I love how consistent Soren is with using others to mask his feelings. And it’s something we’ve theorized for a while, but S7 went right out there and said “If you didn’t catch this, here ya go. We’re making it super obvious now.”

Examples:

“Yeah, when Ezran told me how much he liked you. And trusted you. And wanted you to stick around, even though you’re more at home in the forest—and the trees, and whatever. Especially after everything that’s happened, I think—I think that matters a lot to Ezran.”

“It matters a lot… to Ezran.”

“To the King, yeah.”

obsessed with soren's nickname section on his wiki. It really just encompasses his whole characater cause you have things on there like "smort longpocket" and "Court jester" and then "The failed son" Like, hot damn, there is so much facet to this character.
