don't mind me just thinking about how one day when they're older and Adrian decides to propose to Nova he'll probably carry the ring around with him in his pocket for days even though he has a proposal planned at the end of the week because he doesn't want Nova to find it, and if he's ever even in the same room as Maggie during those few days she'll KNOW. she'll be like "why does Adrian have something super expensive in his pocket" to Max and Max, who has seen his brother being extra shady but also extra lovey dovey the past few weeks, will narrow his eyes, and they'll figure it out together and Maggie will have to drag Max out of every room Nova enters because he CANNOT keep secrets from her and her only.

I made this for one of my art classes's redesign project and what better than my favorite of the three books. I used watercolors for this and scanned it once it was done and goddd i'm so so SO happy with how it turned out! If I ever meet MM in person I want to get this signed tbh

APPARENTLY THERE MIGHT BE ANOTHER RENEGADES BOOK?!

I know Marissa Meyer is better known for the Lunar Chronicles (which don’t get me wrong is one of my all time favs)

But I read her other series, Renegades, like not even 6 months ago and word on the street is there’s gonna be another one

I saw a post and realized we will see the Sketch team as ADULTS.

If this new series develops with Max and Maggie as main characters, they'll probably be teenagers, which means Nova, Adrian, Ruby, Oscar, and Danna will be adults.

It's too much. My brain can't process it.

I read the books when I was thirteen, I was just entering my teenage phase and felt like 16 was so far away. I wonder if I will be an adult like them when this new series comes out, will I be even older than them?

If that happens I swear I will cry. I used to see them as an inspiration for when I got older, turns out I'm older now and I still look for their guidance in one way or another.

"renegades is about grey morality" "oh the ending of supernova made the whole point of neutral morality completely moot" IT'S EXTREMISM. RENEGADES IS ANTI-EXTREMISM.

callum literally says to nova in archenemies that he disagrees with the anarchists because all they did was destroy, they believed the only way for the world to be as it should was to essentially cause the apocalypse. we don't talk about it enough, but the series DOES take place in a semi-recovered post-apocalyptic environment. and then the anarchists raised nova to destroy what little progress had been made towards recovery. yes the renegades were a very flawed system; the whole point is that they should be CHANGED, not DESTROYED.

Some questions about Phobia

Uhhh... hello? Yeah, I think I should greet you because it's my first post and everything.

Well, I was recently wondering about some stuff and I never figured out the answers so I'll ask you now, Renegade-Fandom :).

We know that Phobia was never hurt in a fight, right? Never ever was beaten by any hero (leaving out Adrian). And he can kind of teleport/(dis)appear through shadows. So, what I am wondering now is why the hell didn't the Anarchists use him to free Ace from Cragmore? Or, maybe more in general, why didn't he show up at the mayors' mansion to kill the Dread Warden and Captain Chromium? As we know, Adrians worst fear is being helpless/weak and Phobia could make it come true in killing Adrians dads while Adrian himself is helpless and feels to weak to rescue them.

Or am I just a big dumbass and overlook something completely obvious?

The same goes, by the way, for the fact that Phobia just disappeared when Team Sketch went to the catacombs. Like. Come on Phobia, you had one job! You can't even had been weaken because you've been litually next to your source of power (because, yk, he absorbed his power from Adrians worst fears who was standing not that far away of Phobia, if I remember correctly).

And another last thing I also think about is that Phobia didn't figure out that Adrian was the Sentinel. Shouldn't he feel some kind of connection to him? Or at least recognize the fears?

I got all this questions while writing a spontaneous scene with Phobia in a fanfiction and since I have now the opportunity to ask you over tumblr, I thought I should take a try (hope it doesn't come out in the end that I just missed some very obvious things ;).
