Proper LOA trial

I was talking to my sister whom believes in law of assumption, she said that I am not allowed to discredit a whole community based off of something that I have not tried myself,

after this statement, I started thinking maybe it’s best for me to try out law of assumption/ void state for myself and come to a concrete conclusion whether it is REAL or FAKE.

For this experiment, I promise to be living in the end of having all of my desires ( wish fulfilled) ,for exactly one month,

in order to make this experiment as viable as possible,I will be making updates in case I accidentally fall out of the wish fulfilled

I also promise to not feel like I am in a state of waiting, not to constantly check the 3-D, and to actively choose what I want to see in my reality.

Keeping all of this in mind I will make my final conclusional update on AUGUST SIXTH. When my experiment has gone on for exactly a month.

Lastly, I will note that I am going to try to manifest mostly physical changes, just so if/when I get my desires, I will be able to post my results and there will be no question about the legitimacy.

oh, also, one more favourite thing!! this isn't a specific aspect of warhammer 40k, but rather an experience i had regarding it

so while i was reading up on the iron warriors, this started playing

so i looped it. and this was in the background while i read about perturabo

fav and least fav parts of 40k for you so far?

hm... i've simply been inundated with So Much information that it's hard to pick, but here's a whistle-stop of things i think are my favourite

the primarchs are very fun and i'm half pretending they are one happy family who went to therapy. so far i like fulgrim, sanguinius and magnus the most

night lords are cool because of how legitimately comically insane they are. it's like if someone looked at a list of felonies and said "hmm... all of them." and then they looked at the entry for 'knife crime' and said "okay, but what if i used a chainsaw instead."

slaanesh is my favourite chaos god for Reasons(tm) but realistically, i would not pick them to follow. the fun would only last for 10 seconds before i am summarily sent to superhell

TYRANIDS !!! bugs bugs bugs bugs... among all the Ridiculous Evils of the galaxy they are just so simple and lowkey innocent. they're just hungry. your honour, my clients are just hungry

and my LEAST favourite... also hard to say, i think it's just more of things that i don't know enough about yet or things that haven't caught my interest, but while the orks are quite funny they're not very engaging to me

OH and if it even counts. some people in comment sections on the youtube lore videos who are Very Hardline Serious about the lore and Kind of Mean about the canon... because to me warhammer is so comically dark that i truly think it's not something that one can take seriously for more than approx fifteen minutes at a time

Alright, time for some obscure Persona 3 history. I was browsing the old Japanese Persona 3 website, when I stumbled across something interesting. This is what it looks like normally (Vanilla P3 specifically)

But on certain captures of this website on the Wayback Machine, it was set to midnight (JST). The website was coded to have a special easter egg that goes off around that time, as the Dark Hour clock appears...

And then the site is now in the Dark Hour.

Click on the Akihiko, Mitsuru, Fuuka, and Junpei, and cause them to disappear, and Yukari will start to glow.

And you will have unlocked a secret section of the Japanese website! This mostly contained diary entries on various perspectives regarding the Dark Hour (on one section, there even was text regarding Strega's revenge request site), but there also were some secret downloads, namely a supposedly early version of a Persona 3 commercial (which Google translate says it was rejected by a TV station for containing subliminal content?), MP3 downloads, a video showcasing the P3 girls in maid costumes in Tartarus, and a message from Elizabeth to the player (which acted as a tease towards the new Elizabeth requests being added in FES). I have the latest capture of the secret section of the website, as well as a capture of the website during the Dark Hour so you can try this for yourself! (You'll need Ruffle for this)

Speaking of the Persona 3 website, let's go over some of the evolution of the P3 website! Here's the original version of the website when Persona 3 was first announced.

It was updated from P3's initial announcement in March towards May when the newer website was launched, last major update was Fuuka Yamagishi's character profile. Here's a Wayback Machine link for you to try it out yourself.

Here is the website around the time they were teasing FES. Makoto is replaced with Aigis, and there was a section containing audio messages from the developers that would help tease FES. (So far, they are lost media? Hopefully some fan manages to recover them)

And here is the FES version of the website, with both the normal and Dark Hour variations. (Metis replaces Yukari on the Dark Hour variation of the website, though I cannot access the secret section, probably because the silly toaster is blocking the way)

And just for funzies, I thought I'd include this link regarding P3 ads in this blogpost on the old AtlusNet. Hopefully somebody will get high quality scans of the magazine ads and promos used to promote P3 in both Japanese and English.

Now to wonder, what other crazy P3 promotional stunts did Atlus do? I know there was a countdown on the Atlus USA website that counted down the days until the release information on FES would be provided to the world, and I'm well aware of various Japanese gaming magazines that had various info on P3 (that so far only exist as JPEGS on the old Digital Devil Database and other websites), but man, I wanna know more. The fans should be archiving a lot of this stuff. Reload has re-triggered my Persona 3 phase, and I want to know more secrets about the game. I honestly think there's a lot of cool things waiting for us down the line...

It had admittedly sounded like an instruction.

“Sorry, I mean ya do a lot with your time. I see you outside gettin’ your hands dirty or weavin’ on the bench and the like.” Hands-on and filthy things; things that do not require a well-educated mind, things that need not be spent on by a Lady’s time - especially when she has so many willing women under her employ. She hasn’t seen the Lady tooling leather, but she can be sure of her hands. Especially now. Imogen still feels the cool absence of her press at the base of her spine, thinks how the décor of the room would be perfect if only the armchair had a hand-knitted blanket draped over its tall back to warm her own.

“And what else would you have me do? Read books and write letters? I would be transcribing stories already written, and I am not as efficient as a printing press.”

“No, not at all. It’s jus’ peculiar- that’s all. I’m used’ta hearin’ about how fine folk spend their time at parties and makin’ appearances  and keepin’ their hands clean-” a drip of soup escapes from Imogen's mouth between all of her babbling, evidencing her own class, as she wipes it away with the back of her gloved hand before it can make its way to stain the frilled collar of the Lord’s shirt-

The Lady watches her movements.

“You’re rather peculiar yourself.”

The Lady’s eyes hold hers challengingly; the air left expecting and pregnant, a smirk tugging at the wide corners of her mouth. Imogen clears her throat, her last spoon of soup now wishing to detour into her lungs when her motor functions are thrown into question.

She feels a cold sweat at her brow, at that place where the Lady’s hand had held occupancy at the base of her spine, the salt-water that will evaporate into damning steam from the fire.

“Your dress. Your occupation.” The Lady continues after she is satisfied with the still-born she birthed to the air. “You must hear as much of the same - yet tell me - does it feel peculiar to you to do so?”

It’s arguably evasive, but a conversation none the less.

“No, m’lady. It feels right.”

“Well then, we must trust our desires on these things, must we not? After all, I don’t see them causing any harm.”

Imogen shifts in her seat - squirms - if she’s honest, her fingertips digging into the upholstery of the arms of the chair.

The draw Imogen feels to delving into the Lady’s mind is physical - not only in the obvious hunger for answers to the subliminalities she speaks and the aura of questionable calm that surrounds her presence like a fog of lullabies and lavender-

With each time they share space it becomes more and more a battle breaking from internal, as though Imogen’s brain is swelling within the confines of its skull

It may be illegal in their area, they may be too expensive, may be an animal that doesn't exist irl or no longer exists irl, having allergies to a certain animal (From mild to life threatening), may be unethical (either in obtaining said animal or owning one safely), wanting a specific individual animal that someone or some group already owns but don't want to give up, or may be entirely impractical (Such as owning a dog that weighs 130 pounds when you live in a studio apartment and you have no time to take out for walks), with there being many more reasons why one may use this term.
