I think Foolish would enable their relationship being TERRIBLE. Like, he WOULD encourage Bad to actually marry Forever and say that maybe it'll fix him. Maybe if Bad marries Forever, Forever will snap out of it! And Foolish thinks he's doing well, giving Bad hope and making him less depressed. Bad DOES have hope, he thinks that maybe Foolish is right so he accepts Forever's proposal. But Foolish was never right. Forever is just as bad, if not worse. He never acknowledges anything wrong obviously, he randomly snaps at Bad and starts calling him a terrible husband for constantly playing that ticking noise near him and Bad just keeps holding onto Foolish's words. Everything will fix itself. All Bad needs to do is stay and love Forever. Foolish, of course, never expected Bad to actually do it and now he's watching everything and he doesn't know what to do. He doesn't know what to say and he doesn't know how to fix it.

one of the things i love a lot about the tenrose dynamic is that it's clear that man has his brain OFF. nine was very clearly trying to show rose the ropes and ensure she stayed out of trouble, but the way ten treats rose is so different! more than once this season ROSE has been the one to notice, uncover, and alert the doctor to the monster of the week, while the doctor is just kinda wandering around going :D at local townsfolk and possibly also trash cans. bad wolf and all it entailed so clearly established that rose will do absolutely anything to find her way back to the doctor, and that she will come up with solutions that floor even him, and that means that she's someone he can just trust to take care of things and take care of him. because that is what she does.

yeah, i agree. i honestly think before tommy was introduced again in 7x03 and the kiss in 7x04 that in my brain, bvddie was the most logical endgame for buck until it wasn’t.

i came into the show shipping bvddie much like a lot of new fans to the show but instead of hopping onto the tommy anti express hate train i found myself falling in love with buck and tommy together. at first i was still on board with bvddie still being endgame but as each episode aired after 7x04 i became faced with the reality of the situation (at least the way i see it) that bvddie might always be fanon and that’s ok because fandom keeps ships alive whether they’re canon or not. some of the biggest ships EVER are non-canon (i mean, cmon spirk? one of the OG MM ships?) so it didn’t really deter me from enjoying bvddie to this day. what HAS deterred me from interacting with bvddie content is toxic bvddies. i don’t like using the lil nicknames, idc if other ppl do, whatever, but i prefer just referring to certain kinds as just toxic plain and simple.

toxic shippers have made it difficult for anyone who multiships to interact with bvddie content. while there are incredibly nice & welcoming bvddie endgamers out there, it doesn’t overshadow the hateful ones in my online experience at least. i’ve blocked so many ppl over this ship discourse, which ive never had to do with any other fandom before the extent i have with 911. everyday i still find new ppl to block, you go under almost any comment section on the 911 insta and its filled with nasty comments abt tommy and only caring abt whether bvddie will be canon in s8. people projecting their hatred of tommy/lou onto the cast/crew of the show when it’s be said and proven time and time again that it’s quite the opposite. now im certain there’s bad apples in the bucktommy side as well, but from what ive seen online so far it is not nearly to the caliber of the bvddie side. ive blocked maybe a handful of bucktommy’s for being hateful towards eddie or being toxic overall, but ive probably blocked over 100+ toxic bvddies. i can only imagine it’d be worse if i was active on 911 twt which i’m not (thank god) but i have ventured into the tags before on there and let me tell you, it’s fucking horrifying how gross ppl are over there. twt is a cesspool for fandom anyways tho, the fucking asshole of fandom, it’s a septic tank really.

now im my own opinion which could be completely untrue of course, but just basing my thoughts on what i’ve seen online and interviews and such, tim seems to be really happy about bucktommy and idk how ppl believe otherwise. tim has expressed he loves LFJ and wanted him back on the show. tim showed up on set for the kiss scene. tim posting an entire youtube vibe abt bucktommy being soulmates that touches on the invisible string theory and explains how they accidentally found buck’s perfect match. tim sharing the deleted tommy scene is also huge but im waiting to see if he releases more (because i remember seen somewhere that he said there’d be more?) and if he does then great but it’s also still pretty telling to me after the whole karaoke fiasco.

