I'm not mad about the cliffhanger of Vincent Gerrard being the 118's captain for a few episodes, in fact I'm excited for it.

Sure, he's bigoted af, but we are forgetting that in the old 118, he had guys like Sal Deluca and Tommy Kinnard backing him up, BUT in the new diverse and fruity 118 of Robert Nash, bigots are the minority. He'll be the only guy being nasty to them, hell bent on making them suffer, and the crew will just be disrespecting and disobeying him at every turn and when he punishes them, they'll just laugh about it. Ryan even talked about punching the guy if he makes jokes about Eddie's ethnicity.🤭🤭

I actually can't wait for S8, where while Bobby is fighting to get his job back, the core 5: Hen, Chim, Buck, Eddie and Ravi will be fighting Gerrard in whatever way they can. I want that bitch to run out of here crying bc he couldn't handle Bobby's minions lmao.

I think the funniest thing this show could do would be to keep the bathena house exactly as it was for season 8 and someone throwing out one line like “Thank god Michael kept the blueprints all these years so we could rebuild the house exactly the same!”

I can see it now...

Now that Chris is gone and his relationships with Marisol and Kim are over, Eddie is struggling to keep himself together and decides to stop dating while also trying to figure himself out after everything that happened.

All the while, Buck constantly checks in on him to make sure he's alright and even goes as far as to stay over at his place so that he doesn't wake up by himself. And now that Gerrard is captain and is making their shifts miserable, that becomes a common occurrence. And around the same time, Buck and Tommy are going through a rough patch because of him cancelling plans to check on Eddie and how Tommy wants Buck to act around Gerrard, which ultimately leads to them breaking up.

Then down the line, Eddie and Buck start to become closer than ever and Eddie comes to the conclusion that his relationships never worked out because he was trying to make a family with the wrong person when the whole time, he already had a family with the right person, which was Buck. At the same time, Buck starts to catch feelings for Eddie but is afraid to act on them partly out of fear and mainly because he doesn't want to take advantage of him when he's still missing Chris.

But eventually, Eddie just goes "fuck it" and finally kisses Buck, who has no qualms about kissing him back...

...and then, Chris walks through the door.

I have a theory that Eddie is going to be hospitalized for psychological treatment and that's why "Eddie is going to be isolated from everyone".

I feel that Buck is going to see Kim (confirmed by the actress herself) and is going to go crazy and try to help Eddie, but he won't be able to, so he calls the 118, but they don't succeed either and Buck ultimately calls the Diaz's family, maybe Eddie's Abuela (there are bts photos of her and Chris in the loft) and she is the one who decides to call Edddie's entire family to have an intervention (there are bts photos and videos of them filming) and Eddie decides that "okay, maybe I really need help".

What no one knows is that Chris would not stay with his grandparents, but rather that he would stay with Buck (the will) and probably also that Buck is the one who can make decisions about Eddie's health (this is not confirmed, but I don't know why Eddie would put Buck in his will for Chris and not choose him to take care of Eddie himself if something happens to him regarding his health), and that makes Eddie's entire family angry.

So season 8 would begin with Eddie still hospitalized or maybe not but still unable to work, completely alone because his family is still angry, his son is still living with Buck who is angry with him for all the decisions he made and without being able to approach 118 because he can't work.

(Maddie could be of great help here, because she went through something similar and would give us scenes of them together, as both actors said they would like to finally have some kind of interaction on the show)

And in this solitude and treatment Eddie can finally learn to live his life and heal his trauma, which I feel will address his arc for at least half of season 8.

(And it would be very interesting to see how all this affects Buck because now he is going to have to take care of a probably very angry and hurt Christopher who misses his father. Buck would perhaps have to move to Eddie's house and live with his ghost , and the anger of knowing that maybe Eddie got confused but Buck failed because he couldn't save him.

There's also the Tommy question of everything because... is Tommy ready for this? Can he help Buck take care of Chris? Does he want to do it? Can he live with his new boyfriend missing Eddie and acting like another man's abandoned wife?)

911 season 8 theory

Eddie competed in breakdancing in the Paris Olympics. He’s grown a moustache as a Hannah Montana solution so he can continue living a normal life.

let me cook. picture me this.

we're about 12-14 months into hermitcraft season X and people's seasons are starting to wind down. finishing touches on megabuilds, games are being played and episodes are mostly spent with the hermits just screwing around for fun, (snails, gigacorp, cleos story for their base, etc. are all wrapping up)

however, one thing that has been prevalent throughout the entire season, so much more so than seasons' past, was the fact it seemed it was always raining. not just little in-game showers that lasted maybe 20 minutes no, i'm talking rain that would last hours, days even! and this has been very notable with multiple hermits addressing it in their videos and not being able to get around filming during the times when the sun was out, because it never lasted too long.

anyways, this doesn't matter that much, and many hermits learn to enjoy the rain! gem's trident shop ends up selling out quick as people realize riptide 3 tridents are much more efficient for elytra travel compared to rockets, and with the right shader packs many are able to make their videos more atmospheric and ✨aesthetic✨. so overall, the rain isn't a huge issue, just a minor inconvenience.

until the river starts flooding.

