The traditional French dessert Tarte Tatin is usually made with caramelized fruit and pastry. Tomato Tarte Tatin is a savory take on the dessert. Butter, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar are used to caramelize cherry tomatoes in this recipe. Puff pastry is then used to cover the tomatoes and they are baked until golden brown. The end result is a delicious mix of sweet and savory tastes that is great for any event.
Ingredients: 500g cherry tomatoes. 1 sheet puff pastry. 50g butter. 50g brown sugar. 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200C 400F. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet, and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into a circle slightly larger than the skillet. Place the puff pastry over the tomatoes, tucking in the edges. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy. Carefully invert the tart onto a serving plate, allowing the tomatoes to be on top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Des savoureuses tartelettes la noisette avec un touche de fracheur du citron vert et un coeur coulant au citron jaune pour une explosion de gots.
Ingredients: 200g pte sable. 50g beurre fondu. 100g poudre de noisette. 2 ufs. 100g sucre. Zeste de 2 citrons verts. Jus de 2 citrons jaunes. 50g sucre glace pour le cur coulant.
Instructions: Prchauffez le four 180C. Abaissez la pte sable et dcoupez-la en petits cercles pour former les fonds de tartelettes. Disposez-les dans des moules tartelette. Dans un bol, mlangez le beurre fondu, la poudre de noisette, les ufs, le sucre, le zeste de citron vert et le jus de citron jaune jusqu' obtenir une consistance homogne. Remplissez les fonds de tartelette avec ce mlange. Pour le cur coulant au citron jaune : mlangez le sucre glace avec un peu de jus de citron jaune jusqu' obtenir une consistance paisse. Rservez. Enfournez les tartelettes pendant environ 15 20 minutes, jusqu' ce qu'elles soient lgrement dores. Laissez refroidir lgrement avant de dmouler. Avant de servir, ajoutez une cuillre du mlange de sucre glace au citron jaune au centre de chaque tartelette pour le cur coulant.

The crisp tart crust, creamy pastry filling, and bright fresh fruits in this beautiful fruit tart make it a real treat. It's great for any event and will definitely impress!
Ingredients: 1 pre-made tart crust. 1 cup pastry cream. Assorted fresh fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and raspberries. Apricot jam for glazing.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Follow the directions on the package to bake the pre-made tart crust until it turns golden brown. Allow it to totally cool down. Place the pastry cream on top of the tart crust after it has cooled. Put the different kinds of fresh fruits on top of the pastry cream in a way that looks nice. Melt the apricot jam in a small saucepan over low heat. To make the fruits look nice, brush the melted jam over them. Put the tart in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it.

Ingredients: 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed. 1 cup fresh or frozen peas. 4 oz herbed goat cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, and dill. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put some flour on a surface and roll out the puff pastry until it fits a tart pan or baking sheet. Roll out the dough and put it in the tart pan or on the baking sheet. Add the peas to a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cover the pastry with the crumbled goat cheese. Put the peas on top of the goat cheese. Add chopped fresh herbs and grated Parmesan cheese on top. Put it in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it. If you want, you can serve it warm and top it with more fresh herbs.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed. 1/4 cup ice water. 2 cups rhubarb, sliced. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 egg, beaten for egg wash. Powdered sugar, for dusting optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a food processor, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Pulse to mix. Add cold cubed butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. While pulsing, gradually add ice water until dough comes together. Transfer dough to a floured surface and shape into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a bowl, combine sliced rhubarb, brown sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Toss to coat evenly. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rough circle about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange the rhubarb mixture in the center of the dough, leaving about 2 inches of dough around the edges. Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry. 4-5 apples, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup apricot preserves. 2 tablespoons water. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 cup sliced almonds.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. In a small saucepan, heat apricot preserves, water, and lemon juice until melted and smooth. Arrange apple slices on the puff pastry, overlapping slightly and forming a rose pattern. Brush apples with apricot glaze. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the apples. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and apples are tender. Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a food processor, combine flour, cold butter, honey, and milk. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture into tartlet pans, ensuring an even layer on the bottom and sides. Prick the bottom with a fork. Bake crusts for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely. For the filling, zest one grapefruit and set zest aside. Juice both grapefruits and strain to remove pulp. In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually whisk in milk and egg yolks until smooth. Place saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in grapefruit juice, zest, and butter until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour filling into cooled tartlet crusts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
