IDK if people will come for me for saying this but not showing how Sauron took control over the orcs for the sake of surprising the audience was not good writing.
Also, why was Galadriel just standing there watching Adar get stabbed? Asking for a friend.
#i understand orcs are not the brightest#and they were getting unhappy with adar being willing to sacrifice them#but after laying siege to a whole city still they just run into sauron and we just….don’t see what the conversation looks like?#how he convinces them that being under his rule will lead to a better life?#to the point that they end up killing adar even though they knew adar originally aided the orcs to take sauron down#because sauron was sacrificing orcs mindlessly?#i understand some orcs saw adar as an elf when nenya healed him#but sauron couldn’t have known that#he also couldn’t have known to come there and be totally safe#ughhhh why are there so many gaps in writing#just show us *something*#sauron#adar#glug#charlie vickers#sam hazeldine#robert strange#the rings of power#galadriel#morfydd clark

From everything that’s gone on today I don’t think we’ve taken the time to appreciate the gorgeous production photos from season 2 that have just been released from official photographer Robert Wilson.
Case in point, how are we all not collectively collapsing from heart attacks from this orgasm inducing photograph:
I mean LOOK AT HIM! SWOON SWOON SWOON.
Point me in the direction of a single person who doesn’t think David Tennant is attractive so I may give them a stern talking to.
Also, it is interesting that these pictures were released now. Very interesting indeed.