oliver has said nothing but praises towards buck’s queer storyline. he quite literally said if you dont like it then watch something else. despite ppl saying he’s never interacted with bucktommy content online, that’s a lie because he has liked fanart of them.

aisha, kenneth & tracie have all expressed how they like tommy/lou and love working with him.

jlh said she loved bvddie before but is excited to see where buck and tommy go and then on an insta live said she doesn’t think bvddie is happening and was bombarded by toxic fans to the point of ending the live early.

ppl think it’s all some ruse to make it seem like bvddie is never happening so when it does happen it’s a “surprise” ……..

the nasty hate comments are doing nothing but exposing these types of ppl for who they are and that honestly to them, 911 is just the bvddie show to them. the people who run these social media accs for 911 are looking at these comments and cringing, they aren’t running to tim and abc being like “we must give these crazies what they want!” they’re mostly likely being ignored or honestly, as you said, being looked at and just reinforcing their decision to most likely make tommy buck’s endgame so as long as his schedule is open for filming.

what gets me the most about the hate these types of shippers spew online is how they aren’t embarrassed because they are so sooo convinced they will be right one day and therefore their insane, nasty behavior online will be justified. oliver stark literally left twt because of fans like this, people act like he was joking around, that he was shooting the shit probably because “he’s british and british people just have that kind of humor” which yes to a certain extent but let me just add these posts to set an example to why if oliver were still on twt he absolutely would not be happy with the way toxic bvddies are acting right now.

oliver (and ryan&other cast too) being positive abt bvddie never meant it was going to be canon of become canon one day. they do not decide these things, whether they believe it should or not. a lot of bvddie shippers come from previous fandoms where queerbaiting was there, where they were made fun of by actors of their ships, by the creators of the show! so i understand the frustration but oliver is not queerbaiting and buck is not a queerbait character when he quite literally is now confirmed bisexual and in a relationship with a man.

he’s just not the “correct” queer to these people. despite headcanons (hell even i hc eddie as queer!!) eddie so far, in canon, is not queer. by the end s7 he is still shown to not be over shannon and ruins his relationship with his son over this. ryan has stated in interviews he sees eddie as heterosexual, possibly pushing this because of the influx of ship discourse, and he’s glad to see a vulnerable and deep friendship that buck and eddie can have as a straight man and a queer man and how important he thinks it is.

every single thing that points to bvddie never going canon is like they’re being shot point blank in the chest. i get it, your ship not becoming canon sucks, but again, that is what fandom is for! shipping has never been about how canon smth is, there is 20k fics out there for bvddie and they aren’t canon. they can turn that into 40k, 100k, 1M if they really wanted to! instead they use their time and energy posting death threats, wishing death upon a gay character, bullying ppl online for enjoying a ship.

meanwhile from what ive seen bucktommys are rolling with goofy ass spy tommy theories created by antis and making jokes for our own fun.

so yes, i agree overall. they truly don’t deserve what they think they do. we didn’t whine and scream for a deleted scene. they did. we got ours without even expecting it and are having fun.

maybe if they behaved better i wouldn’t be so petty abt it. it’s a shame because of how much potential it has, unfortunately it is just not going that way atm. and even if it does one day, it is not because they paraded online with hate, it is because that’s the story tim and the others wanted to write and abc approved it.

Hello friend! Thanks for the ask! I love talking about Akutagawa, he is my heart and soul, so this will be fun! I will take the chance to also thank you about your interaction with my posts, it makes my day ^^

Now, let's get into it!

Shin Soukoku (Akutagawa/Atsushi) - This is everything to me. Absolutely everything. They're in love. They're soulmates. They were created by the same ring of laughter. An angel lost its wings and they both fell in Yokohama, waiting to be reunited. Sskk is the definition of "whatever souls are made of, his and mine were the same." I cannot accurately describe how happy they make me. I can't even give a coherent and objective reasoning as to why they're the best ship ever, they just are. "Just the two of us? / Do we need any more?" WHY ARE YOU RECITING YOUR WEDDING VOWS NOW, GOD–! Anyways. 1 billion/10.

