behold!! my Star Wars D&D character, Au Vinh Yen!! she's a Jedi padawan during the Clone Wars and she's in the party (called Irregular Unit 94) bc uh. she pissed off the admiral of her last battalion and her Master decided to separate her from this situation before she could cause more problems. the campaign is being run by my friend @plexible, and we are conspiring to make Jen so incredibly sad >:D

Homebrew Reference Book: Clone Wars Saga Edition Fan Sourcebook - Jedi Masters (Part 2)

Affiliations: The Jedi, The Galactic Republic, The New Plympto Resistance

In the last days of the Clone Wars, Jedi Master Dass Jennir and his clone army are stationed on New Plympto fighting Nosaurian insurgents. When his clones turn against him after Order 66, Jennir flees into the dense forest where he befriends Bomo Greenbark who convinces the Jedi to help fight the occupation of New Plympto. But the military might of the Empire proves too great, even with a Jedi commanding the Nosaurian guerrillas, and although Jennir and Greenbark survived, the entirety of the resistance is slaughtered, and the women and children are sold into slavery by the Emperor.

Dass Jennir agrees to help Bomo Greenbark rescue his family from the vile slavers, enlisting the crew of The Uhumele and runs the planetary blockade. The group makes their way to Orvax IV only to discover Greenbark's wife had been murdered while protecting their daughter, who had been sold to a private buyer. Jennir makes the morally gray decision to execute the slaver in order to preserve his mission to save Bomo's daughter. The former Jedi begins to slip down the dark path when he murders the wealthy shut-in who had purchased Bomo's daughter only to murder and cannibalize her remains.

Once Jennir realized how close he was to The Dark Side, the fugitive Jedi abandons his friends and sets out to atone for his wrongdoings. During his travels, Dass is hired by Ember Chankeli to eliminate the slavers and spice gangs controlling Telerath. While carrying out his mission, Dass once again finds his center, and despite being double-crossed by his employer, successfully champions the citizens of her homeworld.

I remember finding out that Lepi were a playable species in WotC's Star Wars d20 rpg in the aughts, and immediately creating a character for the campaign we were starting.

Can't remember his name now, but he ended up being a two-blaster wielding gunslinger who could quickdraw and snap off four shots in the time it took other characters to just draw one blaster.

That rpg campaign came to an end when Star Wars Saga Edition came out, with the GM giving the excuse that it would be impossible* to convert our characters to the new rules.

*not true, but that's another story

One of my dream games is to run a STAR WARS one-shot(?)/campaign finisher where there's multiple arenas of action that somehow overlap with each other, like the end of TPM or RotJ - y'know? That's a dream of mine. I'm maybe pushing to do that for my birthday this year? I've got things I'm considering (starting off the KAP6 Starter Set is also up there this year) and hoping for, but, well, we'll see. If anybody out there is reading this what era of STAR WARS would you wanna set such an event in? Break it down/build it up with me, y'know?

Love, love, love all the Barbie and Ken, Bly and Aayla, Hera and Kanan, Obi-Wan and Cody, Anakin and Padmé, Percy and Annabeth (and Rick and Becky!), Tech and Phee, Kaz and Inej, Nina and Matthias, and other various fictional couple edits I keep seeing to Would You Fall in Love With Me Again. Love them.

However, may I pose the question of where might all the found family edits be? Because I fear it might make me bawl my eyes out if there were an edit that went through the Crows, Percy and Annabeth and Grover, Jason and Piper and Leo, the Seven, the Bad Batch, Anakin and Ahsoka and Rex, Luke and Leia and Han, Din and Grogu, Aayla and Quinlan, the Ghost crew, Domino Squad, Floor 19 gang, the Gaang, Star Labs team, Waxer and Boil and Numa, Meg and Apollo, Skeleton Crew kids, etc.

Yeah. I think it would be over for me if I saw that. Found family will probably never not get me emotional.
