HybridKitty!Reader who was a stray but a happy stray roaming around the streets, catching fish from the river, and lazing around in the sun. But, suddenly, they get adopted (kidnap) by this strange man. He takes you in his house, forces a collar on you, telling you that it was much safer in his house than the outside world. You try to tell him that you been surviving just fine without him, that the outside was your home and you liked your freedom. He just coos at you and tries to ruffle your hair, treating you like a child.

You hiss and claw at his hand and while he winces back he doesn't hurt you back. Just looks at you sadly and tries again in a couple of hours. The days passes like this for a while, he leaves food outside of the small closet you took up space in. Feeling that it was safer in there, then the room and bed he made for you, you wouldn't eat it for a while at first. But the smell got too tantalizing, the stranger would handcook meals for you and they always smell so good.

Slowly but surely you were coming out of your skittish shell, hanging around the kitchen watching him cook once, but promptly leaving once he tried to pet you once again. However, after you finished your meal today, he asked you if you wanted dessert. This was the first time you heard this so you were curious enough to stay out of your hiding place to see what he had to offer.

He brings out a small bottle, sprinkling some leafy stuff on the palm of his hand and stretching it out to you. Telling you to take a sniff of it. The smell was nothing you ever smelt before, it was addicting to say the least. Even more once you actually got closer to his hand, though when your own hand stretch out to grab some of it, he pulled back, closing his palm into a fist and sealing away the treat.

Your ears flatten back on your head and a needy whine emerge from your throat, wondering why he would deny you the dessert if he was offering it in the first place. He waggles a finger at you, softly smiling, his eyes darken over just a bit. "If you want this treat, you gotta eat it from my hand, ok?" He reach out, palms open once more.

You shouldn't, you really shouldn't, all your heighten senses was telling you this was a bad idea but your sense of smell was overriding everything. The treat smelt too good to be left alone so you venture forward. Tentatively inching closer and closer, leaning your face down to take a good whiff of the treat and your mind was gone at that point.

Your rough textured tongue lap out at the treat, heavy purrs emits from your throat. As you kept on licking the treat out of the stranger's hand, not even noticing or caring that he was practically drooling at the sight, his thighs shaking a little, and his hand hovering over your head. Your small hands grabbed on to his wrist, pulling him closer as you try to get every single bit of the leafy treat, your tongue caressing the skin of this palm now.

He lets out a low moan at the feeling, putting his hand down on your head and finally touchy your cute fluffy ears, fingers rubbing the softness of it, making you purr out even more. You saw drunk people before back when you were a stray and you imagined this is what they must had felt like. On cloud nine and when the treat on his hand was emptied by your lips. The man stood up, hands traveling down your back and waist as he tells you that he'll give you more if you come sit on his lap and lick it off of him again.

How you could resist after just one taste? So, of course, you agreed, leaving behind the shelter of the closet and going into the bedroom. As the door clicks behind you, the last sense in your brain gave out a final warning to run. Too bad, because now the man was also addicted. Addicted to the feeling of your tongue on him and he wasn't about to let you go so easily.

After all, a good kitten gotta work for her treat~

"Ignacio (Marcelino Yanahuaya), the proud chief of a tribe of Quechua natives in remote Andean Bolivia, discovers that his wife cannot bear children. Like the other women of their village, she has been secretly sterilized against her will at an obstetric clinic operated by a purportedly beneficial aid group from the United States, with the covert help of the Bolivian government. Ignacio gathers the men of his tribe to exact revenge and bring justice to his people."

The story, which was based on accounts by indigenous people to Jorge Sanjines, provoked a public outcry which led to a government investigation about the Peace Corps' actions in Bolivia, ending in their expulsion from the country.

Part of an interesting albeit slightly flawed review on IMDB:

"... Molly Geidel, author of, "Peace Corps Fantasies: How Development Shaped the Global Sixties" found documents decades later clearly showing that the Bolivia Peace Corps director and volunteers with the agency, inserted IUDs in indigenous Aymara women at the time, despite not always having medical credentials and not being able to communicate well with the women.

