This is my very 1st submission to the Miitomo anniversary contest. I lost a copy of the picture and got it back from a dead hard drive! So cool I haven’t seen this in a long time. As you can see it is similar to my other design being it a red theme. But they are westcoast b-boys and girls but they can also come off as 80’s street gang members. Anyway pretty cool I like it.

idk if i ever got around to just commenting how strange it was that juto and rei swapped palettes in their bp outfits but it’s strange that they did lol and now we got juto straight up wearing his blazer the way rei wears his fur coat in the mtc album art

and now i’m really wondering if there was more to those duos in the block party lol

Attached is just the still image version (not gif) and then some behind-the-scenes initial sketch without puzzle pattern. Also the car had a nose for some reason…glad that I went back to the actual reference material to change it because the Puzzlemobile ain’t got one <<

never watched peaky blinders myself but I've seen my fair share of pictures and videos online so I know quite a bit. all this to say:

there's a guy I sometimes see in the city who is Peaky Blinders personified. the hat/cap, the haircut, the suit, the coat, pocket watch, shoes, even The Walk and the expression of that Thomas Shelby character.

he's so fascinating to watch doing his aggressive fast-paced walk around the city center, sometimes he also sits on a bench in a very serious and contemplative way. I want to study him in a lab (positive)......... 🔬🧪⚗️🥼🥽
