Love how a lot of people in Epic are hypocrites (lightly speaking). Odysseus is trying to keep his crew alive all of act one, is convincing that he cares abot tge crew above almost everything else, then the first thing he does in act two is sacrifice his men to get home. "I'll trade the world to see my son and wife". Eurylochus tries to leave his men to Circe, but condemnes Ody for his sacrifice. Athena says that she's not looking for a friend, but she calls Telemachus her friend. Even Poseidon doesn't follow his philosophy completely, which allows Ody to leave with his life. And so on, and so on
