To this day I think my brighter idea is a Wednesday show rewrite where weds is just extremely popular.

It would make her and bianca's rivalry more believable. Bianca is SPOOKY and FREAKY in this au. They both collect teeth of their prey but Weds is crazier because she also keeps the tendons and eats them as if dried bacon.
It would also add a whole new layer to the question of Xavier being into her for her or her social status.

I'm torn between enid being the very archetype of a preppy closeted lesbian who is overcompensating. She isn't truly popular. - ALWAYS TRACK. EVERYTHING. Even if it’s just a bite of candy, those calories COUNT
- Self care! You’re not fueling but it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be taking vitamins, doing skin care, drinking tons of water, and exercising
- EXERCISE!! (when you’re thinking about food, when you’ve eaten food, when you haven’t eaten food. LITERALLY WHENEVER. Aim for about 1.5-2 hours a day! Cardio, strength, endurance, it’s all important)
- don’t go too low in calories. I’m a distance runner… i do happen to be insanely active so i’ve got to keep in mind a high protein/low cal diet, but not TOO low
- 800-1200 calories a day, aim for 60ish grams of protein!
- the scales (both food and body) are your friends 🩷
- don’t tell anyone. it’s how i’ve happened to lose this and gain weight EVERY. TIME. i can go down and i can STAY DOWN.
-don’t ever buy sweets. like SERIOUSLY and if you tell enough people you don’t like them you’ll trick yourself into not liking them also 🥳🥳
PSA: i am pro recovery for OTHER people. it’s just not for me and i think that’s okay, cause i’ve tried it. i’ve done programs, inpatient, therapy, the whole nine yards. it just isn’t for me, im happiest when im starving

tips / methods that i actively use to help me yknow..!
-drinking 3x my normal water intake when r3stricting (throughout the day, not super quickly)
-v@ping/smoking, i don’t recommend if you haven’t already started, theres a long list of negative side effects.
- DONT chew gum, it makes me more hungry and my stomach growls a lot more
-Celsius / energy drinks or caffeine in general is super helpful!
-i recently have started taking an @dhd m3dication (di@gnosed and pr3scribed), @dderall and it also is helpful not only for focusing (if you have @dhd) but superrr suppressed appetite! i don’t recommend trying to obtain this m3dication if you are not pr3scribed it cause that is..illegal. and hoped effects of this m3dication can backfire and cause weight gain in some people, but everyone is different, but you do you girl!
so wrapping that up, throughout the day i drink 3x my normal water intake (i put electrolyte stuff in my water just so i don’t get dizzy, like a lot of it) take vitamins / iron pi1ls, i also unfortunately @buse l@x@tives, then go throughout the day chewing gum, @derall in the morning ofc (20mg), and then whenever it wears off (im on the xr version so it lasts around like 8-12hrs) i go for a run and take my silly little white gummy ice with me 🥰

i dont eat breakfast, lunch, and only eat dinner if i HAVE TO. if i don’t eat dinner, depends on how many calories ive been having for the past few days but i might have a low c@l snack to try and help myself sleep (or just melatonin) + black coiffe and diet sodas for life (duh)

I've been living with a demon called mia inside of me for about 13 years, but I've struggled with disordered eating for a lot longer. Hi loves🌸, I want to start a blog, here's my stats(in kg):
Height: 175cm (still growing)
Hw: 74
Lw: 62.7
Sw: 71.5
Cw: 69
Bmi: 22,5 💀💀
Gw1: 65
GW2: 60
Gw3: 55
Ugw: 50
I'm planning to lose the weight in a pretty healthy way, so my daily calorie intake will be higher and my progress slower than you would imagine, because I wanna become healthy and function properly at least physically.
My goal is to lose at least 9 kg of fat in 3 months, so at least 3 kg a month from now to the 10th of September 2024.
I will start going to the gym by the end of June or the beginning of July so I hope it will help me a lot.
Also I've been struggling with BED(binge eating disorder) since August 2023, and i wanna heal fully from that.
