Some people will see you eat something moderately resembling something healthy and go "omg why are you dieting?? You're so thin!!!"
#I like salads because they're like super filling and big and take a long time to eat and they also tend to run way cheaper#also they're really really good a lot of the time#also my aunt saw me eating sugared grapefruit and told me this.... girl it's GOOD!!!#Also my favorite snacks are carrots w/ hummus and cottage cheese w/ honey and the dietters kind of think that's a them only thing#I am in ED recovery rn and trying to gain some lost weight back but I just... like the snacks I like?#Sorry that they also happen to be 'diet tip' snacks from your tabloids....#I like sneaking in my super granola into the movies.
