Cowboy Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

* 6 TBSP grassfed butter, melted

* juice & zest of 1/2 a lemon

* 4 minced garlic cloves

* 1 TBSP dijon mustard

* pinch of cayenne pepper

* 1/4 tsp paprika

* 2 TBSP chopped parsley

* 1 TBSP chopped chives

* 2 tsp minced thyme

* 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

* salt & ground pepper

In a bowl combine butter, lemon, garlic, mustard, cayenne & paprika. Whisk to combine. Stir in the parsley, chives, red pepper & thyme then season w/ salt & pepper. Serve w/ grilled meats.
