“Darling… About today’s photo shoot…” The model paused, gaze wandering for a moment as he thought of how to phrase his next words. “No… You’ve been working hard to gain experience in photography. It’s admirable and all, but you deserve a break sometimes. Why don’t you rest for the day, hm?”

That sounded sincere enough, right? After all, he did truly think that. He just hoped it was enough to mask his true concern. That the content of today’s shoot would be… a bit much.

“I promise I’ll behave, alright~ I won’t nap on the job.”

--- Her head tilted, spinning around quickly as Gabe began to speak to her about the shoot. Interning for a close friend of hers had been...well, a dream come true and she couldn't have asked for more. Real experience in real time, which only aided in the portfolio she possessed from her college work. As such, naturally she'd been working herself to the bone in regards to it all, mindful of lighting and poses and life in the models.

--- There had been so much to think about, but she was quite eager and had told him she'd be here for every one to try and be as present as possible. To soak in as much information and wisdom as possible. To hear him suggest she take a break now of all times? It was true that the words sounded sincere, and so she was hardly put on her guard about the true nature of his request and the motives behind them.

--- ' N-no! No, it's okay! I have plenty of en-nergy! I'm learning s-so much, I'll take a rest when the sh-shoot is over! ' she insisted with a bright smile and a tilt of her head, camera clutched between her fingers. She had no idea what the next shoot would be of, of course, but photographers were often requested to shoot all manner of clientele and other sort of campaigns...she had to be able to do it all, didn't she?

--- A small and playful roll of her eyes was offered at his assurance. ' I know you w-won't, I'll make sure of it! ' a determined look settled upon porcelain features, and only when the content of the shoot was presented to her, did she pale just slightly. Fingers tensed a bit before she lifted wide and panicked eyes to Gabriele, bright crimson dancing over her cheeks and the bridge of nose. ' O-oh...oh it's...this sort of...sh-shoot.... ' Oh no, how could she control herself, seeing him like that!?

my mom had apr surgery in july and now she’s back on chemo again until february. she recently had to kick my abusive dad out because things got really bad but now we’re financially struggling. she needs a full time caretaker (me) but because of that i’m unable to work right now and i can’t afford to support myself, my mom, and my younger siblings. thankfully my grandparents have been letting us live with them but my mom has a lot of expensive medical things she needs to survive (prescriptions, ostomy bags, etc.) and i’m feeling really helpless right now. any donation or reblog would help out so much. my mom had a gofundme earlier this year but my dad literally took all of the money for himself so i set this new one up that goes straight to her.
