This is how slow 'Fallout' is...

So besides story taking forever to get anywhere good (6 episodes), lackluster acting, the main thing I dislike is how much time they spend on scenery shots and setting up the atmosphere.

<A FUCKING DESERT IS USED CUZ IT'S CHEAP/NUKE WAR, BUT IT DOESN'T FUCKING STOP BEING A DESERT OR MORE INTERESTING. You think people liked LOTR's cuz it took place is Nebraska?>

But this is how much time they spent on these scenery/wide/'LOOK THE WORLD ENDED' shots that added NOTHING to the overall show.

I admit, I get bored, and can read semi fast, so, if something is dragging, I'll watch it at double speed with captions on. BAD enough, 4x speed. Anyways, there has been at least 3-5 times now (I'll admit, not THAT many) when I was on 2x the speed, AND COULD NOT FUCKING TELL BECAUSE THEY TOOK SO ASS LONG ON A BORING ASS SHOT. I may have enjoyed the game, but, like the games, seeing deserts, holes in the ground, and underground hallways GETS FUCKING STALE. SUBSTANCE is required; not a different angle of the same shit.

Seriously, I couldn't even tell a couple times now I was double the speed cuz they took the longest fucking time to make a shot that few will be impressed by. This show is already forgettable.

Ugh. Only sticking around for the lore. I don't think the season finale is gonna be all that great...

(ONLY way it would? Them going to New Vegas, AND them taking the storyline from that game cuz this boring ass storyline sucks. THE GAMES DID IT BETTER. I seriously rarely want a copy and paste from the original, BUT CTRL+C, CTRL+P.)

<Side note, when the Bethesda owner/ceo/whatever talked about this, he was like 'I doubt we'll do it with other games of ours, but I am proud of what this turned out to be.' REALLY? REEEEEEALLLLLY? DID YOU SEE IT? Or just read some rough draft scripts? IMO, I think you were paid UNGODLY amounts of money, and if they did it again, you'd roll over like the whore you are.>

He’s so impressed. Not just because of her skills, but because she stole from one of the gods.

Annabeth is only just starting to break away from the unwavering adherence to the rules of respecting the gods. The first time we saw her do that was talking back to Hephaestus in Episode 5, when Percy was frozen in gold. He’s never seen her willingly do something that could be counted as disrespectful to the gods and he’s so proud of her for it.

it's got everything! canon old man yaoi, a lot of trans representation, including a trans man as one of the main characters who is complex, desirable, and gets the girl at the end (uh, sorta, but, no spoilers), a succession-level of drama with a fucked up family that needs to be toppled, greek mythology, amazons, the three Fates as trans entities, the Furies as biker lesbians, a WHOLE spectrum of various sexualities and genders as well as great poc representation, a whole spectrum of disabilities, whimsical creatures and frightening, power hungry women... what are ya waiting for?

Fight Club

Damian is sitting on a roof during a patrol, bored with no crime happening in his area, about to go find one of his siblings and annoy them/steal their jobs, when suddenly a voice comes out of nowhere.

“Hey, are you busy?”

He turns around, startled by how he hadn’t sensed anyone, to see a girl about his age with black hair and blue eyes just… sitting there.

“I am capable of assisting you.” He says, because he is trying to be a Good Robin and not dismiss civilians.

“Oh no I don’t need anything.” The girl says, shrugging. “If you’re on a stakeout i can go. I’m just bored. And you look fun to fight.”

Damian stares at her. She stares back.

“You think… I would be fun to fight.” He repeats. She doesn’t look like she could take on a trained assassin. She looks like any random civilian. Then again, she had snuck up on him.

“Yeah.” She shrugs, as if this is in any way normal. “So. You too busy?”

“…no.”

“Oh, awesome.” The girl bounces to her feet, and in the next second, Damian is ducking a punch as she grins brightly at him.

“I’m Dani by the way!”