Chuuaku (Chuuya/Akutagawa) - Similarly to my other post, I don't get people who have a problem with this ship. It's cute, it's beautiful, it makes me happy. I talked to my friend about this issue once; like, why is multishipping not a thing in this fandom?? Maybe I want to jump around dynamics??? Can skk give me friends to lovers?? No?? Great, Kunizai it is. Like, why can't we let people ship other shit than skk and sskk?? Anyways, Chuuya and Akutagawa care for each other, there is mutual respect, they would be a great comfort to one another. I say valid, 10/10 ship.

AkuHigu (Akutagawa/Higuchi) - I love, love, love this ship. Love them. They're so cute?? Like, I'm a die-hard sskk fan until I die, but I would LOVE to see more of this ship. The scene where Higuchi goes to save him?? Where Akutagawa gains consciousness and the first thing he does, before he can properly gather his senses, is apologize to Higuchi?? Also, the whole episode where she's stalking Gin because she thinks she's dating Akutagawa?? Their interactions in Wan?? I actually fucking love them. Every time the focus is on them, I feel like I'm watching a shoujo anime. Higuchi makes me think that Akutagawa would be a romantic. I need more of theeeeeem. Literally they're born to shoujo and forced to shounen. 10/10.

Dazaku (Dazai/Akutagawa) - Since I expressed my frustration with the fandom regarding this in the Dazai ships post, I will focus on my opinions about this ship. Honestly, it makes me feel kinda awkward? When I think of them in a romantic manner? Feels just a little bit like missing a step. However, it's an interpretation I would be open to if I could be convinced that Dazai actually, you know, likes Akutagawa? Like, you know that one scene in Lady Bird that's like "I wish you liked me / You know I love you / But do you like me?" That's how I feel the dynamic is between these two. Yes, Dazai is hoping Atsushi will be good for Akutagawa, and yes, he is happy Akutagawa stopped killing, and God knows what his plans are for the future – but do you like me? Valid ship context wise, neutral territory, I just need a little more from Dazai before I can make a final ruling.

TaniAku (Tanizaki/Akutagawa) - LISTEN GUYS. LISTEN. I BLAME BEAST FOR THIS, BUT THESE TWO ARE SO, SO, SO IMPORTANT TO MEEEE. I unironically love them. I don't care that Beast is the only canon I have to work with for this ship; it's so good. Like, the way Beast Tanizaki understood Akutagawa?? The way he supported his revenge mission from the get go?? The way he stormed the Mafia HQs and fucking held an assassin hostage just so he could help Akutagawa?? Ride or die. That bitch. I would actually die if I saw them interact in canon. Like, that's your bestie in another life. 100/10. I need them. It is a need.

TachiAku (Tachihara/Akutagawa) - I have no serious thoughts about this, to be honest. I think it would be lowkey hilarious. I haven't had nearly enough interactions between them for me to get attached to this ship in any way. Plus, now that we know more about Tachihara's...real self, I would love to see more of these two! I am going to allow this ship, and hope to see these two at least fight by each other's side in the future!

This is hard. I was told to pick the thing with the most Beron* so The Price You Pay for Power. It’s from Nesta’s perspective but I get to work in hits of what Eris is thinking or planning through how she perceives him and his expressions. I think I did a better job in this story so far with writing what most consider “canon Eris”. He’s closed off, stern, but also does his best to keep Nesta safe after the disaster that was Family Dinner.

When do you think Eris got his first smokehound?

Smoke hounds are a prize possession of Autumn. I like to think maybe he got one as the eldest Vanserra but inherited more when his mother’s sisters passed away. Or maybe he just took over their care as a hobby since Beron couldn’t be bothered.

If Eris finally gets rid of Beron, what do you think would be his first act as High Lord?

Lift the exile ban on Lucien if there is one. He would definitely send a decree that Lucien is allowed to come home if he so chooses.

What do you think Eris is like as a partner?