it's inconspicuous at first. very few hermits have builds that are right at sea-level so even fewer even notice any huge change. plus, the water only rose by one block so who cares. days pass by, then a couple weeks, no change, no worries. then it rises again. again, only by a block, but now the waves are starting to lap at the foundation of some houses, shorelines and property-lines becoming closer to being one and the same. now, while not too fussed, some hermits are starting to become slightly paranoid about the water.

the next water rise comes quickly, mere days after the last. still one block but now the hermits are taking quick notice. the race to high ground is swift, many building new bases on nearby mountains, other more dedicated hermits moving their entire bases up onto stilts to avoid their beautiful builds being drowned by the ever-expanding ocean deep. and the water keeps rising.

redstone farms are destroyed, the shopping district has become a capitalistic lost city of atlantis, grian and gem are unsurprisingly thriving in their new aquatic environment. the only safe dry areas are the nether and the end, because how would you flood the void.

we've reached the near end of the season, the sea expanding out for thousands of miles, as far as the eye can see, with the tops of mountains having become islands, sanctuaries from the deep unknown blue of the ocean. grian, gem, impulse, skizz, scar, joel and mumbo all sit on what used to be magic mountain, now just a few blocks above sea-level, looking out across the endless ocean skyline through the near eternal rainstorm.

"grian," mumbo begins. "yes?" grian sighs, tired and weather-beaten from the endless downpour.

"is the ocean big?"

This has probably been said before but Chris?? Going back to Texas??? Am I crazy or does this mean there’s a huge opportunity of another 911/911:Lone Star crossover?? Like Eddie going there to see Chris and something happens? Or Chris being involved in an accident and the 126 respond and Judd/Marjan/Owen realises that he’s Eddie’s kid?

Maybe I’m crazy and also they’re different networks now but like ??? Please?? Tim bro I’m beggin

8x03 "No Place Like Home" is going to have a lot of shots where Buck is smiling while Texting, and Chim and Hen are gonna comment that Tommy must be off shift because he won't stop Texting Buck, but at the end of the episode it's going to be revieled that Buck has been planning Chris's surprise return from El Paso, and the episode is going to end with Buck, Eddie, and Chris sitting down for a surprise movie night where they watch The WIzard of Oz. and Chris cracks a joke about Eddie getting popcorn in his moustache while it pans over to the tv screen where Dorothy is clicking her heals together and saying "there's no place like home"

In S6E15 Buck and Eddie are talking and Buck says that he feels like Natalia is the only one who truly sees him. And Eddie (intentionally or unintentionally, idk) looks pretty offended by that.

Fast forward to S7E4, Buck is literally begging Eddie to see him, and Eddie just won't. Buck is going crazy about it, looking like a kicked puppy, he's peacocking around, showing off his muscles and extraordinary basketball skills, and Eddie just won't look at him. If this show had consistent writing, I'd say Eddie was doing it on purpose, punishing him for that comment.

I really hope that if when Buddie goes canon, I hope we see these moments revisited. Can't believe S8 is gonna be here in only one week!!

My S8 Bingo Card ^.^

I got this idea from a mlm romance novel I read but hear me out:

Eddie stops by at Tia Pepa’s while Abuela is staying with her visiting LA. He just came by really quick to drop something off or maybe pick something up that he left there.

While he’s in the house, he can overhear Abuela on the phone with someone in the next room saying things like…

“Make sure you go down to that place on Century to get the masa harina not the stuff in the grocery store…”

And

“Let the mole simmer maybe 20 minutes?”

And

“This is why grandmothers always want their grandsons to marry someone nice. Someone to look after them and make them good food. They usually can’t do it for themselves. You’ll make him some nice tamales!”

And Eddie doesn’t think anything of it, probably just Abuela giving some young girl from church advice… until he gets home. Buck is in the kitchen with Chris and there’s tamales in a steamer basket and Eddie realizes Abuela was on the phone with Buck and she was telling him how to make tamales.

That’s when it hits him like a freight train.

Imagine if this is what finally gets Buck to tell Tommy to stop calling him "Evan."

Like, he just had to go through another shift of Gerrard berating him and his family while calling him by his birth name and he vents to Tommy about it. And Tommy just goes "What's the big deal? I call you 'Evan' all the time."

And Buck just snaps and goes.

"I know! And I hate it!"

It's interesting to see how Eddie includes Tommy in the party, because he's Buck's boyfriend and because he spent time with Chris. But it's also very interesting to see Buck and Tommy's reactions when Chris hangs up on the call:

Buck looks even more devastated than Eddie, it seems like he even wants to talk himself, the camera focuses only on him and he even stays throughout the conversation with Helena just to see how Chris is doing.

Instead, Tommy is there truly like a "normal" friend would: he helps decorate and walks away when the conversation turns to between Eddie and his mother because it's not something he needs to know.

The idea that Buck doesn't love Chris as his son and is suffering just as much or even more than Eddie (I say more because he truly has no fault, he's just a victim of the situation like Chris), is truly insane.

In season 1, episode 8, the dancing girl that reminds Bloom of Daphne is actually Layla. Maybe, sneaking out of Andros to be herself and dance.

I have a theory. So in the first season Abby is in someparts still not over past relationship. We get the name of her ex. Tommy. What if it is Tommy Kinard? It could be, cuz Abby is not mentioned to Tommy by Buck. What y’all think?
