So…after seeing the whole season 8, I’m fearing more and more that they’re gonna go with the Buddie canon at the end of the show route. I don’t how many more seasons they have left, I know the channel is really confident in having multiple more seasons. But let’s face it, Bobby’s death might have a huge impact on the show and the audience. So I wouldn’t be too confident.

I was so sure they would at least drop a huge hint at the end of the season so that it would set up the Buddie romantic journey in season 9, but now I’m worried they’re just gonna drag it out until the very end..

We’ll see how it goes. As long as Buck and Eddie are there I will be there, because I truly believe they deserve to find each other and be happy. But this season certainly had the perfect set up so it’s kinda disappointing, and it feels like they changed everything mid season 😐

I’m sorry but we are at a point in the show where it would make absolutely no sense to have Buck and Eddie end up with anyone but each other.

8 seasons in, multiple love interests..and it never worked, they never could find the chemistry that these two have.

So imo, it’s either happening by the end of the season (whether just the beginning of the arc to set up season 9, or they start to really get into it in part 2.), OR- and that’s what scares me- at the end of the show, because they’ll be too scared to actually make it happen but they know it’s the inevitable end…
