hey how did you get to your cw? what helped?
tbh it took me quite some time😅 And even though everyone says this probably consistency. But at the same time i would try to not beat myself up if i can’t manage to stay under my cal goal etc.
It also helped that i started going on walks regularly (right now i’m in a clinic so that isn’t possible anymore unfortunately:/) and doing some 10-15min long exercises (HIIT or just bodyweight strengthtraining). Though i must add that i don’t restrict that much, especially considering i’m about 153cm/5 feet😅
so yeah was a lot of rambling but yeah thanks for asking:)<33

not every clinic is the same
this one for instance is a lot better than the first one i went to.
Though there is also the possibility that i perceive it as better bc i feel more ready for the experience.
