named cats include:
diablo! semi feral cat. stan's not-so-secret favorite. scrappy and street-smart, has possibly fathered a kitten with a lynx and is possibly immortal.
schrödinger! ford's cat, which happened to go through the portal with him. @candycatfalls has done some incredibly sweet drawings of this duo.
crustacean kitties- transdimensional friends who hitched a ride with ford and schrödinger during their portal era. @thesnakesstuff 's creation!
query: a mysterious, ghostly kitty who seems to have some knowledge of the supernatural.
omelet: a chicken.
overeasy: a cat pairbonded to omelet. they must not be separated. dipper tried this once for science and the consequences to the universe were extreme.
aside from this, there is a whole host of mystery cats who hang around the shack. they have their role in tours and are important, although not yet named. stay tuned!!

Dylan is the only one who can break through Ryan's stern mask, and he helps him to loosen up, forget about his hard life and practice a bit of optimism.
At least for as long as they're with each other..
Since they're often separated, Dylan gifted his favourite hoodie to Ryan, as a reminder that they'd see each other soon again. Gladly Ryan isn't allergic to cat fur, since Schrödinger likes to make sure he's remembered as well :)
