Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks. 1 cup carrots, sliced. 1 cup potatoes, diced. 1 cup onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup beef broth. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
Instructions: In a bowl, coat the beef chunks with flour, salt, and black pepper. Set Instant Pot to 'Saut' mode and heat vegetable oil. Brown the beef chunks in batches, then set aside. Add onions and garlic to the pot, saut until fragrant. Pour in beef broth, scraping the bottom to deglaze. Stir in tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, carrots, potatoes, and diced tomatoes. Return the browned beef to the pot, mix well. Secure the Instant Pot lid and set to 'Manual' for 35 minutes. Once done, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release. Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.

This burger is based on the flavors of a traditional Sonoran Hot Dog and has a juicy beef patty. There's a tasty mix of two popular dishes!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 4 hot dog sausages. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup pickled jalapeos. 4 tablespoons mayonnaise. 4 tablespoons mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Make four burger patties out of the ground beef. Season them with salt and pepper. Grill them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. As the burgers are cooking, put a piece of bacon around each hot dog sausage and fix it with a toothpick. Turn the hot dogs wrapped in bacon over on the grill a few times to make the bacon crispy. Just before the burgers are done cooking, put a slice of Swiss cheese on each one to melt. On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely golden. Put the burgers together by putting mayonnaise on the bottom bun and then putting the burger patty with Swiss cheese on top of it. Then add a hot dog wrapped in bacon, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and pickled jalapeos. Spread mustard on top of the hot dog, then put the top bun on top of the food. Take the toothpicks out of the hot dogs that have been wrapped in bacon before serving. Hot Sonoran Hot Dog Burgers are fun to eat after being served.

These vegan white chocolate mocha donuts are a tasty treat that combine the rich tastes of coffee and white chocolate in a soft, fluffy donut. Great for a cozy morning or a sweet snack!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/3 cup vegan white chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan. Whisk the cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients together with the brewed coffee, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Don't mix any further than that. Add vegan white chocolate chips and mix well. Put the batter into a piping bag or a ziplock bag that has had one corner cut off. Each donut hole in the greased pan should be about three quarters full when the batter is piped in. Put it in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. After taking the donuts out of the oven, let them cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.

Instructions: In a big skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. After taking the bacon out of the skillet, pat dry with paper towels. After crumbling the bacon, place it aside. Add the sliced onions and olive oil to the same skillet. Simmer the onions for 20 to 25 minutes over medium-low heat, or until they are caramelized and golden brown. When the onions are fragrant, add the minced garlic and cook for a further two minutes. Add the water, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar and stir. Simmer the mixture for five to seven minutes, or until it thickens and takes on the consistency of jam. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Grill the burger patties to your preferred doneness while the onion jam is cooking. Ingredients: 3-4 lbs beef brisket. 1 onion, sliced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup beef broth. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tbsp brown sugar. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper.
Instructions: In the bottom of the slow cooker, put sliced onions. Use salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to season the brisket. On top of the onions, put the brisket. Beef broth, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar should all be mixed together in a bowl. Add the mix to the slow cooker with the brisket. Brisket should be soft after 8 to 10 hours on low heat or 4 to 6 hours on high heat. Take the brisket out of the slow cooker when it's done cooking and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting it. Sliced brisket should be served with onion and slow cooker sauce.

Add a bit more vegetable oil to the skillet and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer to your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of American cheese to each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