So, it would seem that it wasn't the large-scale premeditated sterilization of a people that this film would have you believe (that is debatable), but none-the-less, an incredibly problematic policy practiced by the U.S. Peace Corps. It's not a long walk from nonconsensual contraception to accusations of population control. But the true story gets more complicated.

Long after this movie was released, a 2002 report by Peruvian Health Minister Fernando Carbone suggested that the president of neighboring Peru, all around asshole Alberto Fujimor, was involved in the forced sterilizations of up to 300,000 Quechua and Aymara women between 1996 and 2000 as part of a population control program called "Voluntary Surgical Contraception".

The United Nations and other international aid agencies supported this campaign, and yes, USAID provided funding and training for it. Whether these Western NGO's and Orgs were told that it was a voluntary family planning program (as the title suggested) or they knew it was a crime against humanity, I can't say.

The point is, the conspiracy theories this film uses to push its political agenda are based on either an eventual truth, or an ongoing truth that we simply don't have the full reportage of. So the movie's anger is prophetic or timely, but regardless, righteous."

Shunsui: nothing really changed, tbh. Other than a lack of people yelling at him, he’s still up to the same old shenanigans

Unohana: people say retirement has treated her well- she looks younger, more relaxed. But what people don’t know, is that she’s been taking up training again. Apparently it’s a good outlet

Shinji: he embraces not having to wear a haori a little to enthusiastically.

Byakuya: Bya is finally able to embrace his long awaited hobby: art. Now that he lacks captain responsibilities, he finds himself experimenting with various crafty materials

Sanjin: he spends his time running around and playing with his grandchildren. He’s absolutely wrapped around their little fingers, no doubt about it

Kensei: Jushiro recruits him into his garden/cooking craze. Kensei honestly doesn’t mind, except when he has to deliver Jyuu’s veggie presents. He’s insulted by the raised eyebrows and outright giggles whenever he shows up at people’s doors..carrying a package with veggie-themed wrapping paper..and a hat that reads: “if there’s any problem, please lettuce know”

Jushiro: due to his plethora of free time, Jyuu now has a ginormous, thriving garden. He spends his time wrapping his veggies into cute little presents and giving them away, as well as cooking vast amounts of recipients with his garden-picked ingredients

The reason why I'm learning Finnish is because I'm in the conlang community, and Finnish is loved by conlangers so much that I had to check out what the hype was about, and it turns out the hype was correct because Finnish is incredibly awesome and cool!!!

I love this!

I am a big conlang nerd as well. I've heard many stories of conlangers learning Finnish because of languages like toki pona, it's so fun!

Some of my own conlangs also utilize Finnish and other Uralic languages (however I'm most known for Waedoan which is a creole from East Asia... or Sanjin (from the same "universe" as Waedoan), which only has 54 words (and somehow works surprisingly well))

Gerard Valkyrie

I have a theory that Gerard Valkryie is a member of the Wolfman Clan.

I think he used the Humanification Technique to temporarily gain human form.

I think he is the one who inflicted the scars on the Wolfman Clan Elder when he defeated the him to learn the technique.

I think like Sajin he tore out his heart and offered it to the elder.

Leaving a gaping hole ins his chest similar to Sajin.

I think Gerard succumbed to the effects and transformed into a full wolf.

I think he was discovered by Yhwach and chosen to be the vessel of the Soul King's heart.

Which I think permanently transformed Gerard into human.

According to the elder The Wolfman Clan's true form is revenge.

Which is reminiscent of the Quincy who killed Hollow out of vengeance.

And is similar to the grudge they held against the Shinigami for wiping them out.

Gerard has the ability to turn into a giant.

And Sanjin had the ability to summon a giant with his bankai which I think is visual cue that they are connected and another hint of Gerard being from the Wolfman Clan.
