Instructions: In the bottom of the slow cooker, put sliced onions. Use salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to season the brisket. On top of the onions, put the brisket. Beef broth, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar should all be mixed together in a bowl. Add the mix to the slow cooker with the brisket. Brisket should be soft after 8 to 10 hours on low heat or 4 to 6 hours on high heat. Take the brisket out of the slow cooker when it's done cooking and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting it. Sliced brisket should be served with onion and slow cooker sauce.

Dice the tomatoes, red kidney beans, white beans, beef broth, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Use a stir to mix. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. Add the ditalini pasta about 30 minutes before you serve it. Keep cooking with the lid on until the pasta is soft.
