The day was starting to wind down as 10 pm was approached, she hated closing shifts, especially on days where she had to open too. It meant a fatter pay check by the end of the pay cycle, but didn't make days like these any less boring. She liked the store, she liked being surrounded by all this music, the history of creativity, the different colors of sound, but there was only so much one can do when she'd listened to every sample album.

Just an hour to go, it felt like an eternity. It would be the longest hour of her life, just like many friday nights before.

The store was empty, maybe she could just clock out early and fudge with the system to make it look like she stayed til closing time? She was the only one here, Mitch had gone home a long time ago, taking Clapton the store's resident cat with him. Her mind was less occupied with running the place and more focused on whether she should order delivery to her apartment or simply pick something up on the way home? She was feeling like tacos tonight...

The door swings open, the electronic bell rings, and Andi is snapped away from visions of hot sauce melted cheese and tortilla shells. Eyes went to the clock. 9:01... All that mental planning and it had only taken a single minute?!

Well, there was someone else in the store now, so hopefully giving customer service would make the time go by faster?

"Hey, lookin' for something specific?" The store had a wide variety, wider than it used to, having originally focused on classic rock before Andi encouraged Mitch to branch out to other genres in hopes of expanding the customer base.

Still couldn't convince him to do K-Pop.

Hello every nyan . I'm trying to figure out some (non pony) Viv and Vex designs and it's so difficult. Nobody told me that if I just draw ponies for a few weeks it'll be hard to draw anything else again

I have them figured out enough atp to just save the rough wips and work on anything else with them but I need to stop just doing refs until they are "good enough for me to understand" 😭

this conversation is exactly what yerin stressed about the moment she woke up in the hospital. for the past two days she had politely yet repeatedly asked the doctors to release her, knowing that the longer she spent in bed, the worse vivian would feel. she was fine.  there were some bumps and scrapes and a broken arm after the fall, but it wasn’t serious. the doctors were only worried that that lightest, briefest bump to the back of yerin’s head could have caused a concussion, but so far the tests have shown no signs of significant injury.
