Portal when Gem went to open it.

The fact that, on her new skin, it looks like there's still an eye of ender hanging at her hip.

The fact that Gem's left eye and arm look like they've been warped by the void.

The face that someone asked what happened to her eye, and Gem said something to the effect of "I lost it. I lost it to the portal."

The fact that the portal only needed one eye to open and the ender eye is still hanging unused from Gem's hip.
