today's slow, calm. it's the most quiet my mind has been for a long time since the start of the year.

This is totally random

But

Sometimes when I'm talking about something so random, and there's this person infront of me, actually laughing at the thing i mentioned. They're actually laughing genuinely. I said some words and I made them laugh, I made them giggle. And i look at them, and I get so amused that my words made you laugh. And it makes me feel so happy and so amused because wow, I can do that? That's so, that's so nice you know?

And then there's also times when someone who's an adult and who comes across and talks to me like I'm an adult (i technically am, i know, but you know how I mean?) and they're talking to me and trusting me with things and I'm like, wow, I am capable. I am a capable human being. This person who's my senior, who's an authoritative and a -very particular detailed in life- person thinks so, so who am I to doubt myself? If she thinks I have the potential to be something that I never even imagined because of so much self doubt. Then I am going to aim for that thing because this person thinks I have the potential to be that, and they believe in me. And i like that.

My boss/ma'am while we were on our way to work in the car was talking to me so naturally about the real estate around the area. And it just made me ???? You're talking to me? (In my mind ofcourse) And i agreed and answered. And it felt good.

And then she asks me if there was something else we should've argued about, in the court. And i felt (woah, she's asking me? Wow.) (I'm an intern but I love my office.)

And instances like these. I'm just. I'm grateful.

They don't even know it but they're pushing me forward in a good way. And I'm so very grateful.
