for my steps i go based off what my watch says because i feel like it's as close to accurate as it can get, the app for it has my weight, height, age, sex, and the watch itself tracks my heartrate and adjusts how much i've burned depending on it
for workouts i guess there's no way to know for sure but i use an app that has my height, weight, and sex so i just go based on what it says since it can't be too far off
when i use my stair-stepper i only count 3/4 of what it says, sometimes 2/3 or 1/2 if my paranoia gets the best of me and i think it's way too high to be true
if i'm doing anything else and it's not on any app then i use 3-5 websites minimum, find the average, and then count it as that :)
This might sound stupid but how do you all count how many calories you’ve burned? I mean, how can you be sure?

i have a new challenge for myself because they keep me from eating; i have to get to 20k steps or as close as possible by midnight!! (i have 18.8k steps and 18 minutes)
edit: forgot to mention but i have to be on stealth mode, im at my sister and her bfs apartment and their roommate stays up extremely late all the time and is always in and out of the kitchen (where i'm jogging since it's right next to the living room where i sleep)

i think for breakfast for today i'm gonna have maple flavored coffee, french toast strips, chocolate pancakes, and a scrambled egg, i'll also use butter for the pan but i'll make sure to weigh it and not use more than 20c of it :3
i need to use two eggs to make everything, one egg white for the pancakes, one for the french toast strips, and im gonna use the yolks to make scrambled eggs, maybe i'll make something with the bread crusts again too because that was pretty good last time and less waste, idk i think as long as this meal stays under 233c (~1/3 of my limit) then i'll eat whatever i want :3
