Friendly reminder that in another universe Anakin leaves the jedi order after the Umbara campaign and took the whole 501st legion with him and Ahsoka followed him and they went to Tatooine to meet up with Kitster and freed the slaves and while they were checking the freed for chips, they checked the Clones as well and got all the chips out of the 501st and killed Jabba and the rest of the slavers. And then Anakin took up podracing again and taught all the Clones how to be moisture farmers and reunited with Owen and Beru and helped fix up their farm. And when the Chancellor tried to reach out to Anakin to get him to come back Rex overhears the whole conversation and hits Anakin over the head and explains what grooming is and Anakin realizes how awful the Chancellor is. Anakin comms Padme to let her know and to tell her that he's coming back to Coruscant to clear the Clones of their chips and Fox has another scanner made and they clear out all the Clones and stage an assassination and kill the Chancellor and Padme votes Bail in as the new Chancellor. And then Dooku realizes how stupid the whole war was and pulls out to become an actual Count and just living in peace and having fun. Anakin spends his time podracing while Kix tries not to have a panic attack and lives on Naboo with Padme and spends a week or two in Tatooine to make sure everything is going ok with Kitster and making sure he has all the supplies he needs to continue freeing slaves throughout the galaxy. Just so yall know

I didn't follow Tag League at all this year (for reasons unrelated to wrestling) but I just read the news about Naito planning to get a fourth eye surgery - in his good eye this time! - so he can fight Hiromu at the Dome for Wrestle Kingdom.

I see a lot of people talk or joke about Naito's bad knees, and it's true that they aren't in great shape, but since 2019 he's also been dealing with an injury he says is worse - superior oblique palsy in his right eye, which causes double vision and a lack of depth perception.

Naito has already had three surgeries in his right eye for this issue, the maximum that surgeons are willing to do. Since they can't operate on his right eye any more, this time they'll be operating on his good left eye instead, to make it align better with his right eye in order to mitigate his vision problems.

I've been hoping all year that Hiromu and Naito would get their singles match at the Dome. I'm grateful they'll be able to wrestle this match. Frankly, I hope it's the main event.

actually overall really like munkustrap's appearance, physically. gray striped cat, you'd imagine he blends in well to shadows at night. fairly tall & long, the stripes and his face markings are sharp, and with the way he holds himself it does feel like he's earning that imposing third word. then the rest makes him seem much more approachable - he's fairly fluffy, his he's a housecat but his collar has a ring on it instead of spikes, and his head furs droop instead of sticking up which gives him a rounder face. stands out starkly when he wants to, entirely unremarkable in the background the rest of the time. can look threatening, can look safe. it's like he was born to be a guardian. love him.