Eris is attentive and calculated. That bleeds over into partnership. He’s got a mental catalog of all your likes and dislikes; preferences that you say don’t matter but do. I also feel like he is collected in public but in private his hands do not leave you. It’s almost grounding how he has to be touching you or holding you. I just think he’s a soft boy deep down but only for his partner and he would tear the world down for you.

What would Eris's tumblr blog be like?

i've never multishipped anything so hard in my life as the baldur's gate characters. it's great. constant constant feed of good fics and good art and character analyses. wyllstarion? check. bloodweave? double check. karlach & wyll? you bet. shadowzel? of course. karstarion? love it. all of them together? that works too. with a drizzle of halsin on top? yes ma'am.

Hi! I don't know if you noticed, but the "neutral" OP from yesterday either blocked us or deleted our comments. And the issue could have been fixed from simply fixing their tags. So much for not being toxic🤷🏾‍♀️ It's always the people who claim to be neutral and try to be "peacekeepers" that do things like this

It's because so many people who post about the "ship war" are actually KA shippers who think the existence of zutara (or just people not liking KA) is a declaration of war.

That's why the zutara tag is always flooded with this "omg, have you considered multishipping/poly ships," nonsense. Sure, multishipping is great! So are OT3s! But not engaging in ship wars also means respecting people's right NOT to ship something.

I actually love zutaraang but I have a hard time with how a lot of people present it as a "solution" to the ship war when what they actually mean is that they can't let zutara exist without Aang. Or they'll let Zuko play as long as he doesn't threaten Aang's conception that Katara gets to be "his" at the end of the day. And often those sorts of interpretations of the ship also buy into the misogynistic conception of Aang and KA as the "wholesome" option to dirty, "shallow" zutara that the creators also encouraged. Which is also a stigmatizing way to engage in poly ships in general.

That's also the problem with the people who say they like both but make very obvious moral judgments about how they think KA is more wholesome and zutara is just about sex. Because of the way the show's male creators framed female desire itself as shallow.

As a former Buddie shipper, I turned to multishipping, and guess what? Tommy had nothing to do with me turning away from Buddie completely. It was other buddie shippers behavior and how extremely nasty they became. Bestie boos really don't care about Buck's happiness and it shows. I really hope we get to see some minds being changed this upcoming season, but I fear some are living too far into the delulu land. So I am hoping for a Bucktommy endgame!

Okay so headcanons I had that I kind of assumed they were at least known across the fandom but just learned they were not

A good chunk of these are from fanfics I read back in like 2016-2017 when I first got fanfic and I haven't been able to find those fics to reference them

Misako married Garmadon for career reasons.

Like yes she does genuinely like him but this woman had two GODS fighting over her, she probably had her choice of suitors and went with Garmadon because he would let her have a career and his family being so old and her being an archeologist. She would have to be stupid to pass that up

Lloyd was an oops baby

Also he was a miracle baby

I don't think Misako and Garmadon thought children were a good idea, like they wanted them but with the GD venom and Misako's career they didn't want to bring a child into that

Misako had been pregnant a few times but always miscarried

(This leads into my hc that Garmadon went after the golden weapons because Lloyd was sick as a baby but I didn't assume that was across the fandom so it's not technically included)

While Ray and Wu were closer Garmadon and Ray were actually friends and if Misako hadn't existed Garmadon would've been a weird uncle/3rd parent to Nya and Kai

I remember people shipping Garmadon and Ray and then in the same breath they'd ship Garmadon and Clouse (nothing wrong with multishipping I'm just trying to empathize that I remember it being popular)

Garmadon was actually really popular with the elemental alliance but the friendships started when he was at least tipsy or drunk

He just didn't know how to people and used alcohol to cope but it affected him once in battle and quit drinking that day

Garmadon and Morro either didn't meet

OR

Garmadon met Morro right after he got back from Chen and adored him

It scared him a little to see Morro want the greatness the Garmadon also craved but since Morro wanted to be the Green Ninja Garmadon encouraged him on that path thinking it would've saved him

He regrets that greatly
